But the life of this beautiful living plant is not so durable. You can solve the problem by learning how to crochet roses according to the pattern. In addition, the appearance of the flower will fully comply with the desire of the master. Indeed, in different ways of knitting, you can achieve original and unique effects.

Even beginners can crochet roses by learning the basics and choosing the best way for themselves. There are many patterns and their descriptions, according to which crocheting a rose will be an easy task. It is necessary to complete the elements of the flower and assemble the finished product from them.

Tools and materials that will be required for work:

Before starting work, you need to master the knitting of an air chain. Then - several types of loops: double crochet, double crochet and single crochet.

ribbon flower

It is easiest to make a three-dimensional flower from a knitted ribbon. Having studied the diagram with a step-by-step description, it will be easy to crochet a rose. Not only novice craftswomen, but also elementary schoolgirls will easily master this master class and cope with the task.

Knit a chain of air loops. Its length can be determined experimentally, based on the volume and size of the future flower, the thickness of the threads. The second row is knitted with single crochets.

If you knit two columns from each air loop, then the tape will turn out to be spiral. So it will be easier to assemble the finished product and the flower will look neater.

You can knit according to this pattern: from even loops, knit one column, from odd - two columns without a crochet. The finished tape will also tend to curl, making it very easy to assemble.

The flower petals themselves appear in the third row. These are small semicircles or arches that run continuously along the entire length of the knitted ribbon. To do this, 7 double crochets are knitted from each loop. Moreover, the first and last columns are made with one crochet, and the central five - with two.

To make the rose look more voluminous and “deeper”, you can start the petals not from the third, but from the fourth or even fifth row. The finished openwork tape is rolled into a roll. They try to press the base of the petals more tightly, the lower part of the tape. Then firmly fasten with a thread and hide the knot.

How to assemble with petals

A very interesting way that allows you to get a rosebud of the desired size. After all, individual petals can always be added to an already finished product, making it only better and more attractive.

It is necessary to make a number of knitted petals, large and small. The scheme and description of the crochet rose is the same for both small and large elements. It differs only in the number of rows and the height of the columns:

  • 1st row. Gain 4 air loops and close the short chain.
  • 2nd row. Having made three lifting loops, knit 3 double crochets in each loop.
  • 3rd row. Two double crochets are inserted into each loop of the base.
  • 4th row. Making an arch. From every second loop of the base, a chain of four air loops is dialed.
  • Carefully thread the end of the thread.

According to this scheme, from 8 to 20 petals of different sizes are made. From green threads, 5-6 smaller petals are knitted according to the same pattern. These will be the sepals of the rose.

Collect the petals starting with small ones, securing with sewing threads. Fold them one by one, evenly and fanwise. Having fixed the leaves of the bud, green blanks are applied at the bottom of the flower. Fasten with matching threads.

Production of a bulk product

To make a knitted product really look like a living plant, you need to make a stem and leaves. To do this, take a strong wire for the vertical position of the flower. Cut to desired length.

One end is bent with a loop, and the free end is pulled through the center of the finished rose and the wire loop is fixed deep in the bud.

They tie and fasten a green thread on the wire, from which the sepals were knitted. Wrap around, tightly pressing the turns of yarn. Knitted green leaves are fixed by applying two rows of turns at the junction for strength.

You can separately strengthen the leaves on a thinner wire and also wrap them around with green threads. Then attach them to the stem. This will give the rose on a slender stem grace and sophistication. The position of the leaves can be changed at will. A bouquet of such roses with well-spread green leaves in a tall vase will look beautiful.

Secrets of needlewomen

And yet, for a crocheted rose to become the pride of a craftswoman, studying the patterns and describing the process is not enough. You have to pay close attention to nature. She will tell you what techniques you need to use in needlework so that the flowers you make become truly attractive.

