Presentation on the topic "Fantasy from salt dough"

The main advantage of salt dough is its availability and low cost. After all, you see, in every house there is a glass of flour, salt, and water. Do-it-yourself salt dough products are easy and fun to create, pleasant memories and photos will definitely remain.

The recipe is quite simple, does not require additional costs of money and time: 1 glass of salt, 2 glasses of flour, water is added gradually. The dough is well kneaded so that it does not stick to your hands. You can store it in a bag in the refrigerator.

You can dry products both at room temperature and in the oven. After drying, salt dough products can be painted and varnished. For coloring, you can use acrylic, watercolor and gouache.

The dough is rolled out flat Salt dough products are0.5 cmthick, a template is applied and carefully cut out a figure along it with a stack. Semi-volumetric- to get such a product, you need to sculpt individual parts, and then combine them into a conceived composition. Wet the joint with a brush and gently press it with your finger. Volumetric- I think they are the most difficult, in order for them to keep their shape, you need to make a foil base, stick around it with dough, remove excess dough, since it can slide when it dries, make the figure stable, lubricate well and press all the details so that they do not dry out peeled off. At today's master class, I would like to introduce you to the technique of making a three-dimensional figure, we will sculpt a cockerel.

  1. Practical independent work.

Have you already prepared gifts for your friends for the New Year? Complete them with one more little detail - that's such a cute souvenir. Do-it-yourself dog from salt dough is not difficult to do. The sculpting process is accompanied by a photo step by step. And such a symbol of 2018 can become a talisman.

Do-it-yourself "Dog" fridge magnet

For work you will need:

Salty dough;
rolling pin;
knife;
toothpick or stacks;
gouache paints;
brushes for drawing;
universal varnish;
glue-based magnet (optional).

For test:

0.5 st. flour;
0.25 st. coarse salt;
0.25 st. extra salt;
0.5 st. water.

Sculpting a red dog

We start modeling by creating a wooden fence, from behind which a dog looks out. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut out a rectangle of the desired size with a knife. You can use a ruler if necessary.

We remove the excess dough, and along the edges of the rectangle we make notches with the blunt side of the knife. Thus, it will turn out to imitate old chips and cracks on a tree.

With a toothpick we make transverse dents in the form of an indelible circle. The length and distance between the notches should be different, as well as the pattern on the wood.

Tear off a small piece from the remaining dough and roll it into a ball. We flatten the ball and stick it on top, going a little on the fence.

Now at the top of the flattened ball we stick another smaller one, but we do not flatten it. As a result, the body of the dog and the head have already appeared.

We roll up voluminous droplets from two identical pieces of dough and apply them directly to the fence close to the dog's body. At the bottom of each drop we make 2 notches so that the pieces of dough become like paws.

Now we make two more oblong droplets of the same size, then flatten them out so that they become flat.

We stick the blanks of the ears at the top of the dog's head. The ears must be pressed to the head along their entire length so that they do not break during operation.
From a small volumetric ball we make a protruding part of the muzzle and stick it down the head.

With a stack or the blunt side of the knife, we make a vertical shallow dent. From a small ball we make a nose.

From very miniature balls of dough we make eyes for the dog. Remember to dampen the dough with water before gluing the parts.

The last step is finalizing the details. You can draw a mouth with a stack, you can add folds above the eyes or dots on the cheeks.

Since the figurine is small, it will dry quickly in a natural way, on a radiator or outside in the summer. Drying will take no more than three days. If you don’t want to wait, then dry in the oven at the lowest temperature and turn over every half hour.

Dog painting

Immediately paint the fence with brown gouache on top and sides. So that all the cracks are filled with paint, and the dough is not visible, you need to dip the brush well in water. Such details are always painted with colored water rather than paint.

When the fence is dry, paint the dog. To make the color more natural and soft, mix orange paint with white. We paint the entire dog in orange, except for the protruding part of the muzzle and nose. Until the layer is dry, add brown in some places and tint the ears and paws a little, blurring the junction of paints with water.

We paint the protruding muzzle with white. We paint the nose, eyes and mouth black, but only after the previous layers have dried.

Lastly, we finish the small details. To emphasize the relief of the fence, dip a dry hard brush in a dark yellow color and draw it over the fence. Thus, an interesting texture effect is obtained. In the same way, you can make wool for a dog.

We cover the finished figure with varnish. When the varnish is dry, glue the reinforced magnet on the unpainted side.

