A small reminder: As you might guess, each class has its own strategy for passing. I’ll tell you how the rooms are traversed and give small comments on the passage of the Werewolf, since it was with them that I passed.

The Cube of Destiny is a location consisting of 60 rooms (only 50 will be described, and why, it will be said later). Each room is a kind of test. After completing the test in each previous room, the player is sent to the next, but not in sequential order, but scattered. That is, the passage will not necessarily be carried out like this 1,2,3,4,5,6 ..., but it can be anything 2,7,10,15 ... The Cube of Destiny is a kind of game feature in which everything depends on the case. In order to start going through the Cube, you need to take the Sign of the mission from Volchenko (NPC, standing in big cities. In the State Duma, it stands in four places). After taking the item, we go into the Cube again through a conversation with Volchenko. Before entering the Cube, you must have at least 300-500 thousand coins with you (there are rooms in the cube where you have to pay), about 20-40 coupons for dice (you can get coupons for mysterious signs from a mystical merchant or exchange an immortal stone for 1 ticket inside the Cube) and about 20 Immortal Stones (can be obtained from quests or bought from players for about 20-25k apiece).

And now very important information: you can go through the Cube only once a day. (Here I ran into the following problem). I will give an example of how to do it will not work. Let's say we take the Token of the Mission today and wait for tomorrow (due to the impossibility of doing it today). The next day, we enter the Cube with this Sign of the Mission, go through it, complete it by handing in the last quest, and exit the cube. Since we spent the Mission Token yesterday, today we can take another Mission Token from Volchenko. (This is great, I thought, that is, it turns out that the Cube can be completed twice in a day or even more by gaining Mission Signs in a week, but it wasn’t there). Taking the Sign of the Mission, we again go to the Cube, we reach the last room, but there will be no way to turn in the last quest (That's the problem, you can go through the Cube several times a day, but you can turn in the final quest only once). After that, there are only two options: First, exit the Cube without receiving a reward. Second, turn off the game, wait until 12 o'clock at night (that is, 24) and turn on the game, complete the passage of the Cube. Unfortunately, there are no other options.

And so, after a small digression, we move on to the main passage. I hope you will not repeat my mistake, thanks to this article. Oh no, we're not moving on to the main walkthrough just yet. Another digression: There are only 50 rooms in Cube to go through. In room 50, the player receives a reward and a pass to the "Cube Lottery" it is the passage of another 10 rooms up to 60. But I do not advise doing this. The fact is that this passage is necessary in order to collect the “Gears of the Cube”. Having collected 30 gears, it will be possible to exchange them for some very useful thing Cube (for example, a necklace with high characteristics), but passing through 51-60 rooms will require a lot of financial spending. And these expenses will be equal to the amount that can be spent on the purchase of the same Cube necklace, therefore, I consider going beyond room 50 pointless.

Some information about buffs (positive effects). In fact, you don't have to ask your friends to put all possible buffs on their character. At the moment, I don't know how it used to be, there are a lot of people in Cuba and they are all friendly to each other and are always happy to "buff" just as happy to receive a buff from you. And even more so, in my case, from a werewolf.

And now a little about the reward upon completion of the passage of the Cube in room 50. As a reward, the player receives one Destiny Page, an invitation to the Cube Lottery, and a gift box with a chance of dropping either 1 Immortal Stone or a Skill Book. And also the player is rewarded with a lot of experience and spirit depending on the level of his character. You can start passing the Cube from level 40. Unfortunately, I can only write a reward for level 90+, and those tables of rewards that you can find on the Internet are old and do not show reality.

A character with level 90+ gains 1 million experience.

And now let's proceed directly to the passage:

Room number

Description of the passage of the room

Start room. The place where the player ends up after talking with Volchok. In this room you will see a lot of people, merchants and in the center there will be an NPC that you need to talk to. To begin with, select the first quest from him. And after the conversation, select the second remaining quest. After all this, the player will have a dice with a number from 1 to 6 in his inventory. The transition to the next room is carried out by adding the number on the rolled dice to the number of the room in which the player is located. That is, if a player is in the first room and he gets a die with number 4, then the player, after clicking on the RMB die, is transferred to room number 5.

After getting into this room, you need to talk with the NPC, that is, take the quest. And then, you need to go to dig chests of which there are a lot in the center of the room, but to complete the task, you need to dig out only 5 of them. After the fifth chest has been dug out, the task is immediately completed and you need to click on the bones with RMB, which appeared in the inventory after completing the task (It will continue to be so, you need to take the task, and after completing it, click on the bones in the inventory with RMB).

There are many mobs (monsters) in the room. It will be necessary to kill five of them, and which ones will be specified in the task, which must be taken from the NPC.

Werewolf:

Since I have a werewolf 90+, I get the strongest of all. But it's not hard to fight them. We turn into a two-legged form (get used to moving around the Cube in the form of a tiger) and you need to kill the mobs with normal combat skills. Sometimes it is allowed to use a "pharmacy" (remedies made by a pharmacist, in this case a remedy). I pass the Cube without a hierogram for health.

There are again a lot of mobs in the room, you need to destroy ten of them. That is, after entering the room, we take the task from the NPC and go to beat the mobs. The monsters do not aggro, and they have a small number of health units, so there will be no difficulties.

Werewolf:

We turn into a two-legged form, take a bow (personally, I always carry a bow of the first level in my inventory, the other does not allow me to take the number of dexterity units, just in case). And shoot the mobs. And a bow in order not to run after each of the mobs. Or we remain in the form of a tiger and beat the mobs with ordinary attacks, running from one to another.

A number of multi-colored spheres are flying around the room. The challenge is to count them. Since this is only the fifth room, you can not resort to any measures, but simply count the spheres. After we took the task from the NPC, we look in the "current" tasks, which ones need to be calculated. We run back to the corner so that we can see the whole room and count the spheres of the color we need. If this option is not suitable, then again you need to stand in the corner of the room and take a screenshot of the entire room and count the spheres on the image, it will be easier, because the spheres will not move on the image.

The room is small and the boss is in it. This boss doesn't have very many hit points (500k). And the attack is generally funny, both physical and magical, only 200 units. But his specialty is defense. This boss has a very high defense against which it takes a very long time to beat him this is alone. But since the Cube is one location for everyone, several players can meet in this room, and then it will be easier to kill the boss. And sometimes you even manage to get into this room when the boss has already been killed, then it is more likely that you need to take the task from the NPC (the NPC appears only after the death of the boss). The boss respawns very quickly and if you do not have time to take the task, then you will have to beat the boss again IMPORTANT!

Werewolf:

As usual, we just hit without special abilities. It takes me about 5 to 7 minutes to kill the boss. I'll leave some more information here. This room can be accessed with a "bomb" (what a bomb is, will be discussed later). In this case, there is no need to panic, even if the player is alone in the room. You just need to use all the features of the Werewolf to the maximum. Let's use normal skills. We increase our damage due to the genie's skill "Deadly Poison". Using the skill of the genie "Defender" we use our skill "Armageddon". We change into the form of a tiger, use the skill "Awe", again we turn into a two-legged form and beat with normal attack skills. We are trying not to waste rage, but to save up to use the “Light Flash of Qi” skill to increase our attack. (The walkthrough is presented exactly by my character, which will be shown either at the end or at the beginning of the article).

