Office style for girls and women. Pseudo-office style: what not to do

Clothing style is the hallmark of any self-respecting girl. With it, she can tell the world about herself, about her passions and hobbies. We are all different and dress differently. There is only one thing in common - the style of clothing in the workplace. Most of the time it's business style.

Whether a girl knows its basics, how to use it competently, depends on her future career and the attitude of her colleagues at work.

The history of the style

Back in the 19th century, such a thing as "business women's style" did not exist in nature. At that time, the girls did not strive for emancipation, they did not hold significant positions, therefore the clothes they wore were extremely feminine. Crinolines, numerous frills, flounces, curls and curls are the main style elements for women of the 19th century. And if someone allowed himself to wear clothes similar in cut to men's, they were surely ridiculed in the feuilletons of local tabloid newspapers.

The situation changed only after the two world wars, when women, along with the surviving men, had to restore the national economy. Clothing requirements have changed. It had to be, first of all, comfortable, non-marking, preferably dark colors. Therefore, women began to dress in trousers, jackets, clothes began to look more like men's.

Echoing these fundamental changes, models of business clothes for women began to be developed. From that moment on, we can assume that women's business style has become fashionable and has become a universal tool for positioning yourself as a professional.

Characteristic features of the style

At the moment, the business style of clothing for girls can be divided into three groups:

  1. Classic office style. It is the most conservative of all and means a trouser set or a skirt with a dark-colored jacket, a white shirt or blouse and pumps with a slight heel. Often used as a dress code in large companies.
  2. Casual business style. Freer than the previous one, you can diversify styles in it, mix colors in clothes, add various accessories. This option is most common in a normal business setting.

    "Friday" business style. According to him, on Friday you can make indulgences in the severity of outfits and even come to work in classic jeans in combination with a jacket, provided that there are no official business meetings on that day.

Combining all groups, we can distinguish several features on which the business style rests:

    Any item of clothing of this style should be neutral in both color and style. This position is based on the fact that, first of all, clothes do not distract from work, but emphasize the professionalism of a person.

    Clothing should be inscribed in the canons of the classics, having the same unshakable core. Fashion is changeable and fickle, but classics remain for centuries.

    The quality of fabrics, accessories when tailoring business-style clothes should be high. The use of cheap, low-quality fabric in business suits is unacceptable.

    Professionalism has no gender, which means that in business clothes for girls there is no place for promiscuity, overt sexuality, deep necklines and large slits on the skirt.

    The image must be elegant, casual.

business dress style

The requirements for the style of business clothing are, first of all, the simplicity of the cut. The jacket should be straight or slightly tapered silhouette, mid-thigh length and below. The buttons on it should be of medium size and always match the jacket. The skirt is also straight or slightly narrowed down. Its length should be no higher than the level of the palm from the knees. Trousers are straight, sitting on a waist. Overstating or understating the waist is considered a liberty of interpreting the business style.

As for the dress, the sheath dress will be the perfect win-win option. Blouses and shirts must have at least a small sleeve, open shoulders are excluded according to business etiquette in clothes.

Color and texture

The color in business style clothes is one of the dominant features, leaving an imprint on the style as a whole. Black, brown, gray, blue are considered classic colors. They can be complemented with pastel shades of various colors. In the warm season, light-colored suits are allowed - beige, caramel, white. The main thing is that all shades and colors should not be flashy, active. In addition, no more than three colors can be used in one image.

The fabric pattern should also be neutral. Well suited herringbone, thin stripes, cage. Leopard prints, bright floral patterns are also unacceptable in everyday business style.

fabrics

Business attire should be made of high-quality, expensive fabrics. They provide a perfect fit, do not wrinkle and almost do not wrinkle. Tailoring should be perfect, all elements are processed so that the threads do not hang, pockets should not bulge or come off. It is better to choose natural materials: cotton, linen, high-quality silk. The higher the position occupied, the more expensive and better the outfit should be.

Shoes

The classic version of the shoe is black pumps with a small (no more than 7 cm) heel. They may be of a different model, but always in the color of the clothes. This rule does not apply to black shoes.

Even in hot weather, shoes must be closed (toe and heel), so wearing sandals to the office is strictly prohibited. In addition, tights should always be worn under shoes, regardless of any climatic conditions. For these purposes, there are thin tights, 10-15 den thick.

