The role of the family in shaping the right attitude towards health in children

None of the parents and educators will object to the assertion that the development of the child, his personal qualities are largely determined by the relationship that the child has with the people around him. Similarly, the attitude of children to their health is largely determined by the influence of the immediate environment.

The system of attitudes of parents to the health of the child should be considered in the following areas:

- meeting the needs of the child;

- ways to meet needs;

- styles of family education.

Needs Satisfaction the child in families manifests itself in different ways. This may be a constant indulgence of the child, when parents strive for the maximum and non-critical satisfaction of any of his needs. Often there is an ignoring of the needs of the child, especially spiritual, needs for emotional contacts, in communication with parents. Satisfaction of needs depends on material well-being family, from the parents' understanding of the child's urgent needs, from the personal characteristics of the parents themselves and their personal attitudes and stereotypes.

All sane parents understand that their health and the health of their child is an important life value. However, the attitude of parents to the health of the child is often formal. To questions asked by parents of children attending a kindergarten, boarding school or secondary school “What does a child need to be healthy?” most parents say: "Good food", "Fresh air", "Good medical care", etc. No one paid attention to the fact that for the health of the child, it is also important to have full communication with him, emotional contacts, especially at an early age, as well as understanding by parents of the true needs of the child.

Extremely Negative influence early mental deprivations of the child have an impact on the formation of attitudes towards health. So, in a child abandoned by his mother at an early age, a distrust of the world around him is formed. In the future, this can manifest itself in a distorted self-esteem, numerous fears, conflict behavior, and a wary attitude towards others.

Ways to meet the needs of the child, especially in the early age period, have a significant impact on the formation of his attitude to his own health. The child very early faces the fact that not all of his desires can be satisfied, which means that he must accept restrictions, prohibitions. As a result, there is a conflict between "I want" and "I can't".

Especially important in the development of attitudes towards health is the correct formation of the child's need to comply with elementary hygiene norms and rules. Teaching a child to constantly observe hygiene standards (brushing teeth, washing hands, etc.) is a very difficult task. The formation of the child's need to comply with elementary hygienic norms and rules must continue without fail in kindergarten, school, boarding school.

Equally important in shaping the attitude to the health of the child is the attitude of parents to the activity and activity of the child. If parents constantly devalue the child’s activities (You could do better, You could eat everything), then the child develops a fear of failure (I won’t even try, it’s still not tasty and not schemes), and against this background, personal dependence on parents is revealed (Mom doesn't like liver and I don't want to).

This is manifested in inadequately low self-esteem of the child, in imitative behavior, in dependence. The child of such parents often feels unhealthy, weak, a failure. IN adolescence such negative behavioral reactions as refusal, protest, opposition can be manifested. The child actively protests against the imposition of food tastes of parents, increased requirements for him. The protest can also manifest itself in the form of early alcoholism, substance abuse, drug addiction, and such adolescents often form a group mental dependence. Example: the work of a dispensary in PU No. 50, the refusal of fish soup on two tables.

Parenting Styles play an important role in shaping a child's attitude to health.

Let us consider three types of wrong parenting practiced by neurotic parents:

    upbringing by type A(rejection, emotional rejection);

    upbringing by type B(hypersocializing), which is manifested in the anxious and suspicious concentration of parents on the state of health of the child, his social status;

    upbringing by type IN(egocentric), when the child is the "idol of the family" and the attention of all family members is focused on him.

The styles of upbringing expressed above have a pathogenic effect on the child's attitude to his health.

An extremely negative impact on attitudes towards health has an upbringing of the type A. There are no emotional-confiding contacts between parents and a child (of this type), and the child rejects everything that is offered to him (as food) in an educational institution. Such a child, for a very long time and painstakingly, is taught to trust the specialists who organize meals in the institution (there is a phased accustoming to the common table, the child develops a lack of taste, etc.). It is for parents with this type of upbringing that it is necessary to hang out the daily menu in a conspicuous place in the institution, teach parents the continuity of nutrition on weekends, inform parents about rational nutrition (kindergarten);

hold consumer conferences, acquaint parents and parents' committee with the quality of cooked food - provide an opportunity to taste the dishes offered to their children, inform about rational nutrition (schools).

Type of upbringing B, which manifests itself in the anxious and suspicious concentration of parents on the state of the child's health, forms hypochondria, lack of independence, and an inferiority complex in him. The heightened attention and care for the child with this style is combined with petty control, an abundance of restrictions and prohibitions.

In adolescence, this parenting style forms indecision, inability to stand up for oneself, increased anxiety about your health. Some adolescents have a kind of withdrawal into a disease that does not exist. In some cases, with this style of family education in adolescence, reactions of protest are observed. A teenager, as if to spite his parents, begins to experiment on himself: he is starving, not eating protein foods, etc. If such children have an underestimated self-esteem of health at primary school age, then in adolescence, self-esteem of health is inadequately overestimated.

Children with this type of upbringing often show an inability to create their own personal diet while at school.

The situation at the table: one student joked that mashed potatoes are sour, and it is a child with this type of upbringing in the family who will not eat this mashed potatoes, although everyone else will eat it. This child will not even taste the dish.

Type of upbringing IN contributes to the formation of egocentrism in the child, affective instability, which has an extremely negative impact on the attitude to health. On the one hand, the child develops an increased fixation on the problems of his health, on the other hand, when it is necessary to take the necessary measures to maintain and preserve health, such a child experiences significant difficulties: he refuses to visit a doctor, tends to exaggerate his illness, does not comply with preventive measures (compliance with daily routine, exercise).

In the process of psychological analysis of the influence of the characteristics of raising children on their attitude to health, the following parameters of parental behavior should be distinguished:

* Degree of parental control. The intensity of parents' controlling actions has a twofold effect on the child's attitude to his health. Moderate parental control contributes to the development of elementary hygiene skills and an adequate attitude towards their health.

Constant control can form in a child a tendency to dependent, imitative behavior, negativism in the requirements for the implementation of elementary norms and rules for caring for one's body. With unreasonable control, a child may experience emotional discomfort, which is a favorable background for the development of a distorted self-assessment of health.

* Inadequacy of the requirements of parents in relation to the child, which can be due to two factors:

Parents' misunderstanding of the child's needs

Or projections on the child of their unrealized plans.

For example: the mother does not eat meat - she is a vegetarian, considers the consumption of meat harmful. This unreasonable requirement distorts the child's self-esteem, contributes to the formation of an inferiority complex, and causes the child to feel a sense of protest. At school, everyone eats a cutlet, but me? Reasonable demands of parents are largely determined by the knowledge of the physical and mental capabilities of the child (this is the educational work of a medical worker in a kindergarten, school, boarding school).

* Ways of communication between parents and children.

In practice, two styles of communication with a child can be distinguished: authoritarian and democratic.

For example, such parents, inspiring the child to comply with elementary hygiene norms and rules, often cause a negative reaction in the child.

Parents with democratic style communication, strive to use a variety of educational methods in order to achieve obedience from the child, justify their point of view, are ready to discuss with the child the problems of nutrition, health, and listen to their arguments.

* Degree of emotional contracts.

This parameter is manifested in the emotional support of the child, in the ability of parents to express sympathy, love and warm attitude towards the child. The degree of emotional contacts depends on the emotional maturity of the parents themselves. The absence or weak manifestation of emotional contacts distorts the self-concept of the child and negatively affects his attitude to his health.

The child's attitude to health is largely determined by the peculiarities of his family upbringing. Adequate control, reasonable requirements for a child, combined with emotional acceptance of him and a democratic style of communication with him, contribute to an adequate attitude of the child to his health and, in particular, to nutrition.

THE ROLE OF THE FAMILY IN FORMING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

The most precious gift that a person receives from nature is health. The state of health of the younger generation is the most important indicator of the well-being of society and the state, reflecting not only the present situation, but also giving an accurate forecast for the future. And the primary role in its formation is played by the family and the school.

2 slide - What is the definition of health in I. Ozhegov's explanatory dictionary: health is a state in which a person is able to make the most of his physical and energy resources in order to realize his abilities and produce offspring.