There are two rows of mobs in the room, which divide the room into two parts. The player appears in the first part. You need to talk to the NPC (Sound Messenger), take the task from him and go through the ranks of the mobs, guided by the sounds. Namely, dangerous mobs (kill from the first time) make the sound of a burning fire when you approach them, and safe ones, accordingly, do not make any sound. But this room has a great feature. If you stand facing the mobs, then you can almost always walk along the left wall and not get caught by the mobs. However, you should be careful. If the mob hits the character, then he will be in the first room.

The room in which you need to pay the NPC 100k, only after that he will give a task, the essence of which is to dig 10 chests in the center of the room, which cost a lot (grows). After the chests are dug out, a cube will appear in the inventory to enter the next room and a "Golden Box", opening which, you can get the "Cube Villain Card" (90% probability), which is sold for 1 yuan to any NPC in the cities (tailor , blacksmith, apothecary, etc.), or the Cube Hero Card (10% chance), which costs 1 million yuan.

There will be an NPC in the room, from whom you can take the task "100 Seconds". After accepting the quest, the player is thrown into a room where the boss is in the center, shooting at the player, and mobs are walking around him, all over the room. The player is thrown right into the middle of the room, after that it is necessary to run into a corner, kill the mobs that stick to the character (they are light, and the damage is weak). And stand in the corner for 100 seconds, keep the onslaught of the shooting boss at the character, after a hundred seconds, the player will be thrown back to room 9. One great feature of this challenge: You can stand in room 9 and wait for another player to enter the room with mobs from 9. Sit, wait about 60-80 seconds and also go into the room with the mobs. And if the first one who entered there did not die, but survived until you entered, then that player still has 40-20 seconds left, when he defends them, the boss will stop shooting. And it will be necessary to simply defend the time without the onslaught of the boss, except that some mobs can aggro, but they are killed, as already mentioned, easily.

Werewolf:

In fact, the tactics have already been told. But I will add something. Before entering a room with 9 mobs, you need the rage bar to be completely filled and there are 3 qi. It is also necessary that the genie's energy be restored completely. The character should have the buffs of the Priest, but even if they are not there, then at least they should have their own buffs. The scale of lives and mana should be restored. Everyone, now you can go. You need to stand in the corner and monitor your health, if it drops to 3000, then you need to use the genie's skill "Defender". After that, after a while, use your skill "Light Qi Flash". And then use a different kind of pharmacy. I usually use "hp pots" (bottles that restore health) that restore 3000 health in 10 seconds, in combination with HP pots that restore 1500 health at a time. Nothing more is needed. The mentioned funds will be enough to pass.

And here is the bomb. After talking with the NPC, the task is given to reach one of the rooms 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 or 22 in 10 minutes, and turn in the task with the “bomb” there. If this is not done, then after 10 minutes the player will be transferred to the first room. Be careful. As a rule, it’s really possible to get to one of the rooms in 10 minutes.

The room is called the Prison. After talking with the NPC, we get a quest in which you need to wait 3 minutes. After these three minutes, a bone will appear in the inventory.

It’s scary enough when the tasks contain a “bomb” to get into the 11th room, but I repeat once again that it’s quite possible to reach the indicated rooms with a bomb, even if you end up in the Prison.

After talking with the NPC, it appears in the inventory with equal probability, that is, 50 to 50, either a lucky lot (transfers to room 16) or an unlucky lot (transfers back to prison, that is, to room 11).

The ruin room, I call it. In this room, you need to assemble a group of six people, only after that the NPC will have the corresponding quest, after completing which the leader of the group, all members of the group will receive a cube to move to the next room. But there is another option, you can pay for the passage to the next room with coupons. 3 coupons are required to pay for the passage. (I've never been able to put together a group).

This room is called the PVP room. Because for its passage, it is necessary that any character die in it. Only after someone dies does an NPC appear that issues a die to pass to the next room. Now I will describe the room. In the center of the room there is a Ball (damage immunity), which simply rotates in place, if it approaches it, it will start shooting at all players in the room. In two corners of the room there are two mobs (damage immunity) that, when approached, can reduce the maximum amount of health by five times. A mob standing in the place where the player appears heals everyone who stands near it, and also deals small physical damage. (Damage lower than healing). Also in the same corner is an NPC, from whom you can purchase a cube to pass to the next room for the “Cube Might Card”.

Werewolf:

As soon as we get into this room and notice that there are other players in it, we use the Veil of Darkness skill and run to the central ball. (Of course, we are in the form of a tiger and the requirements are the same as for the 9th room, that is, full scales of health, rage, magical energy). And most importantly, as soon as you enter the Cube, you need to switch the mode from defender to attacker. You can do this under the mini-map on the interface. If there was a shield in front of the entrance, then in Cuba you need to install swords in order to be ready for an attack.

There is an NPC in the middle of the room. There are mobs around the NPC. You can take two tasks from the NPC, or go further, that is, he will immediately give out a cube to go to the next room, or you can complete the task, which is to kill the mobs. After taking the task, one minute is given to kill the mobs (you can kill as many as you like, at least one). And it's best to kill all five mobs. The important thing is that in the same minute you need to turn in the quest, if this is not done, after a minute, the player will be transferred to the first room. And if you pass the quest, then for each killed mob you can get 1 mysterious sign.

Werewolf:

The quest should be completed as follows. Run to the first mob as a tiger, change into bipedal form, kill a mob with normal skills, change into tiger form, run to the second mob, etc. with all five. After killing all five mobs, I still had 15-20 seconds left, during which I can easily turn in the task.

There are four bosses in the room. You can take a quest from the NPC to kill one of the bosses or pay 3 coupons to get a die to go to the next room.

Werewolf:

Usually I pay three coupons it's not that much. But several times I tried to kill the boss. It turned out not so hard in this room. You can use the most common attack skills to quickly kill him, sometimes use a Qi flash and rarely the genie's skill "Deadly Poison". It is treated by a pharmacy and, on occasion, by the skill of the genie "Defender".

The room is absolutely identical to room 8. That is, you need to pay the NPC 100k coins and dig 10 chests to get the "Golden Box" and a cube to pass to the next room.

In this room, the player is given 9 cube strongman cards, immediately after entering the room. And to complete the task given by the NPC in the center of the room, you need 10 cards. And there is only one way out you need to teleport from this room to the first one and start all over again. However, there are kind people who put merchants right in the room and trade these cards. Since the first exit is not satisfactory, you have to buy. We buy one card, the task is completed and a cube appears in the inventory.

Probably the lightest room. In it, you need to talk to an NPC, who gives 5 coupons and a die to go further.

