How to have a fun birthday party at home. Interesting entertainment and competitions for every taste or children's birthday competitions at home: how to organize and conduct

Are you thinking of something to do with 5-6 year old children during the holiday? Deciding whether to hold your children's birthday party at home or in a cafe? Our games are easy to arrange in any setting. The kids will have fun romp and tasks for dexterity and attention, while adults will become referees of unusual competitions.

Your child will soon be 5 or 6 years old. Most likely, he remembers last year's birthday and will begin to overwhelm you with requests to organize a holiday in advance. Start your preparation... with memories: look at photographs from the last celebration, discuss what you remember, what you want to repeat. Get advice on who to invite from your friends, how to decorate the house and what to include in the cultural program.

An elegant room can be a surprise - just like a gift under the pillow or next to the bed, which the baby will discover as soon as he wakes up. But you can also decorate the room together: decorate it with balloons, garlands, posters. If you made wall newspapers with photographs for past birthdays, be sure to hang them up. By the way, there will also be a colorful notebook for wishes to the birthday boy, lying in a visible place - children at this age are already gradually starting to read and write, and you can also draw your wish.

And now the bell signals the arrival of guests. You and your baby meet children and adults, accept congratulations and gifts. Then you can safely separate - you, as the hostess, will pay attention to the adults, and the baby, accustomed over past birthdays to the role of a little master, will occupy the children who come. When the children get comfortable with each other and play a little, you can begin the holiday program. So, what fun and competitions will captivate 5-6 year olds?

Mini windball championship

For this game you will need a small smooth table and a couple of players. Have them stand at different ends of the table. Place a plastic lid from your child's favorite juice or drink in the middle. This will be the ball. Players must score goals against each other using only the force of blown air. You cannot touch the ball with your hands, teeth or any other devices. When the lid falls to the floor on the side of one of the participants, a goal will be counted. Present the winner of the competition with a cup filled to the brim with a delicious drink, the cork of which the children played with.

Delicious checkers

In this game, the expression “eat a checker” takes on a literal meaning. Prepare the checkers in advance - for this you will need plastic skewers, pineapple pieces and grapes of two colors. Instead of black checkers, place pineapple pieces and black grapes on the board on skewers; instead of white checkers, place green grapes with pineapple. Give the kids several plastic checkered boards so they can compete at the same time. Involve adults in the fun: let them play with each other or with children, or quietly tell the participants the next move.

Competition for the best architect

Prepare a large quantity (plastic or wooden) and divide the children into pairs. It is necessary to place the cubes on top of each other in turn, thus building a high tower. The kid whose cube causes the tower to collapse will lose. It is forbidden to blow on the tower and disturb the players. You are allowed to move your cube slightly towards the edge to make the opponent’s task more difficult. The winner is given a large lollipop, and the loser is given a small one.

Tasters

The child is blindfolded and a piece of some fruit or berry is placed in his mouth. The assortment should be extensive - bananas, oranges, apples, pears, pineapples, kiwi. Depending on the season, you can add grapes, plums, cherries, watermelon, and garden berries. The baby should taste what is in his mouth. It is allowed to be naughty - putting gelatin candies, a slice of chocolate, a piece of cake or sour lemon in the children’s mouths. Before the competition, find out the culinary preferences of the guests and be sure to take into account the wishes of the parents (intolerance to certain products or allergies may occur). The one who guesses correctly receives as a reward the same fruit that he guessed correctly.

Who said "woof"?

Participants are divided into two teams: some will be kittens, and others will be puppies. To create mass participation, you can involve adults. The presenter blindfolds each participant and mixes the kittens and puppies, twirling each one. Then he starts the game with the command: “Look for yours!” Kittens should meow loudly, puppies should bark loudly and feel their way towards each other based on the sounds. The duration of the fun directly depends on how the presenter spins and mixes the players among themselves. The game ends when both teams are assembled. You can repeat several times, changing roles.

Home basketball

Already formed teams will be useful for this game. Place the two quietest kids or those who simply don’t want to play at different ends of the room on low, stable chairs. If there are none, adult guests will help. Ask them to create a hoop for a ball using their hands clasped in front of them. The ball will be a balloon. Explain to the children two basic rules: the ball should not fall to the floor and it should not be held in your hands - only tossed and hit it in the direction of the ring. Let's get started and enjoy the spectacle of the little ones running around and making fun noises. A goal is counted if the ball goes into the ring. The match can drag on for a long time, so provide an intermission or time limit for each half.

Finish the celebration with a loaf of bread and bringing out a birthday cake with candles. It's time to invite guests to refresh themselves.

According to this scenario, a birthday can also be held outside the home - in a children's cafe or entertainment center. Children 5-6 years old are usually quite ready for this, but still be sure to listen to the wishes of the birthday boy. Happy holiday!

Recommend poems for listening. The child is about to audition for a drama school. You need to read the verse. So that it is not long, beautiful, interesting and memorable. level as for an adult. Maybe one of your favorites?

Vladimir Volkodav - Mute:

One day, on a fine May day,
A passerby fell on the street,
Fell absurdly, straight into the mud,
Everyone pointed and laughed...

And they floated past the faces.
They grumbled - you have to get so drunk!
And he looked pleadingly at everyone,
Trying to get up, and laughing and... sin.

He mumbled unclear words...
Gray head in blood...
Mud was dripping from my face,
People were whispering around - “redneck”, “scum”...

And they walked around
Proud in my soul, I am not like that!
And spitting in disgust,
Afraid to get dirty in the mud.

