There are usually a lot of scarves, neckerchiefs and other similar products in every family. How to store them so that they do not take up a lot of meta, are always at hand, and at the same time do not wrinkle? There are several life hacks that you can easily do yourself.

First. We attach metal rings to a regular hanger. Rings can be plastic or metal. Both can be found in the departments that sell . There are just no, in shape, size and material. Rings can be nailed to wooden hangers / hangers / trempels, attached with staples from a stapler, glued or tied with threads to plastic ones. And that's it, you have a device for storing scarves.

Trunk (a smooth branch of a tree, a pencil or any other small stick);
Decorative elements for creating a crown: coffee beans, artificial flowers, cones, colored beans, etc.;

Flower pot;

Basic instruction:

Several large ziplock bags (or just large bags that can be tightly tied into a knot);
Alcohol (for example, vodka);
Liquid food coloring in your desired color (or multiple colors if you want to make a multi-color filling)
baking sheets;
Aluminum foil or an old oilcloth tablecloth;
Paper towels;
Kitchen scissors.

Instruction:

Make sure your container is clean and dry, then fill it tightly with spaghetti. When the container is full, take out the spaghetti and add a couple more bunches of pasta to this pile as a spare (in case of replenishing broken sticks).
Divide the spaghetti evenly among the bags and pour enough alcohol into them so that it can wet all the sticks. Next, add 10-40 drops of food coloring to each bag.

Seal or tie your bags, then put them in additional bags to avoid leaks. Slowly shake and turn the bags to mix the dye into the alcohol and pasta. Next, lay the bag on one side and leave for 30 minutes, then turn the bag over again and leave it for another half hour. Continue soaking the spaghetti in this way (no more than 3 hours) until it reaches the desired color.
Cover your baking sheet with aluminum foil, then a layer of paper towels (or oilcloth). It is advisable to wear gloves to protect your hands from staining. Remove the spaghetti from the bags, after draining all the liquid, lay them out on a baking sheet in a single layer and leave to dry. From time to time, spaghetti needs to be sorted out for them to dry evenly.

Once your spaghetti is COMPLETELY dry, start putting them in the container.
Shake the filled container and flatten the spaghetti. Insert your knives to determine the optimal filling density, add pasta or remove excess if necessary.
Now, using kitchen scissors or other very sharp scissors, cut the spaghetti to the desired length without removing it from the container (best done over the sink). It is important that spaghetti does not exceed the height of the container by more than 2-3 cm, otherwise they will break quickly.

About 15 sheets of A3 thin paper, cut in half along the sheets (this can be printer paper, a sheet of newspaper in full spread, and even baking paper);
A container of a suitable size with straight walls (for example, a jar of jam);
Glue in a stick;
One skewer;
Spray paint (optional).

Instruction:

Starting from one corner, begin to roll a sheet of paper tightly around the skewer to a diagonally opposite corner to make a long and even tube. When the straw is ready, add a few dabs of glue to the corner of the paper to fix it in place and pull out the skewer. Do the same for all remaining sheets. In this master class, it took 30 tubes to weave 2 baskets.
If necessary (for example, if you used newspaper sheets) or if desired, paint the tubes with acrylic paint.
Take an even number of tubes and connect them together as shown in the photo in the upper left corner. In this master class, it took 6 tubes for a basket the size of a jam jar, and 8 tubes for a larger basket.

Start braiding: take one of the outer tubes (which is under the grate) and pass it over the adjacent tube, then pass it under the next tube, then pass the tube over the next tube again, and so on. Continue weaving by lifting the already wrapped tubes vertically (now we will call these tubes racks).
When 2-3 cm remain from the first working tube, increase its length. To do this, apply glue to a new tube and insert it into the remaining "tail". Continue weaving again and again, adding paper tubes as needed.
As soon as you weave the base of the desired diameter (the same size as the container), place the container on it and start weaving around it, pulling the rack tubes close to the walls.
Having finished weaving the basket to the end, take out the jar and carefully wrap the end of the working tube in weaving.
Wrap the ends of the uprights inside the weave and trim if necessary. Next, you can spray paint from a spray can, as in our master class.