A room that looks like 12, so here we have a toss-up again. After talking with the NPC, the player receives either "Lucky Lot" (transfers to 25) or "Unlucky Lot" (transfers to room 18)

After receiving the task from the NPC, 2 minutes are given to kill two mobs in the room. In general, there are many mobs in the room, but they do not aggro (note, refrain from using mass attacks). On assignment, they are given to kill mobs of the corresponding level to the level of the character. There is one big minus for classes that attack from a distance at a distance, mobs "vampire" (take away a certain amount of health from the character for themselves) and pretty much

Werewolf:

Between the mobs, you should move in the form of a tiger, which would be faster, and you need to attack in a bipedal form. There is no special approach to killing enemies, that is, it is not needed. It is very easy to kill two mobs in two minutes, the most important thing is not to yawn, if the time runs out, the player will be transferred to the first room.

The room is called "The Hunt". In this room, there is an NPC in the center with five mobs around him. You can take two quests from the NPC. The first is a task in this room (in this room you can complete it only once a day). The second is a task that immediately issues a die to the next room. When choosing the first task, it will be necessary to kill five mobs in one minute, and for each killed mob the player will receive a "Mysterious Sign".

Werewolf:

The battle tactics are the same as in other rooms. It is necessary to run up to each mob in the form of a tiger, after transforming into a bipedal form, kill the mob (the mob dies with three hits with attack skills), transform into the form of a tiger, run to the next mob and so on in a circle. From my experience, after killing all five mobs, there are still 10-20 seconds left in which to complete the task, otherwise, it will be transferred to the first room.

After talking with the NPC in this room, the player is sent to another room, where another NPC is standing, and several mini-bosses that are completely identical in appearance, but different in characteristics, roam. It is necessary to take the task from the NPC and kill one of the mini-bosses. Immediately after killing the player, he is thrown back to room 23 and a cube appears in the inventory.

Werewolf:

The most common tactic, sometimes, personally for me, is the use of a pharmacy to restore lives.

A very interesting room. In fact, it is very simple and at the same time with some complexity. In this room, after taking the task from the NPC, you need to dig 5, 20 or 100 chests. How much is decided by the previous player who has been in this room. Usually all players bet 5 chests (including me), however, there are bad players. (I had to dig 100 chests it took about 15 minutes). Accordingly, after the player digs out the number of chests needed to complete the task, he needs to choose how many chests the next player will have to dig.

This room is a field of traps (cyclically exploding hands in a green circle, which explode all health to zero within this circle). After appearing in this room, it will be possible to find a skeleton (NPC) with whom you will need to talk. After talking with the Skeleton, you need to run to the opposite corner of the room to the second NPC through the traps.

Werewolf:

Many use the genie's Word of Truth skill, which speeds up the character for 6 seconds to a maximum speed of 15 m/s. But, unfortunately, I do not have this very skill. I wait until the traps near me diagonally "explode" and only after that I start moving to the opposite corner. If you fall into the trap, then the player is transferred to the first room.

In the room, the player spawns next to the NPC, in the corner. There are 4 chests in the center of the room. The task taken from the NPC is to dig 5 chests. Chest respawn is fast. But there is a terrible obstacle in the room the boss who guards the chests. The boss cannot be killed, but he moves very slowly, this is his drawback. You need to lure the boss into the corner with a long-range attack, and then run to dig chests. While the boss is returning to the player, he may have time to dig 2-3 chests (more time does not come out). After that, we again take the boss into the corner and finish digging the chests.

Note: Sometimes you can meet in a room with another player. You need to try to talk to him, most likely he will not refuse mutual assistance. That is, one player aggro the boss and leads around the room, while the other digs chests, then vice versa.

The room is very similar to the 7th room. In this room, you also need to pass a hearing test, only now everything is not so simple. After getting into this room, you need to take the task from the NPC and, guided by the sounds of burning fire, go through two rows of mobs. When approaching dangerous mobs (dangerous, that is, they kill with one hit), the sound of a burning fire is heard, and when approaching safe ones, there are no sounds, respectively. In fact, the passage is not so difficult. You need to stand in front of the mob and with single short presses on the movement key approach the mob, if a sound is heard, we immediately run back and try to pass another mob in the same way. The central mob does not need to be checked, there is no probability of passing through it.

Note:

If someone else is in the room, then you can follow him and find out which path he will take. (I sometimes use this option).

Pretty complex room. Its complexity lies in the fact that it is very easy to make a mistake, and if a player makes a mistake, he is thrown into the first room. There are many multi-colored spheres to the room, and there is an NPC in the room. You need to take the task from the NPC, and in the task you need to count the spheres of a certain color. Here you can use the same tactics as in room number 5. However, there is a built table, the data that was revealed by other players. That is, depending on a certain sequence of answer options presented, there is only one answer, always the same for a given sequence.

The table shows all the answers to all the colors of the balls.

NPC Answer Options

The room resembles room number 3 in itself, only in this level the mobs are higher. It is necessary to take the task from the NPC and kill 5 mobs corresponding to the level of the character (In the task, you can see who exactly is needed). After killing five mobs, a cube immediately appears in the inventory.

Werewolf:

Beating mobs should be done with standard attack skills (all skills in turn), sometimes it is necessary to use pots to restore health, and also periodically (when 3 Chi is accumulated) it is necessary to use a Light Flash of Chi. (You need to understand that you can use the Dark Flash in the same way, that is, it is not prohibited. I just described my version).

A room similar to room number 9. That is, the test is also called “100 seconds”. It is necessary to survive for 100 seconds, just like in room 9, but in this room the characteristics of the enemies are slightly higher than in room 9. The same tactics are applied to this room as in room 9.

Werewolf:

You need to have everything that was described in room 9, that is, filled with rage, vital and magical forces, as well as the energy of the genie. Needless to say, positive effects must be imposed on the character, at least those that he has. After entering the room with the boss and mobs, that is, the one where you need to defend for 100 seconds, you need to run back to the corner of the room, activate the Veil of Darkness skill. Then kill the mobs that have aggroed the character. It is impossible to leave the image of a tiger. After all the actions taken, using the pharmacy to restore lives, you need to stand until the character’s health drops to 5000. As soon as the life energy drops to 5000, you need to use the “Defender” genie skill, after which you still need to stand and use the pharmacy. Next, you need to use the Chi Light Burst when your health drops by about 20% or so. That's it, there are no other measures, but if it was not possible to survive with the indicated measures, then you will have to start over, that is, from the first room.

Absolutely identical room to room number 22. All the same task, all the same solutions. That is, in this room you need to kill 5 mobs in 1 minute. For each killed mob, you can get 1 mystical sign. Or you can not complete the task, but get a cube to pass to the next room.

Room prison, in which you need to take the task from the NPC and wait 5 minutes, after which a cube will appear in the inventory to enter the next room.

The room is identical to room 21. You also need to kill two specific mobs in two minutes (determined by character level). This room is not very different from 21 in terms of the complexity of the mobs, so you can use the same tactics.