A dog carrying a forgotten Santa Claus hat and a Christmas ball is a reminder that the New Year will come very soon. The symbol of the coming year is a yellow dog, but what breed is unknown. Dachshunds are very good-natured and playful by nature, so it’s worth making such a funny little dog.
For work you will need:
salty dough;
rolling pin;
knife;
stack or improvised tools;
gouache and brushes;
acrylic lacquer;
rhinestones on a self-adhesive basis.
For test:
salt;
flour;
cold water.
All in equal volume.
Dachshund modeling
We will sculpt the dachshund in a stencil way, but with overhead details. We draw or print a picture in advance, cut it out, then cut off the false ear and tail.
Roll out the dough evenly into a thick cake, put a stencil on top and cut along the contour. Smooth the edges of the figure with a wet brush.

From two identical pieces of dough, we roll up voluminous ovals and stick them up on the head, forming eyes. From a small ball we make a nose at the very tip of an elongated muzzle.

With a knife we outline the mouth and cut the dough a little so that it seems ajar. We also make vertical stripes with a knife to separate the paws. We form a sausage from a large piece of dough, then roll it out so that one side is very thin and the other wide. We sculpt the sausage with the narrowed side at the top of the head and lower it vertically to make a hanging ear. The sausage can be slightly flattened.

We make a similar sausage only many times smaller and apply it to the back with a wide side. Wet the joint with water and smooth it well. The resulting tail is slightly flattened with your fingers and bent. With a sharp stack, draw a line on the edge of the back.

Now let's make a Christmas ball. We take 2 pieces of dough, one large, and the second 3 times smaller. We roll a ball from a large piece, then stick a piece of dough up on it and form a smoothed square. Now on the square, make vertical dents with a toothpick. The result is a Christmas ball with a holder.

To “hang” the ball on the tail of the dachshund, you need to roll up a thin sausage. Now we sculpt a sausage on the tail and put a Christmas tree toy just below the tail.

We form a triangle from a flattened piece of dough, stretch and bend one of its edges, as in the photo. Draw a strip at the bottom of the wide part of the triangle with a knife. Now we pierce the allotted strip shallowly with a toothpick. Then we form a small ball of dough and stick it to the elongated narrowed side. We also pierce the ball with a toothpick.

We put the resulting cap into the parted mouth of the dachshund and press the dough well. We dry the finished work in the oven at a minimum temperature. Every 20-30 minutes the figure must be turned over so that cracks do not appear.

Coloring New Year's dog
We paint the dog with brown gouache. We carefully paint over the sides and do not touch the hat, ball and eyes.

Black paint a little tint on the bottom of the ear, upper back and tail. To make the transition from black to brown smooth, you need to smear the joints with a wet brush, without paint. All subsequent details are painted only after the previous layers have dried.

We cover the finished figure with varnish on top and sides. When the varnish is dry, decorate your work with glue-on rhinestones or other small decorations.

New Year's dog from salt dough, master class

As you already understood, you can mold everything and even the New Year's mood from salt dough. A souvenir in the form of a funny dachshund carrying a Santa hat and a decorated Christmas tree will be a pleasant surprise for your friends.

For work you will need:

Salty dough;
rolling pin;
knife;
stacks or improvised devices;
paints with brushes;
aerosol varnish;
rhinestones on an adhesive basis.

For test:

1 st. flour;
1 st. ordinary salt;
0.5-0.7 st. cold water.

Sculpting New Year's Dachshund

To begin with, we draw a dachshund on paper and draw all the details, then cut out the figure and cut off the ear with the tail. The result is a strange contour of an unknown animal. Roll out the dough into a layer 4-5 cm thick. Attach a stencil and cut along the contour.

Now moisten the cuts of the figure with water and smooth with your fingers. From two identical balls make eyes and attach them to the very top of the head. Place a small ball on the edge of the oblong nose.

From a large piece of dough we make a sausage, which should be much narrower on one side than on the other. We stick the narrow edge on top of the head, lowering the sausage exactly down. The resulting ear needs to be slightly flattened with the palm of your hand and pressed well against the main figure of the dog at the points of contact.

We take a piece of dough and roll it into a cake up to 1 cm thick. Draw it with a knife, and then cut out the Christmas tree of the desired size.

We stick the Christmas tree on the edge of the back of the dachshund. We smooth the slices of the tree with wet fingers. With a sharp stack or the blunt side of a knife, we make relief branches.

With a knife, slightly obliquely, we make the dachshund a slightly open mouth, into which we put the corner of a flat, small triangle. The outer edge can be slightly stretched and curved to make the shape of the figure resemble a Santa's hat.

