Chapter 1

Siddha teachings of yoga and tantra on the immortality of the body

Most of the saints (siddhas) of the yogic tradition of India and Tibet have always shown great interest in methods of achieving immortality of the physical body. Some of them, in addition to yoga and tantra, studied various sciences and were adepts of alchemy, tantric medicine (Kaya-kalpa), and studied magical ways to achieve eternal youth (rasayana-siddhi).

The great holy ascetic Rishi Tirumular wrote:

There was a time when I despised the body, but then I saw God within it. And then I realized that the body is the Temple of the Lord and began to treat it with all care

"Tirumantiram" (Tantra 3, verse 725)

The goal of the siddhas was to create such an immortal body that would be immune to the effects of time, old age, illness, death, and the elements of nature.

I prayed for a radiant body that would last forever, resist the effects of wind, earth, sky, fire, water, sun, moon, planets, death, disease, deadly weapons, atrocities or anything else. He fulfilled what I prayed for and now I have this body. Don't think that this gift is a small thing. O people, seek refuge in my Father, the Lord of Indescribable Splendor, who makes even the material body immortal!

Ramalinga Swamigal 6, chapter 16, verse 59

The Siddhas were attracted by the possibility of transforming the physical body into a divine one, that is, into a body consisting not of flesh and blood, but of a subtle substance - the energy of the Rainbow Light. Such a body was called the “Divine Body” (Deva-deha), and the process of transmutation itself (restructuring the cells of the body to the level of energy) was called the “Great Transition” (Kaya Vyuha).

Whose body is unborn and indestructible is considered liberated while alive

"Yoga Sikha Upanishad"

Such a transmutation of the body was considered a true achievement of immortality and was accompanied by the manifestation of various supernatural powers.

... A radiant divine body will appear. This body cannot be burned by fire, dried by the wind, wetted with water, bitten by a snake

"Gheranda Samhita" (3.28, 3.29)

The body of such a yogi casts no shadow, has almost no need for sleep or food, and spontaneously manifests various miracles. Nectar flows from the center in the head area (soma chakra), filling all chakras with inexpressible bliss and energy. The life of a yogi is extended unimaginably. It can exist by feeding on nectar, air, extracting minerals, or taking small Ayurvedic tablets. Mystical sounds (Nada) are heard throughout the body, forming wonderful melodies. By concentrating on the energy at the crown or the wind element at the heart, the yogi can make his body light, like a tuft of cotton or a feather, rising into the air at will. He can easily see at a distance or communicate with gods and saints in dreams. He senses the thoughts and energy of others and can bestow blessings on them simply by wishing something upon them in his mind.

His consciousness is not interrupted either day or night, and with the power of his clairvoyance he can easily contemplate countless worlds in the Universe, gods, people, spirits. He can enter samadhi by a simple effort of will and leave his body.

Meditating on Light and Sound as the essence of consciousness, the yogi makes the Great Transition into the Immortal body (kaya-vyuha). He sees the whole world as a manifestation of his universal body, and his physical body begins to glow with the fire of immortality. At the moment of death, his physical body finally turns into energy, into the radiance of rainbow light and disappears, dissolving in this radiance. All that remains are the rough, keratinized parts (hair, nails, intestinal membranes) and clothing.

Together with this human body you will begin to visit heaven (Svar-loka) again and again. Fast as your mind, you will gain the ability to travel in the sky and be able to go wherever you want

Gheranda Samhita, 3.69

The reality of such transmutation has been proven and successfully confirmed more than once by the holy siddhas themselves. A similar level was realized by all yogis in the traditions of 9 Naths, 18 Tamil Siddhas and 84 Hindu-Buddhist Mahasiddhas. The most famous of them are siddhas Matsyendranath, Gorakshanath, Tirumular, Nandi Devar, Chauranginath, Charpatinath, Tilopa, Naropa, Ramalinga Swami. All of them did not die, but disappeared from this world along with their physical body, going into the space of Clear Light.

At the end of the 19th century, the great Indian saint from Vadular (Tamilnadu) Ramalinga Swami experienced all the stages of the great transformation. Eyewitnesses claimed that during his life his physical body did not cast a shadow. In 1874, the great saint Ramalinga, having said goodbye to his disciples, locked himself in his hut in the village of Mettukupam and after some time disappeared without a trace, dissolving in a flash of violet light. Ramalinga is still one of the most celebrated saints of South India. He left behind a collection of over 10,000 poems called the Divine Song of Grace. In them, he described the experiences of the consistent transformation of his physical body into the immaterial divine body of Light.

Chapter 2

Ancient magical techniques for transferring consciousness

Despite the possession of such knowledge about achieving immortality, among the siddhas its implementation was always considered accessible only to the greatest saints who had reached the highest degrees of realization, or to yogis with a happy destiny who managed to produce alchemical potions that make the body immortal. Both have always been extremely rare, very difficult to achieve, and carefully hidden from outsiders.

There was not even any talk of making it widespread and accessible not only to all people, but even to yoga adherents of average ability. The ancient magical technique of “entering the body of another” was considered more realistic and achievable. In the sacred texts of yoga it is called “parakaya-praveshana” (Sanskrit), and in Tibetan it is called “trong-jug”.

A well-known researcher of the religious and philosophical teachings of India and Tibet, Doctor of Science at Oxford University, Evantz-Wentz writes:

“According to tradition, about nine hundred years ago, from superhuman sources, a divine secret science was revealed to a select circle of the most holy Indian and Tibetan gurus, called by the Tibetans “trong-jug”, which means “transfer and revival.” By this yogic magic, it is said, the principles of consciousness of two human beings can be mutually exchanged, or in other words, the consciousness which animates or animates one human body can be transferred into the other human body and thereby animate it; in the same way, "animate vitality" or "instinctive intelligence" can be separated from human consciousness and temporarily infused into subhuman forms and controlled by the consciousness of the disembodied personality.

An adept in "trong-jug" ... is able to discard his own body and take on the body of another human being, either by consent or by forcible eviction of the latter, and enter within and resurrect, and thereafter possess the body of the person who has just died."

Obviously, in this regard, in his book, Evantz-Wentz gives a story that circulates in various versions among the gurus and helps to illustrate the possibility of misusing the trong-jug technique. Initiated yogis and gurus often tell it to explain their refusal to divulge occult teachings to everyone.

This is the story of a prince and the son of the first minister of Tibet. Both of them were close friends and perfect adepts in the art of trong-jug. One day, while walking in the forest, they accidentally found a bird's nest with several chicks. The chicks had just hatched from the eggs, and the mother bird lay nearby, killed by a hawk. Imbued with compassion for the chicks, the prince decided to help them by using secret magic. He told his companion, the minister’s son: “Please watch over my body while I revive the body of the mother bird and make it fly to the little chicks to feed them.” While guarding the prince's lifeless body, the minister's son fell into temptation and, leaving his own body, entered the prince's body. The reason for this act was revealed later: it turned out that he had long been secretly in love with the prince’s wife.

The prince had no choice but to occupy the disembodied body of his false friend. Only a few years later the prince managed to convince the minister’s son to return the body to him and exchange the bodies back. This explains the strict rules commanding that such teachings be kept secret and transmitted only to carefully tested students.

Sri Shankaracharya

This ability was possessed by the outstanding holy yogi, one of the founders of the Advaita tradition, Sri Shankaracharya, who lived at the end of the 8th century AD.

Legend says that Shankara challenged a learned lay brahmana named Madana Mishra to a philosophical debate and defeated him, but when the brahmana's wife Ubhai Bharati intervened in the dispute and began asking him questions about the erotic treatise "Kama-shastra", Shankara, being a monk, was forced was to admit defeat and asked for a month's delay to continue the dispute.

He then separated his subtle body from his physical body and went to one of the regions of India, to the cremation ground where the body of a local king named Amaruka had just died, and revived him to the great joy of the king's ministers and wives. The “resurrected” king showed great interest in studying erotic art, which he had not seen before, and he also surprised his ministers with new qualities of righteousness and piety, the manners of a yogi, a gentle disposition and a refined intellect.

