DIY phone stand: how to make? Modular origami: phone stand. Modular origami stand Modular paper origami phone stand

The fantasy of origami masters knows no bounds. Many of the origami crafts not only give beauty, but also have practical applications. For example, these are hot pads.

They are made in the technique of modular origami. The number of modules may vary depending on the size of the stand. The execution is simple.

1. It is better to use small squares. The optimal side size is 8.9 cm.

2. Fold diagonally and in half.

3. Bend the sides to the middle.

4. And again.

5. Open the left side of the workpiece, bend the squares diagonally, aligning the sides with the middle.

6. We get just such a "boat".

7. Turn over and repeat step 5 on the other side.

8. We get such a figure.

9. Raise the corners up.

10. Flatten into a square along the marked lines.

11. From all sides.

12. We turn the upper squares into triangles, bending in half.

13. We bend the side of the petal, fold the corner to the middle inward.

14. We return to the place.

15. Repeat steps 13.14 for all sides of the petals.

16. Ready modules.

17. Connection. Place the sides of the petal together.

18. Insert into the gap between the petals of another module.

19. And unfold the sides, securing the connection.

20. We assemble the stand. Pink modules are inserted into yellow ones.

21. First row.

22. In the second row - three pink modules are also inserted into the yellow ones.

23. We attach three yellow modules to the lower petals of the pink modules.

24. And two pink modules are connected to two adjacent yellow ones.

Be sure to glue the joints.

25. View from the back.

Thus, it is possible to increase the size of the stand in all directions. The smaller the size of the square from which the modules are made up, the more modules are needed. But the product will look more beautiful and openwork. If you use this origami craft as a hot stand, then use thick paper to make it and then glue it onto cardboard.

They are so beautiful that they may well play the role of a panel for decorating the interior.

And, without a doubt, they will become an original gift for any holiday.

Today it is impossible to imagine a modern person without a mobile phone, because it is not just a necessary thing, but a stylish accessory. But the mobile phone has one significant drawback - it is often lost. To no longer face the problem of tedious searching, you need to define some permanent place for the device - for example, a stand. You can buy it at the store or make your own.

How to make a simple phone stand

If you decide to create a stand yourself, you should first prepare all the necessary materials - a beautiful fabric, PVA glue, scissors, a marker, a stationery knife, a plastic container that should have a flat shape (you can use a jar from any cosmetic product).

First you need to go through all the empty bottles and jars in the house - choose the one that is the right size for your phone and wash it thoroughly using hot water. Now you need to dry it well to remove all moisture, otherwise your stand will not last long.

We take the phone and apply it to the container, while placing their lower planes at the same level. With the help of a marker, we leave a mark on the bottle - we highlight the height of the future stand, which will be as comfortable as possible for you. On the front of the bottle we make a horizontal line and continue it on the sides.

We turn the bottle and draw its holder on the back. We make it with a sufficiently large hole that will fully correspond to the size and shape of the “plug” - it should pass into it quite easily when charging the phone.

Using a clerical knife or scissors, cut out the stand along the already outlined contour. We take sandpaper (fine) and carefully process all the edges until they become perfectly smooth. It is necessary to go over the rest of the surface of the future stand with sandpaper, as it should acquire a slight roughness in order to better bond with glue.

Next, take a piece of bright fabric (here you can use any material). The main thing is to take such a segment that it is completely enough to wrap the entire stand. Lay the material face down.

We lubricate the front wall of the future stand with sufficiently thick layers of PVA and press it as tightly as possible to the fabric in those places that were determined earlier. Now we glue all the sides of the stand with glue, do not forget about the back, which also needs to be processed. We strongly stretch the fabric so that there are no air bubbles or wrinkles left. In the same way, we wrap the fabric in the bottom area - we must try to fix it well in the shape of the bottle.

As soon as the matter is evenly distributed over the surface of the bottle, and you fix it with glue on all sides of the product, except for the bottom, take scissors and carefully cut off all the excess as close to the edges as possible. Then apply another layer of glue.