Well, what is a Santa's hat without fur and a pom-pom. On the cap we draw a transverse line, separating the bottom strip. Place a ball of dough on top. To get the effect of fur, you need to put traces with a toothpick in a chaotic manner.

We bake the dachshund in the oven at a temperature of no more than 100 degrees.

Dachshund painting with a Christmas tree

When the dough is dry, paint the entire dachshund, except for the eyes, brown. While the paint is still wet on the edge of the ear and part of the back, add black paint and shade the junction with a wet brush.

When the main color is completely dry, decorate the Christmas tree, hat and eyes. All other small details are drawn after the previous layer of paint has dried.

When the paint is completely dry, sprinkle the work with varnish to prevent the paint from being picked up. And when the varnish dries, glue the rhinestones on the Christmas tree and hat.

Salt dough dog for children

A magnet with such a dog can easily be molded with your own hands, the main thing is to know the intricacies of the process. It is very handy to make such a magnet for the New Year holidays, because, as you know, a yellow dog will be a symbol of the coming year.

For work you will need:

Salty dough;
stacks or toothpicks;
knife;
paints;
brushes;
universal varnish;
reinforced magnet.

For test:

0.5 st. flour;
0.5 st. table salt;
0.5 st. cold water.

Modeling a dog

Most often, dough magnets are molded according to a stencil, but in this case, all the details are overhead and not thin, so we mold them in the classic way.
Roll the dough into the desired size. This will be the head of the dog, which, as you can see from the photo, is the largest part of the whole figure.

On top of the head we impose another ball of a slightly smaller size. This will be the protruding part of the muzzle.

To make a nose, roll a small ball, then press it with your fingers on both sides to make a three-dimensional triangle. Lay the nose on top of the previous ball.

Now take a small piece of dough and flatten it to a thickness of about 3 mm. This will be the basis for the individual parts. Glue the dog's head on top of the base. By the way, the junction of the protruding muzzle with the head must be moistened with water and smoothed well with your fingers or a stack to make a smooth transition. At the same time, draw a smile and nostrils on the stack.

We roll up a small sausage from the dough and lay it on the base under the head, forming a bend of the arm like a person’s. We stick a small ball on the edge of the sausage and make 2 shallow dents, forming a foot.

On the other side of the base, simply put a small piece of dough and smooth out the joints. We make another short sausage a little larger than the paws and lay it across the dog's body. We smooth the edges of the sausage with wet fingers and cut each side a little with the blunt side of the knife. As a result, the dog got a bone.

On the side where we did not form the paw, we put a ball of dough directly on the bone and press it well. We make 2 shallow cuts and form the second foot.

A dog with a large muzzle should also have large and funny ears. From two identical pieces of dough, you need to form voluminous elongated ovals and flatten them only in the middle.

With the round side we stick the ears at the top of the dog's head. Wet the joints with water and smooth them well with your fingers.

We form oval, slightly flattened eyes and thin short eyebrows.

We dry the finished figure in the oven at a minimum temperature of 2-3 hours. To prevent deformation of the dough, turn the work over to the other side every 30 minutes.

Painting of a dog with a bone

I used ocher as the main color. We cover the entire dog except for 1 paw, long nose and bone.

While the base color is still wet, add some brown to some of the details and completely color in 1 paw. On wet paint, it is easy to make a smooth transition of color just with a wet brush.

When the previous layers have dried, cover the protruding muzzle, eyes and bone with white. When they are dry, make a black nose and a brown smile.

Lastly, make small black dots in the eyes and a white highlight on the nose.
Open the finished work with varnish so that the paint does not get dirty.

When the varnish is dry on the back of the figurine, glue the magnet. Use any construction sealant or glue-backed magnet. Be sure to buy a reinforced magnet.

The dog is the symbol of 2018, and how we want this animal to bring us good luck. Dachshunds are by nature good-natured and cheerful animals, and in order to attract good luck, we will sculpt this particular breed. And even if such a souvenir does not bring good luck, it will definitely cheer you up. Make it with your own hands according to this master class, and you will succeed!

To sculpt a dog you will need:

  • stacks, toothpicks, knife;
  • paper;
  • pencil, scissors;
  • acrylic or gouache paints;
  • brushes for drawing;
  • varnish universal;
  • glue "Dragon";
  • a small piece of rope.

For the test you will need:

  • flour 2 tbsp.;
  • kitchen salt 2 tbsp.;
  • water 1 tbsp.

