After all, a person is also tempered in defending his own interests - this helps to "remove the blinders" from his eyes and push the narrow limits of his own thinking. 4. Procrastination

Own life is the most important value for everyone. Therefore, there are not so many people who risk it in vain. True, this does not mean at all that you need to be indecisive in life. However, many still prefer to pause, wait for a more convenient moment to make an important decision.

Such delay is truly like death. After all, even a short pause can be too long, the opportunity will be missed - and then goodbye, dream. It is no coincidence that they say: "It is better to do and regret than to regret later that you did not do it."

To some extent, it is the self-confidence with which a person has walked the same road a hundred times that is to blame. They just built a newer road - straight, short, without speed limits. 6. Accusation

Guilt is a very important feeling for a person. A person experiences such a state more than once in his life if he has a scale of moral values, has his own taboos, has his own idea of ​​honor and dignity. There are people who are capable of feeling guilty about others. However, overly reflective people always blame only themselves for everything. It is difficult for such people to live in the world. They are afraid to take an extra step to the right or to the left, they are afraid to take the initiative or take responsibility. What kind of personality development is in question in this case?

But the most terrible situation can be considered the situation in which such subordinates find themselves, whose boss is a tyrant. He will always look for the guilty in all sorts of mistakes and failures. And slips and failures will be constant, because people cannot move forward if they are only blamed and never find words of encouragement. A person is so arranged that, regardless of age and experience, he still needs an external assessment. No matter how high his self-esteem is, it is important for him to check with someone or something. Otherwise, you can lose your course and get lost in the raging ocean of life.

The most correct guide, perhaps, can be considered a sense of responsibility. When a person is responsible for making a decision, for someone's life, for choosing the right path, there is no longer any doubt. You have to take a step into the unknown, take a leap into nothingness. If they are committed with full measure of responsibility, then there will simply be no time to look for the guilty.

7. Justification for anything and everything

The reverse side of the feeling of guilt can be considered the desire to always and in everything find an excuse. It is strange that this word once came from the word "truth". At least, now it is the irresponsible people who are afraid to take this very responsibility upon themselves who are looking for an excuse for themselves.

Those who are not afraid do their best, and they have nothing to justify. If the belief that you were in the wrong place at the wrong time defeats all the arguments of reason, it's time to think about changes in your personal development. It is better to change yourself so that the world changes with you.

Feelings of guilt and the desire to justify themselves are those important factors that hinder personal growth, stop proper development. Only the fear of change and false beliefs block your options. If you feel inner strength, the opening of a second wind or some hidden reserves, then this will remove the feeling of guilt from you. If you begin to understand that it is in your power to change something or get a decent result, then this will give strength and self-confidence.

It is no coincidence that once the life motto of the active part of the population was the words: "If not me, then who? Who, if not me?" Are there many now who will subscribe to these words and make them their life credo? Hardly.

And yet, despite the inner fear, fear of change and many other factors that were discussed above, you need to grow above yourself, change, overcome negative qualities in yourself, “squeeze a slave out of yourself drop by drop” (as A. P. Chekhov), so as not to suffer later from the realization of one's own powerlessness, not to experience excruciating shame in front of those who are dear to you. So that you can always openly look into the eyes of your loved one, your children, and not hide them in the hope that they will not notice your confusion or cheeks reddened with shame.

Perhaps, this is the essence of every person - to understand and accept the full degree of responsibility for life, which is given from above, but for which they will also ask you there, in the face of Eternity.

Build your own tunnels!

This is a metaphor. People seem to move in tunnels. Each in his own. There are shared tunnels. They can intersect, merge into one, can diverge. And they can exist in parallel. Here you have a neighbor, let's say, but you never meet him - you live, as in parallel worlds.

There are moments when a person, thinking, suddenly finds himself surrounded by some unfamiliar, unusual people. It means that he was thrown into someone else's tunnel, he can stay there, but most often people return back to their own, more familiar one. The whole question is how consciously he does this.

You can attract the right person into your tunnel and he, as if unexpectedly, meets on the street, calls, comes to life . But if you approach this consciously, then you realize who you lack, and with a calm desire (without suffering or a sense of insufficiency) invite him into your life.

You can get out of someone else's tunnel, where you are somehow attracted, or take a person with whom you no longer want to be - out of your own, and now, you no longer intersect: he exists somewhere, but you stop meeting and interacting . Sometimes it is not necessary to make super efforts in order to part in the outer space, it is enough to part internally, the space will react quickly enough.

If the spouses, having gone through the formal divorce procedure, continue to be in the same living space, they have not internally parted.

If the former spouses have parted, but he is drawn to "nail shelves" or "change windows" in the house where she lives, or "take care of the children", constantly come to them with gifts and help (which is not particularly asked for), then, on in fact, they have not broken up, they are still in the same tunnel.

A conscious person himself chooses whom to invite into his own, with whom to go in the same tunnel, from whom to slip out of the formed common - into his own.

The criterion for choosing with whom to be in the same tunnel, for a conscious person, is quite simple. With your people, you strengthen yourself, open up creatively, open up internal and external opportunities and perspectives. Unconscious people do not choose themselves, they are simply "drawn" to other people, sometimes destructive for them, and they are drawn, without understanding why, simply succumbing to this vague desire.

As a wish: build your own tunnels! Get away from people who hold you on guilt, with whom you break down, who do not have mutual love for you, who want to control and hold you, in short, with whom you lose your own power. Look for interactions in which you will strengthen, open up, grow, feel your own value to a greater and greater extent.

Getting out of a destructive tunnel and staying in a new one is at first difficult and unusual. The former (habitual) will pull back, it behaves as if it has more rights to you. But your personal evolution, the disclosure of your destiny, where your strength, your potential is manifested to a greater extent, where it will be appreciated by the people around you.
