And also on our website you will find other articles with autumn craft themes

And at the end of this article I will give another pack of links to our articles on the topic AUTUMN and crafts FROM NATURAL MATERIAL.

Autumn craft idea #1

Salt dough mosaic.

Mosaic pieces are like a construction set. You can lay out any objects from them. Including autumn paintings.

DIY salt dough mosaic recipe.

1 glass of salt (finely ground). 1 glass of flour. Mix and add water (pour the dumplings into the center of the slide, gradually stirring). We achieve a thick, tight consistency (as for rolling out dumplings).

Divide the dough into portions. Add food coloring to each lump (dilute powdered coloring in a teaspoon with water and mix into the dough). We get several multi-colored lumps of dough.

We wrap each colored lump tightly (without air) in a plastic bag or cling film. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Take it out of the refrigerator and roll each flat cake into a layer 1-2 cm thick (more is possible). Cut into cubes, diamonds, rectangles, triangles. And we dry it (you can do it in the oven, you can do it in the sun, or just under the bed).

And we get a mosaic that can be easily glued using PVA glue or hot glue from a gun.

After completing the work, the entire mosaic picture can (and even should) be sprayed with regular HAIR SPRAY. And the colors will become bright, richness of color and a slight shine will appear.

The gaps between the mosaics can be filled with mortar- for example, dilute plaster with water and spread it on the mosaic, so that the liquid plaster is poured into all the cracks between the parts. And immediately, while the plaster has dried, wipe the entire surface of the mosaic with a damp cloth, clean those places where the plaster got on the drawing itself.

For this purpose, gypsum plaster from the store or mortar for sealing joints when laying bathroom tiles are suitable.

The background for the mosaic can be a canvas (or a piece of plywood) filled with a background of oil paint. Place a salt dough mosaic in the shape of a maple leaf on top of the oil painting (attach it to a hot glue gun). Dilute the gypsum solution to the consistency of sour cream, add food coloring (yellow or red) to it so that the color of the solution matches the shades of our mosaic. And carefully apply the solution to the mosaic with a thick brush, immediately wiping the surface, clearing the plaster at the top of the picture. In one hand there is a brush, in the other hand there is a cloth for grouting plaster.

After the plaster seams have dried, we cover the painting with HAIRSPray so that the color becomes bright again and the same shine appears on the mosaic as on the oil background of our autumn painting.

Other material

for autumn crafts using mosaic technique

Autumn mosaic made of ceramic chipped tiles.

You can use ceramic tiles with marbled patterns. Chop it with special tongs (you need to pinch off pieces of tile under a towel so that the fragments do not fly around the room or hurt your eyes). That is, you need the tile itself to be inside the bowl, which you covered with a towel, put your hands under the fabric and there, quietly, blindly, by touch, bite off the fragments with wire cutters). Before doing this, you can hit the tile a couple of times with a hammer (also under a towel), and then bite off the fragments with wire cutters.

Autumn mosaic made from eggshells.

We cook eggs in food coloring - just like for Easter. We clean the colored shells and lay out a picture of an autumn landscape.

Autumn mosaic from a broken glass vase, malachite.

It’s very good if you use a broken VASE, with beautiful iridescent sides - where the green color turns into yellow, blue, red (there are such vases). And if you break it and pinch it into pieces with tongs, you can fold a maple leaf like this (as in the photo below).

Autumn mosaic made of plastic kitchen boards.

Nowadays there are a lot of kitchen cutting boards made of plastic on sale. You can buy a red board, yellow, green. And either cut the pieces with a jigsaw (first long strips), and then use wire cutters to bite these strips into fragments of different shapes. And you will get a lot of good material for mosaic crafts in the autumn theme. Everything is simple and cheap with your own hands.

Autumn mosaic craft made from bottle glass.