The chief minister guessed that the king had not come to life, but that the consciousness of some great yogi had entered his body. Wanting the yogi to remain king forever, the royal minister ordered the soldiers to search in all the nearby forests and caves for the motionless body of the unconscious yogi in order to put him on fire, thus making it impossible to return back.

When such a body was found and was about to be burned, Shankara's disciples managed to find him, warning him about it. Instantly leaving the king's body, Shankara returned to his body at the very last moment, when they were ready to cremate him, and the fire had already been lit. In doing so, he burned his hand a little. The story ends with the continuation of Shankara's dispute with the learned woman Ubhai Bharati on the issues of "Kama-shastra" and his complete victory.

Marpa

The great adept of Tibetan Buddhism of the Kagyu school, Marpa, nicknamed the Translator (1012-1099), perfectly mastered the technique of transferring consciousness. The texts of this tradition describe how Marpa openly demonstrated the transference of consciousness seven times in Tibet and once in India.

One day, the peasants drove a yak into the valley to get grass, but the yak died along the way. Marpa went away for a while, warning the peasants that when the yak came to life, they should put an armful of grass on its back. With his magical power, Marpa entered the body of the yak. When the yak “came to life,” the peasants loaded it with grass. When the yak carried the grass to the house, he fell dead, and Marpa returned.

Another time, Marpa entered the lifeless body of a sparrow. When the bird came to life, it flew to the nearest village. The boys began throwing stones at her and knocked down the sparrow in flight. The monks took the bird home, covering it with a cloth, and after some time Marpa’s consciousness returned to his body.

The third time he entered the dove's body was during the mandala offering ceremony. A monk who was guarding the altar from birds accidentally killed a dove by throwing a stone at it. When the monk became sad, Marpa consoled him by entering the body of a dove and flying into the sky.

For the fourth time, near the place where many people had gathered to eat, a yak died, and when the workers were about to take away its corpse, Marpa said: “I will help you and take it out myself.” He placed his subtle body in the yak and in his body went out into the courtyard, then he returned to his body, stood up and gave teachings to the disciples.

Marpa also entered the body of a female yak, infused his consciousness into the body of a deer killed by hunters, into the body of a dead lamb. In all cases, Marpa performed a secret magical technique of transferring consciousness to another body.

His son Dharma Dode, who had to leave his body due to an accident, escaped rebirth by being transferred by Marpa into the body of a dove. In the body of a dove, he went to India. There he found a thirteen-year-old boy from the Brahmin class who had just died and entered into him, reviving his body right during the funeral rites. The Brahmin servants saw a dove fly up to the body of the boy, bow his head, and then die. Immediately after this, the boy came to life in front of the shocked servants and went home. The young man was given a new name, Tiphupa, which means dove.

Borge Baba

In our time, the famous yoga teacher Swami Rama, founder of the Himalayan International Institute for the Scientific and Philosophical Study of Yoga in the USA (northeastern Pennsylvania, Pokoko Mountains), in his book “Life Among the Himalayan Yogis,” describes the case of the outstanding yogi Borge Baba, who lived in India.

“When I was sixteen years old, I met an old adept named Borge Baba who lived in the Naga Hills. He was going to Assam and decided to see my teacher, who was then living with me in the Gupta Kashi cave, five or six miles from the city. This adept was a very thin man. He had gray hair and beard and white clothes. His demeanor was very unusual. It looked like a completely straight, rigid bamboo cane. The adept was a frequent guest of my teacher, whom he visited to receive instructions on higher spiritual practices. More than once the topic of his conversations with my teacher was body change. I was young then and knew little about this special practice called parakaya-praveshana. No one has yet spoken to me openly about this yogic process...

...When the time for our departure from the cave approached, I asked him why he wanted to take another body?

“Now I am already over ninety,” he answered, “and my body has become unsuitable for a long-term stay in samadhi. Besides, now a convenient opportunity has presented itself. Tomorrow a body will appear in good condition. The young man will die from a snake bite and his body will be lowered into the water thirteen miles from here.”

His answer completely disheartened me.

…When I finally got to Assam and met the British chief at his headquarters, he told me: “Borge Baba did it. Now he has a new body." I still couldn't understand what had happened. The next morning I left for my native place in the Himalayas. When I arrived, my teacher informed me that Borge Baba had been here the previous night and was asking about me. A few days later, a young sadhu came to our cave. He spoke to me as if we had known each other for a long time. After describing our entire trip to Assam in detail, he expressed his regret that I could not be present when he changed my body. I experienced strange feelings talking to a person who seemed so familiar to me and at the same time had a new body. I found that his new physical tool had no effect on his abilities or character. This is the same old Borge Baba with all his intelligence, knowledge, memories, talents and manners. I was convinced of this by watching for a minute the way he behaved and spoke. When he walked, he held himself as unnaturally straight as before. Subsequently, my teacher gave him a new name, saying that the name accompanies the body, but not the soul. Now his name is Ananda Baba and he still wanders in the Himalayas.

Based on all the facts I have collected, I have come to the conviction that it is possible for an advanced yogi to pass into the body of a dead person if he wishes to do so, if he has a suitable body at his disposal. This process is known only to adepts; it is inaccessible to the average person.

My teacher told me that it is not impossible or unusual for a perfect yogi to transmigrate into another body, provided he finds a suitable replacement. Having moved to another body, a yogi can continue to live in it consciously, preserving all the experience that he received while living in the previous body.”

Chapter 3

Combining ancient yoga knowledge with new scientific technologies

Yogic methods of achieving immortality and transferring consciousness have always been a secret accessible only to outstanding masters. And when we are talking about achieving immortality by all of humanity (that is, those who do not have great achievements in the practice of yoga, are not a hermit or a monk, or do not practice yoga at all), the question arises of using other principles for achieving immortality. These principles must combine the previous knowledge of immortal yogis and modern scientific capabilities.

The problem of modern Western scientists engaged in the search for physical immortality is that they do not take into account the ancient knowledge of Eastern medicine, yoga and tantra about the subtle material nature of man, subtle bodies, energy centers (chakras), channels and subtle energies (pranas). Instead, they try to operate with vague terms “consciousness”, “brain information” and build their theories on the idea that consciousness could be “rewritten” onto some kind of electronic medium - a chip.

They are trying to solve the problem of “rewriting” information from the brain (soul) by studying how brain neurons or small networks of them work. Then it is supposed to simulate a network of neurons and create intelligence equal to the human brain. Other scientists are developing theories of “modeling the soul of a specific individual.”

Paying tribute to scientific geniuses, without being a professional in this field, the author still wants to note that such a “rewriting” from science fiction can become a reality only if scientists working on the problem of immortality take into account the fine-material structure of the human body and learn to distinguish the subtle body as the true equivalent of consciousness or soul.

Contrary to generally accepted opinion, the concepts of the subtle body, channels, energy centers (chakras) belong not only to the world of Eastern religions or magic and occultism, but are also full-fledged scientific terms inherent in ancient Indian medicine - Ayurveda. Knowledge about the subtle body, chakras, channels, energies has existed for centuries in both Tibetan and Chinese medicine.

What is the subtle body?

Subtle etheric body

The subtle etheric body is invisible to the ordinary eye. It consists of energy channels (nadis), which, intertwined, form nodes or vortices called chakras, the energy of winds and drops (bindu). This is a clot of energies that have taken the form of a physical body, their radiance pours out and protrudes slightly beyond the boundaries of the physical body. The subtle etheric body is similar to a duplicate of the human body, consisting of flowing, luminous threads of a pale bluish or violet color. The form of the etheric body is not constant. The weakening of energy (prana) reduces the strength of the etheric body, the accumulation of prana increases it. A yogi with magical powers can separate the etheric body from the physical, move around in it for some time, be visible to others, condense it and even move objects. The subtle etheric body is capable of acting in the human dimension and in the lower worlds.

