We decided to have a good time on Saturday and go to the circus. Friends advised us to go to the Ivanhoe Musical Theater for the show - Circus of Miracles. A magical gift, I would like to leave a positive review about it.
It is located far from us, we went with my husband and son by car (there is a large free parking lot near the theater), but you can do it on your own. It is located at st. Ivana Franko, 14, near the Kuntsevskaya metro station. I’ll say right away that tickets are not cheap - from 450 rubles. up to 3000, but we bought it at a discount from one of the famous coupon sites. I would also like to note that the hall is not large (although the performance of The Magic Gift is shown in the Great Hall), so even in the last rows everything will be perfectly visible, and the hall was about 70% full and you could take more comfortable seats, closer to the center or to stage.
We arrived an hour before the show started. And it flew by very quickly, because on the second floor an entertainment program was organized with animators for children. There are several small cafes, but as in all such establishments, the prices are too high, we took a snack with us, the child did not want ice cream, we only bought a large lollipop for 100 rubles. When we sat down, as well as during intermission, we offered to buy sweet or salty popcorn.
The performance lasts just over two hours + intermission of 30 minutes. Our son didn’t sit for literally 15 minutes until the end of the second part, but he can be forgiven; after all, at 3 years old it’s too early to go to such long performances. And yet, he watched the time he served with great interest. We, as parents, also really liked it. I’ll briefly tell you what we saw to interest you:
- there are a lot of tricks on different topics, my husband and I haven’t been to such events for a long time, so we watched it ourselves and were sincerely surprised when people appeared and disappeared before our eyes. I really liked juggling with balls:

An interesting and at the same time simple plot of the show. The theme of chess, the costumes and interior echoed harmoniously and unobtrusively;
- it is considered a musical, so I would like to note the good musical accompaniment and excellent voices of the actors. And there is just the right amount of music - not a little, but not a lot either;
- among the trained animals there were cats, a dog and two monkeys:

Funny clowns, although our child was afraid of them and looked at them with a serious look.
In general, I advise everyone to visit the Show "Circus of Miracles. A Magic Gift" at the Ivanhoe Musical Theatre. If you want to have a good time, cheer yourself and your whole family up, and find yourself, albeit not for long, in a wonderland, then this is the place for you. The only thing, in my opinion, is that the show is suitable for children over 5 years old, although we had a great time at three. Well, I think we will come back here again and again for another show.