Another PvP room, that is, the same as 14. Only the boss in the center of the room does more damage in this room than the boss in room 14.

For the werewolf, the tactics are the same (see the description of room number 14).

This room is the same as room 12. That is, here, too, with a probability of 50 to 50, a lucky lot falls (throws the player to room number 41) or an unlucky lot (throws the player to room number 32).

A room where the objective is to dig up 10 chests. That is, the room is an analogue of room number 2, only in the second room it was necessary to dig 5 chests.

There is an NPC in the room that you need to talk to. He asks for 200 thousand coins in order to get a die to enter the next room and a gift box that can drop the following items:

3 Immortal Stones (60%)

10 Dice Coupons (20%)

2 Cube Power Cards (14%)

1 Cube Hero Card (5%)

1 Cube Aristocrat Card (1%)

A room with the same challenge as room 25, but a little harder. There are also many traps in this room, but in addition to them, there are also mobs that quickly run around the room. When a mob approaches the character, it immediately kills the character, and the player returns to the first room. The tactic is not that difficult really. After all, there is some, small, distance between the traps - a non-damaging zone in which you can stand up and wait out the running mob. For me personally, this room did not cause any difficulties, but sometimes there are oversights and then everything is all over again. But who knows, maybe next time will be better.

This room is the same as 24. The task is absolutely the same. It is necessary to dig 5, 20 or 100 chests. The number is determined by the player who has been in the room before.

In this room, you need to take the task from the NPC, pay 100 thousand coins and dig 10 chests. After collecting 10 chests, the task will be automatically completed, and a cube will appear in the inventory to enter the next room and a platinum box, from which either a cube villain card (98%) or a cube aristocrat card (2%) can fall out.

This is a very interesting room. It is interesting in that if it was possible to complete the task in it, then a very small circle of people. In this room it is necessary to assemble a group of three people and this very group must be in this room. After gathering the group, its leader needs to take the task from the NPC standing in the center of the room, only then all members of the group will receive cubes that transfer them to the next rooms. And the alternative passage is to pay the NPC 10 coupons for dice (Always used only this method, the first one never succeeded).

It is necessary to approach the NPC, take the task and in one minute kill all the mobs standing around the NPC. For each mob killed, the player will receive one Mysterious Token. You can complete this quest once every 24 hours. And you can immediately get a cube from the NPC to pass to the next room.

The room is identical to room 16. This one also has 4 bosses. You must either kill one of the bosses to pass, or pay the NPC 10 coupons for dice. The difference between this room and 16 is that the bosses are stronger here, that is, their characteristics are quite high.

Note:

The best option would be to pay for the passage, however, if there are already other players in the room, then you can group up and kill the boss with a group in order not to spend 10 coupons.

The same room as 10. After taking the quest from the NPC, you need to go to the 50th room and turn in the quest to the NPC in 10 minutes. If you do not have time in 10 minutes, then the player will be transferred to the first room.

Note:

Do not despair in the following rooms. Even if you're not lucky, and further NPCs will give out dice with units, it's still worth trying to pass.

There is a boss in the room that must be killed in order for the NPC to spawn and give the die. The boss does not have as much vitality as the defense is high. You can cope alone with any of the classes, since the boss's attack is not high. The only problem is the time it takes to kill this very boss.

Not a particularly simple room. There is an NPC in the middle of the room that you need to take the quest from. In the task you need to collect 10 cards. 9 cards in the inventory will be initially, you need to find the tenth. There will definitely be several merchant players in the room, from whom you can buy this very tenth card. If there are no merchants, then you will have to teleport to the first room and go through again.

There is an NPC in this room that you need to take the task from. Immediately after the task, the player will be transferred to a separate room, where they will need to hold out for 100 seconds. The room is exactly the same as room 9 and 30.

Werewolf:

The tactics are the same as in rooms 9 and 30. Before entering the room, it is necessary that everything be ready: the pharmacy does not roll back and is located in slots that are convenient for use, vital energy and magical energy are filled to the end, there must be priest buffs (very desirable), your own buffs are required, you must use an item, obtained by completing the daily quest "Waiting". After entering, you need to run back to the corner, use a jar to restore life, kill all aggroed mobs, use the skill "Veil of Darkness", actively remember to use banks to restore life, then use the skill "Light Flash Qi" when the life bar drops to 2 -3 thousand you need to use the skill of the genie "Defender", and then stand and use banks to restore lives. (With this tactic, I manage to stand in this room and I leave with the amount of vitality from 50 to 1000, that is, critical, but real).

After taking the task from the NPC in this room, you need to dig 15 chests, after which a cube will appear in the inventory, transferring to the next room.

There is an NPC in the room with mobs around him. You need to take the task and kill the mobs. 2 minutes are allotted for the task, that is, you need to kill a certain number of mobs and have time to turn in the task to the NPC. For each killed mob give 5 thousand experience. If you do not have time to turn in the task, then the player will be transferred to the first room.

The last room where you need to talk to the NPC and receive a certain reward of the player's choice. It's best to choose a regular reward rather than special equipment. Because in the usual reward are given: a prize box, one page for creating a skill book and 1k experience. And if you select the equipment reward, the player will receive a temporary weapon there.

What follows is information about my character personally, on the passage of which I focused my attention. If the game takes place with a different character, say, a different class, then the passage will be different from mine, but the basis of the tasks is the same for everyone. Accordingly, the stronger the character, the easier it is to pass the Cube of Fate, because the tests are not designed for any specific level.

It so happened that Asian MMORPGs are popular only in Asia. In the rest of the world, they are either not represented, or have an extremely limited circle of players. The main reason can be considered that the approach to the game in Asia is quite specific. The most exciting game for a Chinese or Korean can turn out to be a very monotonous and even boring monster killer. The language barrier also interferes, because translating from Chinese (or Korean) into English, and even more so into Russian, is not so simple. So it turns out that the average player often knows nothing about the games of the mysterious East, except for their name. Nival Online decided to rectify the situation. A gameperfect world , which has been recognized as the most beautiful MMORPG in China several times, has come to us. It remains to be seen whether the Ideal World is really so ideal?

Myths, legends and traditions

World perfect world is entirely based on Chinese culture - here you will find dragon legends, mythical werewolves, and national costumes. It is not very clear, however, where the winged elves came from, but these are trifles.

Perfect World invites you to live in China, where magic exists, and the spirit of air flying overhead is a completely common thing. Here, in the vicinity of villages and cities, mystical animals and powerful spirits roam, and in deep dungeons so dangerous creatures guard treasures that it is better not to appear there even with five of us.

The East as a home for virtual residents is made surprisingly harmonious. Here is a small village where the inhabitants wear traditional round hats. Here you will find only a mentor who, in addition to a couple of light readiness checks, will tell you a little about what is happening around. A little later, we come to a larger city, where the houses rise far up, overtaking the trees. It is not even known how the seeds that have flown here from Ireland look not entirely out of place. The Chinese perfect world is magic, magic and great heroes who, having passed all the tests, gain wisdom.