The channels of the etheric body are called pranavaha nadi; the energy of the five pranas flows through them.

Subtle astral body

The subtle astral body is invisible. It resembles a thin egg-shaped smoky cloud, the color of which changes depending on the person’s mood. It can be perceived by people with clairvoyance. The subtle body operates in dreams at the subconscious level. Intuitive perception and emotions operate through it. A yogi who has cleared the system of chakras and channels can, by force of will, release the subtle body from the physical body at will through one of the seven chakras.

The subtle body can freely pass through walls, high barriers, travel to the sun and moon, descend into the worlds of spirits, hellish creatures, and rise into the worlds of asuras or gods. A yogi who wishes to become immortal can, by isolating the subtle body and bypassing the intermediate state, instantly transfer consciousness into the body of another person or being.

The channels of the astral body are called manovaha nadi; finer prana flows through them. When Kundalini awakens and rises, all manovaha nadis become active.

The practice of purifying the nadis and controlling the pranas enables the yogi to move the subtle drops in the subtle body in such a way as to unite them in the central channel, and then, having separated the subtle body, enter samadhi.

From time immemorial, the art of isolating the subtle body has been well known to all ancient and existing saints of most world religions, as well as master adepts of any of the existing occult or magical traditions (Western occultism, Jewish Kabbalah, Siberian shamanism, American Indian magic, etc.) .

Chapter 4

A new type of relationship between science, shamanism and religion

Once the principles of the subtle body (soul) and the real possibility of separating it from the physical using special methods are clarified, the process of achieving immortality for all humanity becomes quite achievable.

However, another very important question arises - the spiritual, moral and ethical purity of all participants in the “experiment”. Science that interferes with the “holy of holies” (the processes of life, death, reincarnation, and operates with the subtle bodies and souls of people) ceases to be science in the sense as we previously understood it.

It becomes something much more meaningful, deep, sacred, something between cybernetic shamanism, tantric magic and religion. Science had approximately this status during the ancient Vedic civilization. It was something of an external branch from the broad path of Enlightenment and spiritual improvement, a kind of secret teachings about achieving magical powers by external means (kalpita and prakrita-siddhi).

Now, imperceptibly, science is crossing the line of its sphere of competence and is beginning to touch those areas that have traditionally, from time immemorial, been described and belonged to magic, shamanism and religion.

The large-scale entry of science into these new areas means the beginning of new global changes in the destinies of humanity, changes in the collective picture of the world, the emergence of a completely new type of relationship between science, magic and religion, namely their creative union, a mutually beneficial community, when religion resolves issues of a fundamental, worldview plan , and shamanism, magic and science are engaged in their practical implementation.

At the same time, a person of science must enter new subtle areas with great sensitivity, respect and understanding of the need for spiritual transformation, since in subtle areas the consciousness of the actor is the most important factor and completely determines the result.

This means that humanity is faced with a choice: in order to gain immortality and go beyond cybernetic shamanism and technomagic, to move into higher spheres - into new quantum wave carriers, we need not only successes in scientific experiments, but also fundamental changes in the worldview, in the system values, a new level of awareness, the ability to include into one’s system of thinking new ethical concepts and values inherent in traditional spiritual, magical and religious teachings.

Disclosure of creative intuitive consciousness - “moral intelligence”, awareness of one’s limitless potential, meditativeness, compassion and love for all living beings, nobility of thoughts, sincerity, kindness, non-violence, harmony, purity, beauty, sublimity of ideals, sense of the “sacred”, restoration of the sacred attitude towards the world, “pure vision”, focus on bringing good, global thinking, respect for any cultures, nations and religions - should become an indispensable condition for participants in the “Immortality” project.

When these conditions are met, the process of mass achievement of physical immortality for humanity may look like this.

Chapter 5

Five Steps to Achieving Immortality

Together with this human body, you will begin to visit heaven again and again. Fast as your mind, you will gain the ability to travel in the sky and be able to go wherever you want

Svatmarama "Hatha Yoga Pradipika" (3.69)

First step

Controlled release of the subtle body

According to the conditions of the first step, under special conditions, a controlled separation of the subtle body from the physical is carried out using:

~ medications, psychotropic substances (such as chloroform, anesthetics, traditionally considered in transpersonal psychology to be able to quickly release the subtle body),

~ electrical stimulation of certain areas of the brain (in particular, electrical stimulation of the angular gyrus of the right hemisphere),

~ specially trained bioenergy operators who are able to isolate the subtle body of another by force of will and direct it to the right place (magical influence),

~ with the help of special technical devices - emitters of subtle energies (for example, generators of torsion fields of cavity structures) of magnetic resonance effects.

Second step

Controlled body swap

Controlled body exchange means the simultaneous release of subtle bodies from two people, followed by an exchange of bodies, when the subtle body of one person is placed in the physical body of another and vice versa.

The implementation of the second step opens up many unexpected possibilities, such as, for example, temporary relocation into the body of another person or super-fast travel by exchanging bodies. In necessary cases, a healer can move into the patient’s body for a more accurate diagnosis. A man can temporarily feel himself in the body of a woman and vice versa, an old man - in the body of a young man, a physically weak and infirm - in the body of a champion athlete.

Third step

Controlled transfer of consciousness of a “candidate for immortality” into human carriers

a) Controlled movement of the subtle body of the “candidate for immortality” into the body of the “donor”

At this stage, the ancient technique of yogic transfer into a suitable physical body of the already deceased is reproduced, followed by its subsequent revival.

With the mastery of the transfer technique, the process of achieving physical immortality was actually realized, and, theoretically, it becomes possible for any person, since such transfer can be carried out an unlimited number of times. Although in ancient times this method was successfully used by many famous saints, yogis, magicians and shamans, it could hardly be considered suitable for achieving immortality for all mankind. In reality, this method can only be applied to a few, since finding and selecting a suitable, young, intact body in time is very difficult.

According to the concept of the program, it is assumed that this stage is intermediate, temporary and cannot be considered as giving absolute immortality, moreover, it depends on the presence of bodies of deceased people. In connection with it, many points also emerge that may be controversial and even unacceptable for many people from the point of view of ethics and aesthetics.

In particular, secondary questions may arise that confront social, spiritual, legal and other institutions of society - the ethical side of such movements and resurrections on a mass scale. How, for example, should the relatives and friends of the “donor” treat the “revived”? Since the soul of another person is present in a familiar physical body, how should the relatives of the most “revived” person treat him when he has another body? Since all people are initially equal, and obviously not everyone will have the opportunity to become immortal at first due to the limited material and technical conditions of society, how will those worthy of immortality be determined? How ethically justified is the resurrection of a “client” in the body of a “donor,” while the soul of the “donor” himself does not have such an opportunity?

Obviously, it will be necessary to develop a legislative framework, new legal concepts, such as “resurrected”, etc., the problem of legal identification of a person will arise, associated with the possible frequent exchange of bodies between “living” people;

It is possible that there will be a shortage of “donor” bodies and such “transfer” will be available only to a few “selected” members of society, until people learn to freely clone full-fledged young bodies into which they could transfer their consciousness.

b) Controlled movement of the subtle body of the “candidate for immortality” into the body of the clone

Cloning followed by genetic modification of the grown bodies opens up unprecedented opportunities for growing the so-called. “pure divine bodies” possessing longevity, unearthly beauty and perfection, superimmunity, internal organs of increased strength, pure energy channels and a high level of energy.

A possible ethical question that will certainly immediately arise in connection with the transfer of consciousness into a clone will be that the grown adult clone will also have a full-fledged soul - consciousness, personality.

The introduction of the consciousness of a candidate for immortality into it will mean a violent seizure of the body, and the taking away of consciousness, i.e. the forced eviction of the soul from the body for the purpose of its subsequent use is actually tantamount to murder and cannot be accepted as the price to be paid for the immortality of the candidate.