The family is the basis for shaping the lifestyle and health of the child.
Over the past decades, there has been a stable trend towards the deterioration of children's health indicators. Many factors contribute to its formation, but family factors occupy a special place. It is in the family that the child learns to walk, pronounce the first words, it is the family that forms the skills healthy lifestyle life and attitude to their health, to take care of his physical and mental development.

3 slide - The urgency of the problem of forming a child's lifestyle in the family is determined by the fact that lifestyle is the leading factor determining the state of human health, and also by the fact that the formation of other family risk factors for the development of diseases is determined by the behavior of the family (lifestyle) when the family performs its functions . First of all, such as medical aimed at maintaining health, educational aimed at the primary socialization of the child, psychological aimed at maintaining mental health, reproductive aimed at the reproduction of the population, production aimed at the livelihood of the family, and cultural aimed at family self-development.

Why is the question of creating a full-fledged, healthy family so acute today? Because only such a family can become a national asset of society. And for this it is necessary to form a healthy lifestyle and, above all, this should begin from the very birth of the child. It is necessary to improve the family policy of the state, ensure the right of every family to a comfortable, comfortable life, the right of every person to choose family values and lifestyle, develop and implement measures, including economic order, to support families moral culture, a way of life corresponding to the preservation and strengthening of the child's health, the formation of sustainable skills and positive motivation to preserve its foundations when forming an independent family, to raise parents' awareness of the role of family factors in shaping the child's health and ways to correct them.

4 slide - In recent years, a number of trends have been observed in our country, signaling a deterioration in the condition of the child.

Among school graduates, only one in five can be considered healthy. During the period of study at school, the number of children with neuropsychic deviations and disorders increases by 4 times, myopia increases by 10 times. About 25-30% of children entering the 1st grade have some kind of deviation in their state of health, and among school graduates already 70-80% cannot be called absolutely healthy. According to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, 30% of schoolchildren have symptoms of various neuroses. Psychologists record a departure from age norms memory, attention, thinking.

Now, when the pace of life is growing so rapidly, when the number of external stimuli is inexorably multiplying - noise, an abundant, oversaturated flow of information, overcrowding of large cities, when civilization at every step prepares for each of us a great many stressful situations, - the creation of a healthy lifestyle that mobilizes the natural reserves of the human body is becoming our main, urgent universal task.

And who, if not parents, are called to accept the most Active participation in solving this problem. Who, if not fathers and mothers, grandfathers and grandmothers, nurturing their children and grandchildren from the cradle; can provide them with rational nutrition, introduce them to sports, protect them from bad habits, to teach the rules of hygiene, and most importantly, to set up the children themselves so that, even without prompts and reminders from adults, they strive to live sensibly, correctly, not to the detriment, but to the benefit of their health. For children to be aware that both today's and their entire future adult life, their entire professional, social, family capacity will depend on whether their heart, lungs, brain, nerves and other organs and tissues are healthy or not. However, there is such a state when all organs and systems seem to function normally, but they are affected by strong additional loads, which, if not taken into account, can easily unbalance the body. Schoolchildren are under the influence of such additional loads for a long time. After all, in fact, everything that happens to the guys at school is a huge burden. And if we take into account that all the organs and systems of a young organism are still very fragile, unformed, one can imagine what serious consequences these loads can cause in an unfavorable set of circumstances. That is why so much courtesy, spiritual vigilance, patience, tact in relation to children are required from parents. Raising a child in a family and school, we often use the word "habit". To the bad habits of students, we include irresponsibility, lack of ability to work productively, disorganization, and much more. But we adults, we don’t think about the fact that the basis of the above problems is the child’s lack of habit of being healthy spiritually and physically. The habit is not instilled in the family, at school, and therefore a positive image of a healthy person is not formed in the future adult.

Scientific and technological progress has led to the fact that people understand less and less what physical labor is. And even more so the child. Over the past century, according to scientists, the weight of direct human muscle work has decreased from 94% to 1%. The main vices of the 21st century are: the accumulation of negative emotions without physical relaxation, overeating and physical inactivity.

According to experts, even if children move enough, their movements are monotonous, not all muscle groups are involved in the movement, and the result of such activity does not give much benefit.

You can often hear from parents: “Physical education lessons are enough for my child to move around.” Is it enough? Parents, apparently, do not realize that physical education lessons make up for the lack of motor activity by only 11%. Two or three lessons in the school schedule will not solve the problem. Two and a half hours a week of physical education at school will not form the habit of maintaining one's own health. This means that the school and the family must do much more than they do to help the child love himself, his body, his health, himself and objectively evaluate his own health problems that need to be addressed immediately. Recently, radio and television, the media have been actively raising the issue that the physical activity of children has become very low, sports and physical culture have ceased to be significant for the younger generation. This state of affairs threatens the mental and physical health of schoolchildren.

According to the results of research by Russian psychologists, on average, an elementary school student who studies consistently at "4" and "5" spends at least 2.5-3 hours at a desk at home; sixth grade student - 3-4 hours, high school student - 6 or more hours. But you also need to add school lessons to this ...

The peculiarity of school education is that the child must achieve a certain result. The expectations of teachers, parents and the child himself lead to an increase in mental stress, nervous shocks, and school stress.

There are problems facing the family and the school, which must be resolved in order to be able to successfully move forward, these are problems of a psychological nature. First of all, these are the psychological difficulties experienced by schoolchildren in the process of learning. As a rule, these are hidden difficulties, poorly realized by the student himself. He has a feeling as if he has hit some invisible wall, but he himself does not understand which one; he realizes that things are not going well, but he does not know why. His complaints are vague, and therefore most often adults do not honor them with attention. This leads to the fact that the child loses all desire to learn and just live actively, interestingly. He withdraws into himself, runs away from problems that begin to accumulate as his own inactivity develops, and often becomes angry and aggressive.

5 slide - What is the ratio of various factors affecting health?

1.conditions of lifestyle and nutrition-50%

2.genetics and heredity-20%

3.external environment and natural conditions-20%

4.health-10%

Parents begin to sound the alarm and look for ways out of crisis situation, without thinking at all that the exit is nearby, you just have to take a closer look at your child, talk to him and invite him to solve the urgent problem together. The health figures speak for themselves. Parents often dismiss children's problems, considering them frivolous and petty, unworthy of their participation in resolving, explaining that there are more important problems in life. And what a pity when a person pays for these problems with his life.

The problem grows, it captures the whole child, does not let him live full life, deprives him of communication, attachment to friends and can lead to a tragic outcome. In such a situation, parents do not want to understand that they can do the almost impossible by supporting their child by personal example. But often they take a different path: they buy toys, things for the child, make expensive gifts etc. The problem is not solved, it "falls asleep" for a while, but when it wakes up, it turns into lava that simply cannot be stopped.

6 slide - Another school problem is the problem of the lack of motives for teaching schoolchildren.

School surveys show; that for some children, and there are more of them now, school is often uninteresting, boring, etc. In order to interest a child in at least something, parents find a way out in the fact that, meeting his requests and wishes, a a miracle of modern technology - a computer, at which a child spends an additional 2-3 hours a day, reveling in computer games.

The parents calmed their anxiety: their son or daughter is sitting at home, is, as they say, all the time “in front of our eyes”, but he again sits for hours, already at the computer. A sedentary lifestyle is becoming the norm for adults and children.

Television also helps a lot. Today's TV day for an average child is 2-3 hours of immobility at the TV screen, fatigue of the organs of vision and hearing, headaches, Bad mood drowsiness, apathy, etc. And if you add to all of the above street noise, loud music on the street and in the house, headphones that many children do not take off even at school, cell phones - this leads to various dangerous symptoms and deviations in health already at school age.

All of the above reasons lead to the fact that a child who leads such a lifestyle not only has health problems, but he also has persistent learning difficulties. First of all, these are problems of concentration, memory, memorization educational material, problems with perseverance in the classroom, school fears, fear of an answer at the blackboard and much more.

These children have personality problems. Lack of persistent interests and hobbies associated with expanding one's own horizons, apathy, followed by aggressiveness, closeness - these are the few symptoms that are associated with an inactive lifestyle.

7slide - The right way to increase the resistance of the child's body to various diseases, to make it hardy, strong, strong - proper physical education.

