Floral print on clothes. Floral print: the trend of the season. Hide your fragility under camouflage print

Winter is in full swing, and fashion designers are already basking in the sunshine of the coming summer. The new season requires new lines, fabrics, colors. A pleasant surprise will be the fashionable prints of spring-summer 2019, in all their diversity.

Even a fleeting glance at the models offered by world fashion houses gives a general impression of what capricious, changeable fashion is preparing for us. As always, bright, bold colors, their combination is amazing. The tendencies of past years are not forgotten either; new projects, trends, and interpretations are based on them.

Joy, sunlight, interweaving of colors, lines, unusual patterns, spots - all this creates fashionable prints.

shining rainbow

Bright, saturated stripes, the whole spectrum of colors is located on tops, skirts and small dresses, prepared for spring-summer 2019. Neat and clear lines and streaks of smeared paint fall like a waterfall over the fabric, twisting and shifting as you move. This color is ideal for beach sets, it can be strict and frivolous, but always noticeable and attractive.

Pajama parties on a warm evening

Finally, the warm season has come, when you can not wrap yourself in warm blankets and devote the best time of the day to rest. Spring, the start of pajama party season, has brought to life a new series of prints that sit comfortably on voluminous silk robes. Taking into account the evening time of the party, the color scheme was chosen to be calm, muted - blue, pistachio, green stripes. Sometimes calm tones are refreshed by a juicy red ruler. The cut emphasizes the pattern - clear stripes, located from top to bottom or horizontally. In such a wonderful place, you will no longer want to sleep, but only dance until dawn.

In the spring, beauties in shorts appear on the streets - here the drawings take on marine shades. The models look intriguing in gray, a discreet background, on which a bright one is applied. The strip is convenient, comfortable, moderately traditional, it passes from year to year and is always wonderful.

flower garden

Nothing is newer or more traditional than flowers. Fashion prints spring-summer 2019 did not ignore this topic. The flowers are large, small, bright, pale, in groups and singly, sketched at random on the fabric and lined up in neat rows. As an artist covers a canvas with a favorite pattern, so designers decorate light summer outfits with a floral variety.

Floral print can be romantic or strict, it all depends on the mood that the author wants to convey. Fabrics for such images are chosen unusual, noble - brocade, silk. Colored brocade was a favorite fabric of royalty, a stylized lily is the emblem of the royal family.

On the world fashion catwalks of the spring-summer 2019 season, flowers are a must. Natural and abstract, carefully written and stylized beyond recognition - flowers always celebrate their ball.

Classic color combination

Three colors that perfectly complement each other and always compete - purple, red and tangerine - will conquer the capitals of world fashion in the next spring-summer season. The colors are intertwined with stripes and checks, and the check can be polychrome, Scottish. Bright tri-color stripes turn ordinary models into a real joyful miracle.

Checkered prints in clothes are not new, they are a traditional decoration of dresses, jackets, skirts. A beautiful large check in chocolate tones is amazing on a dress for a cool spring evening. And what funny cells on children's overalls, youth jackets, girls' shorts! The workshop of Carolina Herrera, Dolce & Gabbana gladly uses various modifications of the two-tone check - a long, floor-length dress for evening meetings. Seemingly unpretentious all-season dresses in a small cell are the decoration of the collection of the warm period spring-summer 2019.

Pop culture patterns in clothing

From year to year, we see a powerful invasion of pop culture on the fashion catwalks. Weight-summer 2019 will not be an exception. What they won’t draw on the fabric: drums and cakes, spaghetti and tomatoes, leaves and mysterious snails! It looks stylish, juicy, dignified. That's what summer is for, to be bright.

Italian fashion houses prepare collections of prints in the style of pop art with enthusiasm. Dolce & Gabbana, Armani, Gucci vying with each other color dresses with real pictures, executed with meticulous truthfulness.

Letters, words, slogans

Spring-summer 2019 differs from other fashion seasons in concreteness and expressiveness in the truest sense. Models are decorated with letters, words, slogans that have a clear meaning and carry information. A wonderful sight - beautiful girls proudly carrying beautiful words on their clothes: love, freedom, beauty. Even calls for feminism.