Others simply hide their gaze,
They walked past, as if they were in a hurry...
Lift it?... God forbid!
He's like an animal, in the mud.
***
So hour after hour passed,
The sunset has already faded...
In the dead of night there is only a patrol,
I noticed a sack in a dirty puddle...

Disgustedly kicked with a boot,
Get up, drunk... the basement is your home.
Didn't notice the blue lips...
He didn’t answer... he was a CORPSE...

***
The gray-haired man was not drunk,
The aching heart was squeezed by a trap,
Fate smiles,
He was pushed straight into the dirt...

In vain, he tried to get up,
In vain, he tried to call,
Pressed down by pain like a wall...
But here's the problem... he was Mute...
***
And maybe one of us
I've seen this more than once,
Melting a vile grin,
Maybe they will help... but not me...

So who are we... people... or not?
The question is simple - the answer is not simple.
Loving the laws of the jungle,
Where everyone is only for themselves.

One fine day in May

My favorite is “mummy”, all in pairs, each pair gets a roll of toilet paper, 2 stages - 1) the mummy itself - wrap the paper around your partner - whoever is faster. when everyone finishes - the next stage is 2nd "the mummy is freed" - the swaddled mummy tears the paper, who is faster and immediately 3rd stage - which pair collects the most scraps of paper. For this purpose, each couple was given plastic bowls. The 3rd stage is exclusively for cleanliness, so that garbage does not lie around. It always causes wild delight to first scatter the paper, and then pick it up excitedly. But this year we had to weigh the collected paper - the children demanded accuracy! :). We also play alias and "crocodile", a simplified version - I gave tasks to one person - what to depict with gestures and facial expressions (helicopter, dog, etc.), and the rest guessed.

This one goes really well for us: we take a pin and a hoop, put on the child’s swimming goggles, covered with cotton wool (so you can’t really see anything and it’s impossible to spy).
We put a pin in one place and a hoop in another. Goal: find the pin and take it to the hoop. The rest of the kids tell (actually scream and yell) where to go.
I have attached a link here for clarity. We also limit the time so that they move faster. For those who are on time,... come up with it yourself.

Portal Sunny, it’s full of scenarios. There in the Birthdays section.
www.solnet.ee

And also a cool book, though not about competitions, but about how to decorate a children’s table - patterns are given, I’m now preparing a holiday for my son using it - it turns out so great!
It's called "Happy Children's Holidays"

Raising a child from 7 to 10 years old: school, relationships with classmates, parents and teachers, health, extracurricular activities, hobbies. My question is the following: how can you entertain children (8 years old) in a cafe, sitting at the table? What competitions can you come up with?

Discussion

Calmly! %) Take a look here on the website, "holiday scenarios" by searching. there will be a sea of articles.

Draw them a crossword puzzle on some interesting topic. Let them guess.
Forfeits - pull out, perform (jump three times on the left leg, jump around the table, sing the song of the Turtle and the Lion Cub, list all the fairy-tale mice (Jerry, Ratatouille (rat), the rat Lariska, the mouse in the Turnip, the hen Ryaba, the Mouse and Suteev’s pencil ),

then at the age of 8 you can already play “Nonsense”. We take a sheet of paper and each one writes an answer to the presenter’s question. Questions - Who? (everyone writes what they want - cat, Tanya, teacher, hare), when? (in the morning, after the rain, on Tuesday), where?, what did you do?, who came? what did you say? how did it end? After each question, the piece of paper is passed to a neighbor. Then the presenter artistically and cheerfully reads out the resulting stories. It's usually funny. My son loves her.

MINI super winning lottery. Just a bunch of small gifts (keychains, stickers, rubber bands, candy) in a dark bag. Everyone pulls out a gift for themselves. Just atk.

You can do the traditional one - who can wind the string around a pencil faster. Two strings are tied to a pencil and given to the opponents.

Congratulations with a candle look beautiful. Each guest is given a candle. He/she says a wish to the birthday girl, gives a gift and passes the candle on. It is better to notify about this ceremony of presentation and congratulations in advance, so that they are not presented ahead of time. :)

A game of attention. take a bright and realistic picture with you and show it for 10 seconds. Then questions about the picture.

You can recognize animals that are pinned to the player's back. He does not see them and must ask questions to which others answer “Yes, no.” The others see what kind of animal he has behind him.

Do you have any books at home on the topic of organizing holidays or how to keep children occupied? Or look at some competitions here or on Solnyshka. For example, the well-known “nonsense”: answers to the questions are written on pieces of paper: who, with whom? what they were doing? Where? what came of it. Do you remember this game or do you need more details? Mine also played something similar (on pieces of paper) about animals, I don’t remember. In general, remember, there are a lot of sedentary games and very funny ones. I don’t remember anymore - I don’t like it myself, but the children cope better than me.

Children's birthday - games and competitions for children 5-6 years old with balloons, fruits and cubes. An elegant room can be a surprise - just like a gift under the pillow or next to the bed, which is 6 competitions for the New Year's scenario: for schoolchildren and adults.

Discussion

Thanks for the idea!

There is a less compromising gift distribution game. When everyone takes turns coming to the table with gifts. and have the following option: one of
1. Take a gift from the table
2. Knit a gift from anyone else who has already taken it, then the one from whom they took it again takes it from the table.

whether or not to unfold is up to the player himself.

But the option with a cube is more fun :)

Child from 3 to 7. Education, nutrition, daily routine, visiting kindergarten and relationships with teachers, illness and physical Poems-dialogues, stories-dialogues - I ask for help. Have you noticed that many children really like various kinds of theatrical performances?