Jewelry and accessories

To decorate the image of a business girl, it is allowed to use various accessories, such as a stylish scarf, a sophisticated scarf, and various jewelry. The main thing is not to overdo it with their number. For example, jewelry, according to etiquette, should not be more than three pieces, including a wedding ring, the material used for their manufacture - silver, gold or pearls. As for such an accessory as a handbag, it should be of a simple form, preferably leather, without catchy elements.

Necessary elements of a business girl's wardrobe

According to the rules of etiquette, you should not come to work for more than two days in a row in the same clothes. To do this, it is not necessary to have a very large wardrobe, it is enough that it contains basic elements that complement and replace each other, namely:

    Classic suit (trouser or jacket with a skirt) of simple cut;

    Several shirts and blouses in pastel colors in a business style;

    Jacket, jacket or cardigan;

    Straight skirt to the knee;

    Classic sheath dress;

    Pumps with low heels in black;

    Neutral tights

    Handbag made of leather of a strict form;

    Various accessories.

All these elements can be easily combined with each other, each time making up a new elegant image of a business girl.

Brands of women's business clothes

Now a large number of designers offer their clothes, made in a business style. These are such giants as Hugo Boss, Chanel, Armani, Covalli, Donna Kara and other well-known brands. Russian designers also keep up with them, take, for example, the chic office suits of the Russian brand Definess from Olga Deffi.

Branded clothing is an indicator of the success and professionalism of its owner, but despite this, well-chosen, high-quality clothing of an unknown brand also has the right to "office" life.

Greetings to all those who know everything about office style and clothes for the office, and those who rack their brains in the morning to wear to work today, as well as those who don’t think about it at all and wear the first thing that catches their eye! Today we will talk about clothes for work.

Office wear

Office style of clothing suggests boredom - we are guided by such stereotypes most often. But is it really so? Indeed, more and more often we have the opportunity to observe photos in popular publications, which depict business ladies or famous women politicians dressed quite brightly.

They are stylish, original, but also elegant. Let's create together the image of a successful business woman, limiting ourselves to the direction of only office-style clothes.

Variety of styles

The clothes that we choose every day always express our condition in general. This applies to the soul, and body, and social status, and financial position.

Often we do not attach importance to our appearance, and then we are offended, saying that, they say, one cannot judge by appearance.

But on a subconscious level, we ourselves read information on the appearance of a person. That is, if a person is not neat or does not honor the dress code at work, we understand that he is either tired of life, or does not respect the surrounding employees, perhaps he does not respect himself, etc.

There are many options. But the result is the same - not a good impression. But the question is what emotions do you want to evoke.

Of course, it all depends on the circumstances and environment. If you wear a formal suit to a friendly party, then you are unlikely to be perceived easily and naturally enough.

office style rules

So the first rule is the relevance in everything - it’s worth dressing for the occasion, otherwise you run the risk of not looking in a winning light for you.

Do you want to attract success and prosperity?

Then you should start with small details, namely with the correction of your wardrobe.

Of course, this is not a panacea for problems and difficulties in relationships with people. But something pleasant and positive can happen in you.

Well, at least you will smile more often when you realize that you are irresistible, not to mention other pluses.

So, there are three main styles acceptable for the office, these are:

  • business best;
  • Business Traditional;
  • business casual;

What is the difference between these style directions, and for which occasion to choose a certain style, now we will analyze all this in more detail.

Office style Business best

Here, more than ever, a black and white ensemble of clothes is welcomed. The most strict option among office styles. He does not tolerate self-expression and is very demanding.

As a rule, it is used at business meetings or negotiations with foreign partners. Also in legal organizations, insurance companies, banking and politics.

For such a wardrobe, women should choose suits in neutral colors - blue, gray, beige, black. Give preference to a skirt below the knee by 5 cm.

The style of the suit can be different - depending on the figure, straight or fitted. We do not allow short sleeves, regardless of the season. The blouse must be exclusively white.

In this case, walking without stockings is bad manners even in summer - choose thin flesh-colored tights. From shoes, you must choose black pumps or shoes that match the color of the suit.

They should not be on thick or high heels 3-5 cm. It is allowed to wear small jewelry or not a bright neckerchief. You can also afford a tie or a small brooch.

business traditional

Photo 10

Traditional formal business style - ideal for everyday business meetings and office appearances.