Not an ideal world

Now back to harsh reality. The world of Perfect World, as planned, should be famous not so much for its well-developed atmosphere, but for a whole set of interesting finds. The ability to launch fireworks, give flowers, wear young ladies in your arms and play weddings is not found in every MMORPG, in my memory only Lineage had such capabilities. Actually, the Perfect World wedding was inherited, along with the game engine.

But even this does not make the player closer to the world...

From the moment of character creation and up to the highest levels of the player, the feeling of aimlessness of what is happening does not leave. At the beginning of the game, this is almost not felt, because you are driven by tasks, and the new unfamiliar environment has an impact. But at a certain point, the tasks end, and you are left alone with the world, which, however, is inhabited by extremely unusual monsters, but you have no motivation to fight them. And the same type of tasks in the style of "kill ten bugs and bring ten boards that will appear in the inventory after you kill them" do not contribute to the fascination.

This is interesting: even Ultima Online, with its invincible “peaceful life” system, never made it to weddings. However, they were there, but not without the help of the all-powerful GM.

The world of Perfect World does not differ in liveliness, and this is striking - either in the players who turn into cats on a stick, depicting a store, in “postal” tasks, or in organizing interaction with NPCs. If the city, then all the inhabitants stand in a row, waiting for you to come up to them for a product or service. If monsters, then they must be interspersed, and it is not clear where they came from at all. If a character, then without a story. There is only a goal: "Save the world, destroy the great evil" - and that's it.

What's next?

In almost all modern games, real life begins after reaching the maximum level. Mass brawls open up for you, you can go to new lands, try on the best clothes and pick up the heaviest drin. Perfect World is no exception, but you still have to grow to the top. Up to the highest levels, a character's life is progression, stopping at levels 19, 29, 39, and the next ninth levels. Stops - trips to temporary (instance) locations for enrichment with artifacts.

If in WoW “life-pumping” (as, in fact, going to dungeons) goes by itself and quests unobtrusively move it forward, then here the tasks end and the so-called “grinding” begins - a long and monotonous destruction of the same monsters, because it is for them that they give the most experience. This game reminded me unpleasantly of Lineage 2, and the quests ending too early called Archlord in my memory. Combining these two areas is not a plus.

There is, of course, some alternative to the mindless destruction of monsters. You can lead excursions to the dungeons, and you will receive experience regardless of the level of "tourists". There is no end to offers to take you somewhere - however, no one will go anywhere for free.

This is interesting: many claim that Perfect World copies WoW. Like, you can fly there, and animals for riding are bought at the 40th and 60th levels. Meanwhile, Perfect World is two years older than Burning Crusade, and flights appeared there earlier.

The mailbox is very vaguely reminiscent of something. But what?

long-awaited summit

But now we have finally reached the last level and are ready to make history. The whole world of Perfect World is divided into sectors. The patchwork map is full of colors, each guild has its own color scheme, and it is immediately clear who controls this or that area. Control over the sector gives a huge income. All income from monsters, trade, crafts pales in comparison with the profit from the sector. Therefore, there is a constant war for key areas, and not two guilds are fighting, but many, because the map is huge.

The global PvP system is organized on a grand scale, but there was a place for not so large-scale battles. In each more or less large city there is a portal to the arena, where battles of various types take place. For battles, you get things - and so on until you put on all the best. In other words, there are no innovations in the gameplay at the maximum level in Perfect World. Instead of castles from Lineage, we have sectors, and the arena can be found, in my opinion, in most modern MMORPGs.

The land grab system is interesting, but in the long run is fraught with a decline in interest in it. When several strongest guilds divide the world among themselves, no one will be able to come close to them in strength. And this means that no one simply can win back any piece of land for themselves.

After reaching the maximum level, the player can transfer the character to the status of "immortal" and become a demigod. Only immortals can learn some extremely powerful spells and use divine weapons and armor. Especially for them, there are unique types of pets and even a whole world with dungeons, cities and other areas for solo and group adventures. In total, one hundred and five levels are available to the character, so it will take not just a long time to get to the top, but an awfully long time.

Who lives here?

There are three races in Perfect World: humans, seeds, and zoomorphs. There are two classes for each race. With a warrior and a magician, everything is clear for people - one hits painfully, the second conjures no less painfully. The seeds have archers traditional for elves and a certain priest, who, in addition to ordinary arrows, can also shoot magical arrows, and also heals himself and his comrades. The third race is zoomorphs. They originated from forest animals and inherited some features from them. The druid summons animals to fight, and does some magic himself. A werewolf, on the contrary, turns into any living creature, which, however, does not prevent him from using swords, clubs and other weapons.

Each race has its own terrain and its own methods of flight. Seeds, for example, are given wings from birth, but the flight speed is such that it is only suitable for overcoming obstacles. Werewolves get flying critters at tenth level. And only people need to wait for the mark of thirty levels to get a huge magic sword at their disposal. These restrictions have shifted the balance somewhat towards the seeds that most newcomers play for.

The skills of all classes are completely different; for the archer, these are enchanted arrows, for the magician - new spells. But you can't learn everything at once. The fact is that for killing enemies you get a certain amount of "spirit" (skill points): for example, five or ten per monster. And learning how to shoot fire arrows costs two hundred units of spirit. To learn the strongest spells, you will have to reset skills, and more than once. Interestingly, craft skills are learned from the same piggy bank. The more crafts you develop at the same time, the more difficult it is to get new levels.

It is important: You can't just drop skills. To do this, you need a special item that is sold in the Rarity Shop. We'll talk about her later.

It is strange that in an unusual world there was no place for original or at least characters suitable for the atmosphere ... Classic fantasy races do not fit well with the eastern world. Tell me, where do eared, tall and graceful elves come from in China? Best of all, zoomorphs are chosen - after all, in Chinese mythology there are a lot of stories about werewolf kitsune foxes.

in the saddle

Perfect World has a lot of all living creatures, on which you can not only fly, but also move on the ground. For what? It's simple - the flight speed is very low, and a good little animal, even at level 40, moves almost five times faster. The Riding skill from World of Warcraft is not here, but getting a mount is no less difficult. Each pet is quite expensive, and rare species, such as bears, elephants and deer, are generally sold for astronomical amounts. But that is not all. Animals in the Ideal World need to be fed. Each animal eats several types of food. A deer needs fruits, herbs and water, but a bear cannot do without meat. If the animal is not fed, it will either attack you or simply starve to death.

In fact, you can not feed the beast. Even being near death, he will not throw you off his back. Some flayers do not feed their pets for weeks, and nothing. It is even strange that animals ask for food, because the player never visits hunger.

Artisans

There are four crafts in the game. The blacksmith knows how to make weapons. The tailor sews armor and casual clothes. The apothecary brews a variety of elixirs. The set is quite standard, but it is not clear why the blacksmith only makes weapons. Is metal armor out of fashion these days?