Not a new idea to paint women's clothing with slogans has acquired a new interpretation in the collections of fashion houses Michael Kors, Cristian Dior, Haider Ackermann. The tabloids are even proposing to declare the spring months of 2019 the beginning of communication through clothing.

Flirty Spring/Summer 2019 Trends

Fashion would not be fashion if it did not take into account the spring playful moods of the female half of humanity. Again we meet with the effect of a well-forgotten old one - dots, specks, polka dots. Light, flying silhouettes, translucent fabrics, play of contrasts make every woman attractive.

Bold combinations of printed fabrics and smooth, dense and transparent fabrics create new fashion lines. Flirty dresses with fun patterns remind us that life is a game and shouldn't be taken too seriously. The game of drawing in the spring-summer of next year is similar to the fast movements of the polka. And Givenchy, and Dolce & Gabbana, and Louis Vuitton combine dot prints in a variety of colors.

The strength and power of animals in clothes

The warm spring-summer season of the coming year did not escape the dominance of animal prints: leopards, tigers, cheetahs and even snakes gave their color to fashionable women's outfits.

All this animal world formed a separate chapter of the model show. Predators with all their strength and pressure filled the podium - skirts, blouses, jackets by Dolce & Gabbana , Haider Ackermann, Nina Ricci, Marc Jacobs, Alessandra Rich, Altuzarra.

Models with predatory prints are bold - high vents, very tight skirts, tight-fitting tops, combined with the carelessness of summer outfits. The trend of using animal prints in spring and summer is quite strong and interesting.

Classics are always in trend - stripes and zigzags

It is impossible to do without classic stripes. This must-have print for men's suits has found a new lease of life in women's suits. Almost all designers offered their striped models. Stripes large and small, bright and pastel, their mixing and weaving are ideal for spring-summer, warm seasons. Shirts and dresses, neatly and correctly tailored or seemingly eclectic, as if made up of separate striped pieces, look beautiful, bright, fashionable, as befits high fashion.

Not without the classic zigzag, always a winning print. The stripes, cut into small pieces and folded into corners, sparkle and shimmer, turning the geometry into a work of art.

Retro in the fashion season 2019

A return to the past, nostalgia for traditional, familiar patterns in women's attire, memories of the 80s - a rest for the eyes and oversaturated juicy solutions. Clear red squares on a silk dress look amazing. Interesting romantic hearts from Valentino, Trussardi spots that create monotony, stylized Chloe flowers emphasize the femininity and exclusivity of the models.

Relaxing watercolors

A good solution for decorating spring-summer fabrics - watercolor looks good in summer dresses. Here the artistic taste of the authors is manifested, beautiful, bright prints for thrill-seekers and gentle elegiac colors for restrained natures.

Tribute to the times - military style

The brutal, tough military style in the spring-summer 2019 fashion season is designed to emphasize the fragility of the female figure, the desire of young ladies to be stronger and stricter. A small segment of the military must be present in the spring-summer collection as a tribute to the turbulent times.

Paints allow softening the rigidity of the style - a mixture of greenish, orange tones compares favorably with classic khaki.

optical illusions

Catchy, attractive, eye-catching overflows of optical graphics unobtrusively, but definitely created a separate line in the trends of the coming spring-summer.
The black and white spirals going to infinity excite the imagination, flowing cubes, created by the workshop of Emilio Pucci, enhance the movement.

12:35 13.01.2017

Winter is the time to think about what will be fashionable throughout the year. Not only the collections of designers, but also representatives of street fashion, as well as stars will eloquently tell us about this!

Pants 2017 - as wide as possible

Almost all the collections of fashion designers of the Spring-Summer 2017 season include the widest women's trousers that are long to the very heels or vice versa to the ankles. Particularly noteworthy are models in khaki colors, with a strict stripe or with a bright floral print.

Famous fashionistas such as Jessica Alba have been wearing these trousers for more than one season. They are best combined with classic shirts, short tops and loose-fitting blouses. Shoes can be worn in a variety of ways, from platform sandals to flats.