In this regard, the question will arise about growing “special” clones that do not have a subtle body, that is, a soul, personality, but have only an etheric body (an energy, not an information double), as a framework for growing the clone’s gross body.

c) Controlled movement of the subtle body of a “candidate for immortality” into the body of a “special clone that does not have a soul”

A “special clone” is a clone’s body in which there is no soul (i.e., an astral body), and therefore no consciousness or personality. According to all religious canons, a person’s personality is, first of all, determined not by his body, but by his soul. The soul is nothing more than the totality of intelligence, memory, intuition, consciousness in general, identification of oneself as a person, stored in the subtle astral body. A clone in which there is no astral body cannot be considered a person’s personality, which means it can quite legally be used to instill in him the soul of a “candidate for immortality.” Such use of a clone's body does not contradict any universal ethical and religious principles.

Although all problems with clones are completely solvable and insignificant before the fact of humanity’s breakthrough to immortality and the fulfillment of its centuries-old dream, it is assumed that the third step program will be just an experimental, transitional one, serving to prove the real possibility of transferring consciousness from one medium to another. Over time, the clone will give way to a more advanced double, a genetically modified biocyborg body with enormous capabilities.

Fourth step

Controlled transfer into an alternative artificial carrier - a biocyborg body

At this stage, it will be possible to avoid all the restrictions associated with transferring into the “donor” body, since a full-fledged replacement for the physical body, such as a biocyborg, will be created.

a) An ordinary biocyborg body

The most promising of the future carrier bodies is an artificial biocyborg body, consisting of ultra-strong biopolymer materials and chips, which is powered by combined micro-batteries and moves by portable nuclear engines.

An immortal person who has moved into a biocyborg body will not need air, housing, sleep, rest, food, and will be able to receive energy from sources such as solar or radioisotope batteries, electric microaccumulators that can operate without recharging for tens and hundreds of years, etc. .d., will have the ability to see through obstacles, live under water and in a vacuum without a spacesuit, at temperatures, pressure and humidity unacceptable for human life, etc.

He will be able to travel freely in space, fly to the solar system and to other planets, change his appearance, see through objects, communicate at a distance using radio waves, satellite Internet communications broadcast directly to the brain, move over gigantic distances at the speed of light using to transmit information and transfer consciousness with a laser beam, to freely move into other bodies, temporarily rented anywhere on Earth or on other planets.

b) a biocyborg body consisting of nanorobots (intelligent nano-dust controlled by consciousness)

Such bodies are capable, at the command of the owner, of dividing themselves into many autonomous particles - thousands and millions of microcreatures - nanorobots (intelligent nano-dust) and then reuniting again, taking on any form.

A person in a body made of nanorobots will also be able to store parts of his consciousness on autonomous media, partially incarnate his consciousness into other media (“avatars”), form intelligent collective multidimensional systems - conclaves, reminiscent of an intelligent “swarm”, “family”, when one multidimensional consciousness the human owner controls a whole group of different carrier bodies, partially inhabiting them.

Fifth step

Final liberation from the shackles of matter and the transition to divine humanity: the transfer of human consciousness into an immortal quantum hologram body

The fifth step involves the creation of subtle-material quantum wave carriers, similar to the “bodies of light”, which in ancient times were achieved by saints of various spiritual traditions (Indian and Buddhist yogis, Taoists, Magi, Christian ascetics).

An artificial quantum-wave carrier of consciousness, completely different from the shape and parameters of the human body, will be able to teleport at the speed of sound and light to any point in space, travel using radio waves, and operate with fundamentally different concepts of space and time. He will be able to duplicate himself, divide himself into many carriers, form giant thinking, multidimensional structures-mandalas - a collective mega-mind controlled by a single human owner of the quantum body, who is in the center of the mandala, controlling it.

These will be the bodies of people-gods - multidimensional quantum holograms, living simultaneously in every point of space in the universe, capable of being visible anywhere in the galaxy, traveling and materializing with a simple effort of will.

According to the plan, quantum hologram bodies are a multidimensional, subtle-material energy-informational structure consisting of plasma and light particles, capable of taking on any visible appearance, including the familiar appearance of the human physical body, which can be seen and even touched.

These bodies are not subject to the laws of time and cause-and-effect relationships; they are capable of acting in the past, future and present. Being independent of the law of time and space, they can act in a different dimension and reality, moving at the will of the owner along the branches of the variable universes of Everett-Mensky and live on the principles of a different, incomprehensible - divine logic and ethics.

The final implementation of the “fifth step” program will mean a complete transition of humanity as a species to a new, incomprehensibly high evolutionary level, opening a new era - the era of God-mankind, living in quantum-wave multidimensional bodies created by the mind.

The mass implementation of this step will be the beginning of a great collective transition of all inhabitants of the Earth into the sacred space of freedom.

For humanity, this will be the apotheosis of the jubilant spirit that has conquered matter, the final and complete deliverance from the limitations of the physical body and its accompanying suffering, old age, illness and death, and the realization of its godlike nature.

This will be an unheard-of triumph of the mind over the flesh, the triumph of the human genius, which has risen to the level of gods not in the individual bodies of its best representatives - yogis and saints, but the triumph of the genius of man as an entire species of “homo sapiens”.

Freedom from the shackles of matter will mean a transition to a new level of vision and being, identical to the concept of heaven in traditional religions.

Achieving such immortality among yogis has always been considered the result of a life full of asceticism, discipline, and self-restraint. In addition, the yogi must have an exceptionally successful destiny, have no subtle material obstacles, that is, belong to the category of “divine” (divya).

Doctor of Sciences V.I. Evantz-Wentz “Tibetan Yoga and Secret Doctrines” book III, chapter 6. "The Doctrine of the Transfer of Consciousness."

By “animate vitality” or “instinctive intelligence,” Dr. Evantz-Wentz meant the etheric (Sanskrit pranamaya) and astral (Sanskrit manomaya) bodies.

Forcibly displacing another from his own body is an act of black magic and is contrary to the moral principles of yogis and siddhas, the main one of which is ahimsa - non-violence, love and compassion for all beings, compassion.

See articles by professor, doctor of technical sciences Alexander Bolonkin “Science, soul, heaven and higher mind”, etc.

Skt. pranamaya-kosha.

Skt. puryashtaka, manomaya-kosha.

See Professor Olof Blanke of the University of Geneva Hospital for information on the discovery. The discovery is that electrical stimulation of a certain area of the brain (the angular gyrus of the right cerebral hemisphere) causes a person to experience a feeling of leaving the body, familiar to those who have experienced clinical death.

In this regard, the idea of the Russian biologist Sergei Bodrov, the founder of Immortality OJSC, is of interest, and he proposes the cultivation of such clones.

In this context, mandala (Sanskrit) means a subtle, highly intelligent multidimensional spiritual structure that belongs to the dimension not of people, but of divine beings.

The interaction of the energy structures of the universe with man is the main driving force of his evolution and is carried out through the exchange of subtle energies. Such an exchange occurs not only in the process of communication between people, but also during human interaction with space objects - in particular, with the Earth, the Sun, planets, constellations (the role of the zodiac signs).

The great law of harmony and balance, which operates in all worlds of the Universe, governs any metabolic processes.

Almost all esoteric teachings are unanimous in the opinion that the Universe is in constant motion, during which some of its worlds interact with others.
Any interaction is built on some principle, and in this case it is the principle of mutual exchange. There is a constant interchange of the basic structural elements from which the entire Universe is formed - matter, energy and information. The presence of a higher principle can be detected both at the level of matter - penetration of subtle matter into its coarser forms, both at the energy level - spiritual and energetic impulses penetrating the Cosmos, and at the information level- esoteric knowledge, a flow of stable positive thought forms.

Scientific physics studies the exchange of matter (matter) and, to a certain extent, energy, but it is not able to describe the exchange of higher and subtle types of matter, energy and information. We find such a description in systems of esoteric knowledge, spiritual teachings and, partly, in religious philosophy. In addition to the above, esotericism invariably contains the concept of psycho-energy-information exchange (thus, Agni Yoga considers such an exchange between the higher and lower worlds the main engine of evolution). This type of exchange should be considered as the transfer of all three components (subtle matter, mental energy, information) from one person to another during communication.

