And, secondly, official press releases do not always indicate the actual weight of the stroller: somewhere only the “chassis weight” is indicated, somewhere the weight is without the bumper and hood. Formally, no one misleads anyone, but this greatly complicates the search if it is not possible to go around all the stores with a child who is not yet a year old.

So, only strollers that meet the following requirements are included in this list:

Weight - no more than 6 kg. And this should be the actual weight of the stroller in assembled form - with a bumper, wheels, hood, and not "chassis weight". We will lift and lower the stairs in the assembly, which means that we must know its current weight.
Adjustable back. A child aged 9-18 months on walks falls asleep quite often. Therefore, it is important that he can at least reclining in a wheelchair.
Hood. It is a hood, not an umbrella, not a flat visor that casts a shadow anywhere but on the head of a child. If we are talking about a stroller for the summer, then the presence of sun protection is a must, agree.
Seat belts - 5-point. For a small child, this is the only guarantee not to fall out of the stroller and not turn it over to face forward. Especially if the stroller does not have a regular bumper.
Shape-holding back. In a number of strollers, the back turned out to be too soft fabric, and the child finds himself in it, as if in a hammock. From the point of view of ergonomics, for full-fledged walks, this is a significant minus.
