What should a child eat in the clinic? Free baby food is one of the social protection measures for the population. Documents required to be presented

There were a lot of rumors around dairy kitchens - they discussed their possible closure in 2019, wondered whether the old norms would be canceled, and what the list of products would be for nursing mothers, pregnant women and mothers of babies.

Dairy cuisine in Moscow in 2019: what changes

There have been persistent rumors about the abolition of dairy kitchens, but the fact that there will be no dairy kitchens in Moscow and the Moscow region is too exaggerated information. Dairy kitchens are not being closed, employee vacancies are not being eliminated, and as of January 1 of this year, the Department of Health has left the kitchen operating hours as is. That is, this year the cancellation will definitely not take place, but time will tell what will happen next.

Moreover, the range of kitchens will be expanded in 2019. Kitchen addresses, schedule, and opening hours remain the same.

Dairy kitchen sets, Moscow: what they give

The main innovation of 2018 is that now there is a children's dairy. the kitchen provides products in sets, that is, you receive ready-made sets in a corrugated box.

The sets are designed so that the child receives a variety of good nutrition for his age. For example, now vegetable puree has its own requirements, and the content of each vegetable in the food set is regulated. Previously, they could only give you cans of one flavor.

An example of one corrugated set:

  • Two types of dry porridge (multi-cereal and rice);
  • Fruit juice;
  • Vegetable puree;
  • Fruit puree;
  • Meat-grows. puree;
  • Meat puree;
  • Cottage cheese;
  • Milk;
  • Kefirchik.

What they give in the dairy kitchen (video)

We can say that since 2019, food in the dairy kitchen for preferential categories has become more varied. Now the set includes several types of cereals, juices and purees. The list of products depends on the age of the child.

In general, in 2019, the work of dairy kitchens improved and the distribution standards for most categories of children increased - more kefir, juice and fruit puree. So feel free to find out at your clinic whether you are entitled to such assistance, fill out the documents and receive free food.

Residents of the capital are informed about changes in the operating hours of dairy kitchens. This information can be seen in the media, found out at the clinic at your place of residence, etc. But to get more full information, accessible and accurate, it’s easier for mom to look on the Internet. How things are going in 2018, and whether the work of the kitchen will change in 2018, that’s what mothers are primarily interested in. And many are not averse to looking for vacancies in such kitchens, and to find out whether these vacancies are worth looking for at all.

In July 2014, there were some changes in the work of dairy kitchens not only in Moscow and the region, but also in other regions of Russia. Namely, the standards for issuing products and the product range itself have changed. But here are the categories of citizens who are entitled to this help, one might say, remained the same.

For many then, a negative factor seemed to be that the amount of money that the state allocated for “milk” became more modest. But, nevertheless, the changes of last year cannot be called negative, since in addition to dairy products, fruit and meat purees and juices appeared in large quantities. That is, this list has become more diverse. Who didn't like it? Yes, many who are already accustomed to a certain list of dairy products that now have to be purchased.

But first things first.

Opening hours of the dairy kitchen in Moscow

The operating hours of these points are not the same in the capital and the region.

Typically, the standard operating hours of the distribution center are morning hours:

  • From 6.30 to 10.00;
  • From 6.30 to noon (12.00).

But, for example, the kitchen at NShK is open from 11 am to 8 pm, and the opening hours of the Milk kitchen are from 9.00 to nine pm.

Kitchens at children's clinics in Moscow and the region generally start working at half past seven in the morning. During these hours you can already receive food.

What they serve in the dairy kitchen in Moscow

The list of products is quite large. It includes the nutrition recommended by pediatricians for a particular year of a child’s life. That is, this is the minimum that guarantees the child’s full development.

Now in the dairy kitchen they give:

  • Liquid adapted mixture;
  • Milk;
  • Kefir;
  • Cottage cheese;
  • Fruit juice;
  • Fruit puree;
  • Vegetable puree;
  • Meat puree;
  • Meat-grows. puree.

Children's dairy kitchen in Moscow without registration

They provide food at dairy kitchens in Moscow and the region upon registration. That is, the mother presents her passport, writes an application to the appropriate authority (children's clinic or social protection department), and brings a list of other documents that will be required.