Color of summer 2017 - yellow

All shades of yellow from pale lemon to cheerful sunny are in the lead in the fashion collections of 2017. Monochrome outfits look especially impressive when both the handbag and shoes are also in this color scheme.

How popular yellow is evidenced by the outfits of stars on the red carpet of the Golden Globe ceremony - the maximum number of famous actresses and models appeared in dresses of this color, the outfits of Reese Witherspoon and Emily Ratajkowski deserve special attention.

Trendy colors of 2017 - all shades of green

Dark green, emerald and grass color - choosing a green color scheme for Spring and Summer 2017, you definitely can't go wrong. It can be a plain outfit or a floral print in shades of green.

The biggest fan of green is the singer Rihanna. Back in the fall of 2016, she was spotted in a green dress. Looking at her image, there is no doubt that the green color goes great with red, white and metallic colors.

Shoes 2017 - must be on a massive platform

It's time to put the delicate pumps with thin heels away in the closet and learn to imitate, if not Lady Gaga, then at least the models from the Miu Miu show, who wear rough boots with delicate dresses. Also in the trend will be a high wedge, like Dolce & Gabbana.

The most advantageous massive platform looks with wide trousers, culottes and skirts below the knee - so the legs look as elegant as possible.

Unexpected fashion item of 2017 - leggings

There are many talented and bright women in Ukraine who change the country and all of us with their actions and achievements. Vote for the most worthy in different nominations of the all-Ukrainian from "The Only"!

Trends of the coming fashion season spring-summer 2017 clearly showed that in terms of color, a “thaw” has come on the catwalks of the world, now juicy colors and bold open styles reign. Prints have also been revisited, with cheerful stripes, colorful cocktail glasses, diverse vegetation and bizarre marine life playing the leading roles in the designer collections. Only the classic cage and peas remained unchanged, only slightly changed their execution. Let's try to figure out which prints should be preferred on beautiful warm days, so that in any season you can wear outfits not only “to your liking”, but also extremely relevant.

Multifaceted stripes in the spring-summer season

You can’t do without a dynamic print in summer, and contrasting bright stripes are another confirmation of this. A variety of direction, size and color scheme make this print extremely effective and very convenient if you want to emphasize the originality of the cut, Banana Republic, Etro and Zimmermann immediately took advantage of this property of the strip.

Leading couturiers, like ordinary people, have their own taste and preferences. That is why the range of striped print on the catwalks of the world is so wide and varied. Brunello Cucinelli, Dries Van Noten and Carolina Herrera demonstrated their indifference to the wide contrasting stripe, presenting rather simple models to the audience, in which a contrasting print plays a decisive role.

The medium-sized stripe was shown in their collections by Nina Ricci, Victoria Beckham and Vivienne Westwood, while the designers showed a very talented presentation of the classic pattern and their immeasurable imagination. The stripes either change direction, or are sharply colored in a different color, creating original optical illusions.

There are calm and restrained stripes in the collections, which are inherent in the majority of men's suits and shirts. At the same time, the elegance of the pattern can be emphasized by the appropriate cut, as shown by Balenciaga and Lanvin, or it can go against the classics, complemented by truly girlish lace and flounces, which can be seen at Anna Sui.

The pajama style in the coming season has already been named one of the favorites, and nothing can emphasize it better than the corresponding strip. Marques’Almeida, Ports 1961 and Balenciaga expressed their indifference to the main trend of spring and summer, presenting a print on satin and silk fabrics characteristic of pajamas.

One of the leaders among the striped print is a rich black and white pattern, it is very diverse, and such diversity is manifested everywhere. Dolce & Gabbana added fun appliqués to the contrasting stripe, Nina Ricci changes direction with the print, and Christian Siriano reimagined the pattern in a classic way.

Another favorite of the warm season is a bright stripe. Its rich and juicy colors seem to remind you of a vacation on a tropical island, surrounded by numerous exotic fruits and inflorescences. Your take on fashion print spring-summer 2017 presented by Barbara Bui, Balmain and Elie Saab.