Ritulya! Look in the archives of "rest" - scenarios for birthdays. There are also links to sites with competitions. We (me and the clown) made a rope with wrapped prizes (I bought cute keychains). Children with their eyes closed found a thread with a prize, and adults cut it off. Then they put it in a hat - forfeits with the performance of the numbers. Dances with repetitions are great (“if you want to have fun, do this” somewhere I have a description of the movements, but I didn’t choose the music, so my 3-5 year olds danced to “little ducklings”). If children draw, then there can be a drawing competition for two teams - to finish drawing or to draw with their eyes closed. We also knocked down pins with a ball. The "freeze" competition is very fun. We played blind cat. They guessed riddles and made up fables. All winners were given stickers on their hands, then prizes were distributed first to those who had more.

Child from 1 to 3. Raising a child from one to three years: hardening and development, nutrition and illness, daily routine and development of household skills. Children's birthday - games and competitions for children 5-6 years old with balloons, fruits and cubes.

I propose a scenario for holding a child’s birthday for 5 years, in which I tried to take into account the age characteristics of 5-year-olds. After all, these are no longer little kids who are more suited to the role of spectators than active participants, but they are not yet nimble junior high school students who have some skills in team games and participation in individual competitions. I advise you to use games and competitions in which there are no winners or losers (at this age, children can be offended to tears if they lose), and invite adults to participate in them. You can and should also include feasible tasks on knowledge of letters and numbers, counting and logic - everything that may be useful in the future at school. And, of course, alternate active games with calm ones.

I was four years old
And today there are as many as FIVE!
And now I can proudly
Show your whole palm!

BEGINNING – “We dance in circles.” The presenter (one of the adults) greets the assembled guests, children and adults, asks them to stand in a circle and begins the holiday with poetry:

One two three four five!
Who will we congratulate?
Who will be proud today?
Will he eat a huge cake?
Will the candles be blown out?
And open gifts?
Who's ahead today?
Birthday boy, come out!

The birthday person (tsa) stands in the center of the circle.

Leading: How many<имя ребенка, например Карине>today?
Guests (in chorus): Five!

Leading: Have fun, let's stomp all 5 times!

Guests simultaneously stomp 5 times at the count of the Host.

Leading: Let's all clap 5 times together!

Guests clap their hands 5 times.

Leading: Come on, Karina, turn around!

The birthday girl must turn around herself .

Leading: Come on, Karina, take a bow!

The birthday boy bows .

Leading: Now let's dance in a circle!

The guests standing in a circle, holding hands, begin to walk around the birthday boy and sing the well-known song “Loaf”:

Like on Karina's name day

We baked a loaf

So tall s (everyone raises their hands up),

Such lows(lowered down)

This is the width(diverge to widen the circle)

These are the dinners(the circle is narrowed).

Loaf, loaf(everyone clap their hands)

Choose who you love!

Birthday boy: I love everyone, of course

A<имя гостя, например Аселю>most!

The named child goes into the circle, changes places with the birthday boy, and the round dance begins again. And so on several times, while the host makes sure that all the little guests can be the center of attention.

"Portrait of a birthday girl." Leading: “We had a great round dance! Children, do you like to draw? Let's all draw a portrait of our birthday boy together!”

Spreads a pre-prepared sheet of wallpaper slightly longer than the child’s height directly on the floor, turning it over with the clean side up. The birthday person lies down on this sheet, the presenter traces his outline. After which the child stands up, and the presenter hands out colored markers to the children and invites them to complete the picture: draw the birthday boy’s face, hair, clothes, etc. Advice: be sure to take into account the capabilities and wishes of each participant, encourage them, and help if necessary. And after completing the work, evaluate: praise someone for accuracy, a “steady hand,” someone for accuracy, someone for imagination. Mount the finished “figure” on the wall and photograph it next to the “original”, and then with all the participants in the holiday.

"Living Letters". This game can be offered to the children if you see that they also want to lie on the floor after the birthday boy (little children like to repeat everything after each other). In addition, it is useful for future first-graders in learning the alphabet.

So, the leader is declared a teacher, one of the children is declared a student, the rest are declared in living letters. . The “letters” lie on the floor, the teacher has cards in his hands with capital letters A, E, U, G, M, K, P, L, etc. (we write it ourselves or use any ready-made alphabet). The student takes out one of the cards and tries to arrange the children so that the given letter is formed. “Letters” actively help the student. Another child draws the next card, and this continues until all the children are in the role of a student. If possible, after this game, give each child a souvenir whose name begins with the letter that he “laid”, for example: Sketchbook, toys - Duck, Hedgehog, Gnome, Car or Soap Bubbles, colored Pencils or Kinder Surprise, Plasticine, hair ribbon, etc.

DANCING IN THE PLAIN. Children love to dance and love animals. Why not combine the two?

Leading: “Now let’s imagine that we all came to a forest clearing and decided to dance! Turn on a pre-prepared composition of different songs or melodies and start dancing. Let the kids first move freely to the music, as they wish. After a while the presenter says: “ Our music attracted the attention of animals! Let’s imagine that... little bunnies came galloping into our clearing! How do you think hares can dance?» Children depict dancing hares, jumping on one leg or the other and moving their ears to the beat of the music. Next, invite them to depict softly dancing foxes, heavily stomping elephants, fast running mice, and graceful cats. Let them try to waddle to the music like geese or ducks, frolic merrily like puppies, wriggle like snakes, etc. If they want, children can also sing: “croak,” “woo,” or “meow,” in general, let them they can imagine as much as they want, move around, and have fun.

