Following figure 22.11, sew a hat cover. Stitch the cover on top, tie the corners on both sides, forming a "antennae". Cut out a strip of paper (you can also use a starched fabric), fold it like an accordion and pierce a hole in it with an awl, thread the cord.

Now let's get to the wings. Cut out a piece of fabric according to pattern 22. 12, fold and hem the sections, then thread the wire into the hem. If you decide to make paper wings, then make two parts of each part, lay a wire between them, and then glue them. From above, the wings are attached to the ribbon.

Sew the shorts according to the pattern. You can also use the child’s ready-made free shorts by attaching them to the fabric, reshoot the pattern. In this case, it is desirable to expand the details a little. After sewing the shorts, gather their top and bottom with an elastic band.

Children's parsley or buffoon costume

It is advisable to use bright multi-colored shreds of fabric. The collar can be made from both paper and fabric. Before sewing the cap, the fabric for it should be starched.

Cut out two pieces and a lapel. Sew. In order for the headdress to keep its shape, fill it with padding polyester or crumpled paper. Decorate the cap with bells and colorful buttons.

The overalls of the buffoon must be free. It is best to combine multi-colored fabrics. Build a pattern on paper, then transfer the details to the fabric: two parts of the shelf and two parts of the back. Sew. Gather the bottom of the trousers and sleeves on an elastic band (elastic band). To create cardboard buttons, cut out circles, cover them with fabric and sew them to the suit.

If there are no such things, then a simple piece of dark fabric: wrap one flap around the waist - this will be a skirt, from the second you build a shirt-jacket. Now more about the skirt. It is necessary to take a long piece of fabric (width from about 120 centimeters to 80) - the longer the fabric, the more magnificent the skirt will be. We wrap the fabric along the upper edge so that the width of the turn is about 2 cm, and sew it on - this is the place where we will thread the elastic of your skirt. Next, we sew the skirt on the sides. To enhance the effect, you can tear the bottom of only a sewn skirt or put a fringe on the bottom.

It is not more difficult to make a jacket from a flap of fabric. We cut holes for the hands and tie the remaining length of the fabric like a sweater with a smell.

Sloppy hair or a wig will complete the look. You can even make small curls (if the hairstyle allows) and comb them so that the hair sticks out in all directions. If you have a short haircut, then apply foam or styling product to wet hair and dry your hair with a hair dryer “upside down” - again, so that everything sticks out!

WITH makeup it will be more difficult to choose: you can circle your eyes with a black pencil and shade, you can use green (marsh) shadows on the entire eyelid, while bringing fatter eyebrows and circling your lips with a dark pencil. About warts- it is better not to draw them - they will not look the way they intended. It is better to buy them, if possible, or to glue a piece of something. A popular women's magazine recommended sticking a piece of chocolate to your face, but remember that in a warm room, chocolate can begin to melt and not be very pleasant to "drip down your face."

We cut out a cone from cardboard, glue it along the fold line A. While the cone dries, cut out the brim of the hat. We cut out the fields clearly according to the scheme, leaving special "pyramids" in the inner circle for gluing the cone and fields.

Next, we glue the cone and fields with the help of "pyramids". And that's it - the hat is ready! The hat can be decorated with fringe around the edge, pieces of dark organza, dark flowers or feathers. Or you can plant a toy frog or spider in the fields for a more intimidating effect.

Witch costume

If you want a suit seductive witches, then there are a lot of options for a costume! The skirt can be either short or long; both lush and tight-fitting with a seductive neckline. The jacket can also be any. You can also wear a long or cocktail dress. The main thing is that the color should be solid (black, blue, red) and saturated.

A wide belt or corset emphasizing the waist will decorate the image. Shoes should be with heels, stockings or tights should be seductive or striped (as they used to see in American films).

Fangs can be purchased at specialized stores, or you can make your own. To do this, you will need a plastic fork. It is necessary to separate the lower part and break out the middle teeth from it. Makeup. Halloween is an amazing day when men put on more cosmetics than women sometimes.

Actually, an old sheet, cut into strips up to ten centimeters wide, is also suitable. If the bandages are loose from the body, they can be glued in places. Make your suit durable! Of course, the mummy is supposed to lie still, but a hastily wrapped bandage may come loose by the end of the evening.

After preparing the materials, we act according to the methodology described in the first version - and surprise the guests.

If the resulting image seems too kind to you, first apply red gouache, ketchup or paint to the bandage. Then you will turn out to be a bloody mummy.