Among the various color schemes for a bright stripe, one trend can be seen - the presence of a rich orange color. Apparently, this shade conquered Miu Miu, Delpozo and Bottega Veneta with its citrus freshness and vivacity that they did not fail to include it in their soy collection.

Adam Selman, Escada and Marco de Vincenzo did not stay away from the bright summer print, showing all the versatility and showiness of bright stripes in beautiful summer dresses.

intricate cage

Plaid is a classic pattern and, to a greater or lesser extent, it is present in every season among the current prints. This time, the leading brands did not bypass it, presenting it in the most diverse form and design. Alexander McQueen, Gucci and Zimmermann opted for a large ornament, showing its elegance in strict suits and jackets.

Louis Vuitton, Banana Republic and Antonio Marras featured contrasting chessboard patterns. Color-filled cells complement bright accessories or metallic decor, which makes the drawing even more interesting and spectacular.

The medium-sized check was presented in their collections by Prada, Hermès and Carolina Herrera, presenting to the audience original color variations and the execution of the ornament in models that are completely different from each other - in dresses, shirts, sweatshirts and bombers.

Shows of eminent brands were not without timeless classics, Simone Rocha, Chanel and M-Couture compete in the standard and not very checkered designs of "Prince of Wales" and "Glen". In addition to the usual restrained “masculine” colors on the catwalks, you can see interspersed with rich shades and torn lines that noticeably enliven the somewhat boring “masculine” ornament.

The most popular and most recognizable type of cage this season is the Ginem pattern. The color schemes are inexhaustible, the designers of House of Holland, Peter Pilotto and Antonio Marras showed their endless imagination and presented the pattern in black and white, pink, blue, purple... Only the small size and variegation of the cage remain unchanged.

Unchanging flora in designer collections

Flowers in the shows of eminent couturiers do not fade, regardless of the season, they are beautiful both on hot days and on winter evenings. Flowering gardens, an abundance of fields and shady alleys open up before the audience. This season was no exception for the floral ornament, showing the inexhaustibility of the floral print and its diversity. Alexander McQueen, Anna Sui and Michael Kors did not remain indifferent to the colorful ornament of a thousand small flowers that adorn not only clothes, but also shoes.

How to emphasize the beauty and juiciness of shades of a floral pattern? Of course place it on a black background! This technique was left for their collections by Lanvin, Simone Rocha and Dolce & Gabbana, choosing the largest size of the ornament for their idea. This format allows you to see all the small nuances and color transitions in a beautiful pattern, and translucent fabrics only enhance this effect.

Antonio Marras and Fendi decided to emphasize the role of flora in art, their ornament is as if painted in watercolor and slightly blurred, which makes the clothes airy and romantic. The inflorescence from Moschino is as if made with a pencil, in which only some elements of the pattern are filled with color. This technique added childish naivety and girlish charm to the image.

A whole constellation of fantastic colors was presented by Salvatore Ferragamo, Ports 1961 and Dries Van Noten. The brightness of colors and saturated ornament does not allow looking away from the pattern, causing a desire to examine it endlessly.

Gucci, Emanuel Ungaro and Rodarte preferred printed floral patterns, using all the color possibilities of threads in embroidery. The volume and texture of such a pattern show a simply magical effect, the flowers seem to come to life on the fabric and invite you to touch them.

Zac Posen and Rochas decided to use a printed pattern in a discreet color design for their collections, while the charm and charm in the spring 2017 floral print clearly did not diminish. Christopher Kane complemented the black and white palette with bright decorative elements, which for the image as a whole was simply an amazing solution!

House of Holland and Alexander McQueen didn't limit themselves to choosing light fabrics with floral patterns, but placed floral designs and appliqués directly on leather or denim jackets. An interesting idea brought novelty to the podium, showing all the limitless possibilities of design ideas.