Systematic physical education and sports contribute to comprehensive physical improvement, improve health, increase efficiency, cause cheerful mood, in which study and any work are better argued. Many of us adults do not even realize what a huge danger physical inactivity is. It negatively affects literally all organs and systems of the body. Its resistance to cold factors and the action of pathogenic microorganisms decreases. People suffering from physical inactivity catch a cold 3-5 times more often than people with normal activity. Physical inactivity causes metabolic disorders, contributes to obesity, which in itself adversely affects the growing body. Children who move little are more likely to have injuries, and they are more difficult to heal. All parents want their children to grow up healthy, beautiful and happy. Let's help these guys.

“To make a child smart and reasonable,” the great French thinker called, “make him strong and healthy: let him work, act, run, scream, let him be in constant motion.”

But modern moms and dads know for themselves what it's like to pull a modern teenager away from the TV or computer, in front of which he is ready to sit for hours. It is not easy to prove to the current "television" boys and girls that watching all the programs in a row is harmful; here are those that are designed specifically for schoolchildren - please, and then it’s better to go for a walk, run around the yard with a ball. But achieving this is not as hopeless as it sometimes seems to be. If only because adults have true allies - the guys themselves, in whose nature there is already a huge desire for activity, and above all motor activity. The need for movement is nurtured, but can be ruined.

The minimum number of steps per day for a person is 10,000 steps. Modern man with a stretch does half. At 13 years old, an increase in pressure to 130/80 is a common occurrence. If parents have overweight, 60-80% of children have it too. In order to maintain a balance of physical activity, a student must take 23-30 thousand steps daily. Children of divorced parents are more likely to suffer from hypertension.

According to Russian scientists, 51% of children do not go outside at all when they return from school. 73% of schoolchildren do not take breaks between - preparing lessons.

8 slide - 30-40% of children are overweight. According to medical experts, the age from one year to 15 years is much more important for maintaining future health than from 15 to 60 years. People who do not play sports have a 20% higher heart rate. This leads to rapid wear of the heart. According to medical statistics, for every 100 children born, 20 develop flat feet over time, most often associated with muscle weakness.

How to help a student, how to make him start living an active, interesting and fulfilling life? How to make learning at school arouse a surge of energy, and learning is a joy, develops the reflective skills of students?

Much can be done to change the situation described above by the family in which the child grows up. School child extremely imitative and if the parents themselves take care of their health, their physical form, then the child will live according to the rules and laws that are cultivated in his family. When a child grows up in such a family, he does not need to be forced to go in for physical education and sports, he does it himself with pleasure, out of a habit developed over the years. The big thing is habit. Exercise in the morning, evening walks, outdoor activities during the holidays, weekends in nature - this is the cure for those diseases of the soul and body that can manifest themselves if parents do not instill in their children the habit of being mentally and physically healthy. Often in conversations with parents you hear lamentations that they have no time, that they need to feed their families, and there is no time for such nonsense as physical education and sports. And the main argument is the lack of time and money for paid sections and circles. But not always and not for everything you have to pay.

It is enough to move with the child in the morning or in the evening for 10 minutes, but every day and regardless of the situation - the result of the success of the child will be evident. It is important for a child that dad and mom do the exercises with him, helping him and approving him.

9 slide. I conducted a survey among parents. They filled out the table. -The purpose of the survey: to identify the influence of the family on the formation of a healthy lifestyle in children.

F.I. of the child

How much time do you spend with your child during the day(more than 30 min.) ?

Do you and your child do any sports?

Do you exercise in the morning?

Do you watch sports games with your child?

Does your child often get sick?

These tables tell us that physical development in the family is not given much attention, only a few instill in their children an interest in sports and physical culture.

There is no substitute for the example of parents. Unfortunately, only 6% of families in Russia start their day with hygienic exercises; few families spend their weekends outdoors during the cold season, doing sports (example).

Without zeal and special desire, parents agree to organize and conduct active rest along with the children. And children really want this, especially children of primary and secondary school age. Active rest is simply necessary, especially since school workloads are extremely high today.

hardening, skin hygiene, caring for teeth, nails, hair, hygiene of clothes, shoes, housing, fighting bad habits - there must be a need for all this, and it is laid in the family.

It is good when the child eats, goes to bed, sits down for lessons at the same time. His body must be ready for the upcoming activity. Such a child eats with appetite, and falls asleep quickly, and does not sway for a long time, taking up lessons - which means that he saves time on everything and gets less tired.

In every family, the daily routine is organized differently. But, unfortunately, adults themselves are often very undisciplined in doing this.

- The changes taking place today in our society have put forward a number of problems, one of which is the formation of a healthy lifestyle (HLS) in children and adolescents.

The family plays an important role in solving this problem.

Modern researchers identify the most relevant educational functions of the family:

the influence of the family on the child is stronger than all other educational influences. It weakens with age, but is never completely lost;

in the family, those qualities are formed that cannot be formed anywhere except in the family;

the family carries out the socialization of the individual, is a concentrated expression of his efforts in physical, moral and labor education. Members of society come out of the family: what kind of family - such a society;

the family ensures the continuity of traditions;

the most important social function of the family is the education of a citizen, patriot, future family man, law-abiding member of society;

Forming a healthy lifestyle for a child, the family should instill in the child the following basic knowledge, skills and abilities:

- knowledge of the rules of personal hygiene, hygiene of residential and educational premises, clothing, footwear, etc.;

- the ability to analyze dangerous situations, predict the consequences and find a way out of them;

- the ability to interact with the environment, to understand under what conditions the habitat (house, class, street, road, forest) is safe for life;

- knowledge of the main parts of the body and internal organs, their location and role in the life of the human body;

- the ability to measure height, body weight, determine the frequency of one's pulse and respiration, understanding the significance of determining these indicators for monitoring the state of health and its correction;

- understanding the importance of a healthy lifestyle for personal health, well-being, academic success;

- the ability to correctly build a daily routine and perform it;

- knowledge of the basic rules of rational nutrition, taking into account age;

- understanding the importance of motor activity for the development of a healthy organism;

- knowledge of the rules for the prevention of diseases of the spine, foot, organs of vision, hearing and others;

- knowledge of the main natural factors that enhance health, and the rules for their use;

- knowledge of the rules for maintaining health from colds and some other infectious diseases;

- the ability to analyze dangerous situations, predict the consequences and find a way out of them;

- the ability to provide simple assistance with minor cuts, bruises, burns, frostbite;

- knowledge of medical institutions where it is possible to get help in case of illness.

sufficient awareness of the requirements of a healthy lifestyle

lack of awareness of the requirements of a healthy lifestyle

low awareness of healthy lifestyle requirements

The results of awareness of the requirements of a healthy lifestyle are shown in the diagram.

12 slide chart

Conclusions: the survey showed that 52% of children have a high level, 39% have sufficient awareness, 6% have an insufficient idea of health and healthylifestyle and a low level were shown by 3% of schoolchildren.

Thus, the results obtained indicate the need to educate students in health needs, about the rules of personal hygiene, first aid, and to form their scientific ideas about the essence of a healthy lifestyle.

The society in which we and our children live, school education helps to form healthy lifestyle skills, but the family will always come first. Children imitate their parents in everything, even if they deny it in adolescence. A family is a whole world with its own rules, attitudes towards life, health, and education. School, health programs can only help to supplement, enrich knowledge, but they cannot replace family education, the example of parents.

Advice for parents

"The role of the family in shaping a healthy lifestyle"

"Take care of your health from a young age!" This proverb has a deep meaning. The formation of a healthy lifestyle should begin with the birth of a child so that a person has already developed a conscious attitude towards his health.

The conditions on which the orientation of the formation of the child's personality, as well as his health, depend are laid down in the family. What is instilled in a child from childhood and adolescence in the family in the sphere of moral, ethical and other principles determines all of his further conduct in life, attitude towards oneself, one's health and the health of others.

Even at early school age, a child is not yet able to consciously and adequately follow the elementary norms of hygiene and sanitation, comply with the requirements of a healthy lifestyle, take care of their health and the health of others. All this highlights the task for parents to develop as early as possible small child skills and abilities that contribute to the preservation of their health.

Of course, the health of children directly depends on the living conditions in the family, health literacy, hygiene culture of parents and their level of education.