Now come up with a design. Consider the available materials, think about which ones you want to use, which ones work best with each other. You can draw a sketch on a separate piece of paper. Visualize the postcard you want to make in your head as much as possible - and, having selected the necessary materials, get to work.
Process the decor elements. If you decide to place a curly paper or fabric application on a postcard, cut out the required shape in advance. Prepare everything that you will attach to the front of the postcard: colored paper, bows, rhinestones, fabric, etc.
If you don't want to leave the background of the card white, now you need to color it. Take watercolor paints or markers and apply a light coat of the right color. The effect of antiquity on paper can be given by painting it with tea or coffee. And if you throw a few grains of salt on wet watercolor, you get beautiful snowflake patterns. Remember to let the paper dry after painting.
Decorate the front side of the product with the prepared decor.

Since they are wooden and float easily, cover the container with a lid or something else.

Check the sticks after a while. Well soaked, they will begin to bend without breaking.

Then they need to be placed in a glass, bending inside or outside close to the walls.

I prefer to wrap the sticks around the glass, pressing on top with strong elastic bands: this way the finished product will more likely take the desired shape.

Leave the blanks to dry in a warm, dry room.

After complete drying, the bases will remain curved, and it will be possible to start decorating the product.

The cord of the main weave is three to four times longer than the base (it is better to take a longer one for the first samples). Thicker threads are well suited for braiding.
One lace about forty centimeters long for making a fastener.

It is convenient to weave Shambhala bracelets from waxed threads, but it is not necessary to run after them to the store. Experiment!

I wove one of my coolest bracelets from ordinary twine and a strong “iris” thread at the base.

Tip: to make Shambhala smooth and fine, fasten the weave. To do this, you can use a tight clerical clip and a planchette (or book cover).

We start to weave. About ten centimeters from the end of the warp cord, tie a knot of thread for the braid - so that it divides the thread into two tails of equal length.

Now you need to knit knots from these ponytails around the base cord, alternately threading one thread under it and the other over it.

Having made the desired number of knots, string the first bead onto the base and continue braiding immediately after it.

Alternate beads with weaving knots, using gaps to your liking); at the end, do not forget to knit the same number of knots of simple weaving as at the beginning. Finish with a knot.

If you used a natural thread, apply a drop of PVA glue to the final knot, let it dry, then cut off the excess cord.

If the thread was synthetic, carefully cut the ends and burn the tails with a lighter or match - of course, being careful.

Let's go to the castle. Take the ponytails left on both sides of the bracelet, fold them together and tie with several knots of weaving using the third cord.

Fasten the lock in the same way as you fastened the bracelet. Put small beads on the remaining tails of the base cord and tie knots at the ends.

What can you do with your own hands at home for children under 10 years old? Of course, toys will be a win-win option.

Usually, sewing dolls requires a lot of additional materials, such as special fillers, and sewing skills are higher than the basic level.

But there is also such an option that the children themselves will cope with (and will be happy to help you): these are motanka dolls.

Encourage your child to make a cute winding doll

To make them, you will need assorted pieces of fabric - any pieces of old unnecessary clothes will do.

For the base, the body of the pupa, it is better to choose something light: an old white sheet or thin burlap, but for clothes you can take any color you like.

You will also need ordinary sewing threads, optional ribbons and other little things for decoration.

The doll is made like this:

Roll one piece of fabric into a three-dimensional rectangle or cube. This is the basis of the motanka's head.
Put a square piece of light fabric on it, gather it on one side and wrap it with sewing thread. There is no need to make knots: a large number of threads will fix itself and will not unwind.
Take another square piece of light fabric. The length from corner to corner is our doll's arm span, so choose accordingly. Roll this cut into a roll, wrap the “wrists” with sewing threads.
Tape the "sausage" of hands to the body of the chrysalis under the head. It is best to do this by winding the threads crosswise.
Choose a few different-colored pieces of fabric for the doll's clothes. Make a skirt, preferably with two or more layers of fabric: it looks very cool. Secure the skirt with thread, twine or ribbon.
Another piece of fabric will go to make a scarf. Fold a triangle from the cut and tie on the doll's head.

Traditionally, motanka dolls are made without faces - these are impersonal amulets.