Here in the photo below is an idea for crafts in the form of autumn leaves made from cement mortar and bottle glass. We break the bottle with a hammer - and under a towel (so that the fragments do not fly away) we bite off pieces of glass with wire cutters. We take a sheet of tin and bend it in a semicircle (we fix this bend with wire wrapping). Apply thick cement mortar in an even layer. We trim the borders of the cement cake so that it resembles a leaf in shape. And until the cement sets, we press pieces of glass into it with the side that is convex and does not contain sharp corners. We wipe the surface of the glass with a cloth, clearing it of any cement mortar that has fallen into it. Waiting for it to dry.

You can use smooth glass (not bottle glass) to simply cut it with a glass cutter into even strips, which you can then prick into diamond shapes with tongs. From rhombuses of the same size, you can lay out a pattern like the one in the photo below.

These are the ideas from autumn crafts package No. 1.

Now let's move on to the second set of ideas.

Autumn craft idea No. 2

Autumn crafts made from felt.

Colored felt has already won a place in the hearts of not only adult needlewomen, but also small children. Now it’s not just mothers on maternity leave who make felt crafts. Quite often the school group “Skillful Hands” teaches children the basics of sewing using felt toys.

The simplest autumn craft made from felt is to cut out the outlines of leaves and tie them to a garland or curtain.

You can buy a set of colored felt by ordering it online (cheaper from China, on the AliExpress website - photo below). Or buy in separate sheets in craft stores - but this is already more expensive... I recently asked the price in a store - one sheet of 30 by 30 cm costs the same as three packs of ice cream. It's cheaper in China.

The simplest crafts made from felt are to cut out the outlines of a leaf and use simple stitches to sew such a leaf to a background canvas draped in a hoop.

Or you can build a floral boutonniere like this from leaves (photo below) - you can fasten layers of autumn leaves from felt with THREAD or GLUE from a glue gun. If you attach a pin on the back side, we will get an elegant brooch for your autumn coat or hat.

And here’s another idea - in the photo below - an idea for a beautiful autumn craft made from felt - a whole felt painting made with your own hands. Leaves, a tree branch and a cute fox are cut from felt fabric. We take a picture frame and cover its bottom with fabric (or wallpaper background). We sew or glue a tree branch and a rope on which felt flags with the letters “AUTUMN” will hang. Then we sew a fox (or an owl, as an option) - from the remnants of the fabric from the fox we cut leaves, from another felt, also of autumn flowers, we cut more different leaves. Using a glue gun, we attach everything in a chaotic manner to the lower frame of the picture. We attach the sleeping fox with glue or thread.

A felt fox can be completely different. Here are several pattern options to choose from.

You can cut a donut ring from felt (or other fabric). Fill it with padding polyester to make the donut-wreath plump. And decorate it with felt leaves. Let's hang a mushroom, or an owl, or a squirrel.

The ring base for the wreath can be cut from regular corrugated cardboard - from an old TV box or a large family pizza. And using a glue gun or thread, sew felt leaves onto this round cardboard donut. You will also get a beautiful bright craft - an autumn wreath.

And here is a masterpiece wreath made from felt with your own hands. The owls are simply wonderful - all covered in sequins.

The base for the wreath can be purchased at the store - they sell foam rings for craft wreaths. Then you need to wrap it with threads (as in the photo below). Tie a twig to a wreath and place a bird on it (birds made from feathers are sold in home decor stores). And twist autumn roses from felt.

Here is a simple master class on how to create a felt rose with your own hands. Cut out a spiral in the shape of a snail. And we begin to twist the rose, fixing the twist with threads in the place where we hold the rosebud with our fingers.

And if the felt spiral has uneven edges - in the form of petals, then we will get a rose with round petals. By changing the shape of the edge of the spiral, we will obtain new shapes of felt flowers. For example, if the edges of the spiral are cut into fringes (scars), then we will get an aster flower.

You will find more ideas about flower crafts in my article. Many techniques for making paper flowers are suitable for DIY flower crafts made from felt (felt is the same paper, only a little thicker and softer).

Craft idea #3

Autumn wreaths.

Autumn crafts such as wreaths made from natural materials look very beautiful. Especially if this material is painted in autumn colors - yellow, red, orange, ocher. Ordinary pine cones bloom with all the colors of autumn - and it seems that the wreath is made of autumn flowers. A very simple craft.