As a rule, adults become interested in the problem of cultivating the habit of a healthy lifestyle only when the child already needs psychological or medical help. Readiness for a healthy lifestyle does not arise by itself, but is formed in a person from an early age, primarily within the family in which the child was born and raised.

Healthy lifestyle serves to strengthen the whole family. The child must learn the best family Russian traditions, to understand the meaning and importance of the family in human life, the role of the child in the family, to master the norms and ethics of relations with parents and other family members. Spiritual health is the peak to which everyone must climb himself.

Main taskfor parents is: the formation of a child's moral attitude to their health, which is expressed in the desire and need to be healthy, to lead a healthy lifestyle. He must realize that health is the most important value for a person, the main condition for achieving any life goal, and everyone is responsible for maintaining and strengthening their health. In this, nothing can replace the authority of an adult. Therefore, parents themselves must accept the philosophy of a healthy lifestyle and embark on the path of health.

There is a rule:"If you want to raise your child healthy, follow the path of health yourself, otherwise he will have nowhere to lead!".

Even at an early preschool age, a child is not yet able to consciously and adequately follow the elementary norms of hygiene and sanitation, comply with the requirements of a healthy lifestyle, take care of their own health and the health of others. All this brings to the fore the task for parents to develop as early as possible in a small child skills and habits that contribute to the preservation of their health.

The home regimen of a preschooler is one of the important components of family education, which allows maintaining a high level of working capacity, pushing back fatigue and eliminating overwork. The family organizes a rational home regime - sleep, optimal motor regime, rational nutrition, hardening, personal hygiene, moral and ethical education, rejection of health destroyers, etc. The mode in kindergarten should correspond to the home mode.

Another very important problem related to the health of children is watching TV and using a computer. The computer and TV are undoubtedly useful for the development of horizons, memory, attention, thinking, coordination of the child, but subject to a reasonable approach to the choice of games and programs, as well as the continuous time spent by the child in front of the screen, which should not exceed 30 minutes.

Forming a healthy lifestyle for a child, the family should instill in the child the following basic knowledge, skills and abilities:

Knowledge of the rules of personal hygiene, hygiene of residential and educational premises, clothing, footwear, etc.;

The ability to interact with the environment, to understand under what conditions the habitat (house, street, road, forest) is safe for life;

Knowledge of the main parts of the body and internal organs, their location and role in the life of the human body;

The ability to measure height, body weight, determine the frequency of one's pulse and respiration, understanding the significance of determining these indicators for monitoring the state of health and its correction;

Understanding the importance of healthy lifestyle for personal health, wellness, academic success;

The ability to correctly build a daily routine and implement it;

Knowledge of the basic rules of rational nutrition, taking into account age;

Understanding the importance of physical activity for the development of a healthy body;

Knowledge of the rules for the prevention of diseases of the spine, foot, organs of vision, hearing and others;

Knowledge of the main natural factors that enhance health, and the rules for their use;

Knowledge of the rules for maintaining health from colds and some others infectious diseases;

The ability to analyze dangerous situations, predict the consequences and find a way out of them;

Ability to provide simple assistance with minor cuts, bruises, burns, frostbite;

Knowledge of medical institutions where it is possible to get help in case of illness.

Parents need to know the criteria for the effectiveness of healthy lifestyle education:

Positive dynamics of the physical condition of your child;

Decrease in morbidity;

Formation of the child's skills to build relationships with peers, parents and other people;

Decreased levels of anxiety and aggression.

It is quite obvious that the solution to the problem of improving the health of preschool children is possible only if a single program is implemented. hygiene education and education in the family and kindergarten.

Theme of the project: "Formation of a healthy lifestyle in the family."

To make a child smart and reasonable,

make him strong and healthy."

Introduction

The proposed project is a system of work with parents in the field of health saving.

This project is the result of the study of psychological, medical and pedagogical sources of literature, analysis of modern health-saving technologies, approbation original ideas, summarizing the experience of the school and the family on the issues of preserving and strengthening the health of pupils.

The project presents traditional and interactive work with parents.

Relevance:

Health is one of the most important values for a person. Of particular concern is the problem of preserving the health of the future generation. Not the last role here is played by the family factor and the factor of the educational institution - how much they are capable of from the very beginning. early age to create a general positive and stable background for the child's mental state, to ensure the development of an active and cheerful personality. How should a child be raised so that he understands the importance of health and knows how to take care of it? Teachers and parents need to start solving this problem from the earliest years of a child's life, systematically and together.

Against the backdrop of environmental and social tensions in the country, against the backdrop of an unprecedented increase in the diseases of civilization, in order to be healthy, you need to master the art of preserving and strengthening it. This art should be given more attention at preschool and school age, since it is during this period that the child develops the basic skills for the formation of health. This is the most favorable time for developing the right habits, which, combined with teaching schoolchildren how to improve and maintain health, can and should lead to positive results.

According to the Research Institute of Hygiene and Children's Health, the Scientific Center for Children's Health of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, recently the number healthy preschoolers decreased by 5 times and is only 9% of the contingent of children entering school. Only 5-7% of schoolchildren are healthy, 30-35% suffer from chronic diseases, over 60% have functional abnormalities.

Parents play a huge role in maintaining and strengthening the health of children. Undoubtedly, most parents try to instill in their child the basic skills of a hygienic culture, monitor the preservation of his physical health. However, in order to implement continuity and form the habit of a healthy lifestyle among schoolchildren, purposeful, systematic joint work of teachers and parents is necessary. It is wonderful when parents are allies and active participants in the health-saving process both at school and in their families at home. Practice shows that one of the main ways to increase the interaction of school educational institution and families is the use of non-traditional forms and means of working with parents to promote a healthy lifestyle for schoolchildren.

Project problem: Lack of knowledge, skills and abilities of parents in conducting physical education activities to improve children's health, unwillingness to apply general health practice in home environment for prevention and correction during the physical development of the child.

Objective of the project: Formation of stable motivation in parents to preserve and improve the health of their children.

Project objectives: Raise the level of knowledge of parents in the field of formation, preservation and promotion of children's health, a healthy lifestyle in the family through pedagogical education; to form the skills of cooperation between children and parents; promote their emotional rapprochement.

Methods used in the project: Consultation, questioning, test for parents, workshop for parents, visualization, conversation, master class.

Expected results of the project: Involving parents in active work on the physical education of children. Replenishment of knowledge about the features of the use of prophylactic exercise, mobile and sports games. Creating conditions for the development of motor skills of the child at home. Introducing children to a healthy lifestyle. Reducing the incidence of children.

Project type: Practice-oriented, short-term.

Project stages:

Organizational stage:

1. Selection and analysis of literature.

2. Collection of information: interview, questioning, observation, examination, testing (Appendix No. 1,2,3).

productive stage:

The family plays an important role in solving the problem of strengthening and maintaining health. The content of the project was built using methods for physical development, author's development of manuals for physical development. There are various forms of work with parents: collective, individual, visual and informational. A creative informal approach of teachers to the issue of organizing interaction with parents is desirable. It is important to remember that parents need not only theoretical information, but, most importantly, practical skills. Therefore, it is advisable to organize various workshops for parents, where they can acquire certain pedagogical experience.

The main goal of working with parents, I set education on the issue of raising a healthy lifestyle in children in the family, to reorient parents from outside observers into active participants in health creativity. The younger student is extremely imitative, and if the parents themselves take care of their health, their physical form, then the child will live according to the rules and laws that exist in the family.

In my work with parents, I use the following forms and methods:

1. Parent meetings, the topics of which are related to strengthening and maintaining the health of schoolchildren.

For two years I held meetings on following topics: “Your daily routine”, “Physical culture and sports”, “Hardening”, “The importance of physical exercises for human health” “Healthy lifestyle”, “Starting morning exercises”, “Physical education and sports”, “Hardening of the body”, “Motor mode”, “Influence of physical exercises on posture”. "Motor mode in summer, rules of conduct on the water."

2. Visual propaganda of a healthy lifestyle.

In order to attract the attention of parents, the following are used: booklets; newspapers, drawings. (They can be both group and published creative team school teachers).

In the system, it is desirable to use pedagogical tasks and tasks for parents with valeological content. These tasks can be logical, the main goal of which is to stimulate the activity of parents, to independently acquire pedagogical valueological knowledge, skills, comprehend the important provisions of pedagogical valueology, and raise children in the family. Logical tasks help to analyze, compare with the practical activities of raising children in the family and at school, draw conclusions, notice prospects and ways to improve valeological education.

