Beautiful festive kanzashi hairpins. Set of hairpins using the kanzashi technique Do-it-yourself kanzashi hairpin made from satin ribbons

Necessary materials:
- ribbon 5 cm wide, white – 1 m 20 cm;
- ribbon 2.5 cm wide green – 1 m;
- white bead;
- base for automatic hairpins.
Tools:
- scissors;
- tweezers;
- glue gun;
- cautery on wood.

We use satin ribbon. You can use other glue instead of a glue gun. For example, “Moment Universal”, “Moment Gel”, “Dragon” or other transparent glue. The advantage of a glue gun is that the glue hardens quickly.

We cut the white tape into 5 cm pieces. Fold the resulting square in half to form a triangle. Fold the triangle in half and in half again. We get a regular sharp petal. Then we separate the doubled part and throw the corner of the tape over to the opposite side. We seal the edge with a burner. We make a second such petal, but do not wash down the edge. Carefully place the first petal into the second and seal the edge of two petals at once. We tuck the middle of the fingers inside so that there is no crease. On the back side of the petal there are two edges, we clamp each one with tweezers and seal it. The result is a double round petal. We need 9 of these.

We make a sharp petal from white tape and solder the tip. We cut off the lower part of the petal a little, clamp it with tweezers and seal it. We turn it inside out and get an inverted sharp kanzashi petal. We do 4 things.

Cut 10 cm from the green ribbon. Fold it in half, back side out. We press the tape with a metal ruler, as in the photo, and cut it with a burner. We get a petal. We make only 10 pieces of these, 8 of which need to be turned right side out, and 2 left like that.

Cut out a circle with a diameter of 2.5 cm from a white ribbon. Drip a little glue and glue 6 double white petals. On the remaining three white petals, pinch the middle of the semicircular side with tweezers and seal it. Drop a drop of glue onto the sharp edge and glue the second row of petals onto the flower.

Glue the sharp inverted white petals together 2 at a time, with a drop of glue at the base, and glue them into the uninverted green petals. We get 2 buds.

Cut out a rectangle from white cardboard, as long as the base of the hairpin and 2.5 cm wide. Use scissors to round off the edges. Cover the cardboard with white tape.

Suggested kanzashi children's hairpins master class with flowers are made in white and blue tones, and therefore they are perfect for wearing not only on ordinary days, but also on holidays and to school. To make decor from sliding satin material, practice working with the ribbon, mainly singeing it, because this is a necessary stage in processing satin sections. It is enough to touch the protruding threads with the flame of a lighter for a moment to make the workpieces more neat.

In the proposed version of the hair accessory, small click-clack hairpins were used, but they can be replaced with soft elastic bands or glued to any other base. Girls will definitely love such exquisite jewelry. And if a mother makes them with her own hands for her daughter, then they can be considered exclusive.

To create one hairpin with a kanzashi flower, you need to prepare:

- 16 pieces of white satin ribbon, 5 cm long, ribbon width 1.2 cm;

- 11 pieces of blue satin ribbon, 4.5 cm long, ribbon width 1.2 cm;

- 2 felt circles with diameters of 2.5 cm and 4 cm;

- click-clack hairpin;

- a metal bead hugger and a pebble with a diameter of 0.8 cm.

How to make kanzashi children's hairpins master class from ribbons?

Cut the required number of 5cm pieces of white tape. After flame treatment of the cuts, begin to create unusual dome-shaped petals. Place the piece vertically. Pinch the central part with your finger and bend the top half relative to the bottom by 90 degrees. Make another fold in the central part to clearly align the 2 halves of the segment. The result will be a double petal with a sharp corner.

Turn all the prepared white pieces into identical petals. At the base, the tape can be carefully glued or scorched with a flame and pressed down with your fingers to secure the ends.

Cut the indicated number of pieces of blue ribbon, the length of which should be 4.5 cm. Prepare petals from the blue parts in the same way, only the parts will be slightly shorter than the white ones (0.5 cm).

Make all 11 angular petals.

Each petal must be bent in half lengthwise. Holding your fingers at the straight bottom, pierce the workpiece with a needle and sew with thread. Make only 1 stitch. Next, string all the petals one by one onto the thread.