"Dinner is served!". After such a “shake-up”, it’s time to refresh yourself. I leave the menu for the children's feast at your discretion, I want to suggest a way to seat the children at the table: not forcibly and at the same time not chaotically.

Cut out any postcards that are interesting to children from unnecessary magazines or print them, for example, with images of fairy tale or cartoon characters. Cut them figuratively into two halves, place the first parts on chairs near the covered table, and the second parts on the bedside table near the bathroom. After washing hands (mandatory before eating), the child goes to the bedside table, selects half of the postcard and finds “his” chair with the other half. This is how places at the festive table are “raffled off”.

Finger "Magic Tree". It is not recommended to play active games immediately after eating, so offer children a creative activity - finger painting. Firstly, there are 5 fingers on the hand - just as many as the age of the birthday boy, and secondly, the resulting work of art can be inserted into a frame and kept as a keepsake.

So, take a sheet of thick A4 or A3 paper, watercolors or gouache, a plate of water, wet wipes and begin to create the “Magic Tree” painting. First, draw the trunk and branches with brown paint or a felt-tip pen (you can draw them in advance). You can depict as many branches as there are guests. Next, each child, in turn, dips his finger in water, then in paint and makes a fingerprint near his twig - colored leaves are obtained. Options: each guest dips their fingers in one chosen color of paint, or dips each finger in a different color of paint. When the tree is ready, draw a sun in the corner of the sheet and write down the names of the guests. Such an unusual panel may well decorate a child’s room!

LOTTO. An option for a calm and entertaining game with children is the well-known lotto. You can come up with it yourself or purchase ready-made ones suitable for age, such as lotto “Pets and Birds”, “Wild Animals”, “Fruits and Vegetables”, “Transport”, etc.

GAME "TREES". Presenter: " We drew a beautiful finger tree. Now let's become trees ourselves! Guys, what trees do you know?"Children name different trees, and everyone chooses who will be which tree: fir tree, oak, birch, poplar, apple tree, cedar, etc. Presenter (together with the children): “Trees have roots, a trunk, arms, leaves. We humans have legs, arms, torso, fingers. Let's determine which part of the human body is similar to which part of the tree?“So, the legs are designated as roots, the torso as the trunk, the arms as branches, and the fingers as leaves or needles.

Next, the presenter names some season or natural phenomenon, and the children must depict how the trees “behave” at the same time. For example, if the presenter says “wind”, then the children, spreading their arms out to the sides, sway to the rhythm of the wind, “summer sun” - the children stretch up (grow), “autumn” - the children shake their palms, showing how the leaves are falling. The presenter introduces himself as a lumberjack - the children, like felled trees, fall. The presenter announces that a large flock of migratory birds has perched on the branches - the children’s hands drop down like sagging branches. The presenter says that the tree was damaged by people or harmful insects, the children try to show the diseased tree. You can continue to fantasize about this topic, at the same time the children will learn more about nature. When all options have been exhausted, the presenter praises the children for their acting skills and encourages them not to break trees and bushes, to preserve and protect nature.

"FIND YOUR PRIZE." Presenter: " Now let's play the game "Find your prize"! And it offers the “hot and cold” game, which all children love. It is simple and understandable for them, at the same time with elements of intrigue, and how much joy it brings to find a treasured item! Prepare a small souvenir for each participant (a notebook, a magnet, or just a lollipop), which the child who finds it could take with him as a souvenir of your holiday, and play to your health!

HOLIDAY FIREWORKS. At the end of the event, arrange a fireworks display in honor of the birthday boy! To do this, throw the pre-prepared balloons onto the floor (the more there are, the better). The leader commands: “How old is our birthday boy? 5! On my command, we count together to five and shout “Hurray! Firework!" and throw all the balls up! Children clap their hands 5 times, grab balloons, throw them up with the words “ Hooray! Firework!". They immediately bend down quickly for the next balls and shout again, “ Hooray! Firework!" and throw them up. And so on two or three times (or until J gets tired of it).

And finally, you can also burst a few balloons for greater effect! Hooray! Fireworks in honor of your birthday boy! And happy birthday to you!

Greetings, dear blog readers! All fathers and mothers want to organize a real holiday for their “child”. What ideas can you come up with to entertain the children? After all, the gameplay for children is the most interesting and brings a lot of pleasure. And so that this day is not only solemn, but also unusually joyful, so that the house is filled with children's voices, laughter, songs, music, fun and their “treasure” is remembered for a long time.

For this wonderful holiday, parents need to prepare not only goodies for the table, but also an entertainment program for at least 2 hours. It should be lively and rich. Children should not be bored for a single minute. Not only the birthday boy, but every guest should feel like the “center of the universe.”

Therefore, parents of the birthday boy need to develop a plan for organizing and holding the birthday of a child of any age at home:

  • determine the number of guests and give them colorful invitation cards
  • create room decor (balloons, posters, garlands, etc.)
  • buy a new outfit for the hero of the occasion
  • buy a desired birthday gift for the birthday boy
  • buy small gifts for all guests and gifts for prizes
  • record popular and funny children's songs
  • determine the holiday menu
  • bake a fresh homemade cake and don’t forget about beautiful candles
  • write a script for the holiday, including presenting gifts to the birthday boy, an invitation to the festive table, and consideration of gifts. Then entertainment events, songs, games, dances, competitions, riddles, etc.