The most interesting, in my opinion, craft is carpentry. It has nothing to do with the combat component of the game, and its main goal is to create various accessories for civilian life. For example, a carpenter knows how to make furniture that can then be placed at home. It is gratifying that the developers did not disregard the peaceful part of the game, but still, Perfect World is very far from Ultima Online in terms of the production of all kinds of decorative items.

It is important: on Russian servers at the moment the ability to have a house is disabled. And it will appear, apparently, not earlier than the final release.

The development of crafts is a very long business. First, you need to produce something in order to level up the skill. Secondly, you must buy the next skill levels in order to develop it. The idea of weaving crafts into the game was simple - the player hunts monsters, completes tasks, and gets everything he needs along the way. In fact, resource deposits are not displayed on the map. There are no Find Minerals, as in World of Warcraft, here. As a result, the player first receives levels and only then goes to dig, collect and mine. Such a system automatically weeds out a lot of potential blacksmiths, tailors and pharmacists, because not everyone wants to spend a lot of time searching for raw materials, and then doing special tasks, without which it is simply impossible to increase the skill level. In addition, to make an item, you need not only resources, but also its “form”. "Form" is a recipe, but it disappears after the item is crafted. Would you like a sword? Look for a recipe to make it.

There is another side. The fewer craftsmen, the less products they produce and the more valuable it will be. The complex crafting system in some way protects the game world from item depreciation.

Public life

Perfect World can rightfully be proud of the social part. I have never seen so many features. Do you want a piece of personal space? Buy a house. Here you can arrange a base for the guild or simply invite friends. A carpenter will help furnish the house (when they are turned on).

Another very unusual feature is the peaceful clothing option. It works like this. There are two buttons in the inventory window: "combat" and "stylish". The first button shows your character in armor and weapons, and the second option displays peaceful clothes. There are a lot of “styles”, as they are called in the game, and they are valued higher than the coolest artifacts. Peaceful vestments, I must say, worked out well. There are national clothes, decorated with various ornaments, and fantastic options that are just good looking. There is only one drawback - all the things of "style" are extremely difficult to find.

Another very unusual aspect of the social system is love. Yes, even it was implemented here. A male character can take his beloved in his arms or put him on a horse (or deer, or someone else) next to him, and the weaker sex can kiss the boyfriend in response. There is also a kiss button. From the outside it all looks great. Especially spectacular are the winged seeds, which can fly with their beloved in their arms.

But that is not all. You can have a ceremony and get married; There is also a special set of clothes for this. You can give flowers and arrange fireworks, of which there are really a lot in the game. The fiery patterns in the sky, by the way, are amazingly beautiful, and it could not be otherwise, because fireworks were invented in China.

The social part is overshadowed only by the fact that on the Russian-speaking server the population does not play a role-playing game, but a monster shredder. Cheburashki, Killers and owners of very unprintable names run around. And so, a player who is not too attached to the world moves even further away from it because of such an environment.

Rarity Shop

There is a special store in the game that sells various items that you just can’t find. They either very rarely fall out, or are extremely expensive. Here they are sold for real money. For example, a shirt costs five gold, and a beautiful flying sword costs thirty. Even resetting skills will have to be bought for real money. For one gold in Perfect World they ask ten rubles, and you can credit money to your account right now. Yes, the game is free, but you will have to pay for some features. It's embarrassing that at the moment the open beta testing of the game is still officially underway, but game gold is already being actively sold.

This system allows you to play for free, but players who buy things in the Rarity Shop have much more options than everyone else. A simple example: the store sells amulets that have some charge. They automatically restore mana or health when the parameter falls below the mark (for example, 75% of mana remains). The best amulet restores 900,000 mana and costs five gold (health amulet restores less - 600,000). This means that the player can forget about bottles, damage and mana costs for spells. But these are trifles compared to the fact that resources for crafts are also sold here. Yes, not cheap, but the very fact that they can be bought for real money kills the balance of the game.

Flowers, fireworks, fashionable clothes and even emoticons for chat are also bought here. Anyone who does not spare ten silver coins and buys a "mouthpiece" can broadcast to the whole world at once. Ten silver at the current rate is sold for only 5000 gold, which is accumulated by a first-level character in just twenty minutes. The mouthpiece can be used from the tenth level - and now imagine how many people want to talk, including on non-game topics...

Case from practice: those who play on Russian WoW servers may remember such a phenomenon as “barren chat”. Its essence is simple - in the main channel of the location (initially it was the Barrens), several people pour mud at each other, not embarrassed in expressions. Of course, you can ignore everyone or just leave the channel, but in Perfect World you cannot block the world chat.

In fact, the game store contains everything necessary for the player not to live (not shred monsters) in the world, but to spend real money. Don't want to feed your pet? Please. You buy a special book for one gold, and your pet will not ask for food for a whole week. Want to improve weapons? And this is possible, there are special magic stones in the store. Running out of storage space? Either complete an extremely long and tedious quest to collect resources, or simply buy a "storage stone". Too lazy to wander around the world? You can buy a special item that opens absolutely all portals in all cities. Don't want to save money for a mount? For the amount of 340 rubles, you can immediately purchase an elephant or a panther, which you can’t get anywhere else.

The division into "regular" and "advanced" players is splitting the world. One side thinks where to find resources or things to sell them, and exchange the game currency for gold from the shop. The other side, while paying, is spared from all game difficulties.

To have an advantage over others, sometimes even a very serious one, is the main “hook” of this system. As a result, once you buy something in the Rarities Shop, you will buy more and more, because there is simply no alternative to the game. And then, counting the costs at the end of the month, you will find that you could play World of Warcraft for two or even three months in a row for the same money. Sadly, this model is used mainly when the developer does not want to be responsible for the world. Bugs may not be fixed for months, and disabled features may not be turned on at all. You can not hold special events, and even abandon the world. You simply cannot make claims to anyone, because they don’t take money from you for the game. This happened in the world of Archlord and may well repeat itself here.

Digital innards

The Perfect World is based on a modified Unreal Engine, which, for example, gives life to Lineage 2. In the Perfect World, everything has changed somewhat, but you can’t hide the origin, so the local elves tilt their heads forward very much while running. How will the world of the “middle state” please the eye? Is it not for nothing that the game in China has been recognized several times as the most beautiful MMORPG?

Perfect World was born in 2005, and then, probably, it could be considered beautiful. What do we have now? An angular land that immediately reminds of Wizardry 8 and the Might and Magic series, muddy textures and an abundance of shaders, as if they can mask it. But the characters look very nice. High-quality models, no less high-quality textures, excellent detailing of clothes and weapons.

The graphics level of "below average" does not prevent the game with a good appetite to eat system resources. It is necessary to go to the central square of some city - and that's it, freeze frame. A system that can easily run any modern game at maximum settings is rented out just on the city square. Imagine what will happen in the battle for the lands, where one hundred and sixty people participate at the same time.