Pull the thread all the way to create a flower.

This method of attaching parts will make the workpiece three-dimensional; in this case, glue will not be needed.

Make a second flower from white petals. Since it will take 11 parts to make, there will be a round hole in the central part. However, the white flower will be the bottom tier, so the hole in the finished product will be hidden.

Glue a small felt circle 2.5 cm in diameter to the back of the white circle. This will be the base of the entire white and blue flower.

Use the second circle with a diameter of 4 cm to attach the click-clack hairpin. Make a cut in the central part, insert the tongue of the hairpin, and pull it until it stops. If necessary, glue the upper metal part of the hairpin to the felt. Prepare a bead hugger and a pebble to decorate the middle.

Glue metal decor to the center of the blue flower.

The second flower (white) will be about 1 cm larger in diameter.

Glue the blue tier onto the white one.

Glue the entire structure to the felt holding the hairpin. Prepare two absolutely identical hairpins for your young student.

A bright and indispensable decoration for a schoolgirl is ready. Such kanzashi children's hairpins master class can be made using black or burgundy ribbon. And the pebble in the central part may be blue.

Fashion for original jewelry and accessories will always exist. The modern trend is hand-made style. Things made into hairpins, headbands, and brooches look very impressive and fabulously beautiful. Making such a decoration is not difficult. In addition, it does not require expensive materials. Simple tips will help you create an original hair decoration that suits you.

Materials

To make kanzashi hairpins, you will need the following:

  • A frame (base) that you will buy specially or take from an unnecessary decoration.
  • (color and width are at your discretion). You can also use a suitable fabric.
  • Scissors.
  • Ruler (it’s more convenient to measure workpieces).
  • Lighter, candle for processing edges and joining layers of the workpiece.
  • Tweezers, clamp, forceps.
  • Threads with a needle.
  • Thermal gun.
  • Decor (beads, seed beads).

So, nothing special is used. Tapes are available and inexpensive. If you don’t have a heat gun, you can do without it.

How to add simple elements?

To make beautiful kanzashi hairpins, you only need to master one simple method of making parts.

Blanks can be made single-layer, two- and three-layer. It is better to combine these balls from ribbons of different colors, and if there is suitable fabric, then with squares from it. Choose the size at your discretion.

To make single petals, work like this:

  1. Cut the ribbon into squares.
  2. Process the cuts over a flame (melt the edges).
  3. Fold the square in half.
  4. Fold the resulting triangle in half twice.
  5. Melt the bottom edge in a flame and press tightly together with a clamp or tweezers so that the layers of the petal are completely fused along the bottom edge.

How to make a petal from several squares?

To make a double or triple petal, proceed as follows:

  1. Cut the required number of squares. For one petal - 2 or 3, respectively. You can use tapes of the same width, but then you will have to trim the lower border of the workpiece later. If you immediately take squares of different sizes, you don’t need to do this.
  2. Fold each square in half individually. And once again in this way - all the resulting triangles.
  3. Place the prepared parts one on top of the other according to size (larger - smaller).
  4. Fold the prepared multilayer structure in half.
  5. Fuse the bottom edge of the part by treating it with the flame of a candle or lighter and pressing it with tweezers. If your bottom border is uneven (the tapes were the same size), first trim it with scissors.

easy to do!

The simplest decorations can be easily made using bobby pins in the shape of a flower.

The execution sequence is as follows:

  1. Prepare the required number of single, double or triple petals made using the technology described above.
  2. If you prefer ring-shaped petals, cut off the lower corners of the blanks.
  3. Connect all the petals in series in a circle using thread (fishing line) with a needle, a heat gun, or fusing the blanks by heat treatment.
  4. Cut a circle out of cardboard that is the size of or slightly smaller than the base (back) of the flower.
  5. Cut a circle from fabric or tape that is larger in diameter than the cardboard piece.
  6. Place the cardboard blank on the wrong side of the fabric and use a needle and thread to pull the edges of the circle along the contour.
  7. Glue the prepared part to the flower with cardboard. The reverse side of the flower turned out neat and dense. The gluing between the petals is not visible.
  8. Apply glue to the hairpin and press the completed flower onto it.
  9. After drying, decorate the front side: glue a bead in the center, you can glue a drop-shaped pearl into the middle of each petal. Apply glitter gel or nail polish to the tips of the petals.
  10. Make the second such hairpin (usually they are made in pairs) in the same way.