In this style direction, you can show a little more individuality. A short sleeve and a sheath dress with a jacket on top is appropriate.

A classic-cut trouser suit, a dress, a pencil skirt and a jacket, all this is appropriate in this case, but it is advisable to purchase monophonic models of soothing tones.

The blouse should still be a pastel shade, but now it does not have to be white and plain.

A small print is allowed, such as a thin stripe or small polka dots and barely noticeable embroidery, which have come into fashion and are very relevant in 2016.

As for shoes, there are no changes here - a small heel, closed pumps and a color to match the suit.

Another option is to use nude shoes, that is, beige that matches your skin.

If you decide to complement your image with accessories, then they may already be brighter, more fashionable, but still not defiant.

As for the materials, the quality of clothes and accessories, everything here should be at the highest level, just like in the “business best” direction.

business casual

This style is designed for girls who love freedom, brightness and individuality in everything.

Business casual style for those whose work allows them to come to the office in stylish, modern, but seasoned clothes.

Here are the main accents. In order not to look completely frivolous, it is worth playing with classic cuts, prints and colors.

The base of the wardrobe includes all the same neutral tones - blue, black, brown, beige, dark green, neutral gray.

You can include jackets and cardigans, skirts just above the knee, classic jeans, not excluding formal suits.

You can choose different shoes, but preferably not overtly sporty, and yet the heel is welcome.

Now your task is to add zest to the basic wardrobe. For example, we chose black, tapered straight cropped trousers and a white shirt.

The next example is tight-fitting dark red trousers combined with a white loose-fitting blouse and beige shoes with a small stiletto heel.

From above we sketch a jacket of a neutral gray shade. In this image, you will look fresh and modern, but still not cheeky and businesslike.

In both the first and second versions, the image of a stylish office worker helped create a contrast. But it should be subtle, not assertive, and the basis should be a classic.

Basics of business style

There are a few basic points about what you can wear to work and what you can’t. By reading these rules and following them, you will never look out of place.

We wish you good luck in choosing your new style. And do not forget to show individuality, because office style, like casual clothes, is a reflection of you.

Goodbye, dear reader.

There are strict dress codes. All office items should have a simple style and not contain pretentious elements. The optimal length of the skirt is up to the knee or slightly lower, it can vary by 2-3 centimeters. Pants should be chosen straight, not too tight and not flared, with a classic waistline. The jacket in the traditional version has a straight silhouette, and its length should be about 10 centimeters below the waist. A blouse is another important element of business attire; it should have a straight cut without ruffles, bows, folds and other decorative elements. The color of the blouse is white or pastel shades.

If you choose a dress, then it should be a “case” model made of plain fabric, classic style and dense texture. The dress should fit well, not change its shape after washing (therefore, it is important to pay close attention to the quality of the fabric). A business wardrobe is generally better to be made up of quality items. At any time of the year, in any weather, flesh-colored tights or stockings should be worn. Even in the summer heat, it should be thin tights to match the skin color. Black tights or stockings are unacceptable in a classic business version, especially during the day.

The general color scheme of business-style clothing includes conservative and formal tones: black, blue, gray or brown. In summer, you can wear white, beige, caramel shades. It is desirable to have a pattern of business clothes in a single color or in a vertical strip.

Of the shoes, the most preferable are classic pumps of the usual black color: closed shoes, closed toe, closed heel. Elegance that emphasizes formality.

What exactly can not be worn in the office? Tight clothes, blouses and skirts with frank cutouts, tops, sundresses, exposing the back, shoulders, neckline. Decorative elements are highly undesirable: ruffles, sleeves, bows, sequins, beads. You can not appear even in the most intense heat in the office without pantyhose. No slippers, sandals. Heel maximum 5 cm. You can not wear massive, bright, catchy jewelry. Everything should be restrained and minimalist.

business casual

This is a style that will allow you to look businesslike and at the same time feel comfortable. The advantages of business casual style are in its diversity. This style allows you to combine many pieces of clothing and complement them with accessories, creating completely different looks. Let's say a white shirt with a skirt and trousers will look completely different if you add them with some accessories and jewelry.

Since business casual is still a business style, the color scheme here remains restrained. But at the same time, it would not be kitsch to wear red trousers with a neutral gray jacket or, say, a lemon yellow shirt with strict gray trousers. The color speck should be present, but at the same time be sufficiently balanced. If one piece of clothing is bright, then the second should be muted.