Practical tasks help parents form and develop pedagogical skills, apply them in specific situations of raising children in the family. These can be studies of specific conditions for raising children, studying the causes of deficiencies in upbringing and, on this basis, developing measures to improve the educational process in the family and at school.

Educational tasks are widely used by teachers in the system of parental universal education. Performing such tasks, parents individually or collectively analyze the literature on the formation of a healthy lifestyle for children, discuss pedagogical situations, and suggest ways and means to improve the valeological education of children.

For the purpose of the continuity of the educational process and a deeper acquaintance with the subject of the project, the following forms of interaction with the family were implemented: joint activities with parents: “We are building a center for physical development” in the group (Appendix No. 8); making a screen “Exercises for children to do at home with their parents” (Appendix No. 10), “Health Corner”, a folder - moving “How to dress a child for a walk”, a folder - moving “Hardening children”, a screen “How to avoid illness during the cold season ”, “Healthy lifestyle of the family. The role of the family in raising a child "(Appendix No. 11), consultation" A healthy lifestyle is formed in the family "(Appendix No. 4) practical lesson with parents of the class" Health Lessons "(Appendix No. 5), master class" Non-standard equipment used in work with children" (Appendix No. 6), "10 tips for the physical education of children" (Appendix No. 7)

3. Conversations and consultations on disease prevention, conservation and strengthening emotional health.

Modern parents On the one hand, they are quite educated people, and on the other hand, they are poorly informed on issues of pedagogy, psychology, physiology and other areas of knowledge.

Parents can receive psychological and pedagogical information from a variety of sources: periodicals, television and radio programs, popular science literature, and the Internet. But do all the parents in your group take advantage of these opportunities? A more accessible way is to communicate with you, dear teachers. And it depends on us what kind of person today's student will become.

For two years, I held such consultations and conversations: "Prevention of child injuries." Attention, winter is coming”, “Caution, ice drift!”, "First aid for sunstroke and burns", Prevention of child injuries". "Tempering the child", "Vitamin calendar. Summer". Beware of poisonous mushrooms”, Prevention of acute respiratory infections and others.

4. Questioning.

5.Days open doors.

6. Use of video recording.

This refers to the distribution of video materials of the pedagogical piggy bank of educators among parents (classes, sensitive moments, holidays). Teachers give video material and those in their free and convenient time at home view the material.

7. Involving parents in participation in teachers' councils and school seminars.

Parents have every right to participate in the life of the school, make suggestions, plan joint work.

Joint activity teacher - parent - child.

Joint activities of the child and parent in the classroom;

Joint design of albums, games, manuals

(Diary-Healthy, Business card of the class).

All these forms and methods of work make it possible to carry out informal contacts with parents, serve as a means feedback, provide objective information about the work of the school, the interests and needs of the family.

I place great importance in my work monitoring.

After analyzing the answers of parents and students to questionnaires on the formation of hygiene skills and motivation for a healthy lifestyle at the beginning and at the end school year I have come to the conclusion : the results have changed significantly (indicators have improved). The percentage of students who observe the rules of hygiene and regime moments has significantly increased, a positive result is also visible in the development of healthy lifestyle motivation.

The psycho-corrective work carried out during the year (in the 1st grade) contributed to the improvement of the mental state of children, which was reflected in the dynamics of changes in the studied parameters. The indicators of adaptation have increased (from 41.7% to 75% - a high level), with a low level of adaptation at the end of the academic year, students were not observed.

At the initial stage of education, there is a high prevalence of colds and chronic diseases. By the end of elementary school, these figures decline significantly. The number of non-sick children is increasing (from 3 to 5 people), the number of children with chronic diseases remains stable.

There is a positive trend in the distribution of children by health groups. The number of students with groups I and II is increasing.

Indicators physical culture groups, which are largely determined by the total teaching load, remain stable.

The level of physical fitness of students has increased. The number of students with a high level increased from 1 pers. (in the 1st class) up to 9 people. (in the 4th grade).

Analyzing the incidence of students in my class, I came to the following conclusion: a surge in incidence occurs in October (the end of the 1st quarter), at the end of December (the end of the 2nd quarter) in February. These data helped me in the distribution of the study load, program material, in determining the timing of the final examinations. There is a decrease in the incidence of students (from 1st to 4th grade), the number of days missed due to illness for the class as a whole and for one student decreases, the health index increases from 25 to 41.7.

After analyzing the results of all studies and observations of students in my class for 4 years, I came to the conclusion that the work I have been doing to protect and improve the health of students has given a positive result. Special attention was given to hygiene education: disease prevention, nutrition, hardening, development of motivation for a healthy lifestyle. The data obtained allowed me to carry out an individual approach to students by applying various methods training and education.

In my work, I used various methods to create a favorable psychological climate, applied individual tasks different types and levels, individual pace of work for individual students. In children, anxiety and mental stress significantly decreased, which improved academic performance and increased the body's resistance to the effects of external and internal negative factors, i.e. contributed to the preservation of both mental and somatic health of students. Conducting physical education sessions, dynamic pauses, breathing and eye exercises, airing the classroom, observing the psychological climate in the classroom and after school hours with a predominance of positive emotions ensures the prevention of nervous system fatigue in work with younger students, creates a cheerful mood and optimal performance in children. I taught children independence and developed their creative abilities during physical exercises and outdoor games, which increased interest in motor activity, activated the mental and emotional spheres. These are all traditional and everyday regime moments of the student's school day. An important aspect is also the formation of health-oriented thinking not only in children, but also in their parents. Only modern and competent A complex approach will help solve the problems of forming and strengthening the health of schoolchildren.

Thus, one of the leading directions in the work on protecting and strengthening the health of students should be hygienic education and training that meets the real needs of children.

Particular attention in the conditions of primary school should be paid to the beneficial course of adaptation of students to school education, the development of motivation for a healthy lifestyle, and an increase in motor activity.

The use in the educational process of various methods and techniques aimed at protecting health allows students to more successfully adapt in the educational and social space, unleash their creative abilities, and the teacher to effectively prevent antisocial behavior.

If we do not teach children to value, protect and strengthen their health, if we demonstrate a healthy lifestyle by personal example, then only in this case we can hope that the future generation will be healthier and more developed not only personally, intellectually, spiritually, but also physically.

The following methods and forms were actively used in the project: conversation, consultation, workshop, visualization, master class.

Presentation stage: photo collage "A healthy lifestyle is formed in the family" (Appendix No. 8).

Final (final) stage: Identification and translation of the positive experience of family education for the improvement of children.

Photo collage: "A healthy lifestyle is formed in the family."

Conclusion

In the course of the work, it was revealed that the organization of the process of cooperation between school teachers and parents has a positive effect on the formation of the health-creating position of parents and the health culture of schoolchildren.

A high level of schoolchildren's health culture is possible in the implementation of cooperation between teachers and parents accompanying a growing child on the way of his formation as a person and a subject of life.

The prospect for the implementation of the project will be further self-improvement in the field of health, the development of the process of spiritual and moral growth of the personality of preschool teachers and parents, which in the future will form the basis of health-creating life and serve as a vivid example that a growing child follows. Such examples are necessary for a child in the period of preschool and school childhood and determine the further development of the personality of a growing child.

It is expected that the results of the work on this problem will confirm the hypothesis that the joint activities of teachers and parents will help to form a culture of health and reduce the incidence of preschool children.

Encourage parents to actively work on the physical education of children.

Collaboration with parents led to partnerships between parents, educators and children. The parents of our students have become active participants and assistants to physical education teachers.

Thus , main tasks of the teacher, working on the formation of a healthy environment is to prepare the child for independent living, raise him morally and physically healthy, teach him to competently, responsibly and effectively maintain health.

Health is as contagious as disease.

“To infect with health” is the goal towards which the school is striving.

Advice for parents

A healthy lifestyle is formed in the family

Topic: "A healthy lifestyle is formed in the family"

Target: To promote the consciousness of parents of responsibility for the formation of a careful attitude towards their child's health.