Kanzashi hairpins: master class

A more complex, even asymmetrical design can be made on the basis of an automatic hairpin, metal or with a rubberized insert.

Work like this:

  1. For the main element, take the same flower as for small hairpins. Make all the petals and combine them into a flower using the technology described above. In different hairpins you can change the number, size of petals, combinations of single- and multi-layered parts.
  2. In this case, the base in the form of a circle for the flower can be omitted, but you will need to make a backing strip made to the size of the hairpin. This frame element will be manufactured similarly to a circle. However, you should not take cardboard that is too thick if you need to glue the decor along an arched surface.
  3. To create a beautiful hairpin from ribbons (“kanzashi”), in addition to the central flower, make several smaller ones, but according to the same principle.
  4. Place smaller flowers symmetrically or asymmetrically relative to the central one.
  5. Make elements in the form of leaves and twigs. Place them on the base to the right and left of the center part.
  6. Use additional decor from beads, feathers and other suitable elements.

As you have seen, it is not difficult to make beautiful kanzashi hairpins. The main thing is to master one of the basic methods of folding blanks, and you can combine them into a finished decoration according to a model from a photograph or, showing a little imagination, in accordance with your individual author's idea.

If you want to give a little girl a holiday, be it your daughter, granddaughter or niece, then give her small, delicate accessories as a gift. You will see her eyes light up in surprise. As soon as she opens the surprise bag, she will immediately begin to try on the new thing, come up with hairstyles, and experiment with looks. Kanzashi products always look bright, unusual, and attract attention.

Indeed, the presented kanzashi-style hairpins can only be called gentle, girlish, and romantic. In the final photo you can see that the proposed jewelry is decorated with unique rhinestone centers, which fit perfectly into the overall ensemble. The red cabochon echoes the color of the main ribbon, and the rhinestone edging adds a festive touch. And don’t worry under any circumstances that you won’t find the same suitable beauty on sale. Experienced needlewomen will always find a way out. You can correct the color of a regular cabochon using selected nail polish, and you can always stick sparkling rhinestones in the form of a thread on top. So it is in the presented case. Of course, petals of different formats also deserve attention.

For one clip with a delicate flower you will need:

  • 28 pieces of white satin ribbon -2.5*2.5 cm (12 pieces for the top flower and 16 for paired branches);
  • 16 pieces of bright pink satin ribbon - 2.5*2.5 cm;
  • 8 pieces of the same texture of bright pink color - 5*5 cm;
  • 16 pieces of red ribbon of the same texture - 5*5 cm;
  • 8 pieces of red ribbon of the same texture - 2.5 * 2.5 cm;
  • 6 double-sided pink stamens;
  • 2 white felt bases of different diameters - 2.5 cm and 3.5 cm;
  • felt base of red or crimson color with a diameter of 4 cm;
  • red center with rhinestone chain.

The flower used to decorate the hairpin consists of two types of petals: a simple round one and a triple pointed one, but a simple round one is also inserted into the center. This design is not new, but it looks unusual in the proposed context. Prepare pieces of fittings according to the list, using the suggested color card or choosing your own option.

How to make a kanzashi hairpin with your own hands

1) Cut red, pink and white ribbon into 2.5 * 2.5 cm and 5 * 5 cm squares for work as described in the list. Burn the edges for convenience. Cut out red and white felt circles. Also prepare the stamens and the middle. Make all quantities as in the list.

2) Make a simple rounded petal according to the diagram. Traditionally, squares with a side of 2.5 cm are used for this model. The details are elegant, small, and teardrop-shaped.

3) Collect portions of red, pink and white petals. Do not cut the white and red petals from the bottom - this is important, pink ones - cut them a little at the very end of modeling with nail scissors at an angle and solder the edges together.

4) Prepare a felt base, pink stamens, a bright crystal with rhinestones, and a portion of white petals.