Cut out a ring from packaging cardboard. We paint the cones collected in the forest with gouache and spray them with hairspray so that the paint shines and sticks to the cones (does not stain your hands). Now we take a glue gun and attach our pine cones to a cardboard ring as the base for the wreath. We get a non-standard autumn craft that you wouldn’t be ashamed to take to a competition.

You can twist an autumn wreath from willow twigs. Cut willow twigs must be kept in water so that they retain their flexibility. I have already described how to twist them into a wreath in a separate article. On such a willow ring you can attach physalis flowers-boxes, clusters of bright rowan berries, and beautiful red leaves (aspen has very dense red shiny leaves). To prevent our wreath from withering over time, you can dip all the elements - both the leaves and fruits of physalis and rowan - in melted paraffin from a candle. The waxy texture will seal all the juices of the plant and preserve their color and juiciness for several years.

In autumn wreath crafts, grass panicles, velvety white sage leaves, and rose hips look very beautiful.

You can make an autumn composition not in the form of a wreath, but as a bouquet of leaves and herbs. Here in the photo below we see an example of such an autumn craft.

  • We stuff birch logs onto a wide board.
  • On the back side of the chock, we attach a piece of iron mesh to nails bent in an L shape.
  • And onto this mesh we attach bunches of leaves and herbs with pieces of thin wire or threads.
  • On the same metal mesh we attach a wide ribbon of dense fabric - burlap or tarpaulin.

We tie a bow and hang this autumn craft on the door or facade of the house. It looks very elegant and beautiful.

Autumn paper wreaths

with your own hands.

You can implement the same wreath ideas from ordinary colored paper. Gather a group of children - give them scissors and let them cut out the outlines of the autumn leaves you drew along the contour. When a large pile of paper foliage grows on the table, you can start assembling the wreath. Yet again cut out a base ring for the wreath from packaging cardboard and attach our leaves to drops of glue in an elegant, colorful, chaotic order.

You can cut out leaves from cardboard and apply a stamped design on them. This is already more difficult - you need to use a smooth thin object - using pressure - to apply veins to cardboard leaves. A non-writing ballpoint pen is suitable as a tool.

You can choose interesting color schemes for your fall craft - it doesn't have to be a yellow-red-orange cloud of foliage. You can choose silver, burgundy, purple, bronze shades - in a cooler color scheme (as in the photo below).

You can also decorate a paper wreath with roses twisted from a paper snail spiral - according to the same principle as we made roses from felt in the photo above in the same article. You can also make roses using any other paper techniques. This site has a separate article about all the techniques for creating roses with your own hands -

Package of ideas No. 4

Autumn paper crafts

Using the QUILING technique.

Here in the photo below we see the autumn wreath again. It is made from twisted paper modules. Each element of this flower is a twisted strip of paper. Round paper rolls are given any shape - oval, teardrop-shaped, triangular - and whole bouquets of autumn flowers are made from these different shapes.

Here is a beautiful lace craft using the quilling technique - an autumn oak leaf with acorns also made from rolled paper.

As a beginner craftsman, you can make a small autumn card using the quilling technique.

Making a large quilled maple leaf with your own hands is painstaking work.

You will first need to draw (or print out) a template of the veins of the maple leaf. Then lay out long strips of paper along each vein. Each strip goes along the selected vein - it reaches the edge of the vein (a pin is stuck in this place) - the strip goes around the pin, bends over it and sticks to itself - a double strip is obtained. And this is repeated with each vein of the future leaf. And then each compartment is filled with shaped twist modules.

As the compartments fill with paper rolls, the pins can be removed. And stick it in the place where we want to press the glue-coated twist so that its glue side is pressed against the wall of the vein.

You can collect a whole autumn bouquet of autumn leaves made with your own hands using the quilling technique.

Package of ideas No. 5

Pictures on leaves.

(Master Class).

But here is an idea that I like because it has a huge variety of ideas for implementation. Here we see an amazing work - an owl painted on an ordinary autumn leaf. The artist’s painstaking work results in a beautiful autumn craft.