Option 3, for the lazy

We open the closet and look for old white things. The most suitable option would be a combination of trousers with a turtleneck. We sew on top the bandages purchased for option No. 2 or the sheet cut into ribbons so that the strips hang down with tails, we wrap the head with ribbons. You can wear white gloves on your hands. Option 4, ladies

4. Following the diagram, prepare a stencil for the headgear cone. Draw a line equal to the height of the side face from one of its edges, using a protractor, set aside an angle of about 120 degrees and draw a second line the same length as the first. Connecting the segments, draw a circle: its length should be equal to the length of the circumference of the head. Cut out the shape.
5. Attach the paper templates to the felt and, retreating from them 1.5 cm at the seams, cut out the details of the cap.

Almost any carnival costumes can be decomposed into certain components.

This is the basis - one-piece (jumpsuit, dress), or separate: top (shirt / t-shirt / turtleneck / T-shirt) and bottom (skirt / trousers / shorts / leggings).

The base is complemented by auxiliary details - a cloak / cape / boots / gloves / etc.

And attributes and accessories are added to this - a mask / tail / wings / weapons / nose / etc.

This method is somewhat easier. Since, there is already less sewing 🙂.

3) And the easiest and fastest way. Take the clothes in the wardrobe(or buy in addition), it is possible to perform some manipulations on it 🙂 (colorize, artistically tear, decorate, etc.). Add additional details, attributes, accessories.

This is the express way. When there is no time (or desire, skill) for the thorough creation of all parts of the costume, but you definitely want the child to have a beautiful interesting carnival costume.

And this method is no worse than the previous ones. Often, when creating a carnival costume, it is not at all necessary to recreate the image to the smallest detail, sometimes it is enough just to hint, more or less transparently 🙂. And additional details, accessories, attributes perfectly cope with this.

• rhinestones (a few dozen, depending on the girth of your neck).

For paws:

• artificial fur;
• fleece for pads;
• lining fabric for the wrong side of the legs (fleece can also be used);
• linen gum;
• safety pin.

For the ponytail:

• faux fur (the width should be equal to the estimated length of the tail);
• satin ribbon;
• decorative metal ring (or wire for such a ring);
• bell;
• brooch attachment (sold in fabric stores, see photo).

Additional materials:

• synthetic winterizer;

• metal rings (they can be created from wire);

Ears

1. Copy the ear patterns. The height should be approximately 7-9 cm.
2. Now transfer the pattern in two mirror copies to faux fur and fleece. Do not forget about the seam allowances (about 0.5 - 1 cm)! Sweep and then sew the ears on a sewing machine or by hand.
3. Take the wire and attach it to the ear, cut, focusing on the resulting length with a small margin, and wrap the remaining tip around the other. You will need about 40 - 45 cm.
4. Turn the ears out and insert the wire frame inside. Sew the edge with a hidden seam, folding the edges inward. Give the ears the desired shape.
5. From the inside, sew a piece of long-haired fur as in the picture. Drip a little glue on the middle of the edges of the hairpins and quickly press to the middle of the ears.

Collar

1. Measure around the neck. From artificial leather, cut 2 pieces in size (2.5 cm x neck circumference in centimeters), and cut the same amount from decorative elastic. Rubber bands may or may not be used.
2. Cut two pieces of satin ribbon about 15 cm long, burn the edges so that they do not crumble. Spread the elastic and the edges of the tape well with glue on both sides and put it between two pieces of leatherette. Glue on the rhinestones.

Paws

1. Print the patterns. With raspberry lines on the first pattern, I marked the places for sewing on the pads. Transfer the templates to the fabric and cut out, leaving 5 - 7 mm for the allowance.
2. At the bottom of the legs, you must leave 1.5 - 2 cm for bending and inserting the elastic! This applies to both the main parts and the lining. After the parts are cut out, sweep, and then sew together two parts of the outer, fur layer, and the wrong side, fleece for each foot.
3. Now turn the wrong side for each foot and put it on the main parts that have not yet been turned inside out and sew the edge with an overlock stitch by hand or with a zigzag on a sewing machine.
4. Without turning the entire workpiece, overcast the edge of the paws so that it does not crumble. Turn the edges of the legs under as shown in the illustration and sew 5 mm from the border. On the side in one place, make a small incision to insert the elastic.
5. Cut the elastic band so that the wrist is comfortable + a small margin for stitching.