Such a new pea

The polka dot pattern passes from season to season; for the spring-summer season, the designers preferred a white design on a black background. The leading Houses of Christian Dior and John Galliano use classic print in elegant models of dresses, while light transparent fabrics add femininity and romance to the image. Black peas on a red background can be seen in the Moschino collection, it is quite effective and perfectly blends into the image of a fatal and dangerous beauty.

Leading couturiers, wanting to slightly diversify the pea print, come up with more and more new designs for him. Moncler Gamme Rouge replaced the usual look of the pattern with an image of insects, Givenchy's polka dots seem to burn from the inside, and Trussardi made it something like a print.

Saint Laurent and Zac Posen provided a brilliant performance for their polka dot pattern, replacing the usual pattern on the fabric with a cluster of metallic threads. In the Stella McCartney collection in huge polka dots, you can see another spring-summer fashion print - stripes, so both trends are involved.

Unpredictable clothing graphics

Graphic ornament provides great opportunities for imagination, which is a huge plus when creating fashion collections. The whimsical print will never exhaust itself completely, it will be reborn again and again with each season. Hugo Boss, Issey Miyake and M Missoni set their sights on clear color gradations and geometric shapes, providing a clear reading of the graphic design.

In the Akris collection, the graphic pattern is executed with a line of contrasting color, the same technique is used in Etro - in black and white, you can see stripes, geometric shapes and even inscriptions. The house of Emilio Pucci chose a pattern of bright spots and smooth demarcation lines, reminiscent of dripping paint drops.

Blurred color spots and lines, as if sketched by a careless hand, are noticeable in the collections of Zuhair Murad, Céline and Christian Siriano. The drawings seem to come from the canvases of artists and allow you to fantasize, unraveling the meaning of the image.

If we considered clothing as an artistic canvas, then Christopher Kane did not fail to place an icon on it. The house of Moncler Gamme Rouge limited itself to a pencil drawing of the urban landscape, Gucci presented an intricate drawing in which one can notice images of birds, insects and even skulls.

Indifference to graphics is felt in the collections of Marc Jacobs and Missoni, drawings saturated with lines and color gradations do not carry any semantic load, but attract attention with an interesting execution. Dries Van Noten's patterns are like a layered painting, in which blurry spots and chaotic splashes are superimposed with an image of clearly defined colors.

The tenderness and transparency of watercolor has become part of the MSGM and Givenchy collections, many smooth transitions and beautiful shades have a stunning effect. Giorgio Armani also used fabrics with a similar pattern, in which muted dark and fairly light areas alternate.

Spectacular pop art

Fashion tends to return, and the coming season is another confirmation of this trend. The catwalks of the world are full of realistic prints of food, black and white photographs, neon lights and graffiti drawings. Favorite Italian pasta, cocktails and ice cream reign in the Dolce & Gabbana collection, women's shoes, handbags and jewelry flaunt Moschino models. Vivienne Westwood's provocative dress does not have to be removed, all the female parts of the body are already drawn on it.

Jeremy Scott and Kenzo showed their love for black and white photography, beautiful images of girls pretty much add charm to models that are quite simple in cut. Christopher Kane moved the pages of glossy magazines directly to make it immediately clear and understandable - his House keeps pace with fashion.

Vibrant neon colors are an integral part of street art culture, and the Stella McCartney collection shows this clearly. Something similar to comics can be seen at Lacoste, and Haider Ackermann confirmed that everything is perfect - simply by putting a bright bold blot on a white corset top.

The bright lights of color music played again in the collections of Givenchy and Chanel, penetrating the dark background with neon rays. Elie Saab brought the super girl look to life with a colorful star-patterned dress.

The heart print did not go away with winter, but is reappeared in the collections of Moschino and Anna Sui, appearing in bright red on a black background. The house of Rodarte went beyond the usual, making the heart a detail of the dress.

Patchwork as a print for spring-summer 2017

Patchwork was for some time considered only applicable to home textiles, but this season has expanded the scope of patchwork, using it in clothes. Imitation or real patchwork is ubiquitous in designer collections, and in the expected autumn-winter 2017-2018 season, it will reach its peak of popularity. To create outerwear, patchwork has already been tried by Antonio Marras, Marc Jacobs and Sonia Rykiel, which they perfectly succeeded!