The problem of children's health today is so acute that we have the right to raise the question: "What is more important for us - their physical condition or education (the education that we have now)"

Even A. Schopenhauer said: "Health outweighs all other benefits so much that a healthy beggar is happier than a sick king."

What is happening in our school today? Out of a million relatively healthy children who come to the first grade for the first time, after nine months, every fourth of them (that's 250,000) doctors fix deviations in the work of the cardiovascular system. Over the past 10 years, the number of mentally retarded children has increased 20 times.

Children's health is declining catastrophically. It would be possible to redirect this problem to doctors, parents, teachers. But health does not wait. Medicine, according to World Organization health care cannot change the health of the population, affecting it by no more than 10%. The leading factor in health is the lifestyle that the family can shape.

Educators monitor posture, conduct physical education sessions, and provide information about health. But this is very little. A healthy lifestyle is formed in the family. Every parent wants to see their children healthy and happy, but not everyone thinks about how to make their children live in harmony with themselves, with the world around them, with people. Meanwhile, the secret of this harmony is simple - a healthy lifestyle. It includes maintaining physical health, and the absence of bad habits, and proper nutrition, and an altruistic attitude towards people, and a joyful feeling of one's existence in this world, and the desire to help those who need it.

As a rule, the result of a healthy lifestyle is physical and moral health. They are closely related. It is no coincidence that people say: healthy body- healthy mind

Psychologists and educators have long established that the most favorable age for the formation good habits is preschool and junior school. During this period, the child spends a significant part at home, in the family, among his relatives, whose way of life, stereotypes of behavior become the strongest factors in the formation of their ideas about life. That is why it is in the family that the foundations are laid for diverse relationships to oneself and one's health, to the health of loved ones, to people, to work, to nature. “Children are the mirror of the soul,” people say. The child needs the help of adults to develop the skills necessary to organize his life in the future. A healthy lifestyle is a joy for big and small in the house, but several conditions must be met to create it.

One of the most important is the creation of a favorable moral climate in the family, which is manifested in goodwill, readiness to forgive and understand, the desire to help, to please each other, in caring for the health of family members. Of course, this is completely excluded in those families where scandals are frequent, one of the parents abuses alcohol, where the cult of violence and rudeness reigns.

The second condition is a close, sincere friendship between children and parents, their desire to constantly be together, communicate, and consult. Communication - great power, which helps parents understand the train of thought of the child and, by the first signs, determine the tendency to negative actions in order to prevent them in time.

The third condition is increased attention to the health status of all family members. Now there is no shortage of specialized literature that helps people maintain their health, where special complexes are listed and recommendations are given. However, we should not forget about the benefits of simple rules, the observance of which helps to maintain health. This is morning exercises with older family members, jogging around the house, walking together, airing the premises and observing the rules of personal hygiene.

The creation of a favorable moral climate and a healthy lifestyle of the family is also ensured through the joint participation of children and parents in various activities. Labor is one of the leading factors in educating children in correct ideas about the way of life.

A healthy lifestyle is unthinkable without creating a normal ecological environment in the house. The situation to which the child gets used is reproduced later in his family. Dirt, stale air, ill-conceived interior - these are, unfortunately, quite widespread phenomena. Meanwhile, it is necessary to create and maintain an environment in the house that meets the requirements of environmental friendliness and aesthetics. Together with the children, you can discuss the most appropriate option for arranging furniture, put things in order, clean, ventilate the rooms, it’s not for nothing that they say: “Cleanliness is the key to health.” How many interesting things that contribute to the harmonious formation of the soul and body await children outside the home. Direct contact with nature ennobles a person, forms a positive attitude towards nature. The field of activity here is boundless: joint planting of shrubs, trees, caring for them; production of feeders and winter feeding of birds, pet care. All this forms in the child's soul a sense of responsibility, empathy, the desire to help, pride in a good deed.

Of particular importance are the walks of children and parents on the river, in the forest, in the field. It is good when walking alternates with cycling, in winter - skiing. This allows you to change routes more often, expand the children's understanding of their region. However, we should not forget that along with wellness, walks also perform cognitive functions. As our studies have shown, the most vivid impressions of younger schoolchildren are walking with their parents in nature.

When adults, holding children by the hands, go, answering children's questions, making small discoveries, they show examples of caring for nature and thus evoke in the child's soul not only surprise and admiration, but also respect for the world around.

Thus, a healthy lifestyle of all family members in the present is the key to a happy and prosperous life child in harmony with the world in the future.

What does the concept of health include? Let's listen to what your children say about this (video recording - statements of children).

Let's continue our discussion on the topic, what is health?

Man is the perfection of nature. But in order for him to enjoy the benefits of life, to enjoy its beauty, it is very important to have health. “Health is not everything, but without health it is nothing,” said the wise Socrates.

The charter of the World Health Organization states that health is not only the absence of disease, injury, physical defects, but also complete physical, mental and social well-being.

The health of children and their development is one of the main problems of the family and kindergarten. Children's health has been deteriorating in recent years. And it's not just about physical health, it's also about mental health. Unfavorable ecological state environment, the extremely low socio-economic standard of living of the population of the country led to a decrease in the protective and adaptive capabilities of the body. These are chronic colds, visual impairment, scoliosis, and, as a result of the lack of cultural human relations, childhood neuroses. How to make sure that the child does not lose health, in order to maintain and strengthen it? The health of children is the concern of all of us adults. Therefore, the problem of health must be addressed comprehensively and by the whole world. It is hardly possible to find parents who do not want their children to grow up healthy.

Well, what do you think he is a healthy child? (statements of parents).

First of all, a healthy child, if sick, is very rare and by no means difficult. He is cheerful and active, benevolent to the people around him - adults and children. Positive emotional impressions predominate in his life, while negative experiences are endured by him steadfastly and without harmful effects. The development of his physical, primarily motor qualities, proceeds harmoniously

A normal, healthy child (this is the most important thing!) is fast enough, agile and selenium. Adverse weather, their abrupt change healthy child not scary, because he is hardened, his thermoregulation system is well trained, so, as a rule, he does not need any medication. Thanks to a balanced diet and regular physical education, such a child does not have excess body weight. Of course it's perfect healthy child today you will not meet often, but our task is to strive for this through joint efforts. It must be remembered that preschool childhood is the most favorable period for developing the right habits, which, combined with teaching preschoolers how to improve and maintain health, will lead to positive results. But the result will be guaranteed only if the problem of recovery is solved jointly by the kindergarten staff, medical workers, and parents. There are various forms and types of activities aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of pupils. Their complex has now received the general name “health-saving technologies”. In today's lesson, we will introduce you to three types of health-saving technologies:

1. Technologies for maintaining and stimulating health.

These include such forms of work as: invigorating gymnastics after daytime sleep, game hour, dynamic pauses, outdoor and sports games, finger gymnastics, health paths, gymnastics for the eyes, breathing exercises.

2. Technologies for teaching a healthy lifestyle

These include such forms of work as: physical education classes, healthy lifestyle classes, morning exercises, sports games, acupressure, sports activities, holidays, circle work, swimming.

3. Corrective technologies

These include such forms as: exercise therapy, technology of musical influence, fairy tale therapy, sand therapy, psycho-gymnastics, articulatory gymnastics.

At today's meeting, our educators and specialists will tell you about the benefits of the healing methods that we use with our students. Together, they have a positive impact on both the physical and mental health of children.

Teachers talk about the benefits of the methods used and practice them with parents:

1. Motor activity

Physical activity is a natural need of a child, as important as sleep and food. For the normal functioning of the child's body, it is necessary to provide him with from 6 to 13 thousand movements per day. In kindergarten, the organization of the motor regime is given great attention. This is served by: morning exercises, physical education, independent activity of children in sports corners in groups, leisure activities, dynamic pauses in classes, alternation of static and dynamic types of activities, outdoor games for walks, etc.

An important condition for strengthening the health of the child is the implementation of a single motor regimen in kindergarten and at home.

On weekends, this issue can be solved with the help of sports, outdoor activities.

I bring to your attention one of the types of game morning exercises. Our children are very active, so when you go for a walk, take Sports Equipment.