The basis of the wardrobe should be designed in black, white and gray, which will not lose relevance for many more years. A stripe is also appropriate for business casual. For example, blue-white or gray-white. In spring, when the weather is still cool, it is important to wear a jumper over a blouse - this goes well with classic trousers and skirts.

smart casual

Another step to transition from business office wear to casual style. What falls under smart casual style? Unlike business casual, the color palette in this style can be brighter, but in general elements with restrained shades should be preserved. Bright and acidic shades are not allowed. Here it is permissible to wear skirts above the knee with various prints. Although the classic pencil skirt is included in the style, jeans are a common wardrobe item in smart casual. Preferably classic, dark blue, no scuffs or torn patterns. Here you can combine jeans with a turtleneck, knitted blouse, blouse, vest, silk blouse. Naturally, a jacket is recommended, this is such an indispensable attribute. But unlike the classics, more textured fabrics, such as velvet, are acceptable. Pants can be more diverse: both narrowed and wide.

Relevant beige, gray, blue, black, purple, burgundy colors. A dress is one of the most successful options in smart casual. Unlike a strictly business style, you can combine it with leggings and even trousers if you put it under the strap.

street casual

This is a popular style, the main one for use in everyday life. There are no boundaries or restrictions here, you can choose almost any thing and their combination. The main principle is worthy self-expression. This style is so multifaceted and wide that it includes most of the things we are used to. Here you can already combine ripped or leather jeans with a shirt, or tailored trousers with a T-shirt, or create layered sets, for example, combine a glamorous dress and sweatshirt. All this is included in street casual, unpredictable street fashion: hats, printed T-shirts, semi-sports shoes, the presence or absence of a heel. And all this in combination with a variety of accessories. The main purpose of this style is to express and emphasize your individuality, to create an interesting and unique image.

Sport casual

This is somewhat ennobled sporty style. It is intended not so much for sports as for country walks, recreation, shopping, etc. The peculiarity of the sport casual style is the choice of sportswear, which we will combine with elements of everyday style. In this it is not much different from the street. This also includes jeans, T-shirts, voluminous vests, knitwear, various hats, comfortable low-speed shoes, caps, sneakers. The main element is the addition of accessories: neckerchiefs, sunglasses, elegant handbags that will make you stand out and emphasize your individuality.

Chic casual

This style is characterized by light elegance, simple, quite ordinary things, but at the same time sewn from expensive or rare materials, are suitable for its creation. In general, chic casual is a combination of casual and designer clothes. It is quite comfortable, yet elegant.

Style is embodied with the help of flowers, feminine accessories that will add the necessary elegance. This is a story of reincarnation. It is indispensable when you have little time to change clothes, but you need to get from the office, for example, to a secular party or even to the theater. Here, elegant accessories are a real salvation that will help transform. Chic casual is often chosen by "stars", who always need to be prepared for the fact that they will be in various places and at any time they can get on camera. The main rule is to combine simple and comfortable things with bright accessories, outstanding shoes and bags.

Today it can be attributed not only to business women, but also to simply working and leading an active lifestyle. And the type of activity is not important at all - strict clothes simply must be in the wardrobe of every girl. Moreover, in 2019, designers offered a wide variety of fashionable styles and models of business clothes, so we have plenty to choose from, regardless of the office dress code.

The popular "masculine" style has taken its place in the women's wardrobe - we wear various clothes in this style. Formal suits, which have wide straight trousers with arrows and a loose jacket, did not become an exception. Designers recommend wearing such a suit on a fashionable blouse, T-shirt or even on a naked body.

Also this year, suits with double-breasted jackets that do not have a collar and cropped trousers will be relevant. This outfit can be supplemented with a stylish belt or belt, thereby emphasizing the lady's thin waist.

The designers decided to dilute Office Style and trimmed the collar, cuffs and pockets of the suit with different materials than the fabric from which the garment itself is made.

Also, many "male" suits for women are made with stylish draperies and asymmetrical cut jackets.

Office style - trendy trousers

It is simply impossible to imagine a business style without trousers - this is an irreplaceable thing, absolutely independent of the girl's chosen style. However, for everyday work, designers offer to pay attention to more classic models that perfectly emphasize the business image of a girl.