Even if you are not a very great artist, you can still make such interesting works - paintings on leaves, even a child can do it. It depends on what to draw. All children can draw eyes and a nose. All that remains is to show him how to make brush strokes - so that they look like feathers.

You can turn one single autumn leaf into an amazing autumn craft with your own hands.

Here are some simple ideas on how to decorate leaves with paints - for beginner artists... An oak leaf can become a peacock feather. Simple drawing. Nothing complicated - you just need to first think about how you will combine the colors - you can use blue, turquoise, green and yellow - or choose a different color scheme for the peacock feather - shades - pink, purple and purple.

You don't have to know how to draw to turn a maple leaf into a painting. Butterflies are a simple symmetry of the wing. You can simply knead a bright spiral of rich colors.

Or, of course, you can be bold and take a swing at a picture with a character (since there is now a fashion for owls, you can draw them in different views and angles. You don’t have to draw an owl as in a photograph - you can have cartoon owls. The main thing is to scatter the feathers in different directions - use a brush to make such strokes in a circle from the head, and strokes in a circle from each eye - you will get a disheveled owlet. All other parts of the owl that are difficult for you to draw the plumage, you can hide in a hollow and wrap in a scarf. Cunning and simple. Anyone can make this craft with their own hands.. And you will feel how interesting it is. And how nice it is to show this work to friends. Feel like an artist of a new magical reality.

Where to get ideas from. There are a lot of ideas around us. They are on social networks in communities of owl lovers, or communities of gouache paintings... Or you can find a picture in your child’s children’s book. This will serve as an idea for painting an autumn leaf.

For example, you found this owl.

Take a maple leaf. And a blank sheet of paper. Trace the maple leaf on paper with a pencil. We cut out the outlined silhouette - a hole in the shape of a maple leaf remains on the sheet. We attach this template with a hole to our picture with paper clips. And we get a ready-made template for a future craft, a painting on an autumn leaf.

Now all that remains is to take gouache, and step by step, with your own hands, transfer this picture onto a maple leaf. When everything is dry, spray the craft with HAIR SPRAY (to make the colors brighter and the sheet to sparkle with rich color).

And then, in order to preserve the painting for a long time, we dip the sheet into melted paraffin or candle wax. We quickly dip it in and quickly take it out by the tail and hang it on a thread to dry. We get a craft-picture that does not wither or fade over the years.

Package of ideas No. 6

Crafts-paintings

from leaves, herbs and flowers.

You can make beautiful crafts from herbs and flowers. The main thing is to prepare the picture in advance - draw the outline of the future landscape with a pencil (with faint lines) on a sheet of paper. Then use light watercolors to paint the sky, the reflections of the water reflecting this sky. Then place bridges cut from long wide leaves in the right place. And begin to painstakingly lay out the wooded hills - twig by twig. And then at the very end lay out the foreground of the picture - tall grasses and flowers to the left and right of the bridge line. Beautiful picturesque craft-picture. But it requires a lot of material.

A wooded hill is a whole heap of dried grass stems in the form of twigs. In order for the density of the forest to be lush, you need to first sketch the background of these hills with green watercolors, then you don’t need to lay the green stems so densely.

You can make a picture of flowers and leaves where there is no watercolor - the entire picture, both the background of the sky and the background of the earth, is made of plant materials - as in the photo below. A simple DIY autumn craft.

You can choose colored cardboard as a canvas for the painting - for example, blue as in the photo below. Then the blue cardboard itself will be a ready-made background for the sky and highlights on the water (as in the photo below).

When planning a leaf landscape painting, take care of the plans. Divide the picture into the third plan (horizon, sky, distant meadows) - background (hill, group of birch trees) - foreground (line of tall grasses and flowers).

A landscape painting of leaves looks very interesting if there is a PERSPECTIVE - an element that gradually decreases - goes into the distance. So in the craft below we see beds with flowering pumpkins or zucchini. The lines of the beds in the distance are a little thinner, and the flowers are a little smaller - than the same lines and flowers in the front of the picture.

Leaf paintings do not have to depict a landscape. It's just that landscape drawing is the easiest.