5) Glue 12 white petals and stamens onto a 2.5 cm white felt base. Glue each head with a small shoot almost inside the droplet. Decorate the top with the prepared model.

6) Place pink parts from the second portion on the second 3.5 cm base - 16 pieces in total.

7) Connect the two tiers. We're in the middle of work.

8) Make double white mini branches.

9) To make a beautiful triple pointed petal, prepare 2 red and 1 pink pieces. Begin the folding process.

10) Assemble the main structure.

11) And glue into it the red round petal created earlier from the red portion.

12) Prepare 8 layered elements, cut out a red felt circle.

13) Glue large petals (8 pieces) onto the red base.

14) And on top is a structure of two rows, made in the first half of the simulation.

15) And only then glue white mini branches between the large petals. This trick never hurts, because it adds a precious gloss to such things.

Kanzashi hair clip master class for beginners- This is a wonderful universal and elegant hair decoration. The hairpin shown in the master class in a white and blue color scheme can, first of all, be worn to school. A girl of any age can decorate her hair with such a wonderful accessory every day. In addition, a hairpin on a clip is a convenient technique; its simple design allows you to independently model your hairstyle in a matter of seconds, not only at home, but even in the school lobby, if, for example, it’s winter outside and you have to wear a hat. And as a festive school accessory, a beautiful hairpin is also suitable; it can be used to complement a strict uniform for the first or last bell. Every mother can make a similar hairpin for her schoolgirl daughter on her own, following a detailed master class.

For a worthy exhibit of a school collection of hand-made accessories, we will need a certain list of materials.

What is needed to hairpin a kanzashi master class for beginners?

  • wide satin ribbon of dark blue color – 4 pieces of 5*10 cm each;
  • openwork ribbon with white rhombus texture – 4 pieces, 2.5*10 cm each;
  • narrow blue ribbon (the same shade as the main parts for masking the central part of the bow) – 1 piece 1.2*12 cm;
  • squares of wide white satin ribbon – 16 pieces, 5*5 cm each;
  • squares made of wide dark blue ribbon – 8 pieces, 5*5 cm each;
  • squares of dark blue ribbon of medium width – 8 pieces 2.5*2.5 cm;
  • squares of white ribbon of medium width - 16 pieces 2.5 * 2.5 cm;
  • felt circle white or blue 2 cm in diameter;
  • oblique stretch tape - will allow you to make the clip (the base of the hairpin) removable;
  • white half bead with a diameter of 1.6 cm.

Kanzashi hair clip master class for beginners step by step:

Combine wide satin ribbons of dark blue color prepared for work and strips of lace with a diamond texture along the length. Initially, you should cut out parts 10 cm long for the first and second cases. It is convenient not to glue, but to singe the ends at this stage.

Prepare 4 similar white and blue structures. Then fold in the center, forming loops of a fluffy bow. Make paired folds at the base and singe. The bottom and most magnificent part for the school bow is ready.

Glue all 4 loops together and wrap them in the center with a thin strip of dark blue tape of the same color. You will get a flirty bow.

For the central flower, prepare squares: 2 white with sides 5 cm and 2.5 cm, 1 dark blue with sides 5 cm and 2.5 cm. From this ensemble of accessories a five-layer sharp petal will be modeled. Since it will not be possible to fold all 5 layers into a perfectly flat part at once, you must first make a large triple petal of the white - blue - white layer, then a small two-layer petal of the blue - white layer, then insert one into the other.

Combine 2 opposite corners in all squares.

Turn the blanks into triangles.

Layer the triangles on top of each other. The big ones are separate from the small ones.

More interesting:

Model a large three-layer petal and a small two-layer petal.

Insert one into the other. This creates a fragment of the central flower.

To model the smallest central flower, take singed squares. Bend it in half, then point the other two sharp ones towards the right angle in the resulting triangle. Round the gap.

The small flower will consist of 8 round petals, make them and glue them onto a felt base with a diameter of 2 cm and add a white half bead 1.6 cm.

Make 8 large petals for the center flower and attach them together with glue.

Also prepare small white single petals to attach between the parts of the large flower.