Here the eye woke up, and behind it another,
Let's wake up with the whole family.
Let's hold hands together
And we smile at each other. (everyone stand in a circle, hold hands)
The sun rose outside the window
Stretch your palms towards him (reach hands up)
We raise our hands higher
And then we drop them (lower hands down, repeat 5-7r.)
To have a beautiful back
We need to do a workout.
Hands to the sides, at the seams,
And bent in half (bend down, reach hands to the floor)
Let's look at each other
And we'll do it all over again. (repeat 5 p.)
Tick tock, tick tock
The clock goes like this! (hands on the belt, legs shoulder-width apart, tilt left - right)
On one leg like a heron
Let's stand now guys.
I need to change my leg
And now stand on the other (stand alternately on the right, left foot)
Let's squat together -

We'll arrange a run on the spot.
One, two, three start
Don't fall behind me! (run in place)
Inhale and exhale, bend over
Thank you all for your hard work! (deep breath, exhale, tilt)

2. Finger gymnastics

People have long noticed that the movements of the fingers and hands, accompanied by short verses beneficial effect on the development of children. And they came up with folk finger games. And already in our time, scientists have proven that subtle movements of the fingers have a positive effect on the development of children's speech. The use of finger games increases the functional activity of the brain, tones the entire body. The thought, the child's eye move at the same speed as the hand.

Often you can hear from parents that no one used finger gymnastics before, they didn’t play with us like that. Yes indeed. But earlier there were no such benefits of civilization for children as now - Velcro, zippers, buttons. There were buttons and laces on clothes and shoes, which the child had to fasten and lace up himself. Therefore, by the time they entered the school, the children's fingers were trained, dexterous, skillful, mobile and could hold a pen correctly and draw letters beautifully.

In this regard, every day in kindergarten we play with children 3-4 times with fingers, accompanying the movements with the simultaneous pronunciation of rhyming lines.

We invite you to play. The game is called "Salting cabbage":

We chop cabbage, chop,
We three, three carrots,
We salt cabbage, salt,
We press the cabbage, we press,
Put in jars.

Children love finger games. So you can practice at home finger gymnastics with your child, especially since it takes a minimum of time to complete it - 5-19 minutes, no special “tools” are needed, except for fingers, and at the same time, finger muscles develop, speech skills develop, skills necessary for schooling are formed .

For you, we have prepared Reminders with different finger games that you can use during your activities with children.

Thank you for your attention. I wish you success!

3. Gymnastics for the eyes

The life of a child is complex and multifaceted. She introduces him to the world of nature, science, art and social phenomena.

And it is unnecessary to talk about the need to have good eyesight. And today this problem is relevant, many children at preschool age have visual impairment. For the protection of the eyesight of children, it is important to properly organize classes at home in a hygienic sense.

At home, children especially like to draw, sculpt, and at an older preschool age, read, write, work with a children's designer, a computer. These classes require constant voltage vision. Therefore, adults should monitor the nature of the child's activities. Today we will introduce you to one of the gymnastics complexes for the eyes. The child has a bunny on a stick. Children follow the text.

Bunny jumped to the right,
Everyone saw a rabbit.
Bunny jumped to the left
Everyone saw with a glance.
Bunny - to the right, bunny - to the left.
Oh, what a brave bunny!

(Children follow the movements of the bunny with their eyes, the head remains in a fixed position) Bunny jumps up and down. Look at the bunny.

Bunny hid from us (they hide the bunny behind their back, turning their head, look over their right shoulder, then over their left) You don't have to take your eyes off. (Close eyes for a few minutes.)

4. Hardening

What is hardening? Hardening is the training of immunity by short-term cold stimuli. Once upon a time, people were much more hardened than us, children ran around in the same shirts and walked barefoot even in severe frosts.

Hardening measures are carried out by means of water, sun and air.

Let's talk about water quenching. Any hardening must begin with a sparing one, we cannot start right away with winter swimming or dousing with cold water. Therefore, there is a sequence of hardening with water:

    Washing face and hands with cold water 2T up to 16 and;

    Pouring feet and rubbing them with a towel, starting from 28 ° and bring to 15 °, reducing the temperature after 2-3 days by 1-3 °;

    Walking barefoot on wet paths.

    Daily dousing with warm water at bedtime (36°).

A little about air hardening. A preschooler is very sensitive to the lack of fresh air. He becomes lethargic and irritable. That is why outdoor walks are necessary at any time of the year up to 2 hours, and in summer most of the day is spent outdoors.

In kindergarten in warm time we spend the morning gymnast and physical education on the street, in winter - in a well-ventilated room, children in lightweight clothes and barefoot.

As for solar hardening, the skillful use of solar energy has a positive effect on the body. Under the influence of ultraviolet sunlight, vitamin D is formed in the skin of the child, which is of great importance for the growth and development of the child. But, you need to be careful about taking sunbathing, their duration should not exceed 5-7 minutes for the first time, gradually increasing by 2-4 minutes. While sunbathing, the child should not lie down, he should move, play calm games.

Hardening cannot take place from case to case. In this case, the system is important. It is necessary to take into account the age of the child, the characteristics of his health, the time of year. Otherwise, hardening procedures will not be useful.

One of effective methods hardening is "barefoot". Even in ancient Greece, “walking barefoot” was a cult, and children received the right to wear shoes from the age of 18.

Did you know that the soles of the feet are one of the most powerful reflex zones in the human body. The legs are a kind of shield with 72 thousand nerve endings. Irritation of the active points of the foot is the prevention of many diseases. In kindergarten, my children and I walk barefoot on Health mats. I suggest that you also walk on the rugs, feel the influence of external stimuli.

Thank you very much for attention. Be healthy!

5. Aromatherapy, herbal tea

Modern children have a lot of things that we could only dream of: a variety of sweets, beautiful clothes, toys, computers. Children spend more time at home, walk less, as a result they get more tired. Their fragile organisms receive too many unnatural substances: from air, water, food, synthetic drugs and vitamins. But there is such a miracle of nature - herbs. This is a powerful and kind remedy.

Today, aromatherapy is widely used and allows for the prevention and treatment of many diseases in children and adults with the help of medicinal plants and natural oils. Aromatherapy can be carried out in every apartment. To do this, you can make small pillows and fill them with dry herbs. You can take one component, or you can make a composition “bouquets of smells”.

How to choose the right plant

    If the child is lethargic and passive, the aromas of jasmine, lavender, mint, anise will activate him. In addition, they stimulate the brain and the development of mental abilities.

    Chamomile, rose petals or rose hips have an antimicrobial effect.

    Sage officinalis is good for colds and skin diseases.

    Leaves of birch, poplar, tansy are effective for colds, acute respiratory infections, flu.

    The stimulating effect will be the smell of cloves, bay leaves, currants, mountain ash.

    The smells of orange, tangerine, valerian, lemon, geranium, fragrant rose - will have a calming effect.

In the cold season, fragrant pillows or bunches of herbs will create an atmosphere of a summer meadow, a coniferous forest in the room, and drive away winter drowsiness.

Herbal tea has the same effect as aromatherapy, we practice it in the autumn-winter period.

Today I offer you to taste 2 herbal tea recipes.

    For cheerfulness: currant leaf, oregano, lemon balm, mint.

    Restorative: rosehip decoction with honey.

6. Music therapy

The technology of musical influence or music therapy has a beneficial effect on the state of human health in general.

Science has proven that the right music has various effects:

Therapeutic and health-improving, as a result of which the protective and immune properties of the body increase;

Psychocorrective - normalizes the human condition;

Psychotherapeutic - acts on the consciousness of a person, changing his attitudes and healing from certain mental illnesses;

Psychohygienic - instills certain mental skills, helps to get rid of stress, prevents conflicts.

The technology of musical influence is widely used in the lives of our pupils. Thus, it has become traditional to listen to music while putting children to sleep. The music of famous domestic and foreign composers is used (“Ave Maria” by F. Schubert, “Nocturne” by F. Chopin, “Moonlight” by Debussy, “Swan” by Saint-Saens, “Autumn Song” by P. Tchaikovsky). As a result, the child relaxes, calms down and falls asleep faster.

To cheer up, we use stimulating music in the classroom, during morning exercises and other events. In children, the tone rises, confidence appears and, in general, an emotionally positive mood is created. (“Little Night Serenade” by W. Mozart, “Joke” by J. Bach, Strauss waltzes, “Festive Overture” by D. Shostakovich, “Waltz is a Joke” by F. Chopin.