You can put together a whole still life from natural materials and scissors. The main thing is to first draw a sketch with a pencil. And then fill this sketch template like a mosaic with natural material. Using scissors, cut the leaves and stems into the shapes we need.

Do-it-yourself paintings from natural materials depicting insects look beautiful. Parts of herbs often resemble the legs or wings of an insect in their structure. Therefore, it is easy to find in nature elements similar in shape to parts of beetles, dragonflies, etc.

You can also create paintings depicting people or their things from dry leaves and herbs. Delicate canvases with ladies or girls in hats and dresses with delicate lace made of flower petals. You can twist a paper napkin into the silhouette of a lacy white umbrella and fill it with a scattering of press-dried flowers. Or you can use dried flower petals to make a girl’s dress and hat.

You can arm yourself with scissors and cut out clothes for the dancing couple - a dress and a tailcoat.

I also really like the works of the Ukrainian florist Tatyana Berdnik - she posts her works on the website Floristika. org. ua. We see her painting “Mom and Daughter” below. Tender fairy-tale pictures from a distant happy life - where everything is always good, where there are warm smiles and clear eyes, gentle hands and tender hearts. I highly recommend visiting this site - you will fall in love with these works and want to learn this magical art.

Autumn is a fascinating craft for children about the transition from summer to autumn. It's easy to do, you only need paper and colored pencils. Children with great pleasure turn the picture over, seeing different images. For them it's like a mini-cartoon.

You paint it in green and summer colors.

Having painted the autumn tree, we get this picture.

And this is the changing picture we get as a result:

Pumpkin in Art Nouveau style)))

A very simple and very accessible craft about autumn. In the fall, a lot of pumpkins ripen and making another orange beauty is just right.

Oka, by the way, looks like a pumpkin from the fairy tale about Cinderella. It is made very simply from ordinary colored paper in 2 colors. Well, all you need is:

  • orange and green colored paper;
  • scissors;
  • glue;
  • marker.

Hedgehog made from autumn leaves

A hedgehog can turn out to be kind and thrifty, or fat and thin. It all depends on how many leaves your kids collect.

For the little ones, of course, you need to prepare a blank drawing of a hedgehog, so that all they have to do is glue on the leaves collected in the garden. Adult children can draw a hedgehog based on the model themselves.

It is also important to show children autumn crafts before they go to the garden and collect leaves. You can conduct a whole lesson on botany, telling children the leaves of which trees they will collect for the hedgehog’s back.

Birds flying south

A very bright and funny craft for children about autumn.

What is needed for such creativity:

If, after finishing such creativity, you pour cocoa into these cups, the children will drink it even with nasty foam.

Dense autumn forest

The blanks need to be drawn and cut out for each child in advance. and distribute before the start of the creativity lesson. And with the idea of gathering the kids and going for a walk with them, collecting leaves.

If you have a large group of children, then it is interesting to make the trees tall, as tall as the children. Then, by placing them along the wall, you will have a real autumn forest in your classroom or creativity room.

Autumn red apple

A very bright and simple craft. It is made from used plastic bottles. Therefore, in parallel, you can conduct a lesson with children about preserving our nature and using already made things that will simply be thrown away.

We crumple the red paper with our hands and place it in the cut-off bottoms of the bottles

We connect the cut bottoms by inserting one into the other. Glue them together and tie them with a red ribbon

Using scissors, we make a hole in the top of our apple and insert a twig there. If the red paper inside the apple lies tightly enough, then the twig will not need to be secured.

Cut out leaves from green felt and glue them onto a branch.

Candlestick with leaves

Children are very creative people. They love to talk on stage, receive gifts, discover something new... The only thing is that they cannot engage in this creativity without adults. And of course we must help them with this!!!

crafts for kindergarten on the theme of autumn

Crafts gifts of autumn for kindergarten - ideas from natural materials (video)

Sharing with your finds. All or almost all of us have to do crafts with children for kindergarten or school... You will also find fantasies here for home creativity with kids.

Let's start with the trees...

And now - pumpkins...