One year old birthday

Birthday of a child 2-3 years old

Popular birthday games

No birthday can be complete without funny children's games, competitions, and riddles.

Fanta

"The Wolf and the Little Goats." This is an active game.

Draw a string around the houses and place all the children in them, except one. They will play the role of kids. The kids live together and often run to visit each other. And a gray wolf wanders around - one and the players. He tries to catch the kid outside the house. A kid who is caught becomes a wolf. The game continues until everyone is a wolf.

"Cold-hot." This game seems very mysterious to a 5 year old.

The presenter quietly hides the toy (dinosaur). According to the presenter, “cold - warm - hot,” the children guess where to look for the toy. The game continues until everyone plays the role of a seeker. The found toy is a prize to the player who found it.

Guess the Beast is a fun game.

Children are blindfolded and given a soft toy. You need to guess who it is. The game needs to be started by an adult who will deliberately think for a long time, twist, twirl and incorrectly call the hare a bear. Children will laugh and the game will take on a comic character. The game continues until each child plays the role of a guesser.

"Mouse Concert" is an entertaining game.

Print by clicking on the pictures with mice, finger mice. You can glue a mouse head out of paper in the form of a bag on your finger, glue on the ears, and draw eyes and a nose with a black felt-tip pen. Each child should put a mouse mask on his finger. The adult will be the first to start the game, singing a song or reciting a poem in a thin, squeaky mouse voice. And then the children will take turns demonstrating their talents on behalf of the mouse.

Don't Crush the Egg is a funny game. It promotes the development of memory, attention and caution.

A piece of any fabric that represents a road is placed on the floor. Raw eggs are laid out on this road. The player is asked to carefully look at the road along which he must pass and not crush a single egg. While the player is blindfolded, the eggs are quietly removed. So he walks very carefully to the end of the road, and when the bandage is removed, the player and all the children laugh.

"Horned". The game requires concentration and attention.

All children stand in a circle and shake their fists. The presenter says: “He walks, wanders... and when the horned goat speaks,” everyone sticks out their fingers. If the presenter says “the goat is hornless,” then they do not unclench their fists. Whoever makes a mistake is eliminated from the game and helps the presenter look for violators.

"It's in the Hat" is a musical game.

A beautiful hat is put on any of the children standing in a circle. Turn on the music. The child in the hat turns around and puts the hat on the neighbor on the left (clockwise). When the music stops, the one wearing the hat leaves the game, sits down at the sweet table and waits for the others.

For the birthday of a child 5-6 years old

About Answer “yes” to everything, nesmeyanu, mummy, mirror, etc. And today I have prepared some more fun activities.

"Basketball" is a game for a group of children.

Attach a wire ring to the wall at a height convenient for this age. The ball will be a balloon. The presenter explains to the children two rules of the game: the ball should not fall to the floor and it should not be held in their hands. The ball can be tossed and hit towards the ring. Whoever makes the most hits in the ring will receive a prize - a chocolate candy, the rest of the players will receive a caramel.

"Images".

Lay out cards with birds and animals depicted on them. The player approaches the table, takes a card and tries to portray with various movements and facial expressions the person who is drawn on it. The player who first guesses the image becomes the leader and the game continues.

“It's boring for us to sit” is a simple game for physical development.

Chairs are placed against the wall of the room for all children. There is one less chair placed against the opposite wall. Everyone sits down and reads the poem:

Oh, how boring it is for us to sit and look at the wall. Isn't it time to go for a run and change places?

At the leader’s command “start”, all players rush to the opposite wall and try to take a place. The one who is left without a chair is out of the game. Then another chair is removed. The game continues until the winner takes the last remaining chair. He is given a large ball (or something else), the rest of the players are given small balls.

Jenga is a board game that develops dexterity, fine motor skills and coordination.

This game is sold in a toy store. A tower of 18 levels is built from 54 multi-colored wooden blocks. To do this, the blocks are folded in threes and the resulting layers are laid on top of each other, one across the other. A cardboard guide will help you level the tower.

This game is best suited for 4 children. You can play with two or more players. They take turns throwing a die, each side of which has a color indicated on it. Now the player with only one hand needs to pull out a block of the same color from the tower and put it on top in order to continue construction. You cannot take blocks from the unfinished top layer and the layer below it. The player who destroyed the tower is considered the loser and the game continues.

"Nonsense" is a cool game.

Take a double (from the middle) notebook sheet of paper and two pens or two pencils. Two players sit at opposite ends of the table and draw, covering the drawing with their hand, someone’s head (a person, a dog, a hare, a cat, a goat). Then they bend the leaf so that the design is not visible, but only the neck is visible, and pass it to the second player. He draws the body (of a hare, a hedgehog, a person, a bear, a dog). He also folds the paper over to cover the drawing and passes it to the first player to draw someone's legs. Then he closes the drawing and passes it again to the second player, who draws someone’s feet. Now we unfold the drawing and see what happened? Funny and fun.
Room decoration idea

For children 7,8,9 years old

For entertainment at the birthday party of children 7,8,9 years old, games of a slightly different nature are needed. These children are already elementary school students. They can read and write and play sports. At this age, children begin to feel part of the adult world. I suggest playing the following games with them:

"Bear" is an outdoor game.

One of the players is elected “bear”. He lies down on the floor. The rest pretend to pick mushrooms, pick raspberries around the “bear” and sing:

The bear in the forest has mushrooms and berries, but the bear does not sleep, he looks into both eyes. The basket overturned and the bear rushed after us.

And then the bear rises and catches the fleeing players. Whoever gets caught becomes a bear. Game continues.