To get a flower that looks like a living rose, you need:

  • Know how to choose the right tone and color of threads. For example, smaller petals may be more delicate in color. And those located along the edge of the bud are large in size and richer in color.
  • The edge of the petals can also be "painted" with other tones.. Here, both dark and lighter tones that differ from the main one will look realistic.
  • Be mindful of thread thickness. The thicker the yarn for knitting, the more voluminous and even loose the finished flower can turn out. And the thinner and silkier the thread, the more delicate and openwork.

Crocheted roses can decorate not only the interior of the room. They will perfectly decorate the wardrobe of a little fashionista: hats and berets, coats and blouses, dresses and sundresses, handbags and hair bands will become individual and unique things. Once you master this technique, it will be impossible to refuse to crochet roses.

If desired, you can knit anything, from accessories to warm clothes. What about clothing embellishments? After all, clothes decorated in this way look interesting, attractive and unique. So how can you decorate it? Here is one of the options - a rose. Crocheting this flower is a quick and easy process, after reading the pattern, even a beginner can knit it.

A beautiful knitted rose can be used as a decoration for a hat, hat, bandage, scarf, brooch, hairpins, and even just for room decor. And you can make such a pot of flowers:

Here is the knitting pattern for this flower:

For work you will need:

  • Cotton yarn (25 g / 130 m) in orange, red, cream and hot pink;
  • Hook #1;
  • artificial stems.

Crochet roses: job description

To tie a pestle, you need to tie a chain of 6 air loops (ch) and connect into a connecting ring (cn). Each new row should start with 3 ch, and end the joint in the first ch.

1: 9 single crochet (sb / n).

2: in each loop, knit 2 double crochets (ss / n).

Crocheting a rose may seem complicated, but once you try it, you will realize that it is simple.

For petals No. 1, knit in the eighteenth loop of the fifth row of the pestle:

1: knit 2 sl / n in every 3 loops. It should turn out 24 ss / n.

2 and 3: knit according to scheme 1, repeat rapport 4 times.

For petals No. 2, knit in the eighteenth loop of the fourth row of the pistil:

1: 2 sl-st/n in one st of the base, 2 sl-st/n in one st of the base, 1 sl-st/n, knit until you get 30 sl-st/n. Then knit three rows according to scheme 2, repeat rapport 5 times.

For petals No. 3, knit in the eighteenth loop of the third row of the pestle:

1: tie 2 sl-st / n in each loop, it should turn out 36 sl-st / n. Next, knit 4 rows according to 3 patterns, repeat rapport 6 times.

For petals No. 2, knit in the eighteenth loop of the second row of the pestle, shifting the first petal to the right by three loops so that the petals of this row are between petals No. 3.

1: work 2 sl-sts in each st, you should get 36 sl-sts/n. Then 6 rows according to 4 patterns, repeat rapport 6 times.

Knit two flowers of each color. Bend the petals up and starch. Attach them to the stems.

You can crochet not only roses, but also other unusually beautiful flowers. To connect them, you just need to carefully consider the scheme and follow it.

Knitting patterns are presented below:

Clearly following the chosen scheme, the flower will definitely turn out. You can try to knit without a pattern, showing your imagination, and maybe you will get a new, unusual and unique flower. Well, if you can’t knit according to the pattern or on your own, then you can watch a video lesson that will definitely help you knit a flower.

Hello!

Today I have prepared for you a master class How to crochet a rose.

For the rose, I chose pink and purple Adelia “Valeri” yarn (50% wool, 50% acrylic, 50g/146m) - I used to knit from it. We also need green cotton threads for leaves and stems, hooks No. 1.5 and 2.5, wire (thin and thicker), adhesive tape and scissors.

First, we knit the petals of our rose according to scheme 1:

With hook No. 2.5, we collect 4 VP, close it in a ring and knit 3 lifting VP and 12 double crochets. At the end of the row there is a connecting column and again 3 lifting VPs ...