The rule remains the same - assistance is given to women and children with permanent registration in the capital and region.

Dairy kitchen for nursing mothers: Moscow

Nursing mothers can write a statement to the manager at the place where the baby is observed. Let’s clarify - addressed to the head of the organization that issues supplied product. In the table above you can see that nursing mothers are supposed to receive milk and juice.

Both in Moscow, and in the Moscow region, and in the region, these requirements are the same. Specify the time and deadline within which you need to submit your application. Check the time, come strictly during reception hours, follow the schedule for receiving food, know the standards according to which assistance is given.

Work in a dairy kitchen: vacancies in Moscow

Indeed, vacancies in the dairy kitchen are often open. They provide the opportunity to get a job at a distribution point if you are satisfied with the hours and schedule of its work.

Currently, the most popular vacancies for such kitchens are:

  • Nurse (this vacancy means that she is also a distributor);
  • Helper worker.

Of course, these vacancies are not highly paid, but such work is valuable in our time. But such vacancies may not be relevant in the very near future, and this work will simply not be available.

Dairy kitchen from January 1, 2018 Moscow: will it be canceled

If 2016 is considered quite prosperous in terms of the work of the dairy kitchen, then on the eve of 2018, mothers became worried about whether there would be child care, whether the distribution points would be closed for some time.

Various sources, citing official information from the Moscow mayor's office, give the following comments on this topic.

In 2018, children's dairy cuisine will indeed undergo changes. On January 1, 2018, the law on the closure of dairy kitchens in the capital and in the region will come into force. This is because collection points must be fully checked, inventoried and closed.

After this, inspection authorities and other authorities must make a proposal about whether this kitchen will function in a different form, what can replace it, and who should be helped further.

Therefore, it is easy to conclude: dairy cuisine nowadays is considered as an irrational way social assistance, and irrational spending of public funds. And since it is supposed to be checked and closed, in 2018 it will be clear what work the officials will do, how it will end, and what will be done for those who need help at this time.

How to get a dairy kitchen in Moscow

But there is still time until January, help is being given, a children’s kitchen is open in 2018 both in the capital and in the region.

Such child support is essential for many families, therefore:

  • Find out the opening hours of the organization that is responsible for distributing such assistance (for example, a clinic that operates a distribution point at certain hours);
  • Collect the following documents: the application itself, your child’s birth certificate (copy), compulsory insurance policy (copy), copy of the registration certificate, as well as a copy of the passport of one of the parents;
  • If such child support is due to someone from the preferential categories, a document confirming the benefits is needed.

A prescription for free food is obtained from a pediatrician, that is, a children's clinic is the place where such prescriptions are given. Products are issued according to these recipes.

What they serve at the dairy kitchen in Moscow (video)

Children's dairy cuisine, a concept to which everyone has become accustomed since Soviet times, may soon disappear. But probably some new help categories in need may be offered in the near future.

By order of the Department of Health No. 546 of June 11, 2014, a number of innovations were introduced. In order not to ramble on, I will cite as an example an article from the website dairynews.ru, as well as a link to the source.

"In addition to dairy and fermented milk products the list includes juices, cereals instant cooking, meat, fruit and vegetable puree. Opening hours will increase - they will operate from 6:30 to 12 noon daily. However, parents will have to urgently re-issue documents.

From July 1, the rules for issuing free meals for children in Moscow are changing - Zelenograd clinics are urgently re-issuing documents and notifying parents about this, since in July recipes of the new format will begin to operate in dairy kitchens.

The list of beneficiaries entitled to receive a free set of food products at the dairy kitchen includes (by order of the capital's Department of Health No. 546 dated June 11, 2014): children under 3 years of age, pregnant women, nursing mothers with children under 6 months of age breastfeeding, children under 7 years old from large families, disabled children under 18 years old, children with certain chronic diseases under 15 years old. Children under 1 year of age are provided with products from the dairy kitchen under the condition of artificial or mixed feeding. The condition for receiving free food is Moscow registration - however, in the Moscow region, dairy kitchens have long been supplying children under 3 years of age and pregnant women.