Time passes, and the game is now called "new", although it has quite a decent age. For comparison - the same World of Warcraft was released in 2005 and now, frankly, looks outdated. But in the new addition, Blizzard promises to shovel the entire graphic part. For Perfect World, updates of this magnitude are not expected in the near future.

A separate "praise" deserves a sound, chosen extremely unsuccessfully. The sound of footsteps is too loud and the same everywhere - on the ground, on stone or wood, even on an empty place. Hearing the effects of spells and shooting, I want to twist the sound slider to the minimum and never turn it back on.

The musical accompaniment, on the contrary, succeeded - calm and beautiful oriental melodies. The only pity is that in battle the music does not change to a more dynamic one.

Feeling the world

What do you need for a comfortable game? Lack of delays and brakes - these components lie on the shoulders of the player. What else? Convenient management. For a complete immersion in the game, it is necessary that the interface is pleasant and easy to use. In World of Warcraft, this problem was solved with the help of third-party modules. In Pirates of the Burning Sea, everything was initially successful, as, indeed, in the same Archlord. In Perfect World, this problem is not solved in any way.

Managing a character is very inconvenient. The developers tried to combine simultaneously two styles of character control - from WoW and Lineage 2, and the hybrid, honestly, did not work out at all. By clicking the left mouse button, we run to the specified location, and by holding the right mouse button, we can rotate the camera around the character. But at the same time, you can use the familiar WSAD for movement, and use the right mouse button to “steer” the character. You can't rotate the camera in this mode at all. Add here that you need to choose targets, pick up things and use items. You constantly have to “monitor” your hands, and this, frankly, does not contribute to a comfortable game.

The shortcomings don't end there. There are many useful functions hidden in a simple-looking interface, but most of them either do not have a hot button or are not friendly with the Escape key, and all windows have to be closed manually. By the way, about hot keys. If you switch the layout to Russian, they generally stop working. Such is the discrimination. The only exceptions are the function buttons (F1-F12), which are permanently assigned to quick cells.

A reasonable question arises: why is everything done this way? The answer is unclear. The mysterious East with its no less mysterious rules.

The power of a word

Consider whether what you promise is true and possible, for a promise is a debt.

Confucius

Localization deserves a separate chapter, since I have never seen such a poor-quality translation. It seems that all the texts of the game were run through a mechanical translator. No checking, no editing. As a result, instead of a pathetic speech, the mayor of the City of Feathers speaks outright nonsense, and the elder, when asked about crafts, gives out such a verbal mess that one has to re-read it a dozen times until the meaning finally becomes clear.

Most of all, a conversation with any NPC resembles a dialogue with a Chinese who learned Russian from a dictionary and believes that he knows it perfectly. Clumsy sentences, no text formatting (the words are transferred here according to the rule “what didn’t fit - to the next line) and a complete loss of meaning. If the conversations in Perfect World were atmospheric, then the localization killed them completely.

And so in everything. Skills, things, monsters - everywhere there are flaws. The description of some magic stones, for example, takes up the whole screen. God bless him, but the text also crawls out of the screen, where it cannot be read, only guessed. And the meaning of some objects generally eludes, because the description of the connection with the game has no.

Yes, the game is in beta, but there will be no discounts for it. There is an English-language Perfect World server (Malaysian), and it is much easier to translate the game from English than from Chinese. Nival Online vows to fix all text and gameplay bugs in time for a release expected later this year. Will they succeed? Very doubtful.

Control

Movement

Due to the very crooked controls in the game, I decided to start the guide with him. Many features in the game are so deeply hidden or not obvious that it is very difficult to find them right away.

Let's start with the main thing - the movement of the character. The first way is to left-click on the ground (or water). The hero will run exactly there, not paying attention to anything. In Perfect World, you can't get burned, drowned or broken by falling from a great height, so the hero is always rushing ahead. When the character is moved by the left mouse button, you can rotate the camera with the right mouse button. What are the disadvantages of this management style? Applying skills and approaching in small steps is extremely inconvenient. In addition, the battle is activated by double-clicking the left button on a hostile target. They missed a little, and instead of attacking from a distance, the hero will run straight to the monster. Especially bad for archers, whose damage is reduced when shooting close.

The second control method is WSAD. Everything is simple and familiar. The right mouse button in this mode also rotates the camera, but only together with the character. To turn on review you will have to stop. And nothing else. However, it is still easier to travel, in my opinion.

What the game definitely lacks is the toggle run button. To click and watch the character run by itself.

Quick Bars and Hot Buttons

The quick panel in the game is implemented in the game quite interestingly. The first part of it is located below and is activated with the F1-F8 buttons, and the second is located on the side and is activated with the buttons 1-6. You can move the panels around the screen by pressing the button in the form of two green arrows. Buttons in the game cannot be reassigned, but it is not forbidden to change the panels in places.

Cells are more than enough. Pressing the button in the form of arrows will open several more bookmarks, which are changed with the Tab key. Here, next to the green arrow, other obscure tools are concentrated, such as copying all skill labels to another additional panel. All this never came in handy for me, I even used the sidebar infrequently. But there are no hot keys under additional tabs, and you can’t put them either. Inconvenient, but multifunctional.

In order for an item or skill to be used from the quick panel, you need to “drag” it there. Open the window, hold the desired one with the left button and lead to the panel. With the help of the right button, things are used directly in the inventory (Alt + B). Some skills (portal to the city) can be used directly from the talent menu (Alt + R).

Alt+C is used to access the character window, and Alt+Q is used to view the quest log. Recently, the menus open even without the Alt key, but nothing works in the Russian layout.

Social action bars and system settings do without their own buttons at all. As a result, I constantly pressed Escape out of habit, and the main menu did not open. Use the mouse to access the game settings in the lower right corner of the screen.

Map

One thing you definitely cannot live without is without a map. In Perfect World, the coordinates are displayed in a special window, which greatly simplifies life. Coordinates are our everything. There is nothing to do without them, since no one gives any hints. Hope only for other players or ready-made databases.

This is the advice: there is a mouthpiece - there is help. With a mouthpiece, you address the whole world at once, and not just those who are close to you. It may turn out that none of the peers knows where this or that animal lives or rare grass is found.

The top right corner displays a circular mini-map window with controls around it. Don't read descriptions; it is impossible to guess what this or that button does. For example, "blocking mode" does not block anything, but only rotates the cardinal directions on the map. Why this is necessary is unclear. Next to the "lock mode" are tools for changing the scale. I advise you to immediately set the maximum removal and forget about this setting. So the NPCs will be best seen, and there is nothing else to see on the map.

This is the advice: move the mouse over the map window, and the position of the cursor relative to the character will be displayed on the screen with an orange arrow.

The letter M denotes the global map, which, oddly enough, is made quite conveniently. By clicking on the left mouse button, you can detail the image, and with the help of the right mouse button, you can return to a schematic representation of the world. Here, in the right corner, there are tools for installing beacons. The piece is extremely comfortable. If you have to travel to another city on your own two feet, you cannot do without a lighthouse. There are roads, but it's faster to run directly.