But people who are completely different communicate with each other, not only due to psychological individuality, but also based on the degree of spiritual development - for this reason, energy-information exchange can be infinitely diverse. In addition, communication itself is multifaceted; it can take both external, material, and internal, subtle spiritual forms. Thus, practically when any two people communicate, for a number of reasons, a completely unique channel for the exchange of energy and information is formed.

Returning to the processes that take place on the scale of the entire Universe, we can highlight such forms of energy-information exchange as those occurring between cosmic worlds, objects and beings of the same level, or occurring between objects located at different levels. This is important in the sense that, according to esoteric knowledge, the Universe is built on the principle of hierarchy, when the higher worlds, principles and beings govern the lower ones. This means that the interaction between the higher and the lower occurs constantly.

Let's sum it up

First of all, you need to realize the fact that the aura, together with its energetic and other properties, is an objective phenomenon, and therefore it is necessary to know its laws and features. The aura is a manifestation of cosmic life energy; all plants are surrounded by energy fields, and animals also have an aura, but it is very different from human ones.

Without exception, all sources - both ancient and more recent, both in the West and in the East, unanimously claim that the aura is radiation from the human body and a particle of cosmic vital energy. Aura is the essence of life force, living radiation and glow. By its nature, the aura is a psychoenergetic and bioinformational, wave and resonant skeleton of a human being. It organizes and controls the activities and functions of both individual cells, organs and systems, and the entire organism.

And moreover, the aura is a kind of guardian of integrity; it is known that when the physical carrier or its elements are eliminated, the psychobioenergetic form of the object is preserved. This is confirmed by the fact that people with amputated limbs experience phantom pain, and when photographing using special filters (the Kirlian method), the aura of the entire limb is visible, and not the remaining part of it. Consequently, the aura is also important as a custodian of original information, and not only as its converter and storage device.

The human aura is a continuously evolving source of energy that characterizes every person. Most children see an aura spontaneously, but with age this ability gradually fades away and is forced into the realm of the unconscious. Nevertheless, a person continues to react unconsciously to the aura throughout his life; in addition, under certain conditions, almost any adult can see an aura. True, the conscious development of this ability requires knowledge and work - first of all spiritual, and then performing special exercises using one of the many methods existing today. But such work is always justified: the aura is capable of providing information that cannot be obtained from another source, and even simply contemplating the aura can give a lot.

It is even more difficult (but also quite possible) to learn the subtle and high art of correctly interpreting those manifestations of the aura that are accessible to our vision.

It must be borne in mind that the aura is a highly dynamic system that is in constant development, responding to many different influencing factors by changing its size, color, brightness, etc. Mental, physical and spiritual factors continuously influence the aura - this and the characteristics of the person himself, and the state of the environment, and even events occurring in the Cosmos can affect the state of the aura.

The aura is most sensitive to the state of the inner world, but its harmony with the outer world also seriously affects its state. The energies of the aura are a manifestation of that vital force that underlies all three aspects of the human being - physical, mental and spiritual. The astral body is immaterial, unlike the physical one, but the energy system of the aura supports and strengthens both bodies - both biological and astral.

All researchers of the aura are unanimous that it consists of several layers, or levels (from three to seven, depending on the research method and evaluation criteria), and the next section of our book will be devoted to this issue. Here we only note that each layer reflects the state of a certain structure and function of the human body. This property makes it possible not only to diagnose diseases, but also to determine factors such as the evil eye, conspiracy, etc., occurring through magic, or zombification and programming, which are the prerogative of the uncontrolled and rapid development of soulless technologies. This is explained by the fact that conscious perception of reality is an integral part of our existence and determines personality; a changed personality has a different aura.

Certain layers of the aura also reflect the psycho-emotional state of a person. For example, many feelings and emotions are perceived as electric sparks or a light pink glow, developed intelligence is perceived as a golden yellow color, and individual organs have their own specific color in an idyllic light.

The intensity and colors of the aura can vary greatly, but one color or another always prevails in each specific case. Each color has its own meaning, as well as important halftones, shades, transitions.

Anger, disappointment, apathy and self-doubt deplete the energy of the aura; Some medications can cause great harm to her. But love, joy, a feeling of harmony and unity with the environment can both strengthen and expand, that is, develop the aura of a spiritually enlightened person. Universal karmic laws work here: any attempt to make the world better makes you better, first of all, by pouring life-giving streams of subtle energies into your aura.

The well-known connection between the physical and astral body, described in esoteric knowledge as a silver thread, exists as long as a person is alive: death separates the physical and astral bodies of a person, and that part of the aura, which is the bearer of the human psyche, leaves the world.

Aura changes:

  • as a result of dynamic fluctuations in biorhythms;
  • under the influence of external influences - natural and social, terrestrial and cosmic;
  • when expressed positive or negative feelings, emotions and thoughts arise (love, likes and dislikes, anger, malice, hostility - or, on the contrary, calmness and cold indifference - influence changes more actively than anything else);
  • under the influence of the aura of other people.

Consequently, every person is immersed in the endless world of subtle energy waves, regardless of whether he is aware of this fact or not. Energies, waves, vibrations are perceived by the aura, and often it is they who primarily shape our feelings, emotions, thoughts and even actions.

Death is not the limit of conscious existence, it is a transition to other dimensions, with new opportunities for improvement. At the moment of death, life, in fact, leaves only the physical body, and the non-physical part of the human being passes into the immaterial worlds. In these worlds the same universal life-giving force operates, which supports the existence of the conscious individual in earthly life through subtle energies reflected and imprinted in the aura.

Thus, the energy system of the aura is inextricably linked with life - throughout the entire existence of a human being, it supports him and nourishes him with subtle energies at all levels - mental, physical, spiritual. Initially, its subtle energy structure is quite stable, but the aura is sensitive to any manifestations of a person’s aspirations for improvement and development.

In addition, the aura is a complete chronicle of earthly human life, at any given moment reflecting a number of important indicators.

The aura maintains integrity when a person is in a state of physical health, as well as spiritual, social and mental well-being. In so-called “borderline” or “extreme” situations (sleep, hypnosis, coma, etc.), part of the aura separates and forms a new field that can be separated from the physical body. Sometimes this field (also called the astral body) moves great distances from the person’s physical body.

People with developed spiritual abilities can, thanks to this property of the aura, leave their physical body consciously. And each of us, if desired, has the opportunity to qualitatively change our lives through spiritual development - this opportunity is given to us, not least by the aura.

based on materials from the book: Mikhail Bublichenko - "Your aura is the path to spiritual perfection."

Hello! It is, of course, possible to swap bodies if you are completely immersed in watching fantasy or mystical films, constantly read some occult literature, or have already reached that stage of mental changes when impossible things seem possible... Then, of course, the question of whether it is possible to exchange bodies is not worth it. Now the question is how best to treat yourself from this obsession and how not to get bogged down in this dangerous delusion even deeper. Therefore, if you don’t want to one day end up in a psychiatric clinic, or simply be known among your close and not so close people as crazy, I would recommend that you give up your passion for such things, look soberly at your life, and at life in general, and deal with real affairs. I hope that then you will be able to part with such harmful and dangerous thoughts about changing bodies and live a normal life. And to do this, stop reading various magic books, watch numerous films, the authors of which simply decided to make money on a similar topic, and now you watch them and perceive them, apparently, as reality. Stop communicating with people who also firmly believe in all these magic tricks. You are probably a very impressionable person, trusting and perhaps very young. Because you cannot distinguish between fantasies and real things, from what is reality in movies and books, but complete nonsense in everyday life!