It is also impossible not to note the shortened models, which today are wildly popular with many modern fashionistas. Having chosen such trousers, you will become not only a business lady, but also a trendy and stylish lady.

Fashionable blouses for business ladies

A very important point in the selection of a business style is, changing which you can diversify Office Style. The most popular today are blouses in fresh colors with an unusual cut, which noticeably refresh the image and make it more feminine.

The trend will also be blouse-shirts in the "male" style, which will be most appropriate for work that requires a strict dress code. Such blouses should be chosen in soothing colors without any decor.

Blouses-shirts in the "male" style

And those who still like a more feminine outfit can put on a light blouse made of airy fabrics. Such blouses usually have a beautiful finish and a small decor, flounces or embroidery.

Blazer dresses in office style

In many 2019 business wear collections, you can see a wide variety of stylish jacket dresses that have held their position for more than one season in a row. This year they are back in fashion, thus making it possible to create trendy Office Style and look incredibly attractive.

Such dresses fit perfectly into any dress code, and can be used both as a stylish jacket and as a formal dress.

The cut of jacket dresses can be completely different, choosing the right one can advantageously emphasize the dignity of the figure and hide its flaws.

Office Style - Sheath Dresses

A short black sheath dress is recognized to be called not only an evening dress - it can perfectly complement the image of a business lady. If you are the owner of a slim figure that does not require correction with the help of clothes, then this dress model will be an excellent option for any occasion.

In order to diversify a fairly simple sheath dress, designers recommend complementing it with an elegant fitted jacket, silk or stylish.

Getting ready for work, you can safely put on a business sundress, which managed to become one of the most popular formal things in 2019. However, when choosing such an outfit, it should be remembered that the length of the sundress should be no higher than the knee. And the fashion designers chose linen as the preferred fabric for their manufacture, thanks to which the sundress takes on an even more austere look.

As for the colors of such sundresses, preference should be given to deep blue shades, gray, burgundy, classic black and brown.

Fashionable Office Style implies a minimal presence of buckles on a sundress, patch pockets, fairly wide straps, a fitted or straight silhouette.

Short office style dresses

A constantly strict dress code, knee-length skirts, trousers can seriously annoy even the most businesslike lady. However, the designers found a way out here too, offering quite strict, but short dresses that give the image a businesslike and at the same time feminine look.

Of course, if you have a very strict dress code at work, then in this case you should choose a dress just above the knee, if only in order not to irritate the boss.

And for those who can afford a short dress for work, the designers have prepared many feminine and bright looks.

Solid color office style

In 2019 will be in fashion Office Style in monochromatic colors, namely, the top and bottom of clothes of the same color. With the help of various business suits, this can be easily achieved.

Designers, in order to attract more attention to their person, recommend choosing sets of more saturated shades.

However, if the dress code does not allow you to do this, then you can diversify your image with the help of an unusual cut of the suit, elegant accessories and applied decor.

In the new season, designers offer to dilute the boring style of business ladies with various inscriptions or drawings. And in order not to lose elegance and sophistication, you should choose business clothes of interesting colors.

As for prints for formal wear, this year the most relevant will be a kaleidoscope and everyday themes.

If you choose clothes with inscriptions, then you should pay attention to models with large contrasting letters. Scottish plaid and a thin strip will also remain fashionable. It is these trends that many designers of fashion houses have proposed today. Choose, experiment, and, regardless of the dress code, you will always look stylish and fashionable.

On the third hand, representatives of the banking and financial industry (and the dress code rules there are among the strictest, especially in Western companies, where they are developed for a long time and prescribed in special instructions) regularly appear in public, albeit in jackets, but in very elegant and "feminine" blouses and blouses. It seems that the bulk of the working female population takes my favorite image of the "secretary from the province" for the office style.

I have a good attitude towards secretaries and all geographic points, dressing like a “secretary from the provinces” can (and often do) even very metropolitan ladies, whose work is in no way connected with office work. It's like a mask in a Kabuki theater. You can be anyone, but by dressing in a certain way, you turn into a secretary in the eyes of the rest. There's nothing to be done. The only way out is to dress differently.

In all this mess, I see the following method of putting things in order.

