“Is bright lipstick appropriate at 16? Definitely yes. Remember yourself at 16. For example, at that time I felt like a confident adult. It's a girl, not a child. In addition, one accent in makeup does not particularly add age, but bright eyes and lips in tandem can definitely age. Girls should not look vulgar, so it’s worth wearing makeup only for a photo shoot. ”

So, the lips, before giving them a certain shade, should first be well moisturized. Or scrub: they should not peel off. After that, you can first completely paint over the lips with a pencil, give them a clear contour, and then complement the color with a bright matte lipstick.

Accordingly, at the starting point it turns out brighter, and closer to the eyebrow - lighter. You can make smokey with black shadows, but in our case, a neat smoky was created with brown.

I remember when I was very young, my parents forbade me to paint, although I was not quite small, I was already fourteen or fifteen years old. If you still want to paint every day, then ask your parents to buy really shadows from children's cosmetics and wash them off as soon as you come home with a special tool.

It should preferably consist of only a small amount of mascara and gloss - this is the most optimal option.