"The Third Wheel" is a musical game.

For the game you will need one fewer chairs than there are guests. Both adults and children play. The chairs are placed with their backs facing each other, with their seats facing outwards. The players stand around the seats of the chairs. The host turns on cheerful music, and the players begin to run around the chairs. As soon as the music turns off, the player must sit on any chair. Whoever does not get a chair is eliminated from the game. Another chair is removed, etc. The winner is the remaining one participant.

“Sparrow-Crow” is a game of attention and reaction speed.

Two players sit at the table opposite each other and extend one hand to each other, but the hands should not touch. The presenter gives names to the players: one is “sparrow”, the other is “crow”. The presenter calls the names of the players. The one whose name is called must grab the opponent's hand. For fun, the presenter slowly and syllable-by-syllable says the names vo-rooo-na, vooo-rooo-bey, or maybe say vo-ro-ta. A caught sparrow becomes a crow, and a crow becomes a sparrow. Game continues.

The Chamomile game is a fun game.

A chamomile is made from white paper with as many petals as there will be guests. Write funny tasks on the back of each petal. Children take turns tearing off one petal at a time and begin to perform the task: dance, crow, sing songs, recite poems, tongue twisters, etc.

"Knowledge" is an educational game.

All children sit on chairs in one row. The host announces the theme of the game, for example, cities. Then he approaches the player sitting on the edge, names any city and gives him a ball. The player must quickly name any city and give the ball to his neighbor. Whoever could not name the city leaves the game. Then the topic changes: fruits, flowers, countries, rivers, names. Game continues.

These games are suitable for children 10–12 years old

If you have a private home and it’s summer outside or you’re celebrating a birthday outdoors, then these are ideal

"Smart and Cheerful Engine" is an intellectual game.

The presenter (adult) asks each player one question. For example, which scientist did an apple fall on his head? (to Newton). Which of the heroes fought with the Serpent Gorynych? (Nikitich). In which hemisphere of the globe do penguins live? (in Yuzhny), etc. If the player answers the question correctly, then he becomes a carriage of a smart locomotive. If the player cannot answer, then he can take a hint for a certain service: sing, recite a poem, dance, portray an animal.

The funny little train must gather all the players and the children in the carriages will sing a funny song.

"Fishermen and Fishes" is an active game.

From all the players, two fishermen are chosen, and the rest of the players are fish. They dance in a circle and sing:

Fish live in the water, They don’t have a beak, but they peck. They have wings, but they don’t fly, They don’t have legs, but they walk. Nests are not made, but babies are hatched.

After this, the fish scatter, and the fishermen join hands and catch them. The caught fish join the fishermen, causing the net to become longer, and catch the rest of the fish. The last fish that the fishermen do not catch is the winner.

“Pick up the key” - this game promotes the manifestation of skill.

Two players are given three locked padlocks and a bunch of keys. The task is to open each lock. The first one to open the locks wins. The game continues until everyone is a “discoverer”.

“Are you going to the ball?” — girls love this game.

The host starts the game with a saying:

- Yes and no - don’t say

Black and white - don't take it,

Will you go to the ball?

- Probably the player is answering.

—What will you go on? Who will you go with? What will you wear? What colour? With such questions, the presenter tries to catch the player and use forbidden words. If by chance a word is said, then the players change roles.

“Treasure Hunt” is an interesting game that develops ingenuity.

The first clue-riddle is read by the presenter:

Everyone who came to visit us,

Let them sit down at our…..The guessing table is the place to look for a clue. There is another clue on the table - which horse doesn’t drink water? The answer is chess. There is another riddle in chess - dressed in a colorful candy wrapper, it lies in a vase..... The answer is candy. The candy again contains a riddle-clue - everyone goes, goes, goes, but they don’t get up from their place. The answer is a clock. Behind the table clock there is a treasure - a box with small chocolates for each player.

Comic win-win lottery game

The adult presenter will place bright lottery tickets with numbers on the table, as many as there are guests. The player approaches the table, pulls out one lottery ticket and says the ticket number loudly.

The presenter reads out the text corresponding to this ticket and gives the prize to the player. Prizes can be very different, and the texts for them are comic and preferably in poetic form:

You won't lose your keys

And you won't forget about them.

Games for parents for a child's birthday

Children are very happy when their parents participate in their games. My grandmother told me how she played a game of musical chairs at her seven-year-old daughter's kindergarten graduation and won the musical competition. How happy all the children were, shouting “Hurray!” and applauded. And her daughter’s eyes simply shone with happiness. 50 years have passed since then, and my daughter happily recalls this interesting episode in her life.

I invite adult guests to play the following games with their children at the child’s birthday party:

"Potato soup."

Place two tables at a distance of three meters. Place two plates with seven small potatoes on one table. On another table there are two empty saucepans. Two players are given one tablespoon each. The task is for each player to transfer one potato with a spoon into a pot of seven potatoes for soup. Whoever completes the task faster is the winner. The game continues until all players have cooked soup. Prize for all guests: chocolate candy.

"Box walker".

Prepare four identical cardboard boxes. All players in pairs at the leader’s command “Start!” They compete to see who gets to the finish line the fastest. Then they conduct a second round of those who win, etc. In this way, the fastest box walker is chosen. He is given a prize - a flashlight.

"Kindergarten for kangaroos."

A rope is used to fence off the “kindergarten for kangaroos” 2–3 meters from the starting rope line. Children in groups of 2 each pick up one soft toy (plastic bottles are possible) and only jump to get to the kindergarten. They return back, leaving the kangaroo cubs in the kindergarten, also by jumping. The one who returns the fastest will win.