You don't have to do everything for a specific master class... And strictly adhere to the proposed topic. Can just take a craft idea and remake it in your own way.

Fantasies about candles...

To the hedgehogs I have a special weakness, so to speak. Once my family and I were picking mushrooms (I was still little)… We thought that there was a big milk mushroom under the tubercle. It turned out that We woke up the hedgehog. And you can’t really put him back (as it should be) - he’s so sleepy... And I had to take him to my home - he spent the winter in a mailbox (yes, my childhood was in the 80s) under a pile of paper (and all this time slept)... And then he went into the forest in the spring... Khalesy was like that...

Accessories of the “Queen of Autumn”…

Papier-mâché... And not only...

Well I didn’t put the owls first again. They are always the first and most important for us...

There are, in addition to owls, other living creatures

And again - improvised material. Not only the one found in the forest... But also the “home” one... For example, pistachio shells...

AND door (wall) wreaths... good not only for New Year and Christmas... In autumn they especially cozy and bright it turns out...

And again pumpkins... Some people have a lot of them in their dachas! I’m not a dacha lover (no, no): my mother just hands me buckets of vegetables. But my godmother gave me a pumpkin last year. Ahhhh... Maybe I'm Cinderella?

Let's move on to crafts made from leaves and houses...

If you don't understand how cover with leaves or dough bowl from below, to get such beauty, watch the master classes...

Many people make baskets now. A very popular craft. On this topic "Gifts of Autumn"... Well, the baskets really turn out very colorful and juicy...

And again leaves... And again owls... And a lot of art...

In our kindergarten, Alice’s group is very talented, kind and hardworking teachers- Olga Grigorievna and Anna Sergeevna. They love children. And they adore them make all sorts of things in the educational process... Or draw...

Us crafts for children in kindergarten teachers left on a large panel- attached to paper clips that hang on fishing lines... Now I’ll find a post in a magazine when we made such a panel (with owls, of course) for crafts...

It’s such a shame to throw away homemade crafts. Of course, for some time they will please the eye... Some drawings will go into the family archive... But still you won’t keep them in a row... Therefore take photos of your creations. At least collect a photo collection as a souvenir... Only if you take pictures on your mobile phone, Don’t forget to “merge” the photo onto your computer. There are often notices around the city: “Your phone is lost, return it: ALL THE PICTURES OF MY CHILD are there!!!”

Some parents ignore creative activities... They say that paints are a lot of dirt and stains - you can only get by with pencils or felt-tip pens... And all that comes out is a mess... But the child, they say, doesn’t understand the plasticine - he rejects it... Start small- just give the child the materials. A couple of lessons... Then again... And then start gradually advise and help... To encourage creativity, to create... I also don’t really like dolls and LEGOs covered with plasticine... But accuracy, diligence and imagination... they won’t come from anywhere from a child if you don’t work. Daily.

Of course, there is always not enough time. Of course, there is a lot of work and household chores. But the child is delighted that his autumn work is also on display in a kindergarten or school. This - a source of pride yourself and your family...

Maybe this year... Maybe next... Your work will be recognized as the best at the exhibition. Even a prize. It will be a wonderful day. In the meantime, let family evenings be warmed by autumn candles, and photo frames decorated with leaves or acorns adorn the shelves...

In kindergartens, with the onset of autumn, active work is underway - teachers, together with children, actively use natural materials in classes. After all, you don’t need to purchase it - everything can be collected in the nearest park during a walk or even in your own garden.

Parents are also invited to show their imagination by making “Gifts of Autumn” crafts for kindergarten with their own hands, together with their child. Watching how mom or dad create miracles from the most ordinary vegetables or fruits, the baby will also want to take part in this. Such activities increase perseverance, develop imagination and simply lift the spirits of participants in the creative process.

Ideas for autumn crafts “Gifts of Autumn” for kindergarten

Every year in kindergarten, starting with the younger group, an exhibition-competition “Gifts of Autumn” is held. To participate, you only need a desire and a few available materials, which are often used as plant seeds, chestnuts, and cones:

  1. The youngest participants in the autumn crafts competition “Gifts of Autumn”, which they will take to kindergarten, can be offered an easy job. By placing an ordinary chestnut in front of your baby, you can invite him to fantasize and imagine it in the form of some kind of animal. Using plasticine, which is often used to hold together the parts of crafts, it is easy to make a funny spider.