Yves Salomon and Max Mara tried to combine patches of suede, achieving spectacular and noble combinations. In the Alexander McQueen collection, cozy and warm sweaters and jackets are made using patchwork technique, they are sewn from several pieces of old sweaters, as if a gift from your beloved grandmother.

Airy dresses made of several types of fabric seem to return us to the reign of the hippie subculture. A variety of patterns, stylized jewelry and stylized accessories made the collections of Loewe, Nicole Miller and Roberto Cavalli breathing youth and freedom.

The Simone Rocha brand has not bypassed patchwork, combining several fabrics with a floral print in one dress. In the Kenzo collection, you can see a cocktail dress made of pieces of shiny fabrics, and in the Etro dress, only an imitation of the patchwork technique, which did not diminish its ethnic charm and beauty at all.

Predatory color in the prints of the season

Animal print has been considered relevant since last spring, and has not lost its position at all. Spectacular colors make the image always intriguing and draws parallels with nature. The imitation of the skin of a snake is present in the works of Zuhair Murad and Balmain, but Topshop Unique has chosen for itself a completely peaceful, but no less original zebra.

Christopher Kane, Dolce & Gabbana and Nina Ricci presented trouser suits made of leopard-like satin fabrics. The image of a modern woman turned out to be not only declaring equality, but even hinting at superiority. It is very dangerous to argue with a girl in such an outfit!

In the collections of Saint Laurent and Haider Ackermann, leopard print becomes part of the evening dress, it shines, shimmers and hints at the high status of the owner. Sexuality and femininity of a predatory color are emphasized by Marc Jacobs with noble lace and transparent fabric inserts; such a frank dress will definitely not go unnoticed.

Dsquared² chose the color of the tiger, combining it with a bright and rich green hue, while Red Valentino remembered the beauty and grace of pink flamingos. In the Max Mara collection, warm sweaters housed a whole menagerie living in the jungle - a cockatoo, a toad and a funny lemur.

Protective pattern in prints

Camouflage coloring is an integral part of the military style, which marked its return this season. Interesting models of dresses, jackets, trousers and skirts are complemented by numerous pockets and metal fittings typical of military uniforms. In such a stylization, a protective print is indispensable, as Lutz Huelle and Marc Jacobs once again proved.

The Kenzo brand decided to slightly diversify and add a fraction of other shades to the classic khaki, while considerably complicating the cut, making it more modern and interesting. Arthur Arbesser took a different path, presenting in his collection a dress that is quite feminine and devoid of "male" details.

Sea spaces of spring-summer 2017

What could be more symbolic for summer than a nautical theme? Of course, designers are well aware of this, but the usual strip under the vest is already rather boring. That is why the leading brands decided to approach this issue from a different, completely unexpected side, showing remarkable imagination. Alexander McQueen placed the depths of the sea on the dress, and Dolce & Gabbana and Missoni included the image of fish in the collection.

Gucci designers were inspired by jellyfish when creating the original coat. For Marc Jacobs, crabs and shells are the symbol of summer; applications with them can be found on a warm pullover. A variety of palm trees complete Peter Pilotto's summer outfit, their bright and warm hues are perfect for holidays.

Not to waste on trifles, but immediately place a landscape on clothes: the sun at sunset, sand and turquoise waves were decided by Stella McCartney, Red Valentino and Marco de Vincenzo. Interesting sketches really evoke thoughts about the sea and remind you of summer holidays.

Ethnic motifs

The fashion for ethnic drawings often begins to be traced precisely in the warm season, when associations arise with the scorching African sun or cherry blossoms in the gardens of Japan. This year, designers have remained true to this tradition, adding national motifs from different countries to a wide range of possible prints for the spring-summer 2017 season. Mexican patterns caught the attention of Balmain, Etro and Roberto Cavalli, in their collections ethnic print adorns both light dresses and warm ponchos.