We take dark-colored yarn and knit 4 arches of 4 VPs, attaching them with single crochets to every second column of the previous row.

We knit 7-8 such petals. I did not wrap one of them with purple yarn (this will be the middle of the rose).

With hook No. 1.5, I scored 8 VP (in the diagram - 10), closed it in a ring and knitted, starting each row with 3 lifting VP:

1 row - 3 lifting VP and 9 double crochets (st.s / n),

2 row - repeat * 2 st.s / n, 1 st.s / n *

3 row - repeat * 2 st.s / n, 1 st.s / n, 2 st.s / n *

4 row - repeat * 2 st.s / n, 3 st.s / n, 2 st.s / n *.

It turned out such a "cup":

1 row - 3 VP and 6 st.s / n, turn the work,

2 row - 3 VP, 4 st.s / n, 2 st.s / n with a common top, turn the work,

3 row - 3 VP, 4 st.s / n, turn the work,

4 row - 3 VP, 2 st.s / n, 2 st.s / n with a common top, turn the work,

5 row - 3 VP, 2 st.s / n, turn the work,

6 row - 3 VP and 2 st.s / n with a common top.

The diagram suggests knitting each such leaf separately, each time cutting the thread. Because I don’t like to bother once again with tying knots and tucking “tails”, I suggest knitting without breaking the thread. To do this, having finished knitting a leaf, we “go down” with half-columns along its left edge, we reach the cup and begin to knit the next leaf.

Thus, we get an asterisk - a sepal of a knitted rose.

Now we knit the leaves according to scheme 3:

We start with 10 VPs. Leave a tail of thread about 10 cm long.

Then 1 row - 1 lifting VP, 2 st.b / n, 2 semist. s / n, 2 st.s / n, 2 half s / n, 2 st.b / n, 3 VP and repeat the same on the other side of the leaflet.

At the top of the leaf, tie a half stitch. s / n, st.b / n, st.b / n in an arch of 3 VPs of the previous row, 3 VPs, another 1 st.b / nakida in the same arch and then the other side of the leaf symmetrically to the first.

And now we pull the tail of the thread, which we left at the beginning, to the front side at the top of the leaf,

and knit such a chain along the middle line:

Sew a sepal to a knitted rose:

Prepare a wire hook, tie a green thread to it and insert it into the middle of the rose.

Then we wrap the stem, as shown in the photo:

It turns out like this:

I first wrapped the junction of the branches with the stem with tape, and then wound the threads. The ponytails below were also carefully secured with tape.

Now you know how to crochet a rose.

Recently, crochet flowers have been at the peak of popularity. Knitted necklaces with flowers, brooches and hairpins began to come into fashion. Sometimes knitted flowers are simply works of art.

The queen of flowers is always a rose, it is roses that are most often crocheted. I show one of the simplest crochet rose patterns, but this does not mean at all that the rose will turn out to be ugly.

Full crochet rose pattern:

We knit a chain with a hook, we calculate the length depending on the size of the rose that we want to tie. For a lush rose, you need at least 15 petals, and 7 is enough for a bud.

There are only 3 rows in the pattern, the rose knits very quickly. In the last row, the number of columns as we approach the last petal is increased from 5-7 to 10-12. As a result, we get the following spiral:

Further, the rose can be further decorated. The binding of the edge with a darker or lighter thread looks very good. It is advisable to take a thread and a thinner hook. We tie with single crochets, or by alternating a single crochet and an air loop.

It is good to slightly steam the resulting workpiece with an iron. Then along the edge we collect our rose on a thread and pull it together.

If you want to get a more closed rose, then we collect the flower with the right side inward. If we want to get a more blossoming flower, then we do the opposite. Accordingly, we perform the strapping of the edge on the desired side.

With regard to fresh flowers, it is believed that rosebuds are more suitable for young girls and girls, and fully bloomed flowers are more suitable for older women.

You can embellish your rose a little more by tying the middle of the flower with a different color.
