Even if we assume that three adults plus one child each sit on the sofas, which is actually uncomfortable, and that would be a maximum of 14 adults and 4 children. But not 17 and 5. But unfortunately, because some of my guests were delayed, I did not immediately pay attention to this, and then it was too late to ask for additional tables and chairs for us, because the seats nearby were already taken.
I understand that in this way they saved more seats for other cafe visitors, but why did this have to be done at our expense? As a result, my mother and girlfriend were forced to go for a walk for part of the holiday, and I did not sit at the table at all. Ugly.

2. We ordered a soap bubble show, and for a lot of money - 10 thousand rubles. About the fact that the show itself is hacky and it would be nice for the people who make it to rehearse for a couple of months before going out to the public, I will not expand much. But the fact is that the show, for which I paid money, started in our absence with my daughter (daughter asked to go to the toilet). When we arrived, it turned out that other children were sitting in the most convenient places (I don’t mind if everyone who was in the cafe at that moment was watching, but it would be necessary to reserve convenient seats for us), we looked from the side, another girl all the time stood in front of us, so that half was not visible, and the daughter did not understand at all that it was a special performance for her. Those. didn't ask who the birthday girl was, didn't do any special number for her, nothing at all. As if we had nothing to do with it, we accidentally passed by. They promised to give soap bubbles at the end of the show - they didn't give anything. I understand that the bubbles are cheap, but the fact itself is offensive that there was no promised gift for our invited children, and that at the holiday I paid for a lot of money, we felt like poor relatives.
3. We ordered another artist - a fairy, for an hour. It cost 4 thousand rubles. So this girl (very nice actually), did nothing at all. For some reason, she waited until all the children gathered, although it would be possible to start somehow occupying the children from the very beginning, as they began to approach. As a result, she walked around us for more than an hour, doing nothing, at the end she brought out the cake, invited the birthday girl to blow out the candles, and that was it. I understand, again, that it is difficult to captivate and gather children of three or four years of age, but in general, professionals are paid money for this so that they find an approach. Yes, if she just watched the children of my guests, how they played in the game center, so that adults could sit quietly at the table at that time (which I generally assumed), this would already be enough.
4. Service. Separate song. The dishes ordered in advance were brought cold. Dirty dishes were not removed from the table. In the process, I ordered juice and coffee for guests - they carried forty minutes (if not more). I understand everything, a hot dish, for example, takes a long time to cook, you have to wait for it. But is it really difficult to pour the juice from the package and bring it quickly? There was no waiting for waiters at all, I had to run after them and look for them in cafes. The cake was brought, but clean plates and cutlery for it were not. I ordered wine and champagne (in advance) - until I reminded them, they were not brought. All in all, I haven't experienced such horrible service in a long time.
5. As a result, when we had already arrived home, they called me and said that the waiter mixed something up there and I was due another two and a half thousand rubles for the service and could I drive up to take them. Of course, I’ll drive up, bring it, but at the same time I’ll clarify what kind of service it is ...

1. the children were still happy, because there is really a very good playground and they could have a lot of fun.
2. The food is good and tasty.

Conclusions: A place with a good initial concept and great location, and good food. But you need to work and work on the service and not save on the staff and the convenience of visitors.
If you want to arrange a children's party there, then it is quite possible to do it, just do not need to order any additional entertainment, they are absolutely not worth the money, and the children will have something to do in the game center anyway. And of course, I recommend checking the number of seats immediately upon arrival.