You, of course, can not listen to my arguments and turn to numerous sites and forums on the Internet, where people seriously discuss such things, supposedly share their secrets, findings, guesses, etc. What is stopping you from joining their community and completely devoting yourself to plans to exchange bodies with someone in the distant or near future? Give it a try. Perhaps you will like to hang out on such sites and communicate with the same inadequate people. Only, I am afraid that after such an immersion in this world of fantasies and illusions, it will be quite difficult for you to live the ordinary life of an ordinary person, communicate with ordinary people, perform ordinary work and other duties. With all your thoughts you will be in a different world of emotions, thoughts, experiences. And all the other people around you will continue to live a very ordinary life. You will increasingly disagree with them in views, in feelings, in needs, and perhaps someday you won’t even notice how you will be left completely alone. And then no fantasy and no magic will save you!

The biofield of each individual is, first of all, an open system, so interaction with other individuals can greatly change the aura.

The exchange of energy between people is an everyday process that not everyone thinks about, but sometimes it is simply impossible not to notice the consequences of such communication. For example, if the subject is an energy vampire, he will take away so much life force that his interlocutor will be lethargic, sad, tired.

Equal reception and transmission of energy

The first type of energy communication is the most acceptable, comfortable and always expected exchange of forces. Such interaction is typical for very close individuals who are on good terms and understand each other almost perfectly.

If people correspond to each other, their auras also coincide and can contact without dangerous changes in their structure.

Ideal energy exchange is always sealed, because energy flows are not wasted. Good communication partners always speak to the point, rarely compete, and radiate flows of trust.

A full exchange of vital force can be easily observed from the outside, even without extrasensory abilities. During the process of energy transition, the participants in this process do not get tired, do not interfere, and act together without unnecessary clarification. If this form of interaction reigns in a family, then it will become an example of prosperity and love, because the spouses will be sensitive and friendly, maintaining harmony even in times of difficulty.

However, it also happens that equivalent energy exchange is hidden from others, and a married couple is a closed system, harmonious, but independent of external factors. In such a situation, it may seem to outsiders that one of the family members is constantly pleasing the other, but this will be a false conclusion. Outsiders think that such partners constantly argue or ignore each other. But in difficult or simply important circumstances, these families make decisions almost silently, consulting with each other on an intuitive level.

Regardless of the degree of external manifestations, people with full and equal energy exchange are considered long-livers, because their good character traits help them in everything.

These are very successful and holistic individuals who know how to communicate with friends and acquaintances on the principles of sincere mutual assistance, ease, and constant support.

Energy Absorption

If a person, in the process of communication, draws the vital forces of those around him into his biofield, he is a typical energy vampire. This individual takes energy by creating a constant atmosphere of negativity. He talks about his difficulties and troubles, first arousing sympathy and then irritation. It is also characterized by inducing negative emotions in the interlocutor.

If someone you know is an energy vampire, you can gradually adapt to him and stop feeding him regularly.

It is much more difficult when your closest life partner suffers from vampirism. Living together becomes more difficult for the unhappy donor, who seeks energy on the side and turns into a power absorber from his children or friends. It is interesting that an energy vampire is often able to enter into a full-fledged exchange with other people, but he will always have a specific (weakest in spirit) object for stealing energy.

A person who gives his powers to an energy vampire quickly becomes irritable and scandalous. If he does not have the will to change his communication style, such interaction leads to real chronic illnesses and even death. The aura of such a person will be dull and small, loose.

In the line of people who absorb energy, there are also those who know how to take only negativity and purify it within their own biofield. This positive example of energy contraction is usually manifested by healers, teachers, and psychologists. Such individuals want to complain about life and cry into their shoulders.

These absorbers of negative flows do not belong to vampires, because their goal is to process bioenergy flows and change the aura of the planet for the better.

In this way, these people improve the souls of others and work off their own karma.

The pulling of negative energy often occurs in the relationship between parents and children. Thus, the strong connection between mother and child allows women to take all the suffering for themselves in order to protect the baby from pain at any age. The mother’s selflessness simply dissolves everything negative in the layers of her powerful biofield. By this act, parents often help their children overcome their karma.

Return of life force

The unilateral transfer of energy to another person is usually carried out by those who are a constant source of positivity. Such individuals unselfishly bestow their light on society; they receive joy from the good emotions in their surroundings. These are unauthorized and conscious donors, to whom, in fact, the given energy always returns.

Contrary to popular belief, not everyone can be a sincere donor of energy, because there must be a special level of spiritual development, and soulfulness must be observed in a person. Let's say, the desire to benefit from one's good deeds is simply a form of energy exchange, and this is another form of interaction.

The person who gives his vitality must control his emotions and be able to understand his own problems.

He is also obliged to make sure that his energy is needed and that it will be useful. Otherwise, constant feeding of the energy vampire will have zero effect, and the karma of such a recipient will worsen even more. By the way, people with heavy karma usually give energy, because they need to understand the life lesson of mercy and kindness. When an individual selflessly shares something, he learns to absorb cosmic vibrations and reaches a new level of spiritual growth.

In the process of releasing the accumulated energy, the whole life acquires meaning, the soul expands. For the sources of life force, giving is as natural as breathing. It is believed that such people become conductors of God, the energy of unconditional love. In life, it is very important for these individuals to learn to use their potential for their own benefit, too, solving karmic problems and accumulating strength to overcome failures. Otherwise, sooner or later a person will become embittered towards the whole world.

You can be a source of energy in the family, at work, in the process of “healer-patient” or “mentor-student” relationships. The main thing is not to imitate your high thoughts, not to fake it and not to be afraid of losing your vital energy irrevocably. You must always focus on your true desire, so that gifts with energy evoke admiration, and not irritation or sympathy. In the process of giving away power, you cannot be intrusive.

Often, energy vampires take on the temporary role of life force donors in order to receive from a person the energy of his favor and gratitude. This process occurs on an unconscious level, and there is no danger in it for the acceptor. If a vampire sends you benevolent aspirations, although not too sincere, you need to accept them and send streams of light and warmth to the person.

Neutral role in energy metabolism

Sometimes a person’s position in communication can resemble simple defense. The task for this individual is to maintain his current potential. In a situation of a nervous breakdown, the presence of an energy vampire, the accumulation of negativity, mental pressure, the person does not ask the question of how to transfer energy to another person or how to take something from him. Here you just want to get a break, without entering into energy exchange, to become a closed system, to preserve your own freedom.

Maintaining neutrality at the moment of energy interaction is the right of every person, and it is worthy of respect and acceptance.

True, very often an individual does not know how to properly isolate himself from other people’s energy; he simply shows aggression and pushes away the environment itself. In this case, of course, you need to learn to withdraw into yourself while maintaining harmony with the outside world. We are talking about a special state of consciousness that often arises during meditation. The brain continues to work, but it does not perceive the environment; it concentrates on the internal state of the individual.

At the same time, all actions remain under control, and information is perceived even more carefully, because only the most important must be isolated from it, so that energy is not wasted.

Exchange of sexual energy

The process of classical energy exchange involves verbal or non-verbal communication, in which there is a constant circulation of internal personal potentials. Sexual intercourse is also a form of communication that brings pleasure and activates energy channels in the structure of the biofield. During sex, the human energy system works very hard, because the aura of the partners is connected by special chakras. The main point of reception and transmission of sexual energy is in the lower abdomen, since according to Eastern tradition the corresponding energy center is located there.

It is generally accepted that women during intercourse give their energy to the stronger sex, because by nature the potential of the fair half of humanity is greater. A large supply of vitality is needed to give birth and raise a baby in the future. If a woman has not had an intimate relationship for a very long time, her energy begins to form stagnations and traffic jams, interfere with her usual way of life and destroy the aura.

As for any man, he literally feels the pain and depression of his condition without sex. He lacks energy, and if he cannot get it from his usual partner, then it is almost impossible to avoid physical betrayal. Therefore, it is so important to monitor the state of the intimate sphere in the family.

