2. The resulting rectangle fold the second. Thus, determine the intended fold lines.
3. Fold the sides to the marked fold lines.
4. Bend the sides again. Iron the fold lines well. The base of the postcard is ready.
5. Prepare an additional base in the form of a white frame on which paper balls will be placed. It could be drawing paper. The outer size of the workpiece is 4.5 by 6.5 cm. The inner rectangle has the following size: 3.5 by 4 cm.
6. Place this figure on the basis of the postcard and fix it at the point of contact of the first page of the postcard with a glue stick.
When closed, the postcard will look like this.
7. At this stage, we will prepare circles of different colors from office paper with a diameter of 2.5-3 cm.
To facilitate the process, use a special stencil of circles.
You can cut several layers of office paper at once.
8. Glue a small figure in the form of the end of a tied ball to each circle. It may be a small triangle.
9. Place the received parts and stick on the postcard.
The highlight of the card is that paper balls are glued to a white part. Thus, having opened the card, all the balls remain on the first main page.
10. Balloons can be decorated with bows of knitting thread and a thin satin ribbon. Bows should be in harmony with paper balls.
So choose a neutral color.
11. Glue a bow at the base of each balloon.

In addition, such a creative activity helps mentally return to childhood, when in kindergarten and elementary school our leisure time was often occupied with similar tasks. It's a great distraction from the hustle and bustle and relaxes.
Maybe one of your picky friends will not appreciate such a postcard, but small children will certainly be delighted. Therefore, I advise you to give it, for example, to a nephew or godson.
You will need:
- a set of colored cardboard or thick paper;
- cutter (knife) for paper;
- gel pen with a thin rod;
- quick-drying glue (you can take PVA).
How to make a card with balloons?
1. Take a yellow sheet of A4 cardboard and cut it into 2 equal parts.
2. Fold both pieces in half as shown. And put one of them aside for now.
3. On the remaining card at the fold, use a paper cutter to make 8 cuts. You should get 4 strips, equidistant from each other.
Look carefully at the picture to understand where and how long the strips need to be made.
4. From multi-colored paper or cardboard, cut out 15-20 small balloons and one large one - the same color as the postcard itself.
Glue all the small balls onto the large ball and draw strings on them with a gel pen.
Thus, make one large bouquet of balloons and two smaller ones.
5. Cut out a small banner on which you can write on what occasion you are giving this card. Stick it on the 2nd strip from the bottom.
6. Glue a large bouquet of balloons on the 2nd strip on top, and glue small bouquets of balloons on the remaining two (extreme) strips. Wait for the glue to dry.
7. Fold the finished postcard and glue the part that was temporarily set aside in the second step of the instruction to its outside.
Your greeting card is ready! Check that it closes easily and the balls do not go beyond it.