According to the shape of the bottom of the bottle, cut out a piece of material separately and glue it from below to gently close all the cuts. We cover the bottom with an additional layer of glue.

At the end, you need to dry the stand well - you need to place it in such a way that the product does not come into contact with anything. We hang the stand on some kind of hook, spoon, pencil, pen, or put it in a glass.

As soon as the product is completely dry, using a clerical knife, carefully cut a hole in the holder. You need to check whether you have fixed the material on the sections well. All protruding edges must be carefully glued.

Phone stand: car model

This stand option is ideal for phones with a wide display and a long body. You can make such a model yourself, besides, it is very convenient to use and is perfect for use in a car. And it only takes a couple of minutes to create it.

So, you need to take a binder (this is a clip that is used to fasten sheets of paper together). You also need to pick up a suction cup, which will become a mounting device. In the place where the suction cup has a hook, we attach a binder to it and our phone stand is ready. You can easily attach it to any convenient place.

Attach a suction cup to the back cover of the phone (do not worry, it will not damage its surface, and there will be no ugly marks left). You can easily place the device not only in a vertical, but also in a horizontal position.

Modular origami: phone stand

You can make a phone stand using the modular origami technique. First you need to collect 24 white and 23 pink modules. The colors of the blanks can be chosen to your taste!

In a circle, we fasten the white modules together in such a way that a circle is formed, while between each pair of whites, you need to insert 1 pink module. As a result, you will get a cone, gradually tapering towards the top.

This design must be continued until the stand reaches the desired height, which must be determined taking into account the size of the phone. The device will be placed in the central part.

A phone stand is a must! It allows you to organize the space in such a way that your mobile phone is always at your fingertips. The stand can be bought or made with your own hands using various techniques. Such products will not only be convenient options for storing your phone, they can be a great gift for your friends or loved ones.

On the eve of the holidays, we are always busy looking for gifts for our relatives and friends. Often, the same goods that are customary to present from year to year act as a presentation. Perhaps that is why handmade products began to be in demand. However, do-it-yourself crafts are the best gift, as they are made for a specific person and carry the emotions of the person who created the present. We propose to make a phone stand using the origami technique, which is assembled from modules. The work is painstaking, but the product will please both you and the recipient.

Materials required for work:

White xerox paper, 11 sheets;
lilac xerox paper, 6 sheets;
stationery knife;
scissors.

To make an origami phone stand, you will have to assemble many identical modules. To do this, take the first sheet, mark it and cut it into 4 strips in length.

We divide each strip into 4 parts. Thus, 16 rectangles are obtained from one leaf. From each rectangle we will make a module.

Now you will learn how to fold the module. It will be more convenient to work if you first add up the required number of modules, and then assemble the product from them. For this origami phone stand, you will need 168 white modules and 84 lilac ones. The photo shows all the steps in detail.

Now we begin to assemble the origami stand for the phone. The first row is 24 white modules. The second row - 24 lilac modules.

Third row - 24 white modules.

Turn the stand inside out.

Fourth row - alternate 1 lilac module, 2 white. There should be 8 lilac modules in total.

The fifth row is the same alternation, but the lilac module is shifted to the side, we put it on one corner of the lilac module from the previous row.

Sixth row. We continue to lay out the drawing, shifting the module in the same direction.

Seventh row. We perform similar actions.

Starting from the eighth row, we do not report the row to the end. In each row, we leave one report of the pattern unlaid out (two white and one lilac modules).

Cell phone stand "Heart"

To make the stand, we will use two colors of paper: pink and white (of course, you can take another). The size of one module in our case is 7.5 by 5 cm.

1. Assemble the white and pink modules. You will find schemes for assembling modules.

2. For the first row, 24 white modules are required, for the second - 24 pink ones.

3. Based on the photo, connect the modules of the first and second row using Method 3 (see mounting modules). Close the chain of modules into a ring.

4. In the third row, put on 1 pink module and 23 white pieces with the long side up.

5. Turn the workpiece over and, pressing lightly on the middle, give it the shape of a bowl. The front side of the stand will be where the pink module is.