They are replaced by two parents at the start and jump into the kindergarten to pick up the kangaroo cubs from the kindergarten. And, also jumping, they return to the start. Whoever jumps faster is the winner.

"Magic Pencils"

Two plastic boxes with the following inscriptions are placed on the starting line: a walnut is a prize for the winner, a hazelnut is a prize for the losing player.

Now take two identical pencils and tie them to a thick woolen thread of the same length (about 3 m each).

Two players compete to see who can wind the thread around a pencil the fastest. Prizes are awarded based on the results of the competition.

"Merry Orchestra"

Everything that plays in the house (guitar, balalaika, tambourine, pipe) and even creaks, rustles, rattles (spoons, saucepans, metal lids, metal cans with pennies, etc.), we distribute to children and adults.

Let's play a funny children's song. Everyone starts playing, singing and dancing together. Under this amazing cacophony (chaotic accumulation) of sounds, the result is “outrageous” fun.

For your little son’s birthday, you need to think about not only a tasty treat, but above all, fun entertainment, games. Let the child take part in decorating the room as best he can, of course. A separate table is set for children, and a separate one for adults. Children love balloons very much; you can tie a balloon on a long string to the back of each child’s chair (but only a helium one so that it rises up), and at the end of the holiday, let everyone take their own balloon as a souvenir. And if you write the names of the children on the balloons, then everyone will immediately know where to sit. At the beginning of the holiday, as usual, gifts are given and refreshments are given. When they sing the song “Let them run clumsily...”, the Wizard suddenly appears (dad dresses up: puts on a cloak, a turban, takes a “magic wand” made of foil). The Wizard has a shiny bag in his hands, and there are different masks in the bag.

Wizard(changed voice): Hello, children! Who called the Wizard? I'm here! I flew from a distant Wonderland and brought my wonderful bag with me! How many of you love miracles? All? Watch carefully, they are about to begin!

Touches one of the children with a magic wand.

Abracadabra! I turn you Misha (child's name)... (Takes a mask out of the bag and puts it on the child.)- I'm turning you into a crocodile!

This way he “transforms” all the children by putting different masks on them.

“And now I will teach you to turn back into children at any moment.” When I say “Abra-Kadabra!”, everyone takes off their masks... Abra-Kadabra!

Children “turn” into children again.

Wizard: And now - another miracle! Attention... Where is my fairy assistant?

Mom, dressed up as a fairy, brings out a cake with candles.

The children, together with the Wizard and the Fairy, sing “Happy Birthday to you...” to the birthday boy. The cake will turn out to be even more “magical” if you prepare it in such a way that ice cream is “hidden” under the biscuits.

After the treat, the children want to play.

ACTIVE GAME “BUNNY”

You will need a rope, which must be tied at the ends and placed on the floor in the form of a ring.

The presenter reads:

The bunny went out into the woods,

The bunny came out, hop-hop,

Jump on the grass

Jump your legs.

Suddenly a wolf howl was heard...

Come on, little bunny, go home!

At this time, children jump and dance without going beyond the rope circle. After the words “Come on, little bunny, go home!” all children should be in a circle. The last one to do this is out. The winner receives a prize.

COLORFUL TASKS

They bring out a dish with identical candies in three-color candy wrappers, for example, red, blue, green. Children take one at a time. Then the presenter asks to raise their hands to see who has candy in red candy wrappers, then in blue, then in green, making three groups. The presenter offers three tasks.

Exercise 1: "Clapperboard."

They compete to see which group claps their hands louder.

Task 2: “Noisemaker.”

Which group will shout “Oy!” louder?

Task 3:"Silence."

Everyone must be silent for a minute; the group loses if anyone in it giggles.

GAME “WINTER AND SUMMER”

All children participate. They are given different hats, the leader also takes one for himself. Children should watch the leader carefully. When he puts on a hat and says “Winter,” then the children put on hats; when he hides his hat behind his back and says “Summer,” then the children should hide it too. The presenter may deliberately repeat “Winter” or “Summer” several times in a row, while deliberately putting on or taking off his hat at random in order to mislead. Whichever child makes a mistake is eliminated.

ACTIVE GAME “FRUIT BATTLE”

This game is a relay race, it is played if space allows, and consists of several tasks. Children are divided into two teams.

Exercise 1: "Fruit bowling."

You will need oranges, bananas and apples. Two pyramids are made (an apple on a banana), which must be knocked down by rolling the orange on the floor. Each team member skates once. If you manage to knock it down, then the team gets plus one point, the pyramid is placed again, and the next player rolls the orange.

Task 2: “Don’t bite, don’t grab.”

For each team, two large boxes are placed (not high, but not on the floor, so that it is comfortable for the children); one box contains fruit, the other is empty. You need to transfer fruit from one box to another without using your hands.

Task 3:"Important cargo."

Two teams are given a table tennis racket and an apple. You need to place the apple on the racket and carefully carry it to the finish line and back. If you drop it, pick it up and continue to compete.

Based on the results of three tasks, the winning team is determined.

In general, in games and competitions with children, you need to make sure that no one is left without a prize and is not upset.

GAME “KITE AND DUCKLES”

One of the children is chosen by the kite, the rest are ducklings. The kite hides behind the door, the ducklings jump on the “grass” until the presenter says “Kite!” The ducklings should immediately squat down and press their heads to their knees. The kite “flies” between them and tries to touch those who raise their heads. If he fails, he “flies away” and the ducklings jump and have fun again. Then everything repeats. If a kite touches someone, it means that it has “dragged away” the duckling, and it becomes a kite.