Next to the beacons menu is the "ownership" button. This is an alternative map that shows the status of PvP conquests. Here is the schedule of battles for the land.

It is important: Escape button in map mode does not work. You have to close it manually - with a cross in the upper corner of the screen.

Another interesting feature is the search for nearby NPCs. We call the menu and select the NPC we want to find. By clicking on his name, an arrow will appear on the screen, which will lead to the desired one. Everything would be fine, but because of the localization, the names do not fit into the menu, and you can find here only those whose name is not too long.

The last button on the mini-map is the Rarity Shop. Goods from it are delivered to your inventory immediately after purchase. One gold coin is now worth ten rubles, or 50,000 in game currency. In the manner of World of Warcraft, one gold coin is equal to a hundred silver.

Database

Perfect World is not a new game, everything in it has already been found and documented. So why don't we take advantage of the experience of those who are ahead? If you want to know where to find quests and everything for them, as well as the right NPC or resource, you can not do without the main database, available at www.pwdatabase.com . The second, but no less important database includes descriptions of all the skills of the character. Note that this is not just an encyclopedia, but a kind of constructor in which you can pre-compile a set of character skills and find out how much it will all cost. Database available at perso.numericable.fr/ecatomb/pw .

There are a few other smaller sites, but these are the best. In addition, they are partially translated into Russian, and everything else is either not so informative, or in Chinese.

Role system

About characteristics

There are four main parameters in the Perfect World role-playing system: strength, endurance, agility and intelligence. All secondary parameters depend on the main parameter. So, for example, dexterity increases the chance for a critical hit, evasion, damage and the chance to hit when shooting from a bow. Strength logically increases melee weapon damage and provides some protection against physical attacks. Endurance is responsible for the amount of health and all types of defenses. In addition, stamina determines the speed of health regeneration, so it will be important for everyone, since in combat, health recovering, but somewhat slower. Intellect is only important for mages, as it increases the amount of magical energy and increases spell damage.

Each level, the character receives five points of characteristics and distributes them wherever he pleases. Naturally, in order not to "screw up" the character, you need to invest ones only where you need to. The situation, however, is somewhat complicated by the fact that all things in the game require a certain level in some of the parameters. Remember that if the item requires power, and you are a magician, it is better to sell it or throw it away altogether. You will definitely find a thing that will be made especially for you later. To the magician - a magic "cloth", and to the warrior - armor. And nothing else. In addition, there are strong artifacts with a class restriction. Here they definitely will not require something non-core to use. It is impossible to throw off attribute points in the game, so calculate all the moves in advance.

Spirit and skill

The leveling system in Perfect World is standard. In the upper corner there is a nuclear purple bar that shows how much is left until the next mark. Experience affects two things in the game: the stats you get for leveling up, and the permission to use animals, amulets, swords, and other items of clothing. Bottles, by the way, are also tied to the player's level, so you'll have to use the weakest ones first.

The second characteristic - "spirit" - is issued in parallel with the experience. So, for killing a monster or for completing a task, you get a certain amount of both “spirit” and experience. "Spirit" is spent only on skills. However, how much it is needed for the next level, there is nowhere to find out. Moreover, there is no way in the game to view the skill tree so that the description of the skill is available. To plan the development of the character, you will have to use third-party databases.

To learn a skill, you need to contact the Elder or the Master. The first teaches crafts, the second - class skills. Each class has its own masters, but usually they are all nearby, so there will be no difficulties with the search.

Improving crafting skills sometimes requires completing a profile task. These tasks are given not by the Elder, but by the master himself, who lives somewhere in the city.

Races and classes

In fact, the division into races in the game is only cosmetic. There are no repeating classes, and races do not fight among themselves. If you want to be a magician, you have to be born as a human. If you want to be able to shoot from a bow - become an elf. Finally, if you are not alien to the forces of nature and want to be a druid, choose a female zoomorph. There are no male druids in Perfect World. As well as female werewolves.

All classes are completely different. In addition, at some point you can take the side of evil or good. An additional effect depends on this choice for almost all skills. There is no reason to complain about the lack of spells or skills in Perfect World...

People

Human representatives live in the City of Swords and can choose from the "warrior" and "mage" classes. There is a misconception that a warrior is a typical "tank" who gets hit on the back of the neck while the rest kill the target. In Perfect World, a warrior, on the contrary, can quickly deal impressive damage, and nothing more. It is worth choosing a weapon in advance, because a warrior has a whole set of skills that enhance a certain type of weapon: swords, axes, maces and martial arts (unarmed combat). Mages can cast spells from three schools: fire, water, and earth. The School of Fire specializes in dealing maximum damage. "Water" slows down enemies, "earth" paralyzes.

Sides

Elven races dwell in the City of Feathers. They are winged by nature, hence the name. The Seeds specialize in archery and healing magic. The archer can improve arrows with elements and can not only defend with wings, but also attack with them. By the way, not only a bow, but also a crossbow is suitable for shooting. The archer has no division into types of weapons.

Priest is a born healer. He can not only heal, but also strengthen the entire party with powerful spells. In fact, you can’t do without it either in a dungeon or in a fight for territories. The priest specializes in metal (yes, there is such a thing here), and all his offensive spells test precisely this resistance.

On a note: the archer is the only one who can speed up the flight with a special skill. However, it is not entirely clear whether it works or not.

zoomorphs

Zoomorphs live in the City of Werewolves, which, by the way, is much more beautiful than the cities of other races. There are two classes of zoomorphs - druid and werewolf. The druid specializes in curses and owns wood magic (translated as "tree" in the game, it was originally Wood Arts). These are roots that cause damage, and healing leaves, and other natural tricks. In addition, the druid can turn into a fox. In the form of a beast, this class has access to skills that, on impact, reduce the characteristics of the enemy, slow him down, or even paralyze him.

The werewolf is a real "tank"; all his skills are aimed at increasing health and armor. True, good health is combined with damage reduction, and sometimes the penalties are quite serious. However, no one prevents the werewolf from choosing a branch of battle with a mace and an ax. It certainly doesn't add health, but it doesn't take away anything either.

Perfect World is an unusual game; primarily because it represents an unfamiliar culture. But even unique finds are not enough to make a real world out of a virtual battlefield. Unfortunately, this game has very serious flaws that are unlikely to ever be fixed.

Perfect World is uncomfortable, but interesting to explore. Only the most patient will be able to get to the top, because a hundred levels is not one month of development. But the game is true to its principle, and on the way to the top you will meet many interesting features that cannot be listed in a dozen articles. Play, Explore, Explore... While Perfect World can't compete with World of Warcraft, Lineage 2 or Age of Conan, it's arguably the best free to play game out there.

Verdict: The Chinese attempt to make a perfect world was based on a simple recipe - to collect the best from the best games. Here you will find a bit of Lineage 2, some of World of Warcraft, a bit of Ultima Online, and you can even notice something from the Sims. Unfortunately, instead of a perfect dish, a hastily chopped salad turned out at the end. Well at least it's free.