In children's meal kits for of different ages now includes:

milk formulas (dry and liquid) for children 0-12 months

fruit juice (1-2.4 liters per month) and fruit puree (800-1000g per month) for children from 3 months to 3 years

vegetable puree (1.9 kg per month) and instant porridge (400 g per month) for children from 5-12 months

children's cottage cheese (600 g per month) from 7 months to 2 years

meat and meat-vegetable puree (560g and 1.3 kg per month) for children from 7-12 months

baby kefir (2l per month) for children from 9 months to 2 years

baby milk (2-2.4 liters per month) for children from 1 to 2 years old

Pregnant women and nursing mothers can receive milk (6 l/month) and fortified juice (about 2.5 l/month) at dairy kitchens.

Suppliers and trade marks products are not yet known to dairy kitchens - as Zelenograd.ru was told at one of the Zelenograd points, the first delivery of new food sets will take place on July 1. Presumably these will be children's products from Wimm-Bill-Dann and Agusha in small packages.

To receive food at the dairy kitchen, all parents need to re-register their documents, since recipes of the new format will come into effect in July. Now Zelenograd clinics are making every effort to notify parents about this - 1-2 weeks before July 1, it turned out that they must submit a written application addressed to the head physician and bring a package of documents: photocopies of the child’s birth certificate and a certificate of registration at the place of residence (according to form No. 8), compulsory medical insurance policy and passport of one of the parents. Pregnant women should contact the antenatal clinic where they are being observed for service in the dairy kitchen.

The new rules provide for a more convenient frequency of food distribution - parents will no longer have to go for it every other day: the order recommends giving out perishable foods (liquid formula, kefir and cottage cheese) once a week, the rest once a month.

Prescriptions for dairy products will now be issued for up to 1 month for children of the first year of life and pregnant women, for up to 3 months - for children 1-3 years old and nursing mothers, for up to 6 months - for special categories of older children. Pediatricians will continue to prescribe prescriptions for children, and they are required to do this in the presence of the child and after examining him.

In addition to the advantages, the innovations also have disadvantages: the variety of the free menu and the expansion of the “clientele” of dairy kitchens, on the other hand, hit the volume of familiar products that were paid for by the state and to which Muscovite families were already accustomed. “If previously there was more than enough dairy products provided by dairy kitchens, and often there was even some left over, now we will have to buy more. Baby milk babies are no longer allowed to be under one year old, and the favorite treat of many infants - sweet fermented milk mixture - has completely disappeared from the list of products, giving way to milk formula. Other complementary feeding products will also need to be purchased, the only exceptions being porridge and meat - these products will be given in sufficient quantities. If we compare the old and new food sets in monetary terms, then new set, alas, much more modest. Can we say that milk has been “cut down”? “Perhaps yes,” conclude the portal’s experts. However, access to a varied diet is important for low-income families, and for everyone else when forming children's tastes and preferences, the publication writes.

Please note that this applies to both Moscow and the Moscow Region, but they will clearly have their own rules.

If I find an order from the capital’s Department of Health, I’ll post it.

Suppliers of baby food for dairy kitchens

Tender for supply juice products for pregnant women and nursing mothers through milk distribution points in Moscow in 2014, PROGRESS LLC, a company producing baby food“FrutoNyanya” and baby food “Toddlers”. A contract with all Moscow districts (including Troitsky and Novomoskovsky) for the supply of non-concentrated fruit juice mixtures has already been concluded.

Tender for supply foods and complementary foods(canned meat, fruit and vegetable and homogenized fruit; vegetable and fruit juices and mixtures thereof) was won by the Agat company, whose main activity is wholesale trade food products. Since this is not a manufacturer of baby food, it is not possible to say which company will supply products and complementary foods.

Tender for additional purchases for the supply of dairy products(milk, kefir, cottage cheese) is not yet completed. The winner of the tender purchase is planned to be determined on July 10, 2014. 2. If a citizen is from out of town, but has issued temporary registration in Moscow, he has the same right to receive products as Muscovites with permanent registration.