6. The fourth row also consists of 24 modules (2 pink and 22 white). Put on the pink modules, grabbing the corner of the pink and white module from the previous row. All modules should be worn long side out.

7. In the next row, leave the two central (pink) corners free, put on 1 pink module on both sides of them and finish the row with white modules (21 modules).

8. In the center of the sixth row, again leave two pink corners from the previous row free and put on 2 pink modules (1 module on each side) and 20 white ones.

9. Leaving one pink corner from the previous row free, put on 1 pink piece, 9 white, 1 pink, 9 white, 1 pink. Thus, we conditionally divided the stand into two parts.

10. Now assemble each of the "parts" separately: 1 pink module, 8 white, 1 pink. In each new row, leave one free pink corner around the edges. Assemble until there are 4 white pieces left between the 2 pink pieces in each piece.

11. The final row is 5 pink modules on each side.

Note: For a stronger connection of parts, use PVA glue.

quite exciting creativity or design, or modeling, or ... you can continue yourself. One has only to master the technique of assembling one module, which is quite simple, and a couple of ways to connect them, and you can create a lot of pretty cute gizmos.

These crafts will decorate your home, and will be original gifts for friends, acquaintances, colleagues. Like, for example, a cell phone stand, which we will now complete. Nobody will have one for sure. Moreover, we will make it nominal, i.e. lay out the letter - the initial of the name of the person to whom this stand is intended. This master class on modular origami will help make it easy and simple.

So, we need the following materials: xerox paper in two colors, the main one is white - 16 sheets, and pink - 11 sheets, a stationery knife, scissors.

Progress:

The first 12 stages (photos) for beginners, those who have encountered this technique for the first time. I recommend that you first add the required number of modules. And then start assembling the stand.

You will need 252 white modules and 162 pink modules (for a young man, of course, you can choose a more suitable color). I’ll also make a reservation that the number of modules is given here, provided that you assemble the letter “K”. For other letters, this number will be different.

Photos 1-9 show the stages of assembling the module. We divide each sheet of paper in half in length, each half again in half in length. Now we divide each strip (there should be 4 of them) in half across, and each half again in half across. As a result, from one sheet of A4 format (landscape sheet size), we will get 16 modules.

10-12. The traditional method of connecting modules. Each module has only two corners and two pockets. But you can “shove” the corners into pockets in different ways.

13. The first and second rows - 24 white modules each.

14. Third row - 24 white modules.

15-16. Now you need, carefully holding the edges - the corners, turn the product inside out. You should get the following.

17. Fourth row - 24 pink modules.

18. Fifth row - 24 white modules.

19. From the sixth row, we begin to lay out the letter. Let me remind you, we lay out the letter "K". At the end of the MK, examples of other letters are given.

20-24. We continue to lay out the letter "K". If this is not your letter, I would still advise you to try to lay it out first, so to speak, to practice in order to lay out your letter without any problems.

25. The last row for laying out the letter.

26. Now we “frame” the stand, i.e. make smooth edges. To do this, we report the sixth, seventh, eighth rows with completely white modules. And in the ninth row, on the opposite side of the letter, we leave nine places for modules empty. We insert them into the remaining places for the modules. And in each subsequent row on both edges of the rise, we leave the extreme corner of the extreme module free.

27. Having completed this “operation”, we finish the drawing with pink modules, dress them around the entire upper edge.

28, 29. This is how the finished stand looks like.

30-35. The photographs show examples of collecting several letters, in my opinion (maybe, of course, I'm wrong) the most difficult to perform and whose elements are found in the rest of the letters of the Russian alphabet, and non-Russian too.

I hope this MK will help you when choosing a gift for your loved ones, colleagues and for yourself!

We collect 4 rows of 28 modules, then, starting from the 5th row, we reduce the number of modules, first by 1, then by 2,3,4. There must be gaps. We put in the middle 1 pink module on the 7th row.

After that, we collect a row of this kind 6-0-10-0-6 (we put 6 modules, then a pass, then 10 pass modules, and then 6 modules). We put 2 pink modules on 1 pink module.