Simple ways to transfer energy

  • Wishes and affirmations. The most natural version of the energy message is thoughts. You need to formulate your intentions, wishing people well, prosperity, health, etc. At the same time, it is worth consciously investing energy flows into your desires. Usually the mental message is positive, but some sorcerers and magicians send negative energy to people in this way, which is called the evil eye, damage, curse.
  • Visualizations. In addition to words and thoughts, you can use the power of imagination. You can imagine how your energy flows to people in different ways. For example, it is allowed to mentally color the environment in pink, which corresponds to the flow of love and harmony.
  • Embrace. A person’s bright soul and his closeness to God provide the opportunity to transmit positive flows directly. You can transfer energy to loved ones, children and life partners through hugs. At this moment, you just need to love the person for who he is and mentally thank him for his presence in your destiny.
By sincerely hugging a person, we share with him our inner peace and radiance, turning him into a joyful and cheerful person. During a hug, you can merge with your personality into one ball of light energy and provide both with protection from loneliness and failure.

An energetically filled person with his inner light is able to dissolve any darkness in the soul, eliminate depression and restore faith in life.

Exchange of energy between people at a distance: Reiki

The meditative technique of working with Reiki energy allows, with the proper level of spiritual development, to transmit your life force at a distance. Energy transfer tactics were developed in the East back in ancient times.

First, you should prepare for the transmission of energy in a special way:

  • Choose the person you want to influence. You can even send energy towards a specific situation that involves several people and requires immediate resolution. Reiki practice advises before a session of sending power to visualize the recipient and meditate. You can turn to a spiritual mentor for advice.
  • Get permission from the person to whom your message is intended. Energy received outside of a person’s desire usually ricochets back with a negative meaning, i.e. the addressee will then have to work off karma. You can find out about an individual’s consent directly or through visualization. In the second case, you should close your eyelids and imagine the desired person next to you. Ask him a question and listen to the answer. If there is no clear “yes” or “no” (or the image dissolves immediately), listen to your intuition, your inner voice. Remember, if a person refuses energy, it can always be sent deep into the Earth or into Space.

The Reiki technique suggests using different objects or symbols to transmit life force. For example, you can charge a doll, pillow, or decorative item with energy and give it to an individual. A person will be able to receive the required dose of energy from the aura of this thing, which plays the role of an intermediary. Many esotericists transmit energy at a distance using a photograph of an individual.

If there is no photo, you can build a phantom image before your eyes, imagine that the person is nearby, or visualize the merging of your biofields. A direct transfer of energy can be done through the hips of the individual when the right side of the donor's body touches the left side of the recipient and the outflow and reception of force begins.

Regardless of what type of energy transfer was chosen, you need to mentally draw a special sign in front of you. The Hon-Sha-Ze-Sho-Nen symbol is activated by the addressee’s individual mantra, which is repeated three times. If it is necessary to release energy at a specific moment in time, the symbol must be depicted again at the end of the practice and the place and date must be clearly stated. To complete the session, you need to mentally send the Cho-Ku-Rei symbol to the person.

Transmission of Qi energy in Chinese practice

In the Qigong technique, much attention is paid to receiving vital force and its circulation between people. The master of this tradition, first of all, transmits an energy impulse to a person, and the distance of the object does not matter.

The supernatural nature of Qi energy allows it to move through any stretch of space, overcoming various obstacles. A specialist in the field of Qigong is able to transfer power to several people at once, and it comes to them with his efforts simultaneously.

The Qi energy inside and around an individual is a single whole, it merges, so it is enough for a master to simply penetrate the man-space space and send a message from there to another person.

During close contacts in Qigong, energy is transferred using the palms. Qi comes from the energy center inside the body into the hand, then passes through the fingers and is sent to the recipient. But how to transfer energy to a person at a distance? This issue is also solved simply in Qigong: the master transforms Qi into the energy of thought - Shen - and directs it in the form of an impulse to the desired object. The purpose of the impulse is to excite the environment, so the address directly perceives the vibrations of the modified Qi.

As already mentioned, a Qigong master needs to merge his consciousness with the Cosmos in order to send energy. How to do this was described in ancient times by Liu Han Wen.

Exercise “the art of wisdom”

  1. If you are new to this area, stand up straight and lower your arms to your sides. Or take a cross-legged sitting position if you already know the basics of Qigong. Close your eyelids and relax. There is a Kuei Yin point in the human body near the anal area. Think about her.
  2. Make your body vibrate. Start with your fingers, then feel the movement of the spine, internal organ systems, muscle tissue. The internal flow of Qi affects the body, relaxing joints and muscles.
  3. Breathe at a comfortable rhythm. Feel the breathing of every cell: it is natural and almost imperceptible. Pleasure and peace fill the soul and spread throughout the body. Your eyes are closed, but the third eye is awake. With this inner vision you look at a natural phenomenon: a waterfall, a starfall, etc.
  4. Imagine how your body expands and dissolves in the vastness of the Universe. The mind merges with the Cosmos. Focus on your stomach, in the area of the Tan Tien point. Raise your arms up and slightly forward.
  5. Think about the opening of the Bai Gui energy head center. Try to remain stable in your chosen pose. Visualize the energy points on your feet opening. This is a couple of Yun Quan zones.
  6. Imagine that a flow of energy from Space is descending towards you. It penetrates through the Bai-Gui, enters the palms and shoulders, spreads throughout the body, cleanses and charges with a stream of power. It goes into the earth through Kuei-Yin and Yun-Quan.
  7. You mentally capture the entire flow of energy. It unites you with heaven and earth. Imagine how positive vibrations are now flowing out of the earth and into the sky. Rewind the picture several times, and then join your palms in a prayer gesture.
  8. Expand your consciousness. Merge with the Universe, feeling how it controls your breathing process. As you inhale, the stomach finds itself in the center of the Cosmos and the body is filled with strength; as you exhale, the energy of life affects all processes of the Universe. The heart rhythm begins to coincide with the rhythms of the Universe.
  9. Lower your arms, placing one palm in the other. Touch your Tan Tien energy center just below your navel. Don't open your eyelids, just look inside your body. Feel the energy pearl in your stomach. Rub your palms together, cover your eyes with them, and then finish the exercise. Now you are full of strength to transfer energy over a distance.

Energy Transfer and Healing

In many practices, additional life force is given to people to restore health. Quick sessions of so-called healing are based on the transfer of energy using the hands, or rather, different positions of the palms.

  • Place your hands on the recipient's shoulders.
  • Gently move your palms to the top of your head.
  • With one hand, touch the area between the spine and skull. Place your other palm on your forehead.
  • One hand moves to the back, to the area between the shoulder blades (7th vertebra), and the second to the chest, just below the thymus (jugular notch).
  • Touch your hands to the middle of your chest on both sides. The palms will be at the level of the heart muscle.
  • Place your hand on the solar plexus, and with the other palm touch your back at the same level.
  • Place one hand on your lower abdomen and the other on your lower back.

Energy transferred in this way helps to bring a person out of shock and save him in case of an accident or natural disaster. In emergency cases, you can immediately place your palms on the solar plexus and kidneys, and then move to the outer side of the shoulders.

If a child needs healing energy, you need to reduce the practice time to 20 minutes maximum.

You need to be attentive to the baby’s reaction to the power received, because he cannot always express his desires out loud.

It is possible to treat children and adults with the help of transferred energy even from a distance. The flow of vital healing force in this case travels approximately the same path as thoughts in the information space of the planet. Vibrations are of great importance in this process. It is not enough for a person to simply mentally send energy; one must follow the natural laws of nature.

Energy healing sessions must be arranged in advance so that the donor and recipient are free at this time and can completely relax. It is believed that sessions of 15-20 minutes should take place in the evening for at least four days in a row. The addressee must write down the first and last name of the person to whom he is sending energy. If he does not know him by sight, a good quality photo will be required.

Before practice, you need to tune in to the initials and portrait.

Healing through life force can take even a month, but the results will be no worse than when transferring energy with the palms.

It is best if the acceptor lies or sits during the session, allowing the flow of energy to carry him along and resonate with the vibrations. If love and light are sent to a person, his consent is not required, but permission is always required for remote healing of serious illnesses with energy.