Modeling a funny dachshund with your own hands

First you need to prepare a stencil. You can draw a dog, or you can simply print it on a printer. Cut the pattern along the outline.
For these purposes, it is advisable to use unnecessary cardboard, so it will be more convenient to cut the dough.

Take all the prepared dough and roll it into a layer 2-3 cm thick. Attach a stencil on top and cut along the contour. Excess dough must be removed, crushed in one lump and used to decorate the dog.
You need to roll out the dough immediately on the surface where it will be baked: on a baking sheet, on parchment or foil. Otherwise, it will be impossible to shift the finished work without deforming it.

From two identical small balls we form oblong eyes of a dachshund. Wet the base with water and apply the eyes. Also at this stage, you need to moisten all the cuts of the figure with water and smooth them well with your fingers so that they become smooth.

Now we take 2 more identical pieces of dough half the size of the eyes, and form the eyelids. We also make a small markup on the entire dachshund. With a stack we outline the ear, body contours, paws, nose and mouth.

To make the dog look interesting, you need to compact some places and make them voluminous. We roll an oval from a piece of dough and apply it to the middle of the ear. We dip our fingers in water and begin to smooth the oval so that the joints are not visible.

We also make a protruding back of the dachshund and a tail.

Now you need to make a relief around the perimeter of the figure with a stack or a knife. If the dough is dry, you can slightly soak it with water and make light oblong dents from the edges to the center.

Modeling is finished and now you need to dry the work naturally in the air or in the oven over low heat.

Dachshund painting

To make the dachshund look expressive, it needs to be tinted in a special way. Take black gouache and paint with it all the edges and those parts where there is some kind of relief, that is, all folds and wrinkles should be filled with paint.

When the black color is dry, take the ocher (dirty yellow color) and apply it to the foam sponge. With a sponge, cover all unpainted parts of the dachshund and the protruding relief. Thus, all the folds will remain black, and most of the figure will be colored.

After the previous layers have dried, draw eyes and make an inscription on the body of the dog with a contrasting color: for example, “I bring good luck”, “Symbol of 2018” or any other.

Glue a string to the back of the dog, on which the souvenir will hang. You can use any strong sealant. Do not use hot silicone as it does not adhere very well to the dough.

We open the finished work with varnish, hang it and admire it!

Master class "New Year's sheep" in the technique of modeling from salt dough.

Purpose: a souvenir for the New Year, a Christmas tree decoration.
The master class is useful for educators, primary school teachers, creative parents.
Target: mold a souvenir "New Year's sheep" using the technique of modeling from salt dough.
Tasks:
- encourage the desire to give gifts, souvenirs to your loved ones;
- develop fine motor skills of hands;
- to instill a love for modeling.
Stages of work.

For work, we need: a paper napkin, a glass of water, a brush, a garlic press, a stack, a simple pencil, a ballpoint pen (without paste), paper clips, a “wavy circle” dough cutter with a diameter of 6 cm. salt dough, “snow”.
Salt Dough Recipe:
Flour - 1 tbsp. salt "Extra" - 0.5 tbsp. water 0.5 tbsp. Pour salt into a bowl and fill it with cold water. The salt will dissolve a little, and immediately add a little flour. Sprinkle flour as needed. Knead a tight, elastic dough. While working, store the dough in a plastic bag so that it does not dry out.
Recipe for snow
Pour 1 tablespoon of water + 0.5 teaspoon of potato starch into a small saucepan. Stir and put on low heat, stirring constantly. As soon as the jelly becomes transparent, remove the saucepan from the heat and pour in 0.5 cups of Extra salt. Stir constantly. The mixture is crumbly, similar to wet snow.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. The thickness of the dough is approximately 5-6 mm. Cut out a wavy circle with a pastry cutter and lay it on a napkin.

Insert a paperclip at the top of the circle, this will be the eyelet for the ribbon.

Take a small lump of dough, the size of a small cherry and make a muzzle cake for a lamb. Moisten the place with water, just below the paper clip and put the muzzle there. Water works instead of glue.

Glue on small bead eyes. With a ballpoint pen (without paste), make prints on the eyes.

With a stack, gently push the nose, mouth of the lamb.

Glue small ears, also with water. Make dimples in each ear with a stack.

Put a lump of dough into the garlic press and squeeze out not very long hairs. Cut off three hairs with a stack, form small curls for a lamb from them.

Glue the curls with water.