The sands of hot Africa, Mexico and the culture of Ancient Egypt inspired Ralph Lauren, Nicole Miller and Issey Miyake to create several models with easily recognizable motifs. Such a move added a note of mysticism and familiarization with history to the collection.

The culture of the East can be clearly seen in the shows of Marc Jacobs, Loewe and Gucci. Skillful embroidery of totem animals, kimono cut and drawings, as if made on rice paper, create an atmosphere of power and fortitude, as well as unshakable wisdom that has passed through the ages.

Mary Katrantzou did not remain indifferent to the culture of ancient countries; her collection is decorated with motifs from ancient frescoes of Rome and Greece. Anna Sui recalls the wild rebellious West of the times of the brave cowboys, and Barbara Bui presented a dress with a colorful mosaic print.

Intense painting, very similar to Russian folk crafts, can be seen at Marques'Almeida, another beautiful creation with skillful embroidery is present in the Temperley London collection. Oscar de la Renta turned his attention towards India with its colorfulness and variety of patterns.

optical fantasy

Popular in the spring-summer 2017 season is a pattern that creates optical illusions. Emilio Pucci, Mary Katrantzou and Creatures of the Wind could not resist the temptation to awaken the imagination of the audience and show another mystery to human perception. Colorful prints contain many lines, color combinations and the play of light with shadow.

Eloquent inscriptions

Collections of designers are filled with a variety of slogans, while the phrases are quite diverse - there are romantic, philosophical and rather bold ones. The huge size of the letters pretty much draws attention to what is written, for example, Christian Dior talks about his evolution, Michael Kors about the eternal, about love, and the provocative Moschino sings another ode to himself.

Potpourri of prints

Patterns and drawings are also freely combined, denying all sorts of rules and norms. Colorful sets of several things with different prints were noted at the shows of the leading couturiers. Dolce & Gabbana was not afraid to combine flowers and peas, Dsquared² stripes and leopard prints, while MSGM boldly combined graphics, flowers and lace.

You can find clothes in collections made up of several types of fabric with different patterns, and patchwork has nothing to do with this. So Antonio Marras presented a dress made of details with floral patterns and a cage. Moncler Gamme Rouge complemented a dress made of textured lace with a striped print, while Prada combined fabrics with a graphic pattern, but with a completely different stylization.

Fashion for decor

Fabric decoration has never gone out of fashion, only the types and texture of the elements have changed. This season shows an abundance of appliqués and embroidery of various styles and sizes. The black background is the perfect canvas for placing bright or glittery accents in the form of embroidery or appliqués, as Anna Sui, Zuhair Murad and House of Holland did not fail to prove.

Floral appliqués also do not lose their positions and look great on thin transparent fabrics in the Blumarine and Christian Dior collections. But the Vera Wang brand went further and added a voluminous decor consisting of many pearls.

Appliqués and denim are a commonwealth favored by designers, and this season this union is represented in abundance and overwhelming majority. The collections of Dolce & Gabbana, Peter Pilotto and Antonio Marras contain just a few of the denim embellishments that have taken over the catwalks of the world this season.

As you can understand after a detailed review of the collections of eminent couturiers, fashion prints in the coming season are numerous and extremely diverse. A large selection gives great opportunities for selecting individual favorite patterns and creating your own unique style. Use it with pleasure, create a bright and very effective wardrobe and let this warm season of spring-summer 2017 be unforgettable!

2017-03-29

The world of modern fashion is built on contrasts. Changes in it are so unpredictable that what was forgotten a few years ago is gaining popularity again. Every season, designers offer the most unexpected solutions that motivate a woman to be bolder. This also applies to the choice of colors, which this year is very calm and concise. Of course, classic black, basic white and nude colors are always on trend. But, judging by the collections of the spring-summer 2017 season, this restrained palette will still be diluted. After the total dominance of monochrome images, bright colors are a breath of fresh air. In addition, designers in their collections massively refer to the aesthetics of the 80s, when shiny and neon things were in trend.

A riot of colors in the new season will give unlimited space for imagination. Mixing colors and prints, do not limit yourself to anything! A variety of rich shades will not only make the image fresh in spring, but will also cheer you up and give you self-confidence.