There is also mental energy treatment. This is a way of influencing a person face-to-face or in absentia with the aim of ridding him of mental problems. Practice helps energy penetrate the inner essence of an individual, cleanse him of experiences, fears and worries. Such a transfer of power can give a person new life attitudes and change the circulation of energy in his biofield.

It is worth noting, however, that the transfer of energy for human healing is possible only if the donor has the proper level of spiritual development. You need to know for sure that the recipient does not suffer from vampirism himself, that he has activated his higher chakras and will not spoil the karma of his acceptor.

The exchange of energy between people is in most cases a positive process that accompanies any activity in everyday life.

There is no need to be afraid to share your positive potential with the outside world, since the response helps to heal and strengthen the aura. At the same time, it is worth remaining vigilant and promptly stopping attempts to steal energy and damage the biofield.

A simple recipe allowed researchers to "transfer" the personality of one person into the body of another. Let it not be a real exchange, but an illusion. But the illusion is so persistent that it did not collapse even at the moment when the person “in a new body” shook hands with his (former) self standing opposite. The trick, worthy of some kind of show, actually opened up new dimensions in our psychology and physiology.

This is not the first time that scientists have reproduced the out-of-body experience (OBE), or rather, created the illusion of such an exit in subjects. Previous experiments have already shown that our sense of self is largely dependent on visual perception. In other words, we feel ourselves to be where our eyes are.

If in front of your eyes there are glasses-screens to which an image is fed from a camera located in another place, then in combination with a number of other conditions (some “tricks” with tactile sensations, in particular) this can cause the illusion of OBE (by the way, we someone once told you about a bed for flying above your own body). And even the knowledge that in fact we continue to be in our own body does not help here. The deception turns out to be strong.

With dolls everything is simple. The heads unscrew. But, as it turned out, it is possible to “unscrew” a person’s head. Virtually (photo from justmagicdolls.com).

We talked about several experiments of this kind last year. Now Valeria I. Petkova and H. Henrik Ehrsson from the Karolinska Institutet have continued to develop this unusual topic (Henrik, by the way, is known to us from his participation in one of the previously described works). But first, a little background.

Doctors know that with some brain damage, patients experience sensations of leaving the body or patients cannot recognize their own limbs (that is, they simply do not feel them as their own). These illusions arise when the processes of processing information from the outside world in the brain are disrupted and when visual and tactile sensations are mismatched.

And if so, then, by deceiving the senses, it is possible to artificially reproduce similar effects. For example, neurophysiologists and psychologists have long known the trick with a rubber hand. The subject sits in front of a table on which a dummy hand lies. The man hides his own hand from his eyes behind a partition. The experimenter simultaneously touches the person's hidden hand and the rubber hand with a pencil. The coincidence of visual and tactile information leads to the fact that the test subject perceives an obviously artificial limb as his own, as a part of his body.

The principle of the experiment of transferring the “sense of self” into a mannequin is simple (photo by Valeria I. Petkova, H. Henrik Ehrsson).

What if we go even further and similarly make a person believe that that mannequin over there is his own body? Or better yet, try to move the “sense of self” into the body of another person. New experiments by Petkova and Ersson showed what will come of it.

In the first experiment, the test subject was moved into a mannequin.

We made it very simple. A stereo camera was placed on the head of a full-size doll (more precisely, two cameras, at a distance corresponding to the “distance” between the eyes), looking down along the body, and a virtual helmet was placed on the person, to which a signal from the cameras was sent.

The subject was asked to tilt his head, and he saw a completely correct perspective - the body, legs, arms going down - everything as usual when we look at ourselves. The man only saw a plastic body, which was difficult to confuse with his own.

And this is what the volunteer sees (photo by Valeria I. Petkova, H. Henrik Ehrsson).

However, such is the power of the illusion, the person felt that he was inside the mannequin, that is, the “I” of the subject felt that he had changed his place of residence.

Next, the experimenter stood between the person and the dummy and at the same time touched the same place on their stomachs with a stick. The subject was completely confident that he had just felt a touch on his “new” plastic skin. Yes, in addition to phrases like “I felt that the mannequin’s body was my body,” some reported another variation of the illusion: “My skin suddenly turned into plastic.”

After conducting such an experiment with several volunteers and experimenting with the coordination of two touches in time, scientists found that it is synchronous action that most effectively supports the illusion of body change, and non-synchronous action destroys it. At the same time, scientists have achieved in people the feeling of owning the mannequin’s entire body, as if it were their own, thereby showing how physiological our feeling of being inside our own body is, and how much it depends on simple “input” signals.

Even more impressive was the experiment of cutting a person. It's based on the same mannequin with a stereo camera. But this time, the authors of the work created the illusion in a person that he was being cut with a knife, although in fact they were “cutting” a mannequin, which, exactly according to the scheme described above, the person already considered his new body.

After a minute of “touching” with a stick, having achieved a stable feeling of displacement from the subject, the experimenters brought a knife to the mannequin’s stomach and even pretended to cut it (there was a corresponding slot in the mannequin).

A person's response was determined by changes in skin conductivity. She showed that a person perceives a threat to the health and life of a mannequin as a threat to himself - he actually associates his “new body” with his “I”. At the same time, the “threat” was practically not felt if before it the person experienced an experience with a wand in the version with mismatched touches.

A more “calm” object - a spoon brought to the stomach - also caused a physiological response if the person was previously “tied” to the mannequin with synchronized touches of the wand, and practically remained unnoticed if the previous test with the wand was “non-synchronous”.

To check whether the body's response is caused only by the threat of that part of the body that was previously stimulated by synchronous touches, the authors of the experiment repeated the trick with a knife, but brought it to their hands. The effect was similar. This means that the fear of cutting oneself stemmed precisely from the person’s feeling of complete ownership of the entire body of the mannequin.

Is it possible to transfer the “I” into a non-human body in the same exact way? Into some inanimate object such as a cube or rectangular box approximately the size of a person?

The Swedes showed experimentally: no, in this case the illusion does not work. Or it works, but very weakly. A person is psychologically best prepared to “move” into an object of humanoid appearance. Abstract bedside tables and drawers somehow don’t suit the “soul”. (It’s interesting, let’s note in parentheses, what if an animal or its sculpture acted as a new container?)

Finally, the pinnacle of all these illusions was the very exchange of bodies between two people. Artists have already come up with a simple optical “Exchange of Eyes,” but scientists have taken this path much further, exchanging what is behind the eyes—the “souls” of experimental subjects. The technique for deceiving the brain was generally the same - cameras and glasses-screens.

The experimenter wore a camera on his head, and the subject wore a virtual helmet. For a couple of minutes they shook hands, or just extended their hands towards each other.

When the movements of the hands of these two people were synchronous, the experimental subjects had a strong illusion that they had jumped into the body of the researcher, and were seeing themselves opposite, and (the strangest thing) shaking their own hands!

At the same time, they clearly associated tactile and muscle sensations from their real movements with the movement of the experimenter’s hand, and not with their real one, thinking that they were touching their “old” palm only with the hand of their “new body.”

Valeria (pictured) herself provided (virtually, of course) her body to the test students (photo AP/Niklas Niklas Larsson).

Asynchronous hand movements sharply weakened this effect. But tilting the stereo camera slightly downwards, so that the subjects saw not only themselves (standing opposite) and the experimenter’s outstretched hand (from the first person), but also his (the scientist’s) torso and legs - significantly enhanced the illusion of body exchange.

It also turned out that gender identity has virtually no influence on her. That is, when the subject and the experimenter were of different genders, the subjects felt the “transfer” effect just as well as in the case of the same gender.

So what is “the feeling of ourselves within ourselves”? According to Swedish researchers, this is the result of a constant comparison of multisensory “input stream” (visual, first-person, tactile, etc.) with motor signals from the muscles. With the correct coincidence of all this, a feeling of ownership of this “abode” is born.

And it’s a little sad for my soul. She somehow got lost in physiology. On the other hand, it has never been the subject of scientific study. And by definition it will not become one. Well, unless someday scientists actually learn how to transfer a person’s personality into a new body.