Roll up small flagella and glue the handles to the lamb. Stack form a hoof. Here the sheep is ready. Now it needs to be dried well (4-5 days in the air). The sheep is dry. Paint it with paints and cover with acrylic varnish.

This is how the sheep should turn out.

Since a sheep is a New Year's souvenir, let's put a ball of snow in her hands (read the recipe for "snow" above). Lubricate the place where you will stick the snow with PVA glue and put the "snow", pressing it down slightly. After 3-4 hours the snow will dry. Thread the ribbon into the eye and the souvenir is ready.
I offer an even simpler version of the sheep. It is easily blinded by preschool children.

Cut out a wavy circle in the manner described above, insert a paper clip into the upper part of the circle.

Moisten the circle with water and glue small peas from the dough. Put a deep dimple in each pea with a simple pencil. And so make molds all over the lamb.

Blind a muzzle for a lamb in a way already familiar to us. Glue on a small ponytail. Howl and this sheep is ready. Dry it in the air for 4-5 days, paint it with paints, cover with acrylic varnish.

This is the kind of sheep you should get.

And we also sculpted the same lambs from colored salt dough.
I wish you creative success.
Happy New Year!

A dog is man's best friend and they say this year should bring stability, success and peace. In order for the patroness of this year to favor you, you need to please and serve her. You need to stock up on dog figurines. You can give them for happiness to friends and relatives, decorate your house and even the New Year's table with them. You can make toys out of fabric or felt, a tilde doll in the form of a dog, mold a figure from plasticine or puff pastry, and even make a cake with the muzzle of the patron of the year. The dog, the symbol of 2018, can be easily made with your own hands with the help of these master classes. You do not need to have special skills to please relatives and friends with cute presents, and children will probably have to sculpt from plasticine to their liking. By the way, take a look.

  • Keychain in the shape of a felt dog

  • Plasticine dog
  • Felt symbol of the year

Keychain in the shape of a felt dog

As a small thematic present, key rings are often given. They say the best gift is a handmade item. You can very easily and simply make a keychain in the form of a felt dog and give it to friends and family for good luck.

So, for such a craft you will need:
felt,
scissors,
needle and thick thread
stuffing cotton,
braid and decorations for the collar,
key holder,
pattern (diagram).
It is necessary to print or draw a diagram, transfer it to the fabric and cut out two similar blanks from felt.

You can start sewing. It is necessary to sew along the edge with a thread, leaving a hole into which cotton wool is stuffed so that the figure is more voluminous. A collar is made from the braid, if desired, decorate and attach a holder to it. A simple craft is ready!

Salt dough figurine

Making crafts for the new year is a good tradition, very useful for the whole family. Both adults and children like to make toys and figurines in the form of a symbol of the year together. From such a test, everyone can mold their own masterpiece.

To prepare the dough you need:
2 cups of flour,
120 g extra salt
80 ml of water
hand cream or vegetable oil.
All ingredients are mixed until smooth. Modeled dogs can be textured with a toothpick. Finished crafts are dried in the oven in two stages. First, they “bake” at a minimum temperature for a couple of hours, then they cool all night and “bake” again. Now you can decorate each molded dog. You need to color the figures, make them collars or ribbon bows.

Crocheted symbol of 2018

Crocheted toys look very cute and unusual. Especially if it is a puppy or dogs of small breeds. A great option is to knit or crochet the symbol of 2018 with your own hands. Making such a toy is not difficult and does not take much time.

How to knit an interesting craft, this lesson will tell.
To knit a dog you will need:
yarn (brown, white and black),
hook,
sintepon,
needle,
black beads,
a piece of leather or braid for a collar.

It is better to start knitting a New Year's craft from the head: two air loops (VP) are knitted, six single crochets (RLS) are made in the second. From the second row, add to all loops. In the third row, the increase is done through one loop, in the fourth - through two. In the fifth, respectively, after three, and in the sixth - four. Next, five rows are knitted in a circle, then decreases are made.

First, in every fifth loop of the row, in the next row - in every fourth. Then every third. Eighteen loops should remain. You need to knit one row, and then make allowances in each loop of the row. Next, knit two rows, from the next row, the increase is knitted in every third loop. Knit three rows. Head and neck done!

Six sc are made for the torso. In the next row, they add to all loops, and in the new one - to every second, in the other to every three. Then every four, and then a row without increments. Then they make additions, but already in every fifth loop. Knit without adding three rows. Now they begin to decrease in every fifth loops and knit three rows, then in the fourth and knit two rows. Then they decrease in the third loops of the row, in the next - in the second, and in the last - in everything.