  2. But not only chestnut kernels can be used to make crafts. Its peel with needles is also suitable for this purpose. They will make an excellent hedgehog, which can be decorated with rowan berries and leaves.

  3. The chestnut theme is inexhaustible. You can create a whole zoo from ordinary fruits lying under your feet. And for this you only need to take toothpicks and bright plasticine.

  4. And if on the back side of the chestnut you glue a piece of yellow felt and an acorn to it, you will get a very plausible moss mushroom.

  5. Little beauty creators will love working with paints. With their help, you can paint acorns in bright colors and fill a transparent container with them - such an unusual work will undoubtedly attract attention.
  6. It is easy to make people and animals from acorns collected in green form using toothpicks.

  7. If you have walnuts, chestnuts, acorns and pieces of moss, you can invite your child to make a decorative wreath for the front door of the group - it looks unusual and elegant.

  8. Don't forget about vegetables. With their help, stunning crafts are created for the garden for the “Gifts of Autumn” exhibition, and if you do them step by step, then even a child will not have any difficulty in the work. For example, ordinary potatoes can be an excellent starting material for various people. Thanks to its round or oval shape, the craftsman already has a blank of the desired shape. All that remains is to think of the scenery.

  9. In addition to edible pumpkin, on the plot of land, there are also types of pumpkins that are specially designed by nature for creating crafts. Some of them are very tiny in size and have a variety of bright colors. Taking advantage of this gift from nature, you can create a cheerful pumpkin family.

  10. Using plasticine and seeds you will get an excellent hedgehog. By planting it in a clearing of grass and moss and decorating it with mushrooms and acorns, we will get a realistic mushroom clearing.

  11. Round, red-sided apples are always associated with a cheerful caterpillar. To make such a craft look original and not hackneyed, you should complement it with unusual decor - beads, feathers and flowers.

  12. Little children will be delighted that from a simple pine cone, a couple of leaves and a piece of plasticine they can make a beautiful swan.

  13. The pine cones make funny animals, such as squirrels. If there are pieces of chenille (fluffy) wire in the house, then it can be used as legs and a tail, and a pine cone will serve as the body.

  14. In the area where walnuts grow, you should not throw away their shells, because they are an excellent natural material. By painting them “mushroom-like” and planting them on wooden legs made from twigs, we get a whole mushroom meadow.

  15. And if you paint the nuts in different colors using gouache and place them in a basket of leaves, it will become an original decoration.

Separate the caps from the fruits, paint them with paint of any color so that the craft blends organically into the interior. Attach loops made from twine to the hats. If there are branches left on the caps, tie a rope to them. If there are no branches left, use glue. For best results, place the vase on a tray covered with fall leaves and acorns.

Autumn candle

The easiest way to decorate a candle is to place it in a glass container. Beautiful handmade candlesticks will make the atmosphere in your home festive and cozy. First of all, choose a beautiful glass vase. If the candle is too low, pick up any object on which you can place the candle. A bowl works great. Just turn it upside down and install the candle. Additionally, decorate the bowl to make it unnoticeable. You can use willow branches for decoration. They bend well, so you can wrap them around a bowl. Fill the gaps between the walls of the bowl and vase with hay, moss, etc. Place a candle in the center and decorate it. To do this, use red and yellow leaves. Just cover the outer wall of the vase with them. Weave the twine into a braid and tie the leaves. The rope not only holds the leaves in place, but also serves as an additional decoration.

Room decor with branches

Branches are an excellent environmental material. To create compositions from them, you do not need to have special materials and tools. You can see unusual shapes in simple branches and driftwood and use them to create original crafts.

Be sure to clean and dry the collected branches. The branches can be used in their pure form or covered with paints or varnish. Large, sweeping branches will look great on the walls. They will become not only a decorative element. They can be used as lamps or hangers.