After active games, it’s good to play calmer games.

GAME “WE ARE BRAVE PILOTS”

Everyone sits in a circle in Turkish style and repeats the text and movements after the leader. At first the text is pronounced slowly, in a sing-song voice, then faster and faster.

Text

We are brave pilots

At the controls of an airplane!

(with their hands they pretend to turn the steering wheel)

We're flying high

(hands go up)

We fly far!

(palms fold as if a person is looking through binoculars)

Day and night we fly,

(wave your palms like wings)

We don't want to go to bed!

(palms under the cheek, like a sleeping person)

Then back (look back), then forward (turn back)...

Don't break down, plane!

(wag a finger)

At the end the presenter says:

We flew and got tired

And they landed on the ground!

GAME "MUSICIANS"

The presenter asks the children who will be the musician and who will be the spectator. The “ensemble” sits in a row on one side, the audience on the other. The presenter turns the melody on and off. Children-“musicians” pretend to play various musical instruments. When the presenter turns off the music, they stop “playing” and the “spectators” clap their hands. The presenter turns on the music again, etc.

GAME “I AM NOT ME”

The presenter reads the text. When he pauses in the text and waits for an answer, you need to raise your hand up if the answer is “I” and do nothing if the answer is “Not me.”

Text

Who is cheerful and skillful,

The most dexterous, the most courageous?

Who doesn't listen to mom?

Who is angry, stubborn,

Mischievous and naughty

And he's telling lies?

Who respects all elders

Doesn't hurt kids

Loves to sing and draw,

Play good games?

Who is capricious and whiny,

Acts unsightly

He's rude to mom and dad

And tries to offend?

Who loves fairy tales so much?

Loves books and coloring books

About mysterious countries

About seas and oceans?

Who doesn't want to go to bed,

Who keeps jumping and laughing,

And when it's time to get up,

Does he say he wants to sleep?

Who is neither with a friend nor with a girlfriend

Would you like to share a toy?

Who helps mommy?

Does he put his things away?

Leading: Well done, how good we all are! Let's always behave this way. Now let’s say loudly to the birthday boy again: “Happy birthday!”

DANCING. CHILDREN'S DISCO

Adults learn the movements in advance to familiar children's songs (the movements should be the simplest: clapping, turning, jumping, etc.). Together with the children, everyone stands in a large circle, and the children, looking at the adults, repeat the movements after them. Songs need to be chosen that are familiar to children. Then let the children dance on their own.

In the bag

The role of the leader in this game should be played by adult. He puts a hat on one of the participants and plays fun dance music. While she is playing, the children pass the hat to each other, making sure to try it on and turn it around its axis. But as soon as the presenter turns off the music, the participant who remains wearing the hat at that moment is eliminated from the game. Also, instead of a hat, a “bomb” can be used - an ordinary rubber ball, which participants need to throw over their heads, while still managing to clap your hands (the loser is considered to have been “bombed”).

What does it look like?

This exciting competition is somewhat reminiscent of an association game. To carry it out, you need to prepare any object, for example an orange. The presenter sets an example for the participants by passing an orange to the first player: “If it’s not an orange, then it’s sunshine.” The next one should continue: “If it’s not an orange or the sun, then it’s a ball!” What else does an orange look like? Globe, head, Christmas tree toy...
A participant who thinks for more than one minute is eliminated from the game.
After this, the competition continues, but with a new word. The winner receives the title “Most Erudite” (don’t forget to explain the concept of this word to the children).

Dreamers

“Yesterday I met a crocodile in the yard...” - first child starts the game .
“The crocodile was sitting on a bench and chewing gum,” says the second one.
“The gum looked like a balloon,” continues a third.
“The crocodile flew into the sky on the balloon,” fantasizes the fourth.
Thus, by adding just one word, the guys create a fantastically exciting story. True, as it is written, the slowest “authors” drop out of the game.

Secret bag

IN beautiful pouch (bag or box) collect several small objects - an apple, glasses, a ball, a book, a toy, a postcard. Each child in turn must be given the opportunity to determine by touch what is hidden there.

Let's find the color

Prepare several sheets of colored paper. During the game, remove them from the folder one by one. Let the children find the same colors in the decoration of the room or in their clothes. The winner is the most active child who has found the largest number of proposed flowers.

Chamomile

To play this game, you need to make a daisy out of paper in advance, and there should be as many petals in it as there are children at the party. The resulting flower is brightly colored, and simple comic tasks are written on the back of each petal. Each child present at the holiday will have to tear off a petal and complete a written task: walk in single file, crow, jump on one leg, sing a song, repeat patter . All participants are awarded prizes.

Color the beetle

This competition is suitable for a fun summer children's party. However, it can also be held in winter, diluting the holiday with bright summer colors. Each child needs to be given one coloring sheet, which depicts any insect (you can either download them on the Internet, or simply gut any thematic coloring book), wax crayons, pencils or felt-tip pens and ask them to color what is shown in the picture. The jury, consisting of adults, leniently evaluates the masterpieces. And depending on quality, speed, correspondence to reality, as well as fantasy talents, it distributes prizes among all participants.

Snowballs

Each participant is given one "snowball" made from a small ball of cotton wool. The child must loosen his snowball and, at the leader’s signal, launch it into the air. In order for the snowball to stay in the air as long as possible, it is necessary to blow strongly from below. The winner is the participant whose snowball “hung” in the air longer than others.