Now that the details are ready, we need to sew the head and body in such a way as to give shape to the product, because the dog must sit.

You need to tie the dog's ears. First, make a loop and run six sc into it, knit one row. In the second loops of the row, you need to make an increase, and then in the third. In the next row - in the second. It is necessary to knit three rows in a circle. Then decrease in every second loop of the row.

Next, you need to make the paws of the dog. It is necessary to take white yarn and make a loop, there are six single crochets in it. Then you need to make three columns of lush viscous, one in a loop - these are the fingers on the paws. Next, you need to tie three rows with ordinary single crochets. The number of loops has increased due to the lush columns. Next, you need to knit five rows of brown yarn, then make three increases in random places. It is necessary to knit five rows and make decreases in the second loops of the row, and then in all.

Now you need to make the hind legs. They knit a little differently. And so, you need to take white yarn again and make six RLS in a loop, followed by three lush columns and three rows in a circle. Next, you need to knit only four loops, turn around and knit four loops in the opposite direction. Repeat all steps twice and sew the heel. You should get a blank in the form of a bast shoes or a slipper.

Now attach a brown thread to the heel and start making decreases through one loop. You need to knit a row, then make an increase in all loops. Then knit two rows in a circle, and then start making decreases through the loop. And in the last row, decreases are made in all loops.

To decorate the dog, you need to tie a white muzzle. In the loop you need to make six single crochets, double the second row, knitting two RLS in each loop, in the next row make increases through the loop. Now three rows are knitted without changes. The associated item is ready.

To decorate the eyes of a dog, you need to make her eyelids. Six air loops, then a connecting column (SS), three RLS and SS.

To decorate the symbol of the new year 2018, you need to make a collar from a leather cord or braid, add a pendant and a stylish accessory is ready!

To complete the ponytail, you need to tie six sc and five rows without changes, then make an increase in every second loop. And knit a row.
Now it's time to sew the craft. First, sew on the muzzle and paws, then the beads for the eye, eyelids. You can embroider a strip up the muzzle, you also need to embroider a nose with black thread. Do not forget to sew on the ears, put on a collar.

Knitted craft is ready!

Plasticine dog

For the new year 2018, you can make a cute plasticine dog with your children.
You will need:
plasticine orange, brown, black, white,
needle.

The main color of the craft will be brown. It is necessary to make blanks from it - two ovals. This will be the body and head. It is not necessary to make them the same - it is up to you.

It is necessary to fasten two parts, paying special attention to the place of fastening.

Then you need to mold the paws: two not too thick sausages made of brown plasticine.

They are attached to the sides of the body. To give a more interesting look to the craft, you need to make a white shirt-front for the dog. A thin triangle is made from white plasticine and attached to the dog's chest.

For the hind legs, you need to roll up two balls and flatten them a little, and then attach them to the figure so that it is sitting.

To decorate the muzzle, you need to make a black nose from a plasticine oval, and for the eyes you need to make two white balls and attach to the muzzle, black pupils must be added to the middle. The eyes should be the same.

Felt symbol of the year

Soft felt figures are pleasant to the touch and pleasing to the eye. They can be presented both as a souvenir to an adult and a child. Sew several of these dogs and please your acquaintances, relatives, friends with an unusual gift for the New Year, made by yourself. For this craft you will need:
white felt,
black and brown felt
threads black, white, brown,
needle,
eye beads,
toy filler,
scissors,
paper,
pencil.

First you need to cut out a pattern of parts from paper. It is necessary to draw the contour of the body, separately the contour of the head and cut it out.

Now you need to transfer the drawing to felt, each detail is needed in duplicate, as if in a mirror image.

To decorate the muzzle, you need to cut a small triangle out of black felt and sew it in place of the nose with black thread.

Now you need to attach the eyes and embroider the mouth.

From pieces of brown felt, it is necessary to cut out pieces imitating spots and sew them with brown thread.

Overlock seam to sew two parts of the head, but not completely. In the remaining hole we place the filler - so the figure will become more voluminous. To evenly distribute the filler, it is convenient to use a narrow object, such as a pencil. Now you can sew up the hole.

In the same way, you need to make the body of the dog.

It remains to complete the craft and sew two blanks. This is done from the back along the line of the body, where the seam is not so noticeable.

You can also make dog figures on a magnet or interesting bookmarks from felt. In any case, such a present will bring happiness and success to the owner in the new year. And a handmade gift is doubly valuable.