Step 1

We determine what exactly does not belong to the office style, whether it is strict, creative or smart casual, or no one cares at all. It's pretty simple. Do not wear to the office:

  • transparent clothes, from under which underwear is visible;
  • neckline (meaning not a V-neck on a sweater, but a wide and deep neckline, flavored with push-up);
  • shoes on a hidden platform, as well as shoes richly decorated with gold, silver and rhinestones;
  • ultra-miniskirts worn on bare legs (rather than leggings or very tight tights, which is acceptable when you work in the creative industry). A tight mini is never allowed at all. A-shaped, straight mini - you can if you are wearing tight tights;
  • tops that do not cover the stomach (well, this is probably so obvious);
  • fishnet tights (also obvious) and other defiant variations (we said that the mesh is in fashion, but a very, very rare dress code will withstand it).

Step 2

We determine what is included in the most strict office dress code, to which many somehow unconsciously appeal:

  • jacket,
  • trousers (although even they are sometimes banned!),
  • skirt just above or below the knee
  • shirt, blouse (only white or blue, no prints),
  • mid-heel pumps,
  • sleek, discreet bag.

This is all. Do you understand? All. There are no dresses, no smart blouses, not even bags with logo prints. And even the color of the suit can be strictly defined. Blue or black. All. If you have such a dress code at work, then it is almost impossible to make a mistake. In the closet you will have 5 almost identical suits and 7 shirts. Remember that a skirt that is tapered down often looks better than a straight one (although it is more difficult to walk in it), and tapered trousers are sleeker than straight ones. And don't wear boots with skirts.

Step 3

And here the most interesting begins. It turns out that 99% of office workers have a dress code, of course, not as strict as described in the paragraph above. You can have a blouse, you can have a longer or shorter skirt, you can have a dress, you can have a turtleneck, you can without a jacket, you can print - and so on.

Then why, for heaven's sake, why is it considered that an ugly knitted tight dress with a belt (and even without sleeves) is decent and belongs to the office style, but a leather skirt is not? Why can't you wear a top with sequins under a white tight shirt, but you can decorate with a mini-skirt with flounces and a transparent blouse? All this is nonsense, of course. If you can come to the office in a ruffled blouse, believe me, you can definitely wear loafers or even slip-ons instead of “classic women's shoes”.

Consider examples of what we mistakenly take for “office style” or “business dress code”: usually everything is so bad that the heart even rejoices a little. Attention! Boots should not be worn with tight skirts and dresses. Either it should be high boots that cover a loose skirt or hem. Hoof shoes - out too!

Imagine another picture from the "eternal classics". A silk handkerchief on the head and gloves - it's wonderful ... It was. 50 years ago. Look at the Hollywood classic, it was filming right then, but can you imagine in what circumstances and in what weather you will go somewhere in gloves and a dress with short sleeves? On the street? By office? And most importantly: a sheath dress is actually hard to find. Something that doesn't make you an orphan...

There is also such a type: a sexy kitty who complied with all the requirements of the dress code. The problem is that the cat in such cases is usually 100% visible, and the professional is not visible at all. Although in reality everything can be exactly the opposite, and the girl can sincerely wonder why she, a professional, is not taken seriously.

A few more examples. Too tight dresses, low-quality fabric, a tight turtleneck with an “original” collar and a tight skirt with a belt, an incorrect, too thin cardigan - again under the belt, again a giant bow.

Step 4

And now examples of things that you can replace all the horror that we talked about above and get a promotion simply because the boss or boss will finally take you for “their own”. And we are not talking about some special sympathy and blat. You just visually enter their circle. Well, or you will see that you are not working at all where you could, and you will move to a company with a higher class.

So, great combination. Remember these options:

  • skinny skirt (can be leather or suede) with a spacious thick cotton shirt,
  • tight pants + wide shirt + pumps or loafers or slip-ons,
  • spacious, like an honest oversize, sweater dress,
  • a straight tight cardigan (not a rag that fits snugly to the body) with simple trousers and a shirt,
  • culottes with a quality laconic top,
  • loose sweaters with any of the above
  • elongated jackets and blazers, also quite loose - with classics,
  • on Fridays - a skinny skirt and a T-shirt, why not (this is if you don’t want jeans, but you can also have them, especially dark blue straight or skinny ones).

And remember that putting together a good, high-quality business wardrobe is really easy. The main thing is to abandon the pseudo-office style. The dress code does not limit you, but on the contrary, it helps to prove yourself correctly.
