Tsunade is quite tall, with fair skin, light brown eyes, and straight blonde hair. Bangs on both sides of the face. As a child, she tied them in a ponytail. She also has a purple diamond on her forehead.
Although she is over 50 years old, you can't tell by her appearance, it's thanks to her technique.

Her innate talent allows her to channel her chakra to any part of her body with such precision and perform any technique with maximum efficiency without wasting time or chakra. She has tremendous strength due to the concentration of chakra. For example, she can create cracks in the ground with one foot, or for example, she used the huge sword of Gamabunta in battle.
Ninjutsu
She easily changes her age, even though she is over 50 years old. She loses control over technique when she doesn't have chakra.
Medical Ninjutsu
Much of Tsunade's fame comes from her ability to flawlessly heal injuries that others consider impossible or hopeless. She also healed the psychological damage caused by Tsukuyemi, the damage Rock Lee had done to his spine.

Part I
After his invasion of Konoha failed, Orochimaru searched for Tsunade. Finding her, he asked her for a favor to heal his hands. Shortly after, Tsunade was approached by Jiraiya, who wanted her to be the next Hokage. After refusing the offer, Naruto challenges Tsunade to a fight because she made fun of the Third Hokage. Tsunade accepts the fight, and wins easily, though she watches in surprise at Naruto's attempts to do the Rasengan. Intrigued, Tsunade made a bet with Naruto to master the technique in a week, if he won he would get the First Hokage's necklace, and if Naruto didn't master the Rasengan within a week, Tsunade would get all the money he carried. Naruto accepted the bet and resumed his training. When a week passed and Naruto seemed to have failed in mastering the technique, Tsunade went to meet with Orochimaru, making sure Jiraiya would not interfere in the first place.
After meeting with Orochimaru, Tsunade told him not to destroy Konoha once his hands were healed. Orochimaru agreed, and Tsunade was ready to heal him, but was interrupted by Orochimaru's assistant, Kabuto, who was able to notice that Tsunade did not want to cure him, but to kill him. Her motives are known, Tsunade realized that Orochimaru lied when he said that he would leave Konoha alone, and after that she would not be able to look Nawaki and Dana in the eyes.
At first, Kabuto fought Tsunade. Kabuto decided to paralyze her. Shizune and Naruto came to her rescue. Although both were easily defeated, Naruto was able to overcome his injuries and continues to protect Tsunade. Despite Tsunade telling him to run, Naruto refused and managed to hit Kabuto with his Rasengan, defeating him. Naruto fell, but Tsunade healed him and placed the First Hokage's necklace around his neck.
Orochimaru, worried that Naruto would become a threat when he grew up, tried to kill him, but Tsunade stopped the attack by using herself as a human shield. Orochimaru asked why she protected Naruto, to which she replied that Naruto would someday be Hokage and that she wouldn't let him die before that happened.
Shortly after arriving in Konoha to take over as Hokage, Tsunade healed the mental trauma inflicted by Itachi Uchiha with the help of Tsukiyami Kakashi Hatake and Sasuke. She also gave a bleak outlook on Rock Lee's fortunes. But then she operated on him.
When Sasuke fled the village so he could go to Orochimaru, Tsunade was forced to send a group of genin to try to stop him. Despite their efforts, the group was ultimately unable to stop him.
Part II
Over the next few years, while Jiraiya and Naruto were out of school, Tsunade continued her duties as Hokage and took on Sakura as her apprentice.

When she learns of Jiraiya's death, he makes it a priority for the village to analyze Jiraiya's keys to Pain.
When Pain attacked Konoha, Tsunade did her best to protect the villagers, healing them with Katsuya.
Tsunade used all of her chakra to try to save as many of the inhabitants as possible when Pain completely destroyed Konoha. She sees Naruto win. Then she falls into a coma.
While Tsunade remains in a coma, Danzō was chosen to replace her as a candidate for the Sixth Hokage. However, he killed himself after a fight with Sasuke and Tobi's interference, so they tried to put Kakashi in the post, but Tsunade came out of a coma.

Tsunade (綱手) is the Fifth Hokage. She is the granddaughter of the First Hokage and great-niece Second.
During the Second Shinobi World War, she, Jiraiya, and Orochimaru fought against Hanzō. They were unable to defeat him, but Salamander, seeing that this trio fought with him on equal terms, gave them the nickname "Three Legendary Sannin" ("Legendary Trinity").