I offer you a memo with a list of musical works that you can use as a listening both by yourself and together with your children. And also in the garden there is a music library with these works, which you can use.

Now I propose to your attention to listen to the wonderful Strauss waltz and invite everyone to dance.

Give parents medals "For the upbringing of strong kids."

Invite parents to evaluate the past event “Bag of Wishes”:

Red circle (excellent rating, with the benefit of the case);

Green circle (satisfactory rating, so-so);

Yellow circle (evaluation is unsatisfactory, time has passed in vain). Parents express their impressions and wishes.

Take care of each other's health

We are a small part of nature

Merry Starts

A healthy lifestyle is essential for the proper development and upbringing of a child. Its formation occurs under certain conditions in the family. The role of the family in this is great and occupies a leading position. The task of the family is to form in the child the correct idea of a healthy lifestyle, to provide him with living conditions conducive to this, namely correct regimen day, work, rest, sleep. There are several options for the influence of the family on the development of a healthy lifestyle.

It has been noticed that children learn the way of life of their parents, their habits, their attitude to life, including physical culture. A positive example of parents significantly influences the formation of a desire in children to engage in physical education in their free time with the whole family. Forms can be different - hiking or skiing, games, participation in collective competitions.

Issues of the daily routine, personal hygiene are especially important for children, whose weaker body requires increased attention to maintaining health. However, it is in childhood basic skills are laid in everything, including a healthy lifestyle. Personal hygiene implies a daily routine, a rational nutrition system, sports and hardening, hygiene of vision and mental work, body hygiene (care for the skin, teeth, hair), hygiene of clothes, shoes, and housing.

It is good when the child eats, goes to bed, sits down for lessons at the same time. His body is ready for the upcoming activity. Such a child eats with appetite, and falls asleep quickly, and does not “swing” for a long time, taking up lessons, which means that he saves time on everything and gets less tired.

In each family, the daily routine is organized differently, but the basic plan of the daily routine should remain constant. First of all, it concerns sleep. Systematic lack of sleep disrupts the efficiency of the central nervous system, leads to overwork and neuroses. Only the family can develop the habit of going to bed on time, and the best thing is if the parents themselves go to bed at a certain time, and do not sit up in front of the TV screen.

Undoubtedly, the role of the family in the full development of the child is truly great. And this is most clearly manifested in matters relating to the formation of a healthy lifestyle, which is achieved through proper physical education. A large number of children suffer from reduced motor activity, but in a day they have to run, jump, walk about 7 km, and 3 km during the hours that they are at school. Otherwise, children simply will not withstand static and psycho-emotional stress - in other words, they will not be able to sit, listen, memorize. They are supposed to walk every day for 3 hours! Your body needs oxygen! And you need to learn lessons in a ventilated room. Of particular concern is the fact that most students, instead of walking in the fresh air, sports activities daily sits at the TV for more than 2 hours. There is no substitute for the example of parents. Unfortunately, only a small number of families start their day with hygienic exercises; few families spend their weekends in nature and go in for sports during the cold season.

But, characterizing this aspect of the role of the family in the formation of a healthy lifestyle, it should be said that the role of parents here is simply invaluable. So, for example, to forms physical education in the family include hiking and hiking, swimming, skiing, skating, cycling and finally just running.

Speaking of family hiking, it should be said that they are one of the forms of active recreation, the rational use of free time to improve health. Tourist trips form feelings of collectivism, responsibility, mutual assistance. Difficulties of the hike develop endurance, perseverance, endurance, combine cognitive and physical activity.

The effect of swimming on the human body is beneficial and varied. When swimming, the human body in the aquatic environment is located horizontally and this frees the spine from the load of body weight; favorable conditions are created for the formation of correct posture. Under the action of water, blood circulation is activated in the vessels of the skin, washed and massaged with water. The respiratory system under the influence of active exhalation into the water and overcoming its resistance noticeably strengthens, the depth of breathing increases. Staying in water hardens the body, improves its thermoregulation, increases resistance to cold, temperature changes. During swimming, metabolism is activated, the activity of the entire nervous system is activated, many muscle groups, joints and ligaments are exercised. Long repetitions of certain cycles of movements increase the body's endurance and resistance to colds.

Ice skating stimulates the physical activity of children, improves their health and general physical training. Systematically performed movements in the air lead to favorable changes in the development of the respiratory organs and respiratory muscles. When moving on skates, the same movements are repeated many times, there is a constant alternation of tension and relaxation of the muscles of the legs when changing single-support and double-support sliding, which favorably affects the strengthening of the arch of the foot. Significantly increases the stability of the vestibular apparatus, increases the sense of balance, properly distributed muscle tension.

Cycling has a strong effect on the cardiovascular, respiratory systems, helps to strengthen the muscles, especially the legs and feet. Children develop speed, agility, balance, eye, coordination of movements, orientation in space, rhythm, strength, endurance, vestibular stability increases.

But the role of the family in shaping a healthy lifestyle does not end there. It is very important to instill in children the knowledge of how to eat right, how much and what food should be eaten, which is also laid down by parents in the family.

From childhood, a child must learn: in order to be healthy, you need to eat 500 grams of vegetables and fruits per day, which is the most useful black bread, and products made from premium flour ( White bread, buns, loaves, dryers, gingerbread, waffles, pies, cakes), should be eaten as little as possible, as they adversely affect health. Parents should not allow their children to eat foods of the so-called " fast food”: chips, “kirieshki”, all kinds of sweets, carbonated drinks. In the winter-spring period, it is necessary to increase the consumption of foods containing vitamin C by children (citrus fruits, onions, rose hips, sauerkraut). Salt on the table must be iodized.

The desire to be healthy, beautiful, successful at work is also a family value. How good it is when everyone in the family is cheerful and energetic, full of vitality, spend their free time with interest, do their homework together, and are fond of sports! The family should be convinced that one's behavior should always be controlled. Parents set an example in this first of all, talking with their children. Whatever misdeeds children may commit, we must adhere to the rules in dealing with them. effective communication. If we know how to control ourselves, our children in any situation will also be able to give an account of their actions.

Thus, the leading factors that form a healthy lifestyle and promote the health of younger students are rational organized mode days, balanced nutrition, optimal motor regimen, outdoor physical education classes, tempering procedures appropriate for the age of the child, regular high-quality medical care, favorable hygienic and sanitary conditions, as well as an example of the family.

When using all these factors, the most favorable prerequisites are created for the formation of a healthy lifestyle, the preservation and strengthening of children's health.

One of the most important factors in the development of a healthy lifestyle of younger schoolchildren is their ideas and concepts that expand children's knowledge about a person, his health, and a healthy lifestyle.

Often, a child has a strong desire to perform only favorite exercises, for example, ride a scooter, play with a ball, jump rope. And then the role of an adult is to prevent the child from being limited only to such motor activity. From an early age, children need to form the habit of doing morning exercises every day.

Of great importance in promoting health are cyclical, i.e. long, regularly repeated exercises aimed at training and improving endurance. It is endurance combined with hardening that provides reliable protection against acute respiratory diseases.

A popular cyclic exercise is jogging at a speed of 5 - 7 km / h. Starting such exercises from the 3rd - 4th year of life (mainly in a playful way), after one or two years you can get a good health-improving and generally developing effect. The load should be increased gradually, and not by lengthening the distance run, but by repeating it in one lesson (2-3 times). Gradually, with properly organized training, the level of endurance of older preschoolers increases up to a run of 1.5 - 2 km without stress.

A sports corner created at home helps parents reasonably organize their children's leisure time, helps to consolidate motor skills.

It is necessary to do everything possible for the wider use of physical exercises and games, the organization of sports corners at home and in the yard.

It is necessary to arrange evening walks, after which the child has a good appetite, a cheerful mood, children quickly fall asleep and sleep more deeply. Proper organization of the walk itself is very important. During the stay in the air at any time of the year, the child must move, periodically resting. At the same time, he must be dressed in accordance with the weather conditions.

During the day, you need to pay attention to how the child sits, walks, runs, etc.; you need to harden children in the process of everyday life (wash your hands up to the elbow, wash your face, carry out special hardening measures for this: air and sun baths, water procedures).
