We came as 2 families with children 2 and 2, 5 years old on Sunday at 11. We wanted to have a delicious breakfast, and so that the kids were busy on the playground at that time. On the phone it was stated that all this is possible.
What actually happened:
- friends arrived 20 minutes earlier than us - during this time they did not find ANY person working in the club, who would plainly explain to them where the cafe can be located and how to entertain the children.
As a result, it turned out that there were 2 cafes - on the first floor and on the second. The cafe on 2nd was busy with a children's party (and that's how it is on most weekends). We went to the cafe on the first floor. I won’t talk much about the kitchen - there is something to eat - but everything is at an average level - a little better than the canteen. There are not many tables, probably 10 pieces. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO for kids in the cafe itself !!! We were not even offered pencils and paper. After the request, the waitress was a little surprised, but brought - for 2 children ONE coloring sheet and ONE cup of pencils (half of which were broken). After a second request, they gave me another coloring sheet.
- another moment - the entrance to the cafe and the partitions between most of the rooms in the club are GLASS, it is also full of GLASS showcases. Not only is it dangerous - a child can break them - so my daughter has not yet examined the glass door in the cafe and imprinted her forehead on it.
- on the ground floor there is a playroom with houses and slides (250 rubles for 30 minutes or something like that - the administrator who stood near the entrance did not know the exact figure), but children are only allowed in there from 3 years old -i.e. they didn't let us in, although there were only two little older kids running around. The entrance to this playroom is not from the cafe, although you can see what is happening there through the glass walls of the playroom and from some of the tables in the cafe.
- we were offered to leave the children on the 2nd floor in the playroom (for children under 3 years old) - although, taking into account breakfast on the 1st floor, this was not convenient for us. The playroom on the 2nd is called the "sandbox" - this is an absolutely joyless tiny room, without windows, without air, filled with some kind of toys so that there is no room to run or crawl. In theory, you have to pay money there and hand over the child there to the care of the governess. By the way, when we approached, one girl was playing there, but the teacher was not there - that is. The child can still be safely left there alone. True, after 5 minutes some aunt came up - I don’t know, maybe she went to the toilet. But not a single normal parent wants to leave their beloved child in this "sandbox".
- THE FACES of administrators, educators, salespeople, waiters are SO BORING AND INDIFFERENT that if I were the leader (not even the owner) - they would all be FIRED tomorrow. Even adults, such faces evoke melancholy and despondency, not like children. Well, about the fact that no one knows anything and does not try to help, I have already said.

A complete disappointment with the place.
And the mediocrity of the people who planned it is also visible - why are there no toys in the cafe for children? The same corner with LEGO would be a great entertainment and would not take up much space (in Los Angeles they put a double-sided board on which children can attach Lego cubes - the children really like it) or make all sorts of twists and tinkles on the wall that the children pull, twist , are looking at.
I mean that the club's premises are large enough to make everything interesting and beautiful, but, apparently, no one needs it - everything is mediocre and soulless.

Ogo-City is a place for entertainment, shopping and treats, which will be interesting for all family members. Kids and adults are happy to come to us to communicate with each other, learn new things together, create, relax and have fun.
The sun always shines in the family club, there is a joyful creative atmosphere and something interesting happens all the time! One has only to start walking along its streets!
When creating the children's development center, maximum attention was paid to the design of the premises - bright, saturated, but not aggressive colors prevail here. Food is a separate topic: in our school cafeteria, the food was tastier! It seems that you are in a railway station eatery: crowded, stuffy, dirt, noise, din ... They wanted to celebrate a children's holiday there, it's good that they didn't. For information, I’ll tell you where we’ve been before: a children’s chocolate bar on Voykovskaya (there is a play area, they also play cartoons for free, you can make body art or order an individual animator - but this is already for money), Old Muller on Baumanskaya (yes, this is a pub, but there is a separate huge hall for families with children and on Sundays there are performances of clowns and circus artists, we had a trained dog and pigeons, there is an inflatable trampoline - there is where the children can run!), Baba Marta restaurant (a chic playroom and free animators) and Chocolate on metro Universitet (a large playroom with a slide, swings, a dry pool, etc.) - all establishments have a children's menu. In general, in comparison with these establishments, the city looked disgusting!
