Explanatory note

Summer is the best auspicious time to improve children's health. The constant stay of children in the fresh air, the variety of forms, colors and sounds in nature, many different experiences and new impressions, food rich in vitamins, expanse for movements in natural conditions - all this gives the child a significant physical and emotional reserve of strength for successful full development and boosting immunity.

Due to the fact that in summer period the number of classes decreases, the daily routine is maximally saturated with activities for outdoors: walks, excursions, hiking, outdoor games allow children to acquire new motor experience.

Physical education in the summer has its own characteristics, although it is a continuation of the work carried out during school year.

In addition to morning exercises, we organize trips outside the kindergarten, physical culture leisure, tempering procedures, we offer children, juices, fruits.

The purpose of the summer wellness period: preserve and strengthen the physical and mental health children, taking into account their individual characteristics. Full satisfaction of the needs of a growing organism in rest, creative activity and movement.

Tasks for the summer wellness period:

* Creation comfortable conditions for the physical, mental, mental, artistic and aesthetic development of each child;