This juicy citrus color was previously quite rare. Orange is the perfect balance between bright yellow and fiery red. When choosing an outfit with this color in the lead role, first of all, we pay attention to the shade. The most relevant are within the scale from bright orange to noble terracotta. These colors are especially harmoniously combined with white, black, brown (especially with dark, chocolate shades), gray and rich green.

Hardly anyone can resist a woman in red! Especially if it is a fiery red-orange or exquisite lingonberry shades. This season, designers offer not to be limited only to matching shoes and a handbag. The red total look is something that is really worth experimenting with, for example, wearing a pantsuit or a turtleneck and a pencil skirt. In style, things should be simple, without a lot of details. Remember that red is quite an aggressive color, so focus on creating a peaceful coexistence of it with laconic accessories, rather than competing with an abundance of gloss and decorative elements. Stop the choice on one shade or play with gradation of tones: from dark wine color of burgundy to juicy scarlet.

Yellow

Yellow is the leader among the color palette of the spring-summer season 2017. Whatever shade you like, in any case it will be relevant. Bright canary, juicy lemon, rich ocher, warm pear or saffron - everyone can become the base that will form the perfect image. Now this color is everywhere: on any texture and in any combination. The most common combinations are yellow with black, with chocolate brown or coffee and, of course, graduated combinations of different tones: muted mustard can be found with noble linen and pastel yellow.

The focus is on pink. It occupies one of the main positions in the list of the most feminine flowers. You should not assume that he gives the image of frivolity, making it cloying - this is not at all the case. A pastel pink tailored jacket can be freely combined with straight trousers or a gray pencil skirt (from light mouse to wet asphalt) - this way you will get a perfect outfit for the office or business meeting. Quite a stylish combination is obtained from two contrasting, but closely related colors - purple and, for example, mauve. Fashion designers have long recognized a win-win ensemble of light pink and mint colors, because it is perhaps the most delicate of all possible. Although no one has yet canceled the romantic variation on the theme of a weightless peach dress with white lace trim. We should not forget about bright shades: rich fuchsia received a resounding success and unanimous recognition of designers.

Green military

Khaki color is an integral element of military and safari styles, which are very specific in terms of combinations and color schemes. In contrast to the sunny yellow and doll-pink, dark swamp plays, although together they look very harmonious. This season, not only military uniforms and chemical protection suits are painted in this color, but also elegant evening and space cocktail dresses with mesh inserts, as well as leather skirts, raincoats and overalls.

Blue color 2017

It is hardly possible to find a color as deep as blue. Indeed, all its shades from sky blue to dark sapphire are noble and, moreover, universal. Dark shades of blue can easily make up a basic wardrobe, because they fit into even the most strict dress code. Light cornflower blue and aqua blue are tones that are associated with summer warmth, sandy beaches and a feeling of lightness. The whole gamut of shades of blue perfectly cooperate both with each other and with other colors. Designers this season insist on taking blue as the basis of the image, playing with it with textures: multifaceted velvet shimmering in the light, glossy sheen of leather and lacquer, sequins and mesh inserts on knitwear.

metallic

No other color can compete with metallic. A new wave of popularity emerged in the spring-summer 2017 season, which draws inspiration from the disco aesthetic of the 80s. A classic and absolutely win-win option is the widespread use of precious metals in the image: from a dress made of pleated gold fabric to silver wide-cut trousers. You can also choose softer shades, for example, the most delicate pearl.

Flower gardens and glades filled the collections of world famous designers! Botanical motifs are found at every turn, moreover, in completely different interpretations. There is definitely a place to turn around here: light sundresses and dresses in small flowers or with geometric inserts made of printed fabric, satin skirts with ornamental embroidery, as well as chiffon dresses with huge photographic images of irises, daisies and sunflowers, which are mixed with things with abstract prints.

Leopards and zebras, as well as all varieties of reptiles, have been rehabilitated again. Initially, they were considered kitsch, however, now the idea of them has changed dramatically.
